I ram dhan gupta is a tata sky user and my id no. [protected] and mobile no. [protected] is not in working due to no signal since 02-07.2016. I had complained at your customer care centre and technician came yesterday at 3.00 pm. He advised that our set up box is not working and he wants to carry the set up box with him but my wife asked him to please bring fresh set up box and start the services than you take the existing box. The person went back and not reported till now. I had recharged with rs 250 on 30.06.2016 and since the same day we are not getting any service.
Please take up the matter seriously.

Poor after sale service
They replace your faulty setup box & remote with old repaired one, they charge it like anything .
I asked to change it with new, but refused by customer care & service engineer
But this is my mistake, I should have read old reviews & comments before taking new Connection

      U people have been increasing the monthly rates as per ur wish.
      If there were add on channels it is as per your wish and we have not subscribed for it.
      I am happy with the channels which I had subscribed during my purchase.
      You do not take the consent of the cust before adding any channels.
      And you start to show the count to cust when we complain.
      Please roll back the increase in channels and correspondingly the prices.

      On-line login sucks completely. I'm not able to reset my password even after multiple attempts. Toll free number - Too much of Wait time. Initial wait time is reported as at least 3 to 5 mins and the worst part after 3 to 5 mins the wait time keeps on increasing at an alarming rate!!!

        I moved to new place and form last 2 days calling tatasky for installation but there is no responce .they said in 2 hours technician will contact but there is no responce. every 2 hours i m callling them still no technician has reported yet .If recharge is getting over this people cut connection even if there one hour delay but while providing service they dun turn up.and this not first time i m going through this problem
        everytime i m facing this issue.i found tata sky service not worth at all and still waiting for installation where this people know only to take money not dont know how to provide service .completly useless and not worth tata sky is.

          From last 18 days iam complaining and following about the signals not coming only in my TV at the same time when I checked with my neighbors there was no problem with their sets they also have Tatasky connection...service center people sent one technician he demanded material charges which I paid, but I hold their service charges, so that I can check atleast for 24 hours...but these people deducted from my account with out my concent ... then again I started calling call center many times for the same they sent another technician ... without asking me he went up to terrace and came back telling me that he has changed another part... was it new old I mean atleast before changing he could ask me or shown me... then again demanding money for ... I asked him to wait and let me check ... now from last two days my TV has completely gone ... earlier it was coming and going... now it's gone...
          These people are mentally harassing the costumers ... Iam altering everyone BEWARE of TATASKY...

            We are having tatasky connection id no. [protected] in the name of dr m a arif since 2010. we have annual subscription and are paying approx. rs. 6000 every year. we have shifted to new house at sarawati apptts. pocket d, vasant kunj, new delhi. we paid transfer charges rs 300, with work order no. n9u02be for mr kishan kumar executed the order. after some days the signal got defective and we called the technician again and paid rs 200, after sometime again we paid rs 200 for improvement of signal but even today the reception has few channels with no hd. i was told by the subsequent technician that the dish is not properly placed i. e. the installation of dish is not at proper place.
            My question is: are consumers fools? if the dish was not installed properly, who was responsible, the consumer or the technician. why should the consumer pay all the time for the defects caused due to faulty installation?

            Set top box not working and it is very painful to contact you on your toll free no the language is tamil which we cannot understand and there is no response from your dealers say you register online and this is so cumbersome please send body or make a easy way to call you
            I had already complaint to u regarding problem during rainy season as it is started m facing no signal problem ur complain care people talked to me n I had explain them but till date no action.i once again requesting u to take action n change my more than 10 years old disc as already u have changed free of cost to many customers

                  How long is 24 hrs...?.."sir it will be done in 24hrs..".. thats what i keep hearing for 3 days from the customer care.
                  I have raised a relocation request day before yesterday at 10 am for the same day at 4-5 pm. i was given the service request no and also received the call back wherein i was informed that the engineer will address it today itself. but no one visited or the call was received from the engineer who is suppose to do it.
                  Post which numerous calls have been made to the customer care no. every time i am being informed by the customer cell that my request has been marked as urgent and will be taken care of within 2 hrs...

                  Now it has been 72 hrs and no redressal of my request / grievance. what kind of service is this. the purpose of taking tatasky is forfeited. i took it because relocation. what a bad service. tata ka naam dubo diya.

                    I am thoroughly disappointed with the Tata sky customer care service from my recent experiences. I just shifted my more than 10 year old Tata sky to a new location. I got my Tata sky removed from my old home. However, it's getting very tedious for me to get in touch with the customer care to have it installed in the new place. It took quite some time for them to pick up my call. Everytime I call them, it would keep me waiting. Finally when they picked up my call, it was morning 7.30 the next day. They took my request, my new address and a suitable time for installation. At sharp 10.30, I finally called the call center again to ask for the status of technician visit. They surprised me by saying they haven't received my request. I patiently rebooked a request with a promise that a technician will get in touch. The technician called me after a while. He requested to visit by evening 4. At 4, when I called him back, he pushed it further by making some excuse. He ultimately stopped picking my phone. When I called up the customer care again, they gave me shock of my life by saying my request was canceled altogether. I havent seen a worst service ever. If this doesn't clear up in time, I will be left with no other option but to change my digital TV altogether.

                      I sell a 1 unit Tata Sky HD Connection to CID-[protected] hari singh gour sakti chhattishgarh 495689 mob-[protected] 11.00 A.M on dated 1st july, 2016. I was assured to install the product by 5 PM on same day by its installation company/ firm but after a while I got a call from its installation company/ firm that they are not comfortable to install the system by there given time so for there convenience I had done yes to if they are installing the product by 10am- 11am on next day 2nd July, 2016. It is very shocking to know that they are not very serious to customers care. Even after telephonic complaining at 6 PM on 2nd July 2016 they arguing me and threatening me to if I don't do as their wish I can't get any help from anywhere. Even the complaint couldn't disappoint them, they said. It is attitude like dictatorship. Now I am feeling totally astonished and worrying about my Buck's spent on it. I am also thinking about legal help. Please help me.

                        I regret to write that I never requested for your programme Active English to start on my TV. But I received a message just now that on my request that Progammed of Active English shall be started on my TV whereas I never requested for it.
                        It is undesirable practice & you are requested to stop it with immediate effect & no charge shall be borne by me in this regard otherwise I shall be forced to move to Consumer forum or any appropriate court so as to seek justice against malpractices by your staff.However I would also like to discontinue your services, get it disconnected & write to your Head Office for poor services with malpractices.

                        I shall be obliged if immediate action is taken in this regard.

                          This is to inform you that My Tata connection (Subscriber Id - [protected]) has not been working for the past 15 days. I have already registered a complaint on their customer care toll free number in this regard. Still no action has been taken in this behalf. I have already made advance payment for the services. Whenever I call on their tollfree customer care number, I get a reply " your work order is on hold" and the call disconnects.
                          I am deeply hurt and request the authorities concerned to take immediate action in this regard and the person responsible for the delay should be made accountable for the hassarment faced by me.

                            i am saurabh from mumbai.
                            i have complaning about dish provider TATA SKY.
                            my Subscriber ID : [protected],
                            1year back i buy HD setup box.with 1 year Subscription package.
                            now after completed 1 year i containing same package. about after few month DTH box not working . so i requesting new box.
                            The TATA SKY provider not provide replacement as NEW BOX which comes 1 year warranty. they provide old box which other customer used and repair one. charges of this (400).
                            main thing is after me asking i want brand new box with warranty they said your card not working in that new box that means that 1 year package not working in that box.. so my loss almost 5k something .
                            BUT i sugg. i want to upgrade my box then they provide me NEW BOX .
                            wait NEW BOX NEW REMOTEALL new.
                            AND same access card run which means your package is working in that..
                            the upgrading charge is 8k
                            my question is why you not provide NEW BOX. in replacement.
                            as upgrade same thing you do. ?
                            this is totally paise kamau karbhar. its better to switch to cable . in rain atlist they they woking fine .

                                Tatasky service engineer is giving me wrong suggesti, my experience is about changing the LNB of dish, service engineer forced me to change LNB, as old LNB is working fine signal strength and quality is same as new LNB but service engineer installed new one,

                                Service engineer is not trustable.

                                1. When service engineer is entered in home he seen setup box and without checking gave suggestions as this setup box is too old and need to change I request him to chack first and we decide for change, and after checking setup box is updated and latest as per service engineer requirement.
                                2. Also services engineer is suggested to change dish as dish old model however all channels are working fine.

                                  I Sri Janaki Ballava Mohanty bearing consumer ID No-[protected] want to state that a connection was installed in my house i.e. Plot No.4480/5924, At/PO:Badagada Brit Colony, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on Dt.18.06.2016 with a package of one month of free charges.At the time of installation within 10 meters of cable wire have been used but an additional amount has been charged on the plea that more than 10 meters have been used for which I feel that the Free Charges of one month have been minimized and the due date of next recharge have been notified as Dt.05.07.2016 instead of Dt.17.07.2016.In the mean time the Audit personnel on behalf of Tatasky had visited, confirmed the irregularity and also had reported the same to the competent Authority of the Company.I hope that the appropriate action will be taken in this matter and the notification of next due date of recharge may be modified.

                                    Our tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. its a very old account. but ever since hd plus recording box is taken from september 2013, major problem has started. the original box lasted less than 2 years i. e.in june 2015, it stopped working. on july 7, 2015, repaired box was installed which stopped working in late june 2016. every time, charges for the box plus technician visit are deducted. on 1st of july, 2016, another repaired box was installed in the evening and by 11 pm i had to lodge complaint of the box not working properly.
                                    Signal keeps going in between for 15-20 seconds. on 2nd the technician came and becuase it did not happen in front of him, he told me to record a video when it happens, i shot the viedeo and forwarded to him.in the meantime, a girl called twice to check whether it has been resolved or not, inspite of my saying no, rs. 900/- has been deducted for the faulty set top box. i have been in touch with coordinator lalit, who promissed me that he is escalating the issue and it will be resolved. when the issue is not resolved how can they deduct money.

                                    I requested them to convert it back to normal hd, for this i have been told that new connection charges will be applicable, which i really don't understand.. at the time of coverting from normal to hd, no new connection but now new connection charges...

                                    One of the staff is trying to misguide by saying this there may be a cable problem, when the primary connection of hd is working properly with same cable.

                                    Also would like to mention, that one of the tehnician charged rs 400/- for the dish which was supposed to be changed by company at the time of some upgradation at their end.

                                    This i came to know recently from the technician who came to check this problem yesterday.

                                    Would really appreciate if someone can seriously look into the matter and resolve immediately..in the meantime rs. 900/- needs to be credited back to our account

                                    I have been facing major problem with Tata Sky. They has installed a faulty HD plus recording box and from last one week making complaints almost every day, speaking to every time a new person. Only once techinician came after installing and that time the problem did not happend so he did not change the box. I was told to make the video at the time of signal going and coming back, I made the video and sent it to him 3 days ago.

                                    Everytime only someone calls hears the entire story and doesn't do anything. Now without taking proper action, Tata Sky has sent us a message that issue resolved at 10.40 pm yesterday night. How can this be when customer is not satisfied. I want our money to be refunded immediately if faulty set top box is not going to be changed by Tata Sky.

                                    Please refund Rs.900/- immediately and pick up your faulty set top box.

                                      I had contacted Tata Sky to ask for connection at my changed address and further asked for any offer for me if I switch over to tatasky again . I was offered a package of 1350 for annual subscription upon which I agreed to stay with Tata Sky again as I was getting better packages from other subscribers, so when I recharged with 1800 and later called to inform them to activate my offers of annual subscription, they refused of any offer for me and further upon asking for a complaint no., they refused me for such and now I am totally shocked with the act from Tata Sky .                                       me waiting for 10 minutes with no response. i m feeling like cheated
                                      by tata sky. plzz look into this and resolve the matter. coz first
                                      thing i m loosing an offer and second recharge of for 1500 rs
