Hello sir, i m recharged my tata sky id [protected] today with 1520 rs... Because i had call from tata sky he told me you get one year subscription i[censored] recharged with 1520 rs. But i m not get them till now only i get monthly plan its not fare with us please help us.. If its not possible kindle send my money and blocked my account.. Its not fare with us... I hope for best and fast reply... Thanks

      I recharged for rs 9500 on 03/03/2016 for payment of the 1st connection, 2nd connection and for hd channels for 1 year while speaking to the tata sky associate. My subscriber id is [protected]. I had upgraded from sd box to hd box the same day where the offer was that the box upgrade was free and i had to pay rs 1500 for the hd channels for the year which i did.

      I got an sms on 27th and 30th june saying that i have to pay for hd channels. My hd services have been cut for 1st of july onwards. They have charged me for the box, which was actually a free upgrade.

      I have spoken to about 6 people and got different answers. Their answers are as under:

      - you should have been charged rs 1500 instead of rs 990.
      - you have to pay rs 510 for us to restart your hd channels.
      - you should have called the customer care after recharging for us to make the changes.

      A couple of associates with whom i spoke first had the audacity to put me on hold without informing me and didn't bother to answer and the other one cut the line when she could not answer.

      I had sent an email to the nodal officer and it was of no help. Looks like he didn't do his research to resolve the issue. I emailed him again thrice and received no reply from the nodal officer. I also sent the screenshot showing my subscription status. I got a reply from customer care asking for my alternate number which i provided but haven't received a call till date. I have emailed the nodal officer and the customer care again today with the screenshot. I also am not getting hd services that i paid for from july 1, 2016 till date. I have to reimbursed for that as well.

      I hope this issue is cleared asap or tata sky will be labelled as crooks and cheats.

      After fixing Tata sky dish at the time of fixing they have given connection wrong at that time my Tv audio problem started when I call to Costomer care they are no taking care please help

        Due to constatnt signal error we called tata sky help centre in bhiwandi & 2 persons visited both of them were un profeesional & lack of knowledge the y said one of the part in disc is to be changed & they told price of that particular part as Rs.375 but when called up on company' s helpline they told the rate of rs. 150 Hence they told us higher amt In case we would had not called in co. they would have cheated us kindly take the same into consideration & solve the issue as early as possibel & do tkae some preventive steps against it

        Total indifference attitude
        Every 10 minutes tv screen getting blank irrespective of wheather condition.

        Last five days communication to the help line, issuing of work orders and holding of work orders continues.

          This is the complain forwarded to you on 21 jul 16 at 11.34 am and have send again today 10 aug 16. No action and no intimation was made to me on the subject till date. The complain was forwarded to [protected]@tatasky.Com and [protected]@tatasky.Com

          Dear sir

          I have a complain against your procedure of addressing the defects. My grievances are as mentioned below:-

          I am holding tatasky connection for last two years and replaced my setup box twice because both the time your technician informed hard disk got corrupted and cannot be repaired so have to be replaced. And everytime i was asked to pay certain amount (Last one being rs 900/-)

          I have recharged my account on 11 jul 16, however on 22 jul 16 the connection is disconnected saying insufficient balance.In between i have complained about fault in my set up box which was under guarantee period. The set up box was replaced as the previous one could not be repaired as told by your rep. I want to bring to your notice that earlier i. E few months back my setup box has gone defective and was replaced by your rep saying it cannot be repaired. Both the occasion you made me pay for the replacement. Both the occasion i was told hard disk got corrupted. To your information i am staying in vizag in naval area with no fluctuation of electricity and moreover i have also installed stabiliser for my tv and setup box (This was the reason given by your tech that hard disk got corrupted view voltage fluctuation)

          My points is your product so fragile that it is getting defective so frequently? Specially hard disk which is internal and no external inputs are going to make it corrupt.

          Is there no quality control?

          The technician visiting are they competent enough because evertime the solution of defect is replacement?

          Disconnecting the connection post visit not very professional approach.

          I spoke to your senior supervisor mr naseer, but i didn’t get very satisfactory answer from him. Please look into the matter as i place tatas in very high esteem. If there is no solution to it please frankly let me know.

                Wo# qrdx5kh i had requested for change my digicard 2 days back. Since my request nobody has called me up for the chenge the digicard

                My subcriber id [protected] i called customer care more than 10 times and everytime those idots ask me to wait for another 2 hours and u will get a call from technician. Nothing has happened.
                I call technician team no [protected] and[protected] madam karuna and priyanka ask me for wait for one day that is unresponsable team

                Spoke to nodal officer (Complaint no# qs8rhk6) who again asked to wait for 2 hours. Nothing happened.

                      I had issued a complaint to tata sky that the signals are not being caught and not working for half a day from previous evening. They scheduled a technician visit at 11:00 am and which is later shifted to 4:00 pm without my knowledge. Around 4 i got a call from a technician confirming that he will visit my place to check at 5:20 pm and eventually he didn't show up and not even an ethics to inform me about it knowing that i am waiting for him at my place. Now around 7:45 pm when i tried calling the toll free customer care number the ivr is reporting that the technician visit is scheduled for the next day evening 4 pm.

                      So now i called the tata sky assistance and they are saying that they will look into this and even not sure if the recharge amount will be credited back into my account

                      I am not sure how can we actually take it further

                        Dear sir,
                        I was taken a back when one evening my tata sky connection was disconnected due to nonpayment of bill. On enquiry i was told that i had a add on pack which i had never asked for.
                        When speaking to your so called customer service department. I was first told that i had given a call over phone. When i challenged and also told them that my call register do not show your number, they then changed their statement that they had called and i had given my consent, which is not at all true.
                        I had given a written complaint for which i expected a reply from your end, but i was told by your customer service people that the company does not give any written reply or anything in writing.
                        However they had given a token no qdsoag6 and i was told that they would enquire and get back to. As usual they never got back to me.
                        My question is why is this happening to your customers. Many customers have complained about the same thing happening with them also.
                        I would request you to see that the customers are not cheated by your telemarketing team as a steep target has been given to them.
                        Please also confirm to the customer through sms or email about their add-on pack being installed incase the company’s management is not in hand with gloves with the telemarketing team.

                          I have shifted my residence from no 42 nandanvan duplex opp to GEB Naroda to flat no 803 H block 9th floor SHILALEKHHINDU co opp housing society ltd, opp to police stadium, near subash bridge, shahibaug - 380004. my RMN is [protected] kindly arrange to provide the service to the shifted place between 11/8/16 to 12/8/16.
                          I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in relocation to your new address.

                            My self basant kumar singh, i am a customer of tatasky my id [protected] for last 4 years and facing problem of not viewing all news channels and all other channels are coming. This problem i am facing from last 6 days and there is action taken by tata sky team. I also called tatasky customer care representative but no resolvement of problem. I have paid rs.1660 in july, 2016 for annual plan but last some days i have not viewing due to this problem.

                              Tataksy is running a mega campaign of “10 years celebrations” and “loyal customer” to trap new customers. I am a “so called” loyal customer for more than 6 years and my package has been down-graded with same annual premium of rs 9330. Reason : i am an old customer and this package is not on the tatasky platform now. Why me package was changed without my consent? Tatasky is free to modify its packages but why it should “curtail” the facility (Active channel) in the name of old customer.

                              I contacted yesterday over phone and an sms was received at 1308 hrs of 8.8.2016 informing that i will be contacted soon, but more than 26 hours have passed and “no one has contacted me deliberately”. Instead i am receiving sms, email, visual display on tv to pay the amount otherwise service would be deactivated. This is the condition of “loyal customer”.

                              I agree, i am one out of million customers and company is not running on me which has increased manifold in the last 6 years. I am an “old customer” and request tatasky to stop misguiding public in the name of loyal customer. It is now clear to me that there is no customer system in your company but it is simple business where you have got all rights (Changing the package, deactivation, do not respond on phone call etc) but the helpless customer is just to pay for the services.

                                Hello,

                                We have two dth connections - primary and secondary. We have been trying to get one of the dth connections (Primary connection) to be discontinued as the user is away for the next 2 years.
                                First time date of request: 25-july. One of the agents turned up and charged rs150 for the visit to discontinue the primary connection. But no one took action.
                                Second time date of request: 5-aug. The customer care agent said that someone from the department would call within 24 hours to discontinue the primary connection. But no one called.
                                Third time date of request: 9-aug. The customer care agent said that someone from the department would call within 2 hours to discontinue the primary connection. Still no one called.
                                We are being charged for 2 connection despite repeated attempts to discontinue one. This is unethical. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

You too should provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in deactivating one connection asap.

                                  Kindly recall my telephonic discussion to your customer executive on 6.8.16 at9.17P.M. & on 7.8.16 at10.09A.M. & 11.12A.M. regarding change of monthly package. As per the advice of the customer care executive I have recharged Rs.149/- on 7.8.16 at10.06A.M. for change of my monthly package Rs.149/- (i.e. minimum package Rs.99+Regional Odiya package Rs.50= Rs.149/-) and also communicated to customer care executive to change my monthly package. But the same has not been changed. So you are requested to change my monthly package and communicated me early.

                                    I have relocated from mumbai to pune. The society in which i have moved had a common tata sky disc, i have to just connect the wire with my existing tata sky set top and it started.

                                    Now i have requested to change my address for this they need rs 300/-,

                                    Further my tata sky card has been broken so i requested for a new one for which they said charge will be rs. 300 to which i said ok but they said there will be additional charges of rs. 250 for technician visit to which i said, i will collect from ur service centre, which they have refused.

                                    Its simply shows they some how want to take money

                                      Dth post connection services are pathetic... Even technicians are the worst..
                                      M complaining since last 5 days... The problem is still as it is.. Executives keep doing false promises... Even senior executives are hopeless.. They r just interested in collecting visiting charges and are least bothered about resolving problems or issues.. They did cancel request on their own without any confirmation.. I had complained so. Many times in last five days.. Each time had talked to a different executives n had to explain d situation... Executives have nothing to do with problems.. They r just sitting there and doing nothing.. The worst worst worst ever experience of any services (Maintenance)

                                        I am a tata sky customer with idno[protected]. Every month i pay rs 600/- as recharge fee. Earlier the date of recharge was 18th of the month. Gradually they have prepond to 9 th of the month. This way they want to cover up days.
                                        Pl get it examined. I have been trying to get in touch with them but no one seems to be interest in resolving the issue.
