Sir,
After receiving a call from tata sky i recharged tata sky id [protected] for rs. 1310 (Including 10 rs activated charge) on[protected] but after only 3 months our connection was deactivated while i was told that this pack is for one year. And after calling customer care they are saying that was false call or fake call and no offer was available for you. Now i am not able to understand who will call us on behalf of tata sky and what pack i activated that 1300 spent in only three month.
I would like to request you please solve this issue. I am waiting for your positive response.

    Sir,
    1. My name is tejeshwar singh. I have taken two tatasky set top boxes, one main and standby on 19 jul 2016. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have opted for the "supergold hd" pack with two hd set top boxes.

    2. I had spoken to one of your representative mr rajan, tele no [protected]

    3. As per tele conversation with mr rajan, he had clearly stated that i need to pay rs1800 for the set top box and further a recharge amount of rs 530 for the main box and rs 240 for the second box. This would give me a validity of 30 days. I had asked weather i needed to pay anything extra from the subsequent months for the subscription to which the answer was that "sir you do not need to pay anything extra. Your recharge amount will stay as rs 530 only and additionally if you activate your second account then the required amount will be deducted from your main account."

    4. To my notice i had recharged the main account with rs 530 on 17 aug 16 and got my secondary box deactivated for the time being. I had got a message that the account/ recharge is valid till 8 sep 16 only. I had enquired with the customer care and was informed that i need to pay an amount of rs 175 every month for the hd set top boxes.

    5. For further clarification i had called up mr rajan to which he replied that i have to pay the additional amount of rs 175 and there is no other option.

    6. I asked him that, when i had initially enquired regarding the same, he said that it was not his responsibility to inform regarding this matter and is wavering off the topic.

    7. I request you to look into this matter and, reply as to why was i void of the information when i should have been given the clarity regarding this subject and also demand a necessary action being taken against mr rajan as it is wholly the company's responsibility to impart knowledge to its employees regarding working with extreme honesty and professionalism, and not to keep things hazy.

    8. I'm sorry to inform you that if this situation is not clarified at the earliest and if there is anything extra to be paid, then i would demand a cancellation for the set top boxes and also would require the refund of what i have paid for, discontinuing with tata sky services.

    9. I would require a reply at the earliest before i am forced to take this up further.

    Only one channel is shown i.e your advt channel no 100. change of channels not possible This problem has come second time in a fortnight. Set top box working but not showing channels Remote not working
    As reported above remote does not change channels set upbox is working but channels not being changed

      I had registered a complaint (Wo #qokop8r) for set-top-box issue on 4-aug-16, but till 16-aug-16 it is still not resolved. Everyday i am calling helpdesk & they always tell it will be rectified asap but no date or time. I am really frustrated with the service of tatasky, as i am being told that i am a premium customer. My set-top-box was replaced on 19-july-16 and by the time the new set-top-box will be installed 1 month of warranty will be over. Tatasky technicians are not accountable or responsible as everyday they call me and fixes a time for visit & they do not visit. I had raised complaint (Wo #quypavu) again on 13-aug-16 & till today it is not resolved & states as "hold".

      In spite of my set-top-box not working from last so many days tatasky will charge on daily basis & no one has answer to this.

      I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue and compensate for the days you were unable to view television.

        It's a complaint on tata sky that they activated active chanels on my account in june 2016 without my knowledge, while recharging i just saw my base pack it was increased by 59 rs. And when i asked about the refund they put the responsibility on customer. For everything customer is responsible. Saying it cannot be refunded. I asked for proof of call recording they refused to give. It is a very bad service. Tata sky people call and forcefully add channels without knowledge.

          I have raised a Relocation request of my tata sky dish on 12/8/16 and today is 16/8/16, and till today there is no response to my request.
          I have been calling number of times all these 5 days, but their reply is standard that "with in 2 hours some person will call u and will relsove my issue"
          But it has been 5 days and some 10 to 15 calls were done in this period, but no result and same reply.
          Feeling harassed and cheated.
          plz resolve and take some action against this uncareless attitude and deceit.

              Initially my monthly plan was about Rs. 350/Month.
              So, I have recharge the DTH on 16.08.2016 with the amount of Rs. 450. Against this amt got the validity up to 31 Aug 2016 only.
              I want to know, which additional service added to my account. Also remove all the unwanted service. Otherwise in future will not Tata Service.

                It's a complaint on TATA SKY that they activated Dance Studio on my account. And when I asked about the refund they put the responsibility on customer. For everything customer is responsible. Saying it will not be refunded. Main thing is that they don't confirm that your service is activated or not. However the subscription is very expensive and not giving services up to the level.

                  They fraud me as I call on toll free no. For new card bcoz my cwrd was damage as I cal on customer service support tjey told me that me tja I have to pay 300 rs. For new card so when the technician visited me he put the card into the dth box and I pay him 300 rs .as they told me so I pay him after few days 200 rs deducted from my account as they are sayong that there was fis service ccharge firstly the y told.me to pay rs
                  300 and they also cut 200 from my account they are very cheaters

                    Dear concern,
                    i am not able to see any channel since 14 august the same has been informed to your coustmor care, they inform us that due to some repairing work is going on so it will take time to restore the sevices, but when we asked how much time it will take they said no limit of time but shortly it will be ok.
                    again we call to coustmor care on 15th august we were informed that repair work is over and if your services has not restored than our techinician will visit shortly, techinician visited our location and informed us that your settop box is not working properly so you have to replaced it with the cost of Rs.700/ we shoked that till now set top box were ok suddenly how can it be damaged.
                    after that we were trying to complaint in your organisation but nobody is there to address our grivience.
                    you are requested to do need full and also waiver of my all charges during this period.

                    If there is a zero star rating I would rate tatasky cutomer care zero star. So many days an my issue is not resolved . Made almost 15 calls to the toll free no evrytime I am told that someone would visit over my place but no one has visited yet I am not able to watch tv since 10 days worst service till date from any company .

                      Since[protected], we were unable to view any of the channels in tatasky. We tried calling the customer care and it is a pre-recorded crap and just a waste of money. Twice they picked the call and disconnected. And even to raise a complaint we have to pay rs.200/- and i dont understand the logic behind this. We are the customers of tatasky since last 6 years and this behavior is ridiculous. We are facing the problem and again for that we have to pay to get the resolution??? Even if we are one day late for the payment the channels will be disconnected, is it a right thing to do for your oldest customers?

                        It is to intimated that i have switched over to hd tatasky last month. It is sorry to intimate that the remote supplied with this setup box is not working properly due to which fuctioning of tv is abnormal. Please immediately change the remote. It was informed that no charges will be there for one year, but monthly icharges are being paid by me. Your early actioni requested please. I am residing at 121 ashok nager adhartal jabalpur (M. P).

                          My name is ashok rai tata sky id [protected] i am using tata sky services since 10 year in the month of july 2015 our settop box have some problem so we contact to tata sky cc they suggest for technician visit 200 rs and then settop change 300 rs we agreed with this then again on 7 july 2016 same problems reoccurs and again same charges has deducted from my account and not providing the proper bill and again on 15 august same problem we are facing and now i realize that on the name of service they are making fool pls help me to get the justice in this matter thank you

                            The name of the shop is, "bhardwaj enterprises" which is located at maholi road, mathura, up.

                            Even after calling 5-6 times to the office in a day the complaint hasnt been registered.

                            The office person names are
                            Aaruhi and virendra. After the complaint they did mot provided any response and kept providing false information.

                            Kindly take this matter seriously and provide me solution to it.

                                My tata sky id is [protected]. I got it installed at my mother's place at chembur, mumbai.in april, 2016, i requested for its disconnection as they were relocating to some other place where the society norms don't allow fixing of dish outside the house. Accordingly, we requested tata sky for the same and refund of money. But till date, nothing has been done. My sister sent many mails and contacted their customer care. They assure her that the concerned department would get back to her. But it is disgusting to see that no one from their so called department has contacted us. And i am amazed to see they are sending the statements every month. We have never expected this from the reputed company like tata sky.
                                Can anyone look into it?

                                    On 13th Aug my Tata sky was deinstalled but not installed even though having same pin code installation 400067, and my all calls were hold more than days without my consent . I want to complain that company doesn't have proper redressal mechanism to listen the customer problems. Now I have been forced not to do anything. Now I am waiting for their response but they say on 14 th it is not possible and schedule for 15th Aug. This shouldn't happen and I have been told that it will be set on the same day.

                                      We are facing issue of no signal for few channels since today morning even after paying for the service.
                                      Have called customer care and now they are asking about additional visiting charges, even after i have paid for the service.
                                      As discussed with sr executive (naval kumar), complaint will not be addressed if additional payment of 200 will not be done.
                                      I'll go to consumer court, if the problem doesn't clear today.

                                        On July 14th 2016, I got a call from TataSky, mentioning about an yearly subscription offer. I had made an online payment of the said amount on the same day. After some time, the TataSky agent called and said that they did not receive the amount. I checked and confirmed with the bank, they said the payment is cleared from their end, but due to some server issue with TataSky, the payment was getting delayed. The TataSky agent asked me to make another payment of the same amount, and if both amounts are paid to them, the extra amount shall be refunded in 7 days, is what the agent said. So I initiated another transaction of Rs.2400/-, which was successfully completed. The next day TataSky gave be a confirmation that the amount got credited to them twice and they shall return the additional payment of Rs.2400/- in 7 days. That they have not done so far. When I followed up with them again, they are now mentioning that 2.5% of the amount shall be deducted towards some charges and the remaining amount only will be paid.
