main apki tata sky service use kar rha hu...pichle kuch dino se usme signal problem aa rhi thi...maine uski complaint ki or apka mechanic complaint ko solve karne ke liya aaya..or usne 200 rs visit ke liye or usse problem bhi solve nhi hue or vo mujhse bola ki main kisi dusre mechnic ko lekar aata hu or mujhse wo 200 rs bhi le gya or wo vapis nhi aaya..maine dobara complaint ki or dobara mechanic aaya or comlaint solve kar gya or usne 200 rs charge kiye..

main customer care ko bola ki jo pahle mechnic aaya tha aap uski mujhe details de do..but apki company ne mujhe koi detail nhi di...
but main ye janna chahta hu ki main ek problem ke liye do bar payment kyu karu... or yeh sabhi ke sath hota hai ya ye sirf mere sath hi huya hai...

    I am Diana Mookherjee Regd Mobile [protected], my Tatasky Dish was unused for many months as there was constrution work going on . On 12 August 2016 I recd a telephone Offer from Tatasky to recharge for Rs 3500 for 1 year Ultra Package for Rs 3500, I had recharged on the same day for Rs 3800 (inclusive of Set Top Box relocation) 12 the on telephone could not get communication. On 13th morning on call the service / relocation call was initiated and 13th 5pm the work done. but on customer care call to TataSky they refused to activate the Ultra Package for 1 year as they say they do not have record for Offer, Today 14 te the call from customer care say they do not have any access to Offer dept ther are the back office they have no rights to activate the same.

      I have already complained about this five times. The technician of tata sky came but couldn't rectify the problem. It also took 600 rupees for the coming of technician without any message. I am not able to watch tv because of the problem
      You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and fix the problem at the earliest.

        I've had several problems with the provider from the day I've taken the servicesTata sky running behind engineers, following up on the phone & mails. The amount I've wasted on tata sky is exorbitantly high.

        Request you to follow up with Tata sky people and get refund back for which I've been following up for over 15 days.

          I have been charged excess by Tata Sky subscriber ID ([protected]) by activating some smart pack without my knowledge . I have recharged 1080.00 for south special in May 2016 for six months. In August they have stopped transmission saying that account balance is low. And I have to activate for minimum any amount to deactivate my unwanted channel. Later I charged for Rs100.00 and requested for deactivation o[censored]nwanted channel. But they are refusing to give back the amount deducted. one more new information i have been given that south special package can not be taken in the northern part of india. Rather i can opt for some other channel. I have two connection of Tata sky with different ID([protected]

            I, M.Sriramappa, (Registered Mobile Number for Tata Sky-[protected]))paid a sum of Rs.7, 750/- on 5th July 2016 (Fresh)against my Subscriber ID-[protected] at Kolar city (Karnataka) to get a Tatasky DTH for a period of one year from July 2016 to July 2017. All went well.
            On .13.08.2016 a phone call was received on my son's phone number [protected] from [protected] informing that the call was from Tatasky Hyderabad and due to some technical error the plan was not operated as"ANNUAL" from 5th July 2016 and therefore the deductions are being made taking it as monthly plan. It was therefore informed over phone that if I pay again a sum of Rs.930/-, then only they will be able to operate the annual plan and then only I will get the DTH supply till July 2017, otherwise the connection will be cut from May 2017.
            In this case what request is, I have paid the annual subscription amount on 5th July 2016, so I want the Tata Sky supply to be continued till 4th July2017. If at all there is any technical error, it is the fault of M/s Tata sky.

              Yesterday i rechareged my tatasky account with
              Rs. 7000 and they promoted me to selected coupons from a wide range of companies. I spent so so much time selecting those * coupons. And i never got them...

              I called the helpline twice and they told me that they will come in my email account both the times. I waited... And finally went on their online chat helpline... The rep types that i have no coupons in my account and as they are experiencing heavy traffic i was cut off and asked to try again...

              Hey sure know how to waste their customers time...! And where r my coupons???

                I am glad to inform u that to day ur technician had in stalled hd setbox in place of old set box. As discussed yesterday with the he commited mt install the same with a free remote by paying just rs 590 (Five hundred ninty only) but today the technician whosupplied me the remote told me that rs200 will also be deducted for remote, so i request u to be true in this regard and payment for remote should nt be deductes. As i am one of the pldest customer in my area i also again request to keep ur commitment rightly.

                  I had made a complaint that my set up box is not working properly...
                  Then tata sky send me a mechanic for repair that one...
                  He changed my set up box without any notice n my ac was debited for that...
                  Same day i recieved a msg that are you satisfied yes or no
                  I replied no
                  But i dnt have no solution for that...
                  They have no any ans for that

                    I attached one more connection with my tata sky on 10 Aug 2016 in evening. suddenly night, setup box's adapter was not working. I called that executive who installed my connection but he didn't give positive response. After that I called customer care, the executive said that they will charge 125/- for new adapter. How could company charge for that adapter. there is no physical broken.

                      The incident happen dated 12.08.2016. in the early morning around 10 am. one of the tata sky executive came and want to do the verification of our tata sky connection . his name is Amit Kashyap and he said i am a employee of tata sky company he also shown us the ID card of his job. he said tata sky is launching a new offer for customers on completing his 10 years. he want Rs. 5000/- and his given the subscription for 2.5 years .he said after this u don't have to recharge your tata sky on monthly basis. he take the money and did not picking up the call after that, he also said that you will receive the receipt and message for confirmation regarding the payment in maximum half an hour time.his contact number is [protected]. but we did not receive any mail, message from the tatasky company regarding the confirmation of payment.

                        Today i buy new connection of tata sky at 1 o'clock but still its services are not activated. I have already call tata sky customer care so many time. But still services are not activated. The person who came for fitting the dish they said services were activated within 15 miniutes. But still there is no action taken on my complain. Now i am tired and sended this complain to you.

                          On 9th my tata sky dth connection is stopped and showing error of no signal, when i am complaint to toll free number they replied me that engineer visit is 200/- i told for what, just a visiting charge because my setep box warrantee expired, i told in tow three year your engineer might be visit one isnt your duty that you will provide a once yearly visit of your engineers, tata sky company is getting profit from us then it is not his responsibility of providing the service we are paying for service even service charge too, then i simply told him if there is any part replacement i will pay for that to pay just visiting is not reasonable, i told if you didnt provide me visit please close my connection and refund my balance, there executive is replying me they will call me i am regularly calling him but they didnt bother about my probem

                            Since a few days, the channel from music package INSYNC is not available. It has been made to know that the channel is not available from the side of the broadcaster. Since money has been taken for this particular channel also, unavailability of this channel for a long time is a breach of contract and terms and conditions.
                            May rectify the same (make the channel available) at the earliest to avoid inconvenience to the consumer and TATASKY also.

                              For frequent complaint of many channels are not viewable, always a bargaining tone comes that you have to have the technisian charges of Rs 200/-. I dont understand for software issues of the Tatasky and poor signals, why consumer has to pay repeatedly. it means one has to add addl Rs 200/- in the monthly bills.
                              The response from the persons from Tatasky is always irritating. It appears that they are under pressure for more revenue generation from the region and thats why such above techniques are adopted.

                                  There were vouchers available to select at the time of making recharge for tata sky dth cable. which i selected for kfc and big basket. when i went to use the kfc voucher at kfc counter it was said we dont accept kfc vouchers there after i complained to tata sky team but they gave me polite answer saying try again. and after that i happened to use big basket voucher that also got rejected during using the same. when raised to nodal officers he said we will give you vouchers which are active but kfc and big basket only which is quite unethical. i should be having the freedom to select what i want from the whole list as both the ones were not applicable earlier.
                                  Kindly look in to this.

                                    There appears to be some technical glitch about sound volume with hd transmission of dth. The sound volume in non hd channels is all right but in hd channels despite putting the volume of sound at the highest level it is not satisfactorily audible. As a result the viewer is forced to opt for non hd channel whereas he is making full payment for hd. This is against the trade ethics.

                                    In view of the position stated above, it is requested that immediate necessary steps may please be taken to set right the technical glitch.
