Hi,
I'm facing service issue in each consecutive months. I had complaint every month & paid service charges each time.
It's really hard time to write this mail.
I think Tata sky is considering their customers as ATM machine to withdraw money now.
I am really frustrated with the services of Tata sky now & want to switch either for Videocon or Airtel DTH service.

Even Tata sky customer service executive clearly denied to lodging the complain without services charge.

    They have charged me for hd channels, english entertainment channels, miniplex channel which i haven't asked for and also those channel were not working on my connections on those days when my taatasky was working. even i called them to discontinue the pack when i got to know about them they didn't stoped them and keep on charging me for that aand afte thaat when i called them even the seniors executive put me on hold and disconnected the call and not called back again.
    This is for the second time it happens with me first time i assumed it was my fault but this time i remember that i have called and executive has said that yes sir all additional pack are discontinued.
    I expect a kind and fair solution for the same.

      It's been 3 yrs I m using Tata Sky . After every 2 months signal problem persist & technician visit needs to be scheduled. One visit cost 170 RS. And it's the ongoing problem from the very first month. I am dis- satisfied with the Helpline number too. Waiting time is too long that for a 5 min talk you need to wait for 30 mins. Overall experience is not happy at all. My Tata Sky ID is [protected]

        Hi my rmn is [protected]. 1. I called you at [protected] where your ivr was unable to understand inputs 2. I logged in to your site and tried to chat... None of my messages got through. You have an amazing service - i will be delighted to get a call from you at rmn. Let us see how tata sky is cheating... India w. Indies test series, test #1 came on ten1 which is paid. So i bought it and cannot unsubscribe for 30 days. Now the second test match is getting shown on ten2 which is a different channel, so i am forced to buy another. Will the 3rd test come on ten3? :) to top it all, i am not even receiving ten1 (India and zimbabwe test at the first place). I will be delighted to get a call from you at rmn.
        Amazing... I am now calling your call centre (Check your details) from my rmn and it has been 15 mins. All i hear is that the estimated time is 10 mins :)

          My tatsky i d is [protected].
          I have been requesting tatsky to relocate my tatsky dish at our new location since 23july and it has heen 7 days since and yet my dish antenna has not been set up till now.
          Frequent calls from taysky office results into all unwanted coordinations, resulting in we satying at home and no technician turns up at the end of the day.
          We have found that tatsky is sending their technicians for setting up new connections but does not care for its existing
          Customers.
          One technician by the name aakash dubey visited our house twice but could not fix up anything and instead submitted a false report that the work has been completed resulting into further harassment.
          Kindly look into this complaint and if you feel it is an unmanageable task pl do let us know i shall
          Unsubscribe tatasky at the earliest.
          Absolute useless service by tatasky to say the least

            Sub.: cheating by tatasky dth service dsa at hotel silvercloud, ahmedabad.


            Dear sir/madam…

            With ref to above this is to inform you that we have been approached by mr ranjeet chahuan assistanrt manager – direct sales (Mob no. [protected]) from tatasky for dth connections alongwith mr shaunak shah tatasky dsa (Corporate) from winnie associates, ahmedabad at our hotel silvercloud, opp. Gandhi ashram, ashram road, ahmedabad.

            We were getting cable tv services from gtpl (Local cable tv operator) for 82 connections. On 30/05/2016 we received final proposal from winnie associates, tatasky dsa (Corporate) through email stating very categorically, subscription offer per one connection on monthly basis shall be rs. 312/- and on per day basis rs. 10/-. Moreover mr ranjeet chahuan assistanrt manager – direct sales (Mob no. [protected]) from tatasky informed undersigned that as tatasky is giving 10 mtr tv cable per connection and as such we are already having infrastructure ready, total 820 mtrs dth tv cable shall be handed over to hotel silvercloud free of cost. In past we have born this cost.

            Accordingly i paid requisite amount to winnie associates and got all tv connections transferred from gtpl to tatasky on 01/06/2016. It was informed by mr ranjeet that as per tatasky policy for first month we can not opt for per day option and we have to pay monthly subscription for all 82 connections. Accordingly in spite of very less occupancy at hotel we were compelled to pay monthly subscription for all 82 units.

            After completion of a month i. E. In july when we asked for daily activation for a single set top box then at that time we were informed by mr shaunak shah dsa tatasky that we can not activate single subscription but minimum four subscription are required to be activated!!! I am enclosing herewith mail from tatasky dsa mr shaunak shah which clearly states that subscription offer for single unit per day is rs. 10/-. Moreover during meeting at hotel mr ranjeet chauhan very categorically explained that we need to pay rs 10 /- for activation and as per occupancy of rooms we shall be charged. It is just impossible to maintain the group of four set top boxes and pay for four unit even if we need one unit activation. I tried to contact mr ranjeet chauhan to resolve the issue but he never picked up the phone after receiving payment from hotel. Dsa mr shaunak of winnie associates told that by mistake he sent me the offer. Instead of multi subscription he wrote single subscription!!! I told him that you are operating against the offer which you have mailed. I am compelled to pay additional amount as i am bound to serve my room guests. Mr shaunak told me that he can not adhere to his email and whatever i want to do against this cheating i can do!!!

            Moreover till date inspite of several reminder neither mr ranjeet or mr shaunak has sent the 820 mtr dth tv signal cable as promised by them.

            I urge you to look in to matter and do needful. I am compelled to again switch over to other dth cable tv operator due to cheating by tatasky associates.

              Hi this is rd singh, last month i asked for TATA sky connection, the customer care said charges like 1870 and no other charges ur person came and install the tata sky and asked 1870 amount plus 100 rupees for extra wire more than 12m, but the same was not informed me before, hence i said no for hat 100 rupees. they said ok but hey cut charges from my monthly prescription. now i contacted ur person regarding this, so many person call me from different number and they tried to convinced me about their cheat. the person name is sunil, from patna...he talked nonsense with me. so i am just requesting u to do the necessary action against ur customer care person and other related person. Tata sky having very good reputation but sorry to say ur customer care persons are highly uneducated and nonsense. i dont want my money back but i only need action against those persons...this is not acceptable

                I have escalated the similar issue during march and i am facing the same. it is nothing but cheating the whole population and feeling very upset after hearing that we have been charged monthly for active fitness & min movie or something for which we have not subscribed

                I have recharged for 1000 now and want to change the plan – while talking to your customer care - she connected to next level and call disconnected.

                I think all tatasky services need attention from government - people need to be carefull that the street thieves.

                  Tata Sky customer number : [protected], i have a connectivity problem and raised a service request on 23rd July 2016, WO # QEME368, no one resolved the issue and WO cancelled. Again we raised a complaint on 27th July 2016 - WO # QHLSS2Q, Technician visited and taken away setup box for observation, and he told that if there is any technical issue in setup box, he will update and replace with in 4 hours or if there is no issues in setup box, he will put under observation will revert one or two days. on 28th one of executive called and informed us there is no problem in setup box, there may be a problem in cable and some one will bring our setup box the same day. end of day no one came, the day gone, in next day no response. again we raised a complaint. the customer care executive unable to give the contact person details.

                  i am not understand one thing why the CC never share contact person details, but they collect all data from us.

                    We were subscribing rs.139 per month for our requirements (Rs.99+rs.40 for regional odia channels).
                    As per your flexibility norms for add package, i register for star plus (One month package @ rs.20.00) for the month of july. But my next package is now shown @ rs.159 pm instead of rs.139 package. I want to discontinue add channel star plus. Please rectify it and intimate my earlier package of rs.139

                      Since 28/07/2016 few important channels of news & dd not receiving signals.
                      We are paying 329 per month for these for our requirements.
                      Another complaint i did not register for increasing rs.20.00 without our knowledge and not informed.
                      This shows clearcut cheating with customers.
                      Please resolve the matter with our satisfaction at the earliest failing which we are free to go to higher authorities and for legal help.

                        I have contacted by an exicutive of tata sky and offered an annual subscription of supreme sports pack for Rs 1500 after some time on 14/07/2016 I have recharge my account by Rs 1500 and request through online help to activate the pack the executive informed me that the offer was for 15 days ondnot available now then I request him that if said offer is not available then I was not interested and request him to refund my recharged amount and not to activate any pack since then I have contact many time but company is not interested in refund of my money.I would like to mention here that since then I have not use services even not swich on set top box.

                            Team,

                            I am really very unhappy with tatasky services, after being in a relationship of more than 5 yrs. I just asked the team to activate my account for 3 days and i will pay u the overdue amount on 1st aug 2016, which has been denied :). Thankfully just reminding check the history, i am always doing the recharge on time.

                            Moreover this misunderstanding happened from their side, take a look at the brief

                            1. I am too worried in last 8 months twice they hv replaced my set up box, which has been charged to me
                            2. I gave a complaint on saturday, so that they can visit me when i am available, they did so but without informing their technician what exactly the issue is
                            3. I escalated it, but nothing happened on the same day
                            4. Then i wasted my time to be honest and on tuesday waited for ur technician to visit until noon ignoring my duties
                            5. Technician came issue resolved, but i already lost money for 5, 6 days without watching tv
                            6. Next day they charged for new set up box and deactivated my account

                            Here are my concerns

                            1. Why their set up box is getting damaged frequently?
                            2. Why i am not getting informed what is the issue wid the set up boxes?
                            3. Why i am getting charged for a set up box everytime?

                              I had called up the customer care to inform that i would like to cancel my subscription since i am permanently moving to another state. I also informed that since i have an existing tata sky connection in this new place... I would like to cancel the current subscription and requested her to return the deposit money. Fyi, i was clearly informed by the retailer that the deposit money will be refunded anytime i decide to cancel the subscription. However, the executive informed that there is no such policy for refund. I am shocked by this double standard from a reputed organisation such as yours.
                              Request you to please look into the problem and help me get back my refund.

                              There is no signal from last 8 week, , , but still it is not resolved, , even whether is cleared..

                              When I called customer care spoken she had asking for visiting charges 200, why?????

                              I am not willing to pay any charges...coz the signal quality is not our problem, , ,
                              I called tata sky customer care thrice today but after knowing the problem, they keep mute and ultimately disconnect the phone. This is the first time i had a problem with tata sky and which had no response.

                                My tatasky id is [protected], i am presently staying in bangalore in anjanapura, jp nagar and from last 6 years i am using tatasky. I have been moved to new house 1 month back from my old house and i am calling tatasky from last 20 days but not yet anyboby has came for installation in my apartment even i have given complaint in the customer care they told they will resolve the issue. Everytime the technician will call and they will say there is problem with local cable operator but in my apartment there are other people also who are having tatasky connection. Please look into the matter and solve my issue for the installation of tatasky in my new house.

                                  I am subrata bhowmik. My tata sky id is [protected]. I have lodged one request on saturday i. E., 23rd july for installation of a new dish at the new premises and from the service center they have told me that i will have to bear a charge of rs. 660/- (Approx.) and i agreed. But till today the dish not installed. I cannot understand the difficulty. Please advise mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. Is [protected].

                                  The quality of tata sky DTH hd remote is so bad. I have 4 connections and every remote has one or multiple buttons not working properly or very slow in response. The signal strength also goes down in one of the box now and then.

                                    I have complained in tata sky for i cannot working dth service dtd 25.07.2016 time 00.55 am. they schedule time 4 to 5 pm 26.07.2016 also any technisian not coming to solve this problem. only mesg is coming we hold your service. i repeatdly called tata sky customer care but there is no proper response. samthing happen last time.

                                    I have sy=uffered lot from tata skyservice i need recharge amt + sett box half amount return because becusei have suffered from tata sky they unable to provide me sevice. also two times officialy compalint register in tatasky wesite also.

                                      I am a new customer. my disc has been installed on 02.07.2016. one official named somnath chakraborty of your company inspected the installation on 09.07.2016 & commented that the installation has not been properly done. he assured me that it would be rectified. after some days when i got no response from your company, i contacted with nilanjan dutta of your company. he assured me that a technician would be sent to my flat on 22.07.2016 for proper installation but in vain. i feel harassed by your esteemed company.

                                        There is a common tata sky connection in my building which went off for an entire day for all the flats. When called a tata sky technician, he irresponsibly removed and threw off all the other wires and connected wire to he antenna for only some flats. This is very bad service on your part as for serving some customers, you provide inconvenience to other customers by just throwing off their connection wires. On calling that technician he spoke rudely that he is not bothered and disconnected the call. Pathetic service.
