        Recharge Done but not credited in my account

        I have done recharge of Rs 200 on 12th Sep 2021 but the amount was not credited to my account. I had raise a complaint after two days and now it is almost 22 days past but the customer care does not bother to resolve my complaint. I will wait for few more days or else need to go to consumer court.

        My account is deactivated even after the payment

        Address: Flat no.1,sumangal plaza, opposite tibetian market stalls, Behind HDFC office, sharanpur road, nashik

        I had payed the amount of Rs 545 on 29th september and still my account is deactivated. The money did not reflected in my tata sky account. The payment i did was succesfully completed....

            I recharged my tatasky account today, and payment has been deducted but recharge is unsuccessful.
            It has happened with me earlier also and I haven't received deducted amount till date.
            And again same thing happened today.

              My tata sky number is [protected].

              I experience problems with signal. I have experienced this issue again and again since last 6 months. The first time I had this problem they replaced my tata sky box and charged me for setup box then after a few months same problem happened again and every 2 months i am facing same problem and they charged me for same issue this is the 4 time i am facing same problem in last 6 months, last month they charged me around 250 for that same issue. Last month on 24 August i faced same problem and now on 27 august i am facing same problem and they told me tgat they will charge.

              The same problem keeps cropping up again and I'm fed up with your poor service

The money was debited from my bank account but there was no receipt shown or appeared and nor my account was recharged. I eecharged using https://tsky.in/Recharge/QuickRecharge. The option i selected was Debit Card. Below are the details :

                Amount : ₹350

                I have also faced this problem last month but it was recharged when i contacted customer cafe. They said that i need to repay the amount and the previous amount debited will be again credited back in my bank account in 2 - 3 days.

                  Hello, I had take Tatasky broadband in Feb 2021. Initially recharged for 6 months. later I made a recharge of 3 months on 3rd Aug 2021 but i got transferred to another city.
                  I enquired about relocation of service but they didn’t have services in that city.
                  So, I requested to surrender. The modem was collected on 31 aug 2021 and refund of security amont of rs. 1000/- was done.
                  However, even after 30 mails to [protected]@tatasky and appellateauthority they didnt responded.
                  At the rime of installation we were informwd that on cancellation of service remaining amount will be refunded and the same is also mentioned in the terms and conditions (policy) .
                  Still, No response from their end.
                  Never seen such a shameless response.
                  They literally have the worst customer care services.
                  Appx. 1450/- is the total amount to be refunded for 2 months. Customer Id C[protected]

                    On 22nd sept, i recharged Rs. 50 which was successfull in my tata sky account and then again i recharged Rs. 321 where transaction was completed but it was not reflected on my tata sky account. I was waiting for 48 hrs, and after that i tried reaching customer service where she said it was our server problem you will have that Rs.321 in your account before your account get deactivated on 25th night.

                    Next day for an update i interacted with 2 customer staff where they told other stories satisfying me and finally supervisor was explaining else.
                    So i requested for a complain, and an compalin number were as,

                    Shown on my tata sky app- Order id 34IG8X8E

                    Please help me with this, Because i wont be reacharging again and watching channels till i get tata sky account credited or Refunded.

                    I have attached gpay screenshot of transaction and if you wish i may show you bank statement which shows the same Rs. 321

                            Hi, I am a Tata Sky user and my user id is [protected]
                            My set up box is under warranty and it goes off every now and then
                            I have requested and online visit for technician.
                            Call center said you won't be charged for any visit since it is in warranty.
                            When technician has done the work he asked me for a huge amount.
                            I told him no one informed me about the amount and deducted the amount from my tata sky now they are telling me we do not inform this charge to the customer this is obvious.
                            They are talking me in the most rude manner and closed my complaint without my confirmation.

                            All the customer service people talked to me rudely that we do not tell this charge to customer?
                            What kind of customer service is this this against TRAI policy not informing customer about the charge before doing the work.
                            I need my visit charges to be refunded asap.

                                Hi I am Sumit Agarwal from Surat.
                                We have 2 Tata sky connections (a total of 5 Tata sky boxes) at our home registered with my mobile number [protected] (1 box) and my brother’s mobile number [protected] (4 boxes)

                                We have been loyal Tata sky customers since years but now after we have shifted to house it has been giving us much much problems.

                                So since a year I have tried complaining and getting the problem resolved. But no Tata sky head or anyone is able to do anything. So now please please help me to remove all the boxes and get the refund on boxes.

                                On Tata sky helpline, the executives say that there is no refund even on the boxes that are only couple of years old purchased in ₹5000-₹10, 000 per box.
                                They say that they won’t give any money even if we return the box. Please help.
