I had started off with grand sports package on 20 july 2015 which was valid until 18 july 2016.

However we cannot view channels now as of june 2016 and says we need to subscribe. ​

Question 1: why is the subscription cut early?

On ju​ne 29, i made a recharge payment of rs. 4700 to renew the subscription​ which was successful.. However, it mentions validity only january 2017. ​

​question 2: ​​this is an annual subscription amount then why such discrepancies?

This is a frustrating experience for a customer who pays his bills on time and does not receive due credit. I am hoping to receive your earliest response.​​​

    On 8th july 2016 at 8 pm i made a service request with tata sky call center.. i was to get a call from technician by 10am following day to confirm time of visit... no call has been received after some 30 calls to call center. all i am told i will get a call in an hour but no call has still been received let alone the technician showing up.

    On every call i make i am told i will receive a call within an hour but don't know when that hour starts so i am held up on a weekend at home to a possible visit of the technician

      My setup box was dead on 6 july 2016. i called customer care and they said they will send technician. but since that day no one came to check it. i called them many times and everyday they gave me same answer that our technician will visit you today. but after sending email to nodal officer i got phone call from +[protected]. person on phone asked about my address. after that he told me that he won't come to my area because they don't provide services in that area. and he also told me to call customer care and ask for your refunds. i have tata sky hd+ setup box. and now i just want full refund. i already wasted my time and money on phone calls to customer service but no one help me. my subscriber id is [protected]

        I had requested for toys by zeetos points given by tata sky active services but i didn't got the toy for more than 2 months. after that i got the wrong toy delivered. name written on the top of parcel was correct i. e. remote controlled car but the product was a magical kit. so i returned the product immediately to the courier boy. my consumer details are:

        Month of request for toy-april (id-rp[protected] & may (id-rp[protected]. i got the wrong toy for the april month's request. processing fee was also deducted from my tata sky account. deduction of money, not delivering the product on time & delivering wrong product is like a cheating with the customer. i called tata sky customer care many a time but till now i haven't got any proper solution regarding this matter. they do not even send the complaint number also. it's not only the question of the undelivered product but also of faith & reliance between company & customer. so i want the commitment to be fulfilled committed by tata sky and to get the product as soon as possible.

          Being a regular subscriber except subscribing on hd system, i, sri dipak kumar naha ([protected] id. no.), am disgusted and feel harassed in not seeing my regional and other tv programs on tata sky.
          I have fully paid for one year upto may 2017 a sum of rs. 2900 for seeing the tv programs on tata sky.
          But on daily basis i have been debarrerd from seeing the tv programs and to my utter surprise i have been told that you have not suscribed to hd system which i verily state that i have not gone for the hd system but the sd system.
          In the light of the above deliberations, i am compelled to come to the conclusion you are compelling me to go for the hd system which i would not subscribe.
          I knock at your reasonable approach not to pressurize me to opt for the hd system and allow me as a senior citizen of india to see the tv programs on tata sky on sd system.
          Please do not close the tv programs on the plea that i have not suscribed to the hd system.

            Respected sir,
            I'm g srinivas kini, from mangalore and my tatasky id is [protected]. this complaint is to inform you that the due date of my recharge on this dth service gets changed without prior information. to say, my first recharge date was on 11/01/2016 and the same date should have been followed. but the next due date was decreased by 2 days, ie. on the 9th of every month. as on today, 09/07/2016, my next recharge due date was changed to 05/08/2016 as said by tata sky service, which is not right. when i called to the customer care, they didn't give me the satisfactory answer and yet there was no complete change on my complaint. further, an executive named vijay bkaskar from the customer care were negligent when they were asked to take an action on this. i would want this forum, to take an action right now about this and provide me with justice. i want the tata sky service to change my recharge due date to the 11th of every month, without any further delay and i would expect a reply very soon.

              I had reported an issue of services unavailable on 8th jul 16 through the web portal mytatasky.com. I am one of the persons in india who still believes in the tata brand. But it is very sad that my issue is still not resolved even after 24 hours. I have called the customer service number [protected] four times today. And i get only one answer that we will forward your request. So i fail to understand what have they been doing for the past 24 hours. When our package is expiring we get a call from the customer care at least 2 days prior to activate our accounts. But when we are facing service issue it not even gets resolved in 24 hours.

              Is this how tata works now? It's a very unprofessional attitude and the customers are totally dissatisfied.

              My family is fan of wimbeldon and today being saturday we planned to sit together and watch the finals. So i have been following up throughout the day to check the status of the complaint. And i was so confident that it will get resolved before the match begins since i had all the faith in tata.

              But i am really disappointed and sad that your team has ruined it all.

                We have a commercial account with tata sky, we have 22 connections at our resort. We been loyal customer for more than two years. Also we are due to recharge for another half yearly. There have been couple of issues for the very beginning we have adjusted a lot. Plus our clients have been complainting regarding the poor connectivity how much we need to followup with the customer care... No proper followup by the representatives no promptness at all we need to wait for two to three days to wait to get the issue resolved.
                We are paying for the recharges nd also why should we pay the technicians to resolve the technical errors at your end, how can u charge us to pay for there fees on their visits?
                The setup boxes dnt work... Can u pls look into this or else we need to contact the tata sky managing director or ceo office for this... We require the regional head contact number... Or email id for goa...

                  I am using tatasky service from fast 8 years. I have two tatasky connection at my home (Primary with hd and secondary) i am recharging for advance 6 months. From past one month i am not able to view any channel from tatasky. I have lodged the compliant on june 17th 2016. I am not getting any response from tatasky representative nor they are not able to solve the issue,
                  Every day they are deducting the daily charges. They are giving only false promise and some silly reasons. Till now my problem has been not rectified and i am not able to view the channels.

                    This is bring to your kind information that last two years, we changed three setup box but when we ask to customer care executive or engineer for reason of why setup box not working they deny to provide particular reason for setup box issues. and always they provide old setup box or never provide complete detail of setup box fault. and after two and three month setup box showing issues and five month it got stop working and they charges six hundred for setup box always.

It is not possible because i have taken new connection on 26062016 and the validity is till 12072016 and i have done my base pack recharge on 07072015. And they are counting this from 07072015to07072016 and what about my validity till 12072015. And now i am asking for monthly statement they are not providing me. Please help me

                            from the last three days .
                            We have complainted to your repairing centre 36 hours before from now, but the local dealer has told us that we may not get the set top box for 7 to 8 days.And no technician from your service station has arrived yet.
                            In this condition can we move to another service provider
                            Or can we get set top box whithin next 18 hours because we gave complaint 36 hours before and no any action from your service station has been taken.

                              Horrible customer service, kept me waiting for 2 days and still no final timeline by when the technician will come and finish his job

                              I had requested for dismantling of my antenna 2 days ago, i was told the work will be done in 4 hours, i kept waiting on the spot - my old house for 6 hours, i did not receive any call neither any technician turned up

                              Today i was told i will get a call and work will be done by 4pm, havent recieved any call again from technician, and the work still remains and my staff is waiting on the spot for someone to show and finish the job

                              Kept calling the tata sky customer care, they told me to wait for 2 hrs everytime i called and no solution

                                Dear sir,

                                My subscriber id no. [protected]

                                Last month[protected] i got my set top box replaced and this was the second time it was being replaced within 6 months time. before getting it replaced i had complained to tata sky customer care that i should not be charged as this is the second time my set top box is being replaced and the problem from the tata sky end and not from my side.

                                Soon i got a call from a senior executive from tata sky that i wont be charged anything and my set top box will be replaced free of charge, the same day a technician from tata sky came and replaced my set top box and assured me that i wont be charged anything and no charged will be deducted from my a/c. after replacement the next day itself my a/c was deducted by 700 rupees. on calling the technician he told me that it will be reimbursed shortly. i called him 4-5 times till 10 days and got the same false assurances.

                                Now my a/c has been deactivated and on complaining i am getting the reply that i will be charged for replacement of materials. this is so ridiculous and totally and expected and not accepted from a reputed company like tata sky,

                                Now i have been left with no option other than i will be filing a case in the consumer forum and civil suit with the court of law and send it all the regional offices, registered office, head office and corporate office. i will bring the matter to all the public forums so that people come to realise that even a company with a reputed brand name tata can also cheat and act fraudulently

                                  My set up box is not working from 05.07.2016.I have complained on ur all centre on 06.07.2016 and your representative asked me to restore system settings which I did but signal was not showing so he lodged a complaint for me and said me the technician will come tomorrow but no one has visited the site and my set top box is still showing no signal.                                     Only after the 3rd attempts (And 50 bucks of talktime lost).

                                    Great. Technician comes on 29th june 2016. Changes 2 connectors, asks for 90 rupees. Says if

                                    I put this bill on your account tata sky will charge 130 rs so better give me 90 rs instead.

                                    Later get a call from tata sky inform them about this and they tell me that they do not

                                    Charge anything for the connectors.


                                    Now the problem starts again later the same day. Call up tata sky next day (30th june 2016)

                                    Register a complaint technician comes changes some part 100 rs charged in the account. Fine

                                    O far.

                                    Then to my shock find out that they have charged 200 on the 29th and another 200 on the

                                    30th.

                                    Find out that once charged the service is available for a month. Above that it was the same

                                    Issue that was un resolved.

                                    Whent through some 10 calls with tata sky and lost some 100rs of talk time insisting that i

                                    Was falsly charged. But they kept making up stories.
                                    One store was: sir the first 200 rs was for buying warrnty and the next 200 was the visiting

                                    Charge. So you will not be refunded.

                                    One of the last calls i got, a person said that we were falsly charged and the 200 rs will

                                    Be refunded. But again the next day a mother less fatherless lady called telling the same

                                    Torey and that there would be no refund as it was correctly charged.
                                    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      My tata sky id is [protected] and regd mob no is [protected]. i am an old tata sky customer at bhubaneswar. for broad band and tv services i changed to ortel commn cable network. wqhe the service of b/b and tv sevices of ortel was poor again i requested for tata sky service and paid rs270 for dhamal pack. as my set box was old i could not see tv service. i raised a request for change of set of box and one technician came with one set up box and replaced with old one held with me. he also fitted tata sky disk already held with me and service resumed. i was charged rs200.00 for mechanic service and about rs166.00 for fitting of old disc held with me. my balsnce was low i after all calculation i recharged with rs 437.00 on 04 jul 16. service was normal. to day i received al call from [protected] tata sky rep and she told one new disk was fitted? i told no i am a old customer and mech fitted old one held with me and you have already charged for that fitting. she again raised query for fitting of new disc. when i switched set up box there was no service and when i rang on toll free no [protected], the reply is you do not have balance. plz justify who is at fault? me, tata sky or mech? proper investigation should be carried out and i must be paid for the un-necessary harassment given by tata sky. any early reply is requested. my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      I raised request to Tata Sky on 02 Jul 16 & Mech visited on 03 Jul 16 & replaced St Up box and fitted OLD DISC BELONGS TO ME ONLY. Question of fitting new Disc does not arise. There may be lapse in the part of Tata Sky Rep of Bhubaneswar or may be with Tata Sky Main Office.disconnecting service without intimation is only to harass customer.

                                        I am recharge of amount 59 monthly pack of active fun learn. But company shows that the value only for fifteen days. Everytime company has cheating me and fraud payment or fraud information. No custumer represrntative pick up my call only ivrs system take call. My money was almost spent on him without any decision. If the company not retain my problem then i closed the service of tata sky from next month.
