I am not able to view channels on my tatasky tv. I had faced the another problem one month back and after complaining in the customer care for many times, they did sent their technicians but the technicians were not skilled enough and thats why one by one problems in the services of the tata sky please try to solve this problem once and for all or else i will be force to take legal steps for the recovery of payment made to tata sky on account of their instruments and advance service charges. The set up box is is really not working intact and i am really disappointed with tatasky services. Please look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible without free of cost.

        I have a mega HD pack.
        I am not getting Rajya sabha and lok sabha channels and few other channels.
        Comp plaint 4 times but except robot trained phone calls no action so far.
        Claiming of free service Mega customer but asking for 200 service charges.

          I am not able to view channels on my Tatasky TV. Also the remote control of Tatasky is of very very poor quality. Remote is not working perfectly. I am really disappointed with Tatasky services. Please look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible without charging me visiting charges as I already paid last month Rs.200 for visiting charges.

            MY self BASANT KUMAR SINGH, i am a customer of tatasky my ID [protected] for last 4 years and facing problem of not viewing all news channels and all other channels are coming. This problem i am facing from last 6 days and there is action taken by tata sky team. I also called tatasky customer care representative but no resolvement of problem. This is a technical problem and why should i pay 200 for technician visit. Please look into the problem and resolve it by today otherwise i have to opt other services...

              This is the worst service provider I have ever seen. When I recharge my tatasky after 12 am I will not get the account activated until 6 am. When I call the customer care they said there is a technical issue. To verify I did the same thing after a week. Same has been repeated. If this is the case how come these fraudsters claim they are 24/7. I am gonna get rid of tata sky
              I request you all do the same ASAP.

                The signal quality of tata sky is so low that every 3 to 4 weeks we have to file a complaint with them as the cable connection doesnt come for 24 to 36 hrs at a stretch and this problem is there every month . I have made various complaints to the company but since they have no answer they disconnect my phone. I HAVE MADE ONE YEAR ADVANCE PAYMENT . Their service is subpar and customer care executives are ill equipped to answer any query .
                Today 3rd August 2016, my signal went off at 9.00 am and i called the customer care, she (Nupur) said that the exec will come at 1.00 pm, i took off from work to stay at home to get the problem fixed, come 1.00 clock there was still no executive, i called up the customer care at 2.00 she said he will come at 4, 00, still no one came i asked her to transfer call to senior, senior came on call and he deliberately put me on hold and finally got disconnected, i called again at 6 .00 executive named saurav came on line, i asked him why the exec hasnt called, he said ill transfer to the senior, senior said that due to some technical issue the call back wasnt arranged, i asked him what the technical issue was, turned out that the 1st executive Nupur had not registered my complaint and i am still suffering because now im told its 6, 00 clock so no executive can come, the senior put me on voice mail and disconnected since he had NO answer to my query .
                I am so frustrated with TATA SKY, I am going to get it disconnected, the service is so poor and the customer becomes a beggar, because they are all on automated voice mail and they disconnect the phone as soon as they realise they have made a mistake and the customer is left high and dry, they refuse to update the complaint and it takes more that 2 -3 days for the complaint, next time the same person is never there so someone else will pick up they will have no answer and they will also disconnect . The customer becomes totally powerless .

                  I am not able to view channels on my Tatasky TV as the channels are flickering continuously. We had faced the same problem one month back and after complaining in the customer care for many times, they did sent their technicians after four days. But the technicians were not skilled enough and the problem still persisted. Please try to solve this problem once and for all or else we would be force to change the service provider. Also the remote control of Tatasky is of very very poor quality. This is my second remote in three months. We are extremely disappointed with Tatasky. Please look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.

                      Tata sky tv channels are continuously flickering, not able to view any channel. Had faced this problem one month back as well and made a complain about it to the customer care but nobody bothered to attain the problem for four days, that also after continuously calling. The technicians were not skilled and the problem still exists. Even the remote quality of tatasky is very bad. The current remote is the second one in three months. Tatasky need to take proper actions for the above problem. Other wise we would be forced to change the service provider. We are very disappointed with tatasky.

                        I have a hd box.In last few months the set top box developed issues twice. Both times the issue was that smoke was detected coming out of power supply section of the set top box. First time when they replaced technician did not provide any reason why it got damaged. Second issue occurred on 1st august, 2016. The technician replaced the set top box on 2nd august. This time the technician told me that there is a known issue with this model of set top box and tata sky has discontinued this model and providing newer models for new customers. He asked me to contact tata sky call center if i want any replacement. When i contacted the call center they denied that there is any known issue with the set top box and said that they cannot replace the set top box without me paying the cost of the new set top box.
                        My complaint is that tata sky has supplied low quality set top box model which has known issues. Both times they did not provide me a new set top box but a refurbished one. As the issue is with the set top box they have supplied they should replace the box free of cost.
                        Tata sky is not ready to replace it free of cost. I hope the complaint here will help me getting my complaint resolved.

                          Our Tata Sky number is [protected] & my name is Mrs D'Cunha. Our Tata Sky has not been working since morning & I have been trying to ring Tata Sky & have made 32 attempts at contacting them on the numbers given to us [protected] & [protected] & [protected]. I was not able to get through to the first two numbers but did manage to get through to the last number. I was told that I had to register with either of the first two number & they would then come to repair our connection. Unfortuately that was not possible as the message I kept getting was that the number does not exist. I therefore ask you to please help us and have someone to contact us on [protected] so that our connection is restored. Thank you.

                            Yesterday (1st aug) i booked my tata sky hd connection at 5.30 pm and they insure me that connection will install with in 2 hr., then after 3 hr. i again called on costumer care no then again they gave me assurance connection will install next day (2nd aug) at 10.00 am. after that i called 5 times and also talk their senior person, but connection still pending. right now time is 6.00 pm no phone call from tata sky side. i am very fed-up with tata sky service and his false commitments. please resolve this issue asap. if your first impression will be bad on customer then what we would be think about future relation. it's really very serious issue about tata sky and his management.

                              Not receiving signal since 2 days. I tried calling customer care, but no response. I want this to be resolves immediately. My earlier complaint (installer has demanded and taken extra charges of Rs. 200 at the time of installation) is also not yet resolved. I'll go to consumer court, if the problem doesn't clear today.

                                Pathetic services from tata sky. i did not get any resolution and my last complaint (sr[protected] was closed without any resolution. i've paid almost 3 times service charges in last 3-4 months. tata sky treats customers as atm machines to withdraw money in the name of service charges. i'm hoping for the permanent resolution this time.

                                I received a call from nodal team and they clearly denied to resolve the issue without service charge. it's really high time.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have upgraded to high definition (h d) television on 23/7/2016. i also paid the amount of rs. 1500/- by cash to the tata sky representative. a signature was also obtained by me for the payment.

                                  Surprisingly, my account was debited for rs. 300/- on 27/7/2016 towards work which was never done.in fact there was no complaint registered by me.

                                  Tata sky also deactivated our services for low balance and asked us to recharge.

                                  As the service was deactivated we recharged our account by rs. 300/- by paying rs 300/- at our regular outlet. we have the receipt for the same.

                                  On 29/7/16 i received a call on my registered mobile (rm) informing that the amount was deducted by mistake and the technician has recharged my account. on checking the account i found that the same was not true. when i contacted tata sky they refused to accept that they have not recharged my account and asked me to contact on tata sky.com. can not get in touch as site not available. please help and do not allow this big company to fleece consumers.

                                    The complaint was raised on 30/07/2016 and a technician attended who only de installed and fragmented the dish. It was further promised by him that it will be installed tomorrow, but no body turned up, despite the fact that the regular follow up was made up from the call centre, the technician did not turn up. On the contrary, the call centre cancelled the work order without getting any approval from my end.

                                      Raised a complain regarding Setup box hang and restart problem on 27th July. No body came till 3-4 days. With many follow-ups they came on 31st july and replaced with very old one. Even when asked they said its by process. Replaced one also has same problem and additional power problem. Customer care also not responding and not resolving the issue.

                                        Dear sirs

                                        We purchased a mega pack for one year (two connections) on 05.09.16
                                        From connection z, durgapur colony, block l, kolkata 700053 as we live closeby.

                                        Just half hour back, we find that the main connection has been disconnected - apparently due balance being nil. being sunday, your dealer is closed.

                                        We fail to understand why disconnection has been done as our bill clearly states that the mega connection is for one year for two connections - which means we are due payment only in early september.

                                        Please note that you are responsible for your dealers actions and we are very unhappy with what has happened. we are senior citizens and your oldest customers in this area and so unhappy that we will not hesitate to change over to another service provider, if this matter is not resolved immediately.

                                        Pl look into the matter urgently and find out from the dealer why this mistake has occured.

                                        Dey don't Co operate even after giving the complain so many times dey don't listen no actions were taken ..I think it's a fraud company. ...dey assured me that they vil refund my money but as my problem was resolved after seven days till seven days nobody took action properly and finally when my problem resolved dey dint refund my money back
