The signal quality of tata sky is so low that every 3 to 4 weeks we have to file a complaint with them as the cable connection doesnt come for 24 to 36 hrs at a stretch and this problem is there every month . I have made various complaints to the company but since they have no answer they disconnect my phone. I HAVE MADE ONE YEAR ADVANCE PAYMENT . Their service is subpar and customer care executives are ill equipped to answer any query .
Today 3rd August 2016, my signal went off at 9.00 am and i called the customer care, she (Nupur) said that the exec will come at 1.00 pm, i took off from work to stay at home to get the problem fixed, come 1.00 clock there was still no executive, i called up the customer care at 2.00 she said he will come at 4, 00, still no one came i asked her to transfer call to senior, senior came on call and he deliberately put me on hold and finally got disconnected, i called again at 6 .00 executive named saurav came on line, i asked him why the exec hasnt called, he said ill transfer to the senior, senior said that due to some technical issue the call back wasnt arranged, i asked him what the technical issue was, turned out that the 1st executive Nupur had not registered my complaint and i am still suffering because now im told its 6, 00 clock so no executive can come, the senior put me on voice mail and disconnected since he had NO answer to my query .
I am so frustrated with TATA SKY, I am going to get it disconnected, the service is so poor and the customer becomes a beggar, because they are all on automated voice mail and they disconnect the phone as soon as they realise they have made a mistake and the customer is left high and dry, they refuse to update the complaint and it takes more that 2 -3 days for the complaint, next time the same person is never there so someone else will pick up they will have no answer and they will also disconnect . The customer becomes totally powerless .
