Hi,

On so many channels for which i'm subscribed it shows no signal since 2-3 days. When i called customer care they say that they will send technician for which it will be ₹200. If they want ₹200 to repair instead of compensating for no service for these days then i'm more interested in disconnecting it and getting airtel dth.

Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Tatasky nodal officer called me and refused to fix the issue for no charge. Even he informed that Rs 200 will be technician's visit and after that their may be more charges if technician will have to install anything. This concludes that I'll not be continuing with tata sky services any more.

    Dear sir my.id is [protected] i have complained 4 times in tata sky just for week.signal.that is fully free. Bt your executive not responding. I will complain in consumer forum next time. Because you are making fool of customer. i am not satisfied with your company. Because it dont work.for customer satisfaction. i think i shoud take legal action.for this

      What a waste of time for trying to add a channel. I have been trying to add sony six for last three days and unable to do so. Contacted their dealers in belgaum and they are unable to help. The only option is to call the toll free no. And what answer you get after 20 mnts hold is that the server is down and they cannot help. Missed call service does not work. So that's it. Have to shift to the local cable agent. Wish tata woud look into peoples problems.

        I am a subscriber (Subscriber id-[protected]) of tata sky since 2014, i used to get calls from tata sky to subscribe new channels but always i told them to not to call me. After receiving this information from me they starting calling me each and every day but i do not attend them and disconnect the call. On[protected] i have got a massage that there is a service activated which called dance classes and my recharge due that has been reduced. My concern is how could it possible? How could you activate a service without my consent? If you do not respect your customer then how could we trust you? I supposed to think that you have to cross check with this call record (Number-[protected]) which i have received on[protected].
        While i am trying to drop this pack dance classes by their web site it has lock in period of 30 days. Just imagine how they harass customers.
        I want you should stop this dace classes on priority basis. I want clarification.
        All customer of tata sky please don’t believe them. They are cheater.

          Cheating on annual recharge
          Dear sir,
          1. I am a tata sky user for some years. Lately I was out of station for more than a year.
          2. On January 13/14th 2016 I received a call from some of your call centre that as I am an old subscriber there is a special scheme of annual recharge.
          3. I asked him to get my HD box checked as I had not used it for a year. The gentleman told that you first deposit the amount and onlty then a complaint will be filed for checking the box.
          4. I deposited Rs 1300.00 as demanded on on 15th January 2016 at 4.07 pm with my tata service provider.
          5. As promised somebody came and told that HD box is not functional and has to be repaired. I asked him to do the needful.
          6. Since then nobody has turned back. I was again out of town intermittently.
          7. I did not expect this from Tata.
          8.. You never wait even for 24 hrs for asking the money about recharge.
          9. How could you remain silent when you can check from your records that my subscriber ID is not functional for the last six months.
          10. Nobody in the country expects this from TATA.
          11. I made this complaint on 5th June but it has fallen on deaf ears.

          I want following readdress of my complaint:
          a. My tata box be either changed or repaired with some guarantee.
          b. My annual recharge period start from the date it becomes functional.
          c. I expect this to be done ASAP. Tata is a company with fair trade practices.

            My above id has been cancelled without information. I purchased it this week only and it is one month free service. They are not ready to activate/refund my money back. I call many time to the customer care but they are not able to resolve the problem. They are telling it will not be refunded .

              Without my permission in my Tata sky I'd no. [protected], have activated smart games package n deducted Rs. 59/-from my a/c. which we never asked. I tried so many times to contract customer care officer but not reached due to computerised systems not connected them.                 Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                My monthly tatasky subscription charge is Rs. 540. However, I am usually busy so unable to watch tv on my weekdays.. so I prefer getting a recharge done on a daily basis. My daily recharge amount is Rs. 19. Yesterday I.e. on 11th June, 2016 around 10 pm I had balance of Rs. 13 in my account, and my Tatasky account was deactivated. So in order to have the channels I got additional recharge of Rs.17 done in my account.. ideally I was expecting the channel to run till 10pm on 12th June, 2016. However, I happened to turn on the TV in the morning around 7Am, I was disappointed to see that the channels were deactivated. They had already deducted some Rs 19 and Rd 11 was in balance..when I complained to the Tata sky customer care they said deduction happens every midnight after 12a.m.. So, if a customer gets daily recharge done before 12 in the night, they will deduct the full amount immediately after 12 in the night.. so what's the point of getting daily recharge if the customer is not able to watch the channels?

                  Had written a mail to helpline of tata sky and recd a call from them asking me the problem.told them the problem was that some channels were not coming and had the message that this digicard is not the right one for this set top box.had used the same card all these years and the channels were coming.most channels that i watch were coming so when told will send engineer to visit but you will have to pay rs.200 as service charges.to cut a long story short they made me go through sebveral steps to rectify that..pull out the digicard wipe and put it back as also got system settings and go back to original settings but nothing worked. told them I will not pay the charges in that case let it be as it is as am getting channels that I watch so dont send the engineer as will not pay..wrote several emails after and one to nodal officer too and got a call from SOM SHEKHAR that he was willing to waiver the visit charges but if any part needs to be replaced I should pay..agreed as was sure no part needed replacement..I got 3 more calls from staff informing me of visit charges andf told all of them will not pay so dont send.A lady from the staff also calls me to fix the time and told her also but she also says if you have been told no charge then no charges so she sent the engineer Mr.Dhananjay who walked into the home and had one look and said send sms from RMN to 56633 and write HR in capital and the channels started.Since he did not replace any parts and the deal was a waiver i should not be charged.Unfortunately they did not honor their word and found the charges in my account.SPOKE to the online chat staff who promised to lodge my complaint and would be done by 15/6 ..let see.or else will have to take some other route to solve this..hOW CAN THEY GO AGINST THEIR WORD.SHAME!!~!!!
                  just recd an sms from tatasky harges payable towards WO #PFEMZVR COMPLETED ON 11/6 /2016 IS RS 200..FOR ANY QUERIES CALL [protected].
                  this is the height of cheating..
                  On my tata sky DHT showing error 2, so I get of the digicard and reinsert but it not work I do this process several times but error 2 were fixed.

                    I have multiple TV HD connection. Tata Sky frequently disconnects all channels in the 2nd TV. It is not working even now. Please help immediately for the connection no [protected].

                    This has happened often earlier and then i have to call up and shout on the helpline, and they after asking lots of questions, resume the service by asking me to send a SMS.

                    I cannot understand when Tata Sky deducts the money for the second TV why non provision of services, frequently, (It has happened to me many times, particularly when second TV is not switched on for 2 or 3 days ).

                    Today, the IVRS made me wait for more than 10 minutes and disconnected when an agent was supposed to come and speak.

                    Please get this problem sorted out immediately.

                      We hav subscribed for "Grand Sports Pack" yearly with "HD Channels" yearly pack from 16th Sepember 2015.
                      Even after paying the full amount, they started to cut 175 Rs + 40 Rs from the main account from March 2016 and now they have stopped showing HD channels on account of no balance in account.
                      The service spokes person does not bother to listen or act on the complaint given on 9th June 2016. Complaint no. PF96DG2.

                      How can they start to cut monthly HD charges from March 2016, even after paying the yearly subscription as per telephonic talk from Tata Sky executive in September 2015 which the executive told me to pay a yearly HD subscription of Rs 1670????

                        My subscriber id is [protected]..its been more than 6years v r using tata sky hd..bt as usual problm is that they r increasing rates without notification..this tym the worst thing is that..they have activated active smart manager which chrg rs 300..now mnthly chrg is rs855..boom..frm 555 to 855..v didnt evn active smart manager...tata sky acting too smart n making customers dumb..jst wanna chng this dth service..n worst thing they didnt even call bck aftr 20minutes waiting call..n balnc is also deducted frm registred mbl number..simply s*cks..pls i want to chng to another dth..kind request..

                          My subscriber ID is [protected], Since yesterday morning on certain channels we are not getting transmission signal and the message says it is due to cloudy weather. Yesterday in Thane city, weather was clear and was not cloudy. Today, we called customer care help line and a lady executive guided us to system settings and within two minutes our problem got solved for few minutes. On certain channels like colors Marathi, Star Pravah & Discovery etc. Signal Quality is zero and Signal strength is about 65 to 70.
                          This happens in every monsoon season. Please look into it and do the needful.

                            I am a subscriber of tata sky using multiple tv connection, my subscriber id is [protected].

                            I got an sms from the company to recharge my account and i did a recharge of rs.4, 500/- and a couple of days later i got a call from tata sky that i need to recharge another 900 rs to have 6 months renewal.

                            I have, tried a few times to do an online recharge of rs. 1000/- but there seems to be a problem with the website, i also tried to call [protected], and the ivr informed me that there is a 10 minutes waiting time and also a congestion and if i am trying to recharge, it is not going to be possible, '

                            Also a little earlier today when i by chance managed to reach the recharge page and filled in a recharge amount of rs.1000/- i happened to see that just in a few days rs. 1000/- had been debited, although the last time when i had received a call a few days back the caller said that he would put me in the bi-annual recharge scheme, and that i should additionally charge my account with rs. 900/-

                            What does a consumer who cant do a recharge because there is a problem with the company's recharge portal, and also cant get thru on the company's helpline.

                              Although the subscription has been paid on 5th june 2016, next due date being 20th june 2016, the tv screen displays the poster obstructing the view and causing mental harassment & torture. Needless to say that the same attracts the provisions of deficiency in service to consumer, and mental disturbance. Rectify immediately to avoid legal action, both civil as well as criminal.

                                On 4th of june, 2016 i have requested for new remote, after 3 days on 7th when i spoke to cc officer, i understand that there is no request raised for the same, so i requested for the same again, the informed me that with in 2 hours our technician will call for appointment. But still today (11th june) i haven't received any call from technician, mean while 5 to 6 times i have spoke to cc officer and 4 times with senior supervisors also, and when ever i call they have an standard answer, this time we assure you with in 2 hours our technical will attend your request, 120 hrs passed after assuring for 2 hours but no response still now.

                                And even upon consistent request with senior cc officers, they never help, in spite have the standard statement, "this time we will assure you, with in 2 hours our technician will resolve your request", and further if i am trying to request for extended support as the issue was escalated for couple of times in the same manner, they are not ready to help, and after continuous request suddenly they will disconnect the call

                                Please help me in getting some senior official in tatasky service, how can give me some resolution for the same

                                If not, please regret me with draw my tata sky services and set top box unit, possible, i have one year subscription, please refund me my balance amount what ever is left...

                                    We have renewed our tatasky annual package online on29th nov 2015 vide transaction details tata sky transaction id: tc[protected]
                                    Bank transaction id: ig0bbnbmy7 of rs.7500 for annual mega hd pack. After a month we have understood that tatasky is deducting money out of this amount on monthly basis without our authorization; when we asked to customer care it has been told to us that we suppose to make call after recharge to renew the annual megad hd pack which have not been notified in email nor in the account when transaction completed.In spite of all of request and correspondence they have neither credited deducted amount in our account nor they have renewed our package. Finally we asked them to suspend the service and refund balance amount of rs. 5800/- approx. Now since past 15 days we are asking to restart the service to tatasky they are saying that now we have to purchase new set top box by paying 9300/- rs. Although we have our previous set top box with us but it has been said by tatasky that they can not activate it.

                                      See the process of start & stop. Start request completion in few minutes. Second tv stop request takes 24 hrs, that too back end team confirms digicard & box no at any time in 24 hrs, expect customer to carry in pocket. Hahahaha... See the way of increasing revenue & looting customer. If fails to pick up call & confirm, request is closed as not confirmed by customer. Then again lodge a request. Keep on repeating the same till your account exhaust of money and both TVs stop. Not matching TATAs quality of service standards.

                                        My subscriber I'd is [protected], and my hd recording set top box is damaged and I want it to be repaired and your service engineer come and enforce me to use a repaired set top box although I want my set. Top box to be repaired instead of another repaired box and I have make complaint for this issue several times but no action has been taken.My complaint no.is :PEKU3RN
