Payment done but not credited to my subscriber ID

I recharged Rs. 400/- on the wrong UPI account (billdeskbqr.tatasky@hdfcbank) of Tata Sky on 10 Nov’2021with transaction number[protected] which is not credited to my Tata Sky Subscriber ID [protected]. Therefore, you are requested to please deposit the amount of Rs. 400/- again in my account.

I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction along with this mail.

Recharge was done through my goggle pay

Wrongly deducted Money

I have been a customer of Tata Sky for ten years. But since last month I have received very bad service from Tata Sky. Rs 725 has been wrongly deducted from my account. And there is no help from customer care. Instead, they are using the wrong language. Please don't buy Tata Sky's junk network. Take Airtal's dish instead....

Recharge of ID1416428900

On 31st of august, i recharged the above id for rs.2484/- thro google pay, It was not successful. Later i recharged rs.2484/- thro JRI thro hdfc netbanking.
I told the call centre people i didnt get the refund of google pay payment. But somehow they refunded the actual recharge done thro JRI and disconnected the TV. Then again i had to pay to get the conncection. Now the money refunded to JRI has to come to the customer which JRI is...

Zee Tamil - Poor signal

Only Zee Tamil (1511) channel has poor signal issues… all other channels are working fine. And I have observed this issue in my in-laws’ house also. Is the issue with the channel or Tata Sky?...

Transfer of connection and multi connection to be made as primary

I have TATA SKY DTH connection vide number [protected]. This connection took in August 2017 in Hyderabad . It is in apartment cum group house. Since my relative is staying in same apartment, I came to know upon enquiry, there will be discount in multi connection, so I took two more multi connections.
Now I intend to transfer my connection which is primery vide setup box number[protected]
to Rajahmundry .

Tatasky set of box

Our ID is [protected] - R.Valarmathi. From 03/11/2021 on wards our tatasky set of box is not working. No signal showing in the Box.

Street dogs staying inside our apartments

Myself Sakthi, in our appartments more than 10 street dogs are staying. Couldn't tolerate their noises, smell and couldn't clean it. Couldn't enter the house peacefully without fear. Please take all those dogs immediately from our appartment.

Invalid Amount Deduction

TATA Group is the most unethical Business Group in India. They use illegal & unethical business practices.

I asked them to deactivate the Binge+ Pack on the last date of trial period, but they did not deactivate it on the same day. They actually deactivated it next day after debiting Rs. 299/- from my account. When I complained about it and asked them to credit back the debited amount, they bluntly refused.

Sir i a. Using tata sky for 4-5 years i recharge 2 time recently and one time ago money deduct from my account but not show in tata sky app after many calls they didnot refund my money and say contact to your bank, they makes customer fool....

Misleading ad by Tata Sky

Tata Sky says that once you subscribe to their pack, you can view the channels that you have subscribed on the Tata Sky app. However this is misleading and not entirely true. You can not watch any of the Star channels even if you have subscribed to them in your pack on Tata Sky app.
You are redirected to Hotstar if you try to watch any of the Star channels in Tata Sky app.
I faced the same issue and contacted Tata Sky CUSTOMER...
