Fed up calling tata sky customer care who doesn't care their customer. Atleast more then 20 calls were made by me since last 5 days, still there is no resolution on this. There is a tata sky ampifier in the building which is no more working and that connects to atleast 10 consumers. And due to unavailability of amplifier they put all the customer complains on hold. Its now 5th day and they still couldn't able to manage amplifier. Don't know...

I had payed the tatasky recharge amount of rs.2450 using payzapp application by scanning image from the tv. The money has been credited to tata sky bangalore account with the transaction id: mvisa2016071qu0 but so far tata sky has deducting the balance amount on pro rate basis even though i have recharged before due date. Recently i have been transfered from pune to hyderabad. The technician who has de-installated the dish from our flat terrace has mis-placed a clip (L & b clip) for which i need to buy the whole dish again.

There is no check list of items that is been handed over or signed for which i was unaware of the items which i got before installation...

tata sky customer care is extremely disappointing. my original set top box stopped functioning 15 days back and due to reasons unexplained the technician took it back, replaced it with faulty one and replaced the faaulty one again with another faulty one.
they did not explain the problem to me even after my repeated demands to know the actual fault
also everytime they send a new technician...

We had a problem with the tatasky set top box. After a technical check by the customer service agent on the phone it turned out that the set top box was faulty and had to be changed. The engineer came and checked and went and did nothing. After a couple of hours they came again and checked and went and again after a couple of hours they came at 8:30 pm. And gave me a new set top box but did not give me a remote so the set top box was useless....

Thanks for kind information but still now i'm due to some technical problem i was not able to watch the channels in last 20 days my connection got may be cut down so couldn't watch any channels with the dth connection why i don't know. However last 1days ago your technical agent visited at my home and he did not resolved my problem bucz the tata sky is probably making money for tata telecom cause every time you need to complain...

Set up box not working from 2 week. i am not able to see TV channels due to faulty set up box. I registered complaint before 2 weeks. but this company cant resolve the problem . My rent is wasting and i cant see TV channel . I request to tatasky to stop service but that is also not done.No body is attending complaint.

I had made the first call to tata sky toll free helpline on tuesday, july 12, 2016 at 10.30 registering a complaint about non-reception of signal. The next day in the morning between 10-12 am, i received a call from tata sky enquiring if i had received any call from 'tata sky service center / technician', which was answered in negative by me. 4 months back I was told that my set top box is not functioning and I should replace it at a charge of rs. 700 ..having done that, Today I am facing the same issue and don't think it's fare by the company to keep charging me gain and gain ..
