I have proceeded for a transaction through net banking at tatasky recharge forum my transaction failed please refund my balance or recharge the dues my id is [protected] and the amount was of 1500 rs and the bank was punjab national bank date of the incident-07/08/2016 client id of tatasky — [protected] & rs 1500.
Kindly refund same amount to my account back.

    Kindly note that i am tata sky user from last 2-3 years and from the last few days we are facing some issue about that the tv turns off and automatically turn on after a minute or 2. Previous night, we faced another issue that is unable to on tv as set top box was continously showing red light and was not blinking immediately after powering on the main switch (As it does usually); becuase of which the green light does not turn on. When we called customer care previous night, they disconnected the phone and this happens for 2-3 times the same. This is not a way to deal the customer; the purpose of customer care is defeated. Kindly improve your customer service. Regarding some work.

    I too faced an issue earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in identifying and rectifying the issue immediately.

      I had subscribed to an online ad for tata sky promiising to deliver free hd ultra chanels for one month and subsequent dhamaal packages for the following 1 year for a sum of rs 4500

      believing in tata i subscribed for the same but was dismayed that the service provider put me directly on the dhammal package, thus cheating me off the 1 month free ultra package, even after paying rs 4500 to the local service provider it is reflected that i have paid only rs 3900

      after viewing your channels i feel that i should have subscribed to the ultra package for life cause news, english, and sony six were my faV chanewlls

      ur call center guys are least receptive towards the problems of a common man and often sound rude to our calls

      the service provider at[protected] did not pick up my calls after 28 times dialing spread over 5 hrs today

      do u appoint these fraudsters 4 taking innocent public who pay in advance for post rendered services for a ride?????

      Being a part of TATA family (my inlaws were employees of TELCO for @ 40 yrs at jamshedpur plant ) i felt that i will get a fair deal, but was absolutely dejected by the end results

      i request you to please look in to the matter.

      or i may feel that after losing rs 4500 in a tata venture, The better option will be in continuing in my old cable connection which is valid till jan 2017

      Tatasky not working properly last one month. Always we face signal problem & my I'd number [protected] or my registered number [protected]. Even when we do call toll free number [protected] its not a toll free number they charge double amount.

          My 5th Aug 2016 request no. SR[protected] was closed from backend by TATASKY without confirming that the issue is pending. The issue is yet to be resolved. There is no signal even with the new set up box. The complaint is unresolved since Aug 5th, 2016. I had to login a fresh request. Almost 2 hrs spent calling the customer care. I'm aAnnual Subscriber and paid yearly subscription upfront.
          Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          My tatasky service is disrupted since last two days
          Miss behaviour of local agent and non co-operation of local service provider.
          please take action as soon as possible. Otherwise we will go to the consumer forum.
          I dont have tata sky connection but some one updated it one, i had many sms for recharge, i had make such complaints at customer care for many times but it a time its not done, so i kindly request to deregister my mobile number [protected]
          I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and fix he signal issue at the earliest.

            I have small TV without HD facility, but without my concent tatasky is deducting money from my balance, this is case of cheating. Govt should see this cheating case.

              I am lodging complain regarding poor signal quality from last sunday dtd.31.7.16but till now problem not resolved. today dtd. 07.08.16 mrng i also requested kindly do it urgently because i have no time except sunday. the customer Care executives promissed me about solving the issue by evening 7:00pm max. but, no technician has come fir resolving the issue. kindly, treat as urgent because most of the important channels are not coming., then why i paid rs. 350/ per month.from last 10 days i m nit getting important channels. plz. tell us who will reimburse my 10 days subscription amount.my subscriber id is [protected], m.no.[protected]

              Tata sky offer me to recharge 95 rs per month for hd channel pack and dhamal pack in rs1500 yly . So i recharged 1600 rs for both pack . Dhamal pack is active but hd pack is not active in my id help line told me you have no offer for hd channel.You recharge rs 175 for hd channel . What wrong this .

                Dear sir,

                I am yashoda using tatasky and having id no. [protected].

                I wish to bring to your kind attention that since july 31, 2016, we were unable to execute the service of takasky, i did a call to your service centre on same day at evening. But my complaint was lodged by your staff only on august 3, 2016.

                We were (Me and my husband) continuously chasing up with the staff of tatasky on the status of the same but no positive reply has been received from their side. They have informed me that i have cancelled the complaint though we have neither received call from technician nor from your staff. I asked them to produce me the evidence that i have cancelled the complaint but they did't. They said technician said the complaint was cancelled by customer. I request the staff to connect me with a sincere person who can solve my problem or else provide me a number where i can call with faith. However, still no answer has been received.

                I had on friday, again did a call the helpline number to ensure that when the technician will come to visit. He told me that the technician will come on saturday and he will call me at 10 am in morning. We had wait till 12 am but i have not received any call then we reached office and then i received a message from your staff that the visit was fixed between 2pm to 3:30 pm. As per discussion with technician, i have told him that we both are working to please come at 8 pm or next day on sunday. He said ok i will visit at evening 8 pm on saturday but he did come and even not pick our phone despite of several calls.

                Today, me and my husband made several call on helpline number and technician but not get the result. Now they said the technician will come on monday on 8 august, 2016 but we both are working and cannot be available at home till saturday.

                In view of the above, you are requested to solve our my problem or just refund get my money refunded from tatasky.

                If i have not received any email or solution from your side, then i have only the option to go to court to find out my justice.

                Hope the above is in order.

                  No body calls back.
                  Called customer care at least 10 times...
                  Standard response like a machine - technician will call me in 2 hours...
                  I call back customer care that I got no call and nobody visited...
                  Again same response..technician will call in 2 hours...
                  Again no one calls back...
                  I call customer care... Same story repeats...
                  Extremely frustrating...
                  I am going to court.. I have all the calls records..,

                  Same problem with me as well... They are playing up... Tata and sky are 2 big brands not sure about it now... I have made atleast 15 call and same answer
                  Regarding non restoration of my connection no[protected] the Amt of Rs 8300 paid on 01.08.2016 but the connection has not yet restored/ started till date. immediate action may be taken at your end today itself. otherwise i am going to file the case to consumer forum .Hope it will be resolved.

                    I am valuable customer of Tata sky DTH Service, my subscription id [protected]. i am used tata sky morethen 8 month, but i seen never support your customer care person, when i call your customer care number [protected], & another no [protected] then i give a result umber does not exist . I[censored] have any solution, please support me .other wise i will deactivated my tata sky set up box

                    Reported a fault with the box its been 48 Hours no engineer visit as the address is incorrect and have not got any update on the fault reported
                    No Tata sky connection in our house the rata sky agent are not responding to our complain
                    Recharge date is 31st July 16.. actually I am planning for 1000/- recharge but it mistaken 10000/- recharged pls cancel that recharge amount credit to my card

                      The most worst service ... No proper updates no proper communication no proper communication from customer care ... Customer care itself doesn't have proper update about the installation.

                      It's been almost 5 days that I have
                      Made full payment... No installation yet... And from 5 hours customer service says only one word that is it will happen in next one hour ... Most worst service.+91 98861 09869‬ mr reddy was the person who booked the connection and he him self has no update... Never opt for Tata sky

                        I have been charged double for the single service. I have given complaint no-QKNYSH9 but no action has been taken till date.
                        Further I had given request for swapping of my primary and secondary connection and terminating the secondary one but still no has been taken.
                        No CC executive is helping in this matter.

                          Three service requests and visits by technetion and 3 calls to call center the service is not active for subscriber id : [protected]
                          And all lame excuses are being given by you people and ask us to recharge and still the service is not working please refund the amount recharged by us as we want to discountinue all the services an shift over to another service provider.

                            While renewing my "Annual Mega Pack" on 25th July 2016, there was an offer from Tatasky to select "coupon" of the same amount. Somehow, I could not select "coupon" but I made the payment of Rs 9330. Then I requested customer care (through website followed by telephone) for allowing me to re-select the coupon on which they showed "deaf ear". On second call, the I requested to raise the matter to senior level which was found to be horrible. He not only refused to allow me for coupon, but disconnected my 6 years continuous connection of Annual Mega pack and changed to "Dhamal Mix" without my asking for any change. This is the service being offered by Tatasky to their premium customer who has more than 6 year old of business relationship.

                            Can I expect some thing from Tata sky top brass to avoid such practices and cooperate with the customer. I did not ask any extra-favour but the option to re-select the coupon which was offered by company. Providing service is not a 9AM -5PM job and executives dealing directly with customer should understand the pain of customer and should resolve rather than showing the rules; even the cabinet's decision is sometimes reversed.

I have paid Rs-1450 each two secondary connection. I have no objection the secondary connection to change from [protected] to above ID hence you are requested to kindly start the secondary connection as soon as possibly.

                                I have not received some channels last two months and I have given online complaint. Your service came and told need to install Super LNB on disc and price for the super LNB is Rs.200/-(Shown price list on chart). After installation of Super LNB and got message I have to pay Rs.1, 000/-.
                                My question is 1)why I have to pay your charges and LNB cost because problem is your side.
                                2)Last two months I have paid rental but your not provided all channels due to technical problem and then you solved your problem, but why I have to pay Rs1, 000/-.
                                Please review and solve the problem

                                  I am a subscriber of tata sky, my subscriber id - [protected].

                                  I have noticed that tata sky is not providing any reciepts (Not even electronically emailed ones) to the customers. These are not available on my tatasky web account also. Monthly statements older than 6 months are not available. They are not even sending me monthly statements by email.In any case i feel monthly statements cannot be considered like official payment reciepts.

                                    We applied for tata sky connection on 24.6.2015 in Kolkata. Our bill number is 95784. due to technical problems they could not put the connection. As per regulations they should be refunding our money. we called their office in kolkata as well mumbai, but till now we have not received any refund. The person incharge Mr. Vikas, in Mumbai office says that they have issued our cheque on 4th August, but when we tell him that we have not received any cheque so he says he ll look into matter and call back, but never calls back.
                                    Kindly help us get our refund. Please take necessary actions.

                                      Tata sky! Fire brainless creatures from ur company at call center! I have made 100 calls to them n still these haven't sent me any tecnician! I have been calling them up since 3 days! Just fyi my subscription id is [protected] n my biggest mistake is that i have paid 18k for one year subscription& i am stuck! I am sure this "regret for inconvenience" is a copy paste thing for u guys! U have people like krishna (Senior level person), ruby n endless number of duffers working at ur call center. I regret big time buying this connection from u guys.
                                      Today after such a long wait one useless tecnician came to my house sometime ago n couldn't solve d issue! He told me to again raise a complaint! Wow. What a nice team of people u have tata sky!
                                      D name of d tecnician was pravin with a mobile number+[protected] n he called someone called maane whose phone number is [protected] of his to remove my complaint from d screen! This is how u guys work! Bravo. This company is a big fraud n filled with d dumbest of people! Take action or else i will go to consumer forum

                                        My set top box conked within a few months. Tata Sky has not changed it for one month. Today a joker came with one box maybe picked up from some junk yard. he said for free replacement in warranty they use such antique pieces only. If we want to replace with new, then we need to pay 1100!!!

                                        Tata advertising that additional connection only 280 including new box and one-month subscription. So why should warranty replacement cost anything and especially why 1100!!!

                                        And for last one month you have been debiting my account, which unfortunately is paid for one year.
                                        Can you assure good service? We have been tolerating with Monsoon problems, earlier almost one month no signal due to some Satellite issues (but still charged).
                                        We got the box replaced with HD some time back &that conked out & we were made to pay again. Now this one has gone kaput within one year & you want to replace mint condition box with antique piece?

                                        If giving timely & proper service is too much for your company, please cancel my connection we will take from some other. If you can refund the advance (one year) well & good if not we will debit to Tata welfare fund.
