Without confirming change on monthly charges on registered mobile number, Tata sky has added services and increased monthly charges. Instead of talking on registered mobile, they made contact on land line number where they did conversation with minor, which is against business ethics. They even did not bother to sending same on registered mobile number otherwise, I could have taken step much before this.
Apart from this, they also take charges on monthly basis but number of days in the month is maximum 28 days.

    I ordered 23-july-2016. Technicians not installed antena properly and asked customer care to solve problem.. They are saying sending and took request.. Till now not solved.. I thought tatasky service good.. But worst and worst service.
    Tatasky saying free - installation buy asking bribe.. How these people are behaving worse.. Without giving bribe.. Not doing service properly...
    Very very bad bad.. Worst tata sky.. I am suggesting don't go to "tata sky" dish.

      I am a user of tata sky dth service bearing customer id [protected]. I have recharged for rs. 315/- on dt: 24/07/2016 but after recharge i am not getting service from the co., when i start the set top box a message displayed on my t. V. Screen that set top box is receiving no signals. Regarding this when i complain to service provider they told me that visit charge of a technician will charge rs. 200/- to solve the problem. I want to ask why should i pay visit charge because receiving of no signal is not my problem if you cant give service then refund my rechrage along-with charge of set top box. Kindly resolve my problem oterwise i shall take a legal action on your cost

        Dear Sir, I had requested on dtd:16.07.16 to M/S TATA SKY to deactivate Multi TV, HD package as well as the Active Smart manager (for which i had never requested to add)vide my request Ref no Q67EYFW. i have also a photo of those conversation held on dtd:16.07.16 & shall show you if required .This is to regret that my account has still not been deactivated with Active smart manager ...Last time also my account had been deactivated before expected due date with the remark to recharge again at the mid of the month & this time also same thing repeated .SO we are having a strong disappointment with the services of M/S Tata Sky as we are continuously paying for the services which we never added or already requested to deactivate .You are finally requested to resolve the matter & to extend my due recharge date upto 16.08.16 as it should be .otherwise we shall be forced to switch the service to any other service providers.

          Requested for disconnection at vijayawada on 21-7-16 the service was not satisfactory and to my dismay the reconnection was still horrendous at Bangalore, the fellow after repeated reminders took more than 20 caals and finally after a delay of 48 hrs came today on 24-7-16 at 12.00 pm and while coming in itself was haughty and misbehaving, for reconnection he said after lot of hindrances has to charge Rs. 350 for connection and Rs 375 for another problem of receiver, he said if we do not pay he cannot connect and while leaving said if you complain of the money being taken he will come and disconnect the signal and also was very rude, while fixing, you can send somebody for verification also, finally he left taking Rs.350 and when persisted for receipt he said no receipt will be given, He was very happy in saying that Tata Sky lost lot of its customers, The name of the fellow is somashekar gowda

          I have given request to Activate Semi Annual HD Pack on 22nd June 2016 & made payment according to that. so that time when i saw next due date it was showing 19th Dec 2016 & on 19th July 2016 when our connection was barred i called up tata sky that time they said that we activated Annual HD pack & asking to pay extra money.
          Without asking from customers, add unnecessary channels & deduct their balance . Not listen customer complaints.

            I have already placed a requsition regarding upgrade my tata sky set top box to hd recording facility.
            No action is taken from the company side to provide a set top box.
            They are playing with us like we ll go today or tomorrow since 1 week but no one is coming.
            Im done with the service.
            Very poor service so i want to change my set top box to another company.

                Worst ever service by tata sky
                There. Are serious issues due to antennae put on terrace leading to leaking in the lift room.
                I was asked by society to relocate the antenna. As lift was shut down due to it
                I called yesterday for same and was told would happen in day via wo#qejw3xl
                I got a time of 5 yesterday evening but no one turned up and nothing happened i called yesterday evening again and still no action.
                Today i called at 8.48 am. Then 9.59 then at 10.41 then at 1130 then at 11.53.
                Everytime the customer service executive says you will get resolution in one hour but no message no calls no update.
                Never even with any service providers have seen such pathetic service. Spoke to rachana. Spoke to sandya. Spoke to rahul and many more. Everyone has just one answer will revert in one hour.
                What is the duration of one hour for tata sky. One day one week or one year.
                Is it co complicated for tata sky to manage.
                I am fed up with such response for a customer who is loyal with you if this is how you treat god save tata sky.
                I am.In now thinking mode to change if no resolution is done

                    I am a customer of tatasky having subscriber id [protected] in the name of samar das and is facing the problem from tatasky every alternate month that without my permission or request they are activating additional pack with my regular pack and thus charging extra money. Previously by calling the customer service i have disconnected the additional pack twice but again and again they are adding the pack without my concern

                      Sir/ madam
                      It is kindly brought in ur information that at about 6.15pm the service of tatasky became unavailable due to sudden appearance of error 2 on the tvs screen. I called tatasky helpline. They guided me nd i followed the system reset option.
                      But the system was nt restored. I called helpline. They asked me to hv technician's visit. I told i will not pay for service because i hv already credited the monthly charges in account nd services were supposed to end on aug 8.
                      The technician visited nd the error was already disappeared.
                      If the tatasky people has debited my account, they have to give proper reason with proper explanation.

                        Dear customer redressal forum,
                        Subject - cheats/fraud/false statements in order to sell their product
                        I think tatasky is either on some money making racquet or they don't have money to pay salaries or eat too, soo they constantly fleecing customers. They deserve to be banned as dth providers and management prisoned and fined for running scams.
                        I have taken 1 hd service connection of tatasky via consumer id [protected], which was supposedly to expire on 16/06/16. But i started getting calls to get the same renewed a week before the expiration date. And anytime tatasky called me to get my package renewed they deliberately advised fake packages to make double money.
                        My hd package was perfect with 52 hd channels before they advised me to take a new package as the price for renewal was high. Upon asking, i was assured that all channels including hd channels (52 channels) would remain the same as it is in my "grand sports" package, the only change would be the price and it's going to be a new connection with new setup box. Despite knowing that my previous setup box would be useless after taking new connection, i went ahead purchasing the new package called "dhamaka pack" with new consumer id [protected] and i was advised by the tatasky representative over the call that it's just a mere name change of the package not the features and this entire affair would cost me inr5400 annually. However, post installation, when i surfed it, i observed that maximum number of channels including hd channels are not authorised to be viewed to which the technician advised that i should contact the customer care center to the get same activated as they would update your account in the system.
                        When i called the tata sky call centre to get all the channels including hd channels activated i was told that i have to pay additional inr 450 to get all channels including 43 hd channels activated as the new package only has 32 hd channels and inr 7100 for a new connection (Another connection). I was dazed to hear that. I told the representative that i was told that i would get all the features and services as is in this new package as i had in my previous one. To that the representative told that i would capture your concern and the concerned team would get in touch with you.
                        When i received a call from the so called concerned team i was told that to get all features of "grand sports" package i have to additionally pay inr2300. I responded "why would i pay more, when i was committed that i would have all the features that i had in my previous package within inr 5400?" then the representative said you have to take "ultra pack" in order to get all channels including hd channels else you will get what you have now.
                        Upon asking the call was retrieved where i was given a false commitment and statement by there representative to which they said they would give feedback to the representative but would not be able to help me give what i was committed. Really disgusted with tata sky service.
                        I have raised several complaints with them but it is very sad that the team hired to serve in tata sky is doing such a terrible job with it, the people in charge of customer service are oblivious of the customers grievances and are very mechanical, scripted in their dealings.
                        I would urge the higher management in tata to introspect and bring some necessary changes required to save the brands service delivery, even the team leaders and supervisors in tata sky will speak in a very unprofessional &oblivious manner treating the customer in a patronising way. Highly disappointed!!!
                        To my surprise the tata sky team beleive him and not cared to resolve my problem.

                          I am getting bad service from the tata sky
                          There is no signal from last 3 week, but still it is not resolved, even whether is cleared..

                          When i called customer care spoken to mr saurabh he had given wrong commitment, for waiver of visitor charge, which is 200 rs.. but when i got from the engineer he was demanding for 300 rs, and without visiting our place he went back...

                          I am not willing to pay any charges... coz the signal quality is not our problem,

                            There are a lot of disturbances in my tata sky dth. Pl direct your service personal to attend the complaint. Also pl provide me the local contact no of your rep at dehradun who could be contacted/ lodged complaint. The old number i have with me does not attend. Moreover for better services pl provide the contact no of all loclal service providers when ever the a m c changes. Prompt action will highly be appreciated.

                              Today received call from tata sky customer care of [protected] no.
                              And he told me our facility bla and bla... Finally he told me something additional pack for maths calculation channels no 8 and he told me only 6 rs charge for 91 days (This charge only one time),, and i m asking him than continue or not,, he said than discontinue than he deduct 6 rs my account without my permission and he said your last recharge date 19 july 16 and next recharge date 18 aug 16 but now your recharge date 6 aug 16 after 6 rs deduction and than he drop the call. I wanna ask tata sky company which type of calculations.

                              Kindly again i infirm you my last recharge date 19 aug 16 than next recharge date 18 aug 16 and after 6 rs deduction 6 aug 16 recharge date... How is possible.

                              Now i m not satisfied your services.


                              Kya apki compny janta ko bavkuf banane k liye bathe hai ki bina agree kiya account se paise deduct kar lete hai apke excutive k liye sakt se sakt karviye hone chiye. Ki usne mere bina permisson k paise kaise cut kiye.

                                Hi i'm a customer of tata sky my id no;[protected] had lodged a complaint on 22nd july 2016 at 11:30pm for the network issue problem. I had called on tata sky helpline number but the staff of tata sky did not respond to my complaint, not even have patience to listen. They hung the call and second call he muted and went somewhere... I'm like a mad guy talking n talking but the other side there is no person to listen.
                                This tatasky setup box is worst quality within 6months you will get problem... And if you given complaint technical guy come and you will lose another 200 rs that's it nothing will happen to your problem.
                                So please stay away from this tatasky services

                                    I am a customer of tata sky my id no;[protected] had lodged a complaint on 20th july 2016 at 11;00pm for the network issue problem. I had called on tata sky helpline number but the staff of tata sky did not respond to my complaint and given fake trust that it will be done in 24 hours but it has not been solved so far.
                                    So, i request to the people that please don't take tata sky dish [cable] because they give miserable service and give a fake trust to the consumer & miss guide the people which i am facing from 'tata sky'

                                      Set top box are getting non functional after every 6 months and i am paying extra for new set top box... It has happened last few times.

                                      When we make call to customer care they say we can provide warranty for 6 months only...

                                      I am fed up with the service of tatasky and i feel i am being cheated as why the set top box get automatically non functional just after completion of warranty.

                                        1. 1. i had received a sms on 14.07.2016 regarding to recharge of my a/c for rs.1925.00 so that my hd subscription will be activated for further one year with respect to 19.07.2016. that time my a/c balance was rs. 286.41 till 14.07.16 at 12.41 pm.
                                        2. i had recharged my a/c for rs.2100.00 on 18.07.16 and my total balance become rs. 2333 at 4.11 pm as per sms received from tata sky.
                                        3. again i had received a sms on 19.07.2016 at 8.37 pm that your current a/c balance is 2320.56 and your pack request is completed with due date 21.11.2016 and new monthly charges will be rs. 380.00.
                                        4. at same time i had received one more sms that request completed for bumper – rs. 2270.00.
                                        5. further i had just received a sms on 20.07.16 that my a/c balance is only rs. 57.4. a/c due date is 29.07.2016.

                                        From above i do not understand what they are trying to say and what a disgusting tata sky management. i had neither requested for the change of my monthly plans of rs. 380.00 to bumper - rs. 2270/- nor requested for anything else. how they are changing my plan to his wish without consent of consumer.

                                        I had emailed to tatasky nodal officers on 19.07.2016 & 20.07.2016 and customer care on 19.07.2016 at 8.51 pm to resolve the same and activate yearly monthly plan of rs. 1925/- of hd and keep my monthly plan same as earlier of rs. 380/- pm.

                                        Reply of customer care representative was that within 24 hours, first he will cancel the bumper – rs. 2270.00 and said amount credited to my a/c. further he had requested me to make a call after credit of said amount for the activation of hd plan.

                                        In the mean time i had received a call from nodal officer mrs priyanka paul on 21.07.2016 at 11.15 am that your hd plan is activated for one year but your monthly plan of rs. 380/- is changed to rs. 400/-. i had requested, why my plan has been changed without my requested and consent. but she had no answer in this regard and very rudely replied that we will not be changed this to your earlier plan of rs. 380/- as it had been closed my side.

                                        Therefore, to whomsoever it may concern, it is requested to looked into the matter and such behaviours of a nodal officers never be tolerated by any consumer. why consumer will suffer due to tata sky internal problem? how she can behaves like that to any consumer? why we should be paid extra monthly usages charges for those we never said for?

                                        I will never ever tell to anybody to get the connection of tata sky. totally rubbish services and mismanagement.

                                        I certainly think, you will do take necessary action against the rude nodal officers and mismanagement.
