I, M.Sriramappa, (Registered Mobile Number for Tata Sky-[protected]))paid a sum of Rs.7, 750/- on 5th July 2016 (Fresh)against my Subscriber ID-[protected] at Kolar city (Karnataka) to get a Tatasky DTH for a period of one year from July 2016 to July 2017. All went well.
On .13.08.2016 a phone call was received on my son's phone number [protected] from [protected] informing that the call was from Tatasky Hyderabad and due to some technical error the plan was not operated as"ANNUAL" from 5th July 2016 and therefore the deductions are being made taking it as monthly plan. It was therefore informed over phone that if I pay again a sum of Rs.930/-, then only they will be able to operate the annual plan and then only I will get the DTH supply till July 2017, otherwise the connection will be cut from May 2017.
In this case what request is, I have paid the annual subscription amount on 5th July 2016, so I want the Tata Sky supply to be continued till 4th July2017. If at all there is any technical error, it is the fault of M/s Tata sky.
