I am yashoda using tatasky and having id no. [protected].
I wish to bring to your kind attention that since july 31, 2016, we were unable to execute the service of takasky, i did a call to your service centre on same day at evening. But my complaint was lodged by your staff only on august 3, 2016.
We were (Me and my husband) continuously chasing up with the staff of tatasky on the status of the same but no positive reply has been received from their side. They have informed me that i have cancelled the complaint though we have neither received call from technician nor from your staff. I asked them to produce me the evidence that i have cancelled the complaint but they did't. They said technician said the complaint was cancelled by customer. I request the staff to connect me with a sincere person who can solve my problem or else provide me a number where i can call with faith. However, still no answer has been received.
I had on friday, again did a call the helpline number to ensure that when the technician will come to visit. He told me that the technician will come on saturday and he will call me at 10 am in morning. We had wait till 12 am but i have not received any call then we reached office and then i received a message from your staff that the visit was fixed between 2pm to 3:30 pm. As per discussion with technician, i have told him that we both are working to please come at 8 pm or next day on sunday. He said ok i will visit at evening 8 pm on saturday but he did come and even not pick our phone despite of several calls.
Today, me and my husband made several call on helpline number and technician but not get the result. Now they said the technician will come on monday on 8 august, 2016 but we both are working and cannot be available at home till saturday.
In view of the above, you are requested to solve our my problem or just refund get my money refunded from tatasky.
If i have not received any email or solution from your side, then i have only the option to go to court to find out my justice.
