Dear Sir,

This is with reference to new TATA Sky D2h connection. I have gone through their website and purchased new connection with channels. the payment of Rs. 2024/- was made through Gpay. the amount is deducted from my account but did not received confirmation of purchase and also subscriber id not generated. I have checked with Gpay customer care and Bank. they informed me that payment was credited in their ICICI bank account. I have given all payment details with transaction reference to TATA Sky customer care and following up for many days. they are not ready to check their account and asking me subscriber id whereas I told them again and again that subscriber Id not generated. still I have not received the payment of Rs. 2024/- . I have also contacted to their Mumbai office and asked for refund but no response from them.

Kindly help me to get the refund.

        Hi, I had made amount of Rs. 604 on 23rd nov 2021 at 1.05pm to tatasky com through gpay. The said amount got tranfered to billdeskbkr. [protected]@hdfcbsnk but it didn't reach the tatasky account... Pls help me...

          Dear Concern,

          With regards to abv complaint no i already informed tata sky customer care to stop my Binge services they told me that i have to use this for 1 month after that i will discontinued as they taken cancellation request(i also got SMS that on 9th November screenshot of the same is attached)

          already i suspended my services till 20th November

          Today i called your tata sky care to inform that when they will pick the fire stick accordingly i can available there & handover the same to your technicians but that person told me your account is suspended & i can not chk my dtls for that i have to activate your account & take the request as soon as he activated my Tata sky wallet get debited by 299 & 129RS i request you to refund the same

              My experience with TATASKY RECHARGE

              I made a recharge for one year online using my master card . The transaction was successful and I received the debit from Master card side and from TATASKY side . After a few minutes I received another message stating that my transaction was unsuccessful and if the money was debited it will get returned in a weeks time and I have to use the link sent as part of the message for making the payment again . I made the second payment and the above process repeated ie first a message came as transaction success followed by transaction unsuccessful. I phoned the Tayasky and they confirmed two payment and when I asked for reimbursement they say 2.5% will get deducted . Why the customer should pay this for a deficiency in the service ?
              I am attaching the messages below . Can I now approach the consumer court ?

              This is a pure and simple issue in their online setup for which why should the customer suffer .
              Is there a honest Tata official who can look into this ?

                        While in the process of booking a new connection on the Tatasky website, the money was deducted from the account however the booking was unsuccessful. There were three unsuccessful attempts made by me. The issue was raised with Tatasky via email and phone calls however the company is refusing to refund the money. Tatasky has to refund a total of Rs12, 000/-(@4000x3 transactions)done on 21 Oct 2021 during unsuccessful attempts to book a new connection by me. The transaction details are as follows:-

                        SBI Credit Card - Two transactions of Rs. 4000/- Each
                        HDFC Net Banking - One Transaction of Rs. 4000/-

                          Now TATA sky started added fraud amount in monthly bill. We are using TATA SKY from 3 or 4 Years. Every 6 month we are getting same issue. Automatically some channel added. When we call to customer care then he said this channel added by You and When we asked time and mobile then he said there are no data available. Such type of behaviour we never expect from TATA Group.

                            You are doing fraud with the customer. Automatically random amount added in monthly Pack. This incident happens second time with me. Before 1 year or 6 Month same incident happens. Again same issue happens with me. We are using TATA Sky from 3 or 4 Year. We never expect this type of incident from TATA group.

                              I recharged Rs. 400/- on the wrong UPI account (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) of Tata Sky on 10 Nov’2021with transaction number[protected] which is not credited to my Tata Sky Subscriber ID [protected]. Therefore, you are requested to please deposit the amount of Rs. 400/- again in my account.

                                Regarding above mentioned subject.

                                Reference my telephonic conversation with a TataSky representative regarding my complaint.

                                Do I need to say that nothing can be more appalling than what has been suggested by the Nodal Officer/Representative from your end. I mean this is the most unprofessional suggestion advocated.

                                You refuse a refund, okay fine, your prerogative. You, then, blatantly refuse to provide the services against the subscription, it is illegal and unethical. It cannot be any worse and bizarre than that. Well, now that you are bent on cornering a subscriber, I am ready to take this forward and seek remedy from appropriate fora. You cannot fleece your own interest groups in the worst kind of assault that you’ve unleashed for reasons best known to you. This highhanded approach must end.

                                I am waiting for a reasonable end to this saga of extortion.

                                    I have been a customer of Tata Sky for ten years. But since last month I have received very bad service from Tata Sky. Rs 725 has been wrongly deducted from my account. And there is no help from customer care. Instead, they are using the wrong language. Please don't buy Tata Sky's junk network. Take Airtal's dish instead.

                                      On 31st of august, i recharged the above id for rs.2484/- thro google pay, It was not successful. Later i recharged rs.2484/- thro JRI thro hdfc netbanking.
                                      I told the call centre people i didnt get the refund of google pay payment. But somehow they refunded the actual recharge done thro JRI and disconnected the TV. Then again i had to pay to get the conncection. Now the money refunded to JRI has to come to the customer which JRI is not doing. I spoke several times to Tata sky to write a mail to their dealer JRI to refund the money. They are saying "please make JRI speak to us. We will tell them. We cant send a mail to JRI". JRI is in mumbai and i am in coimbatore. I dont have their phone no. I have spoken atleast 50 times to tata sky and repeated my story. They are agreeing it was an extra payment but since they do not have the money, they cant give us now.

I have spoken to tata sky call centre atleast 50 times even with oxygen cylinder but nobody has bothered to hear me.
