    After calling the tatasky customer care still the technician are not come to do the needful today is the 4th day our tv is of[censored] people say that u will send ur technicians but till today no one came this is what service u give to ur customers very bad i m not satisfy with ur service after 3 day we have to recharge back again in that we are not able to see any channels simply we have to recharge waste of money u people will pay it back

      Delayed from tata sky for reconnection from 1 week twice their technician's came but yet to reconnect tats sky they required cash payment which I refused to pay, I agreed to pay through online i.e. debit my account for any material required for reconnection
      from last 3-4 years I paid 1 yr service by advance to view tata sky channels, still from 5 days its delayed from their end only for small reasons,

      this like tata is customer for us, we are going to service them

      its really ridiculas fromm brand name like TATA

          Hello,

          For the last four days in my set top box no signal. Your customer care lie that it will be resolved in 24 hours. For the last 5 days the technician and your customer care said we are working and will resolve in next 24 hours. We called customer care on 26th of june evening. The customer care person registered complaint and told that the technician will attend the complaint on 26th of june at 10.00 am. But upto the 5.00 pm no technician attended the complaint. Again we complained to next day customer care at 7.00 p. M., the customer care people told that no technician is available in tommaro. Hence we will send on 27th. But requesting him, he confirmed that he will send by 6.00 p. M. But no body attended. Again i called by 6, 30 p. M. The customer care people confirmed that as early as possible they will send the technician. But no one attended. This is very shame. New customers are requested not to take the tata sky connections. This is repeated problem.In our cousins house he also faced the same problem after the four days. After all no signal but my recharge balace was going that s great idea for tata sky.

          Their service is worst. our set top box also had a similar problem. They put my request on hold. Despite calling the helpline several times, they say that they will do the needful but do nothing. very frustrated. i also have videocon connection and the service is very prompt. Their technicians need to be bribed. They say that they do not take bribes, but they delay the service if you do not. i did not give any bribe and they just ended up putting my request on hold without any reason.

            I serve this notice for demand of justice upon you as under :

            1. That on dated 26.5.2016 at 2.58pm i have deposited rs.500/- for asc out warranty and accordingly it was extended by you on dated 26.06.2016 for one year i. E up to 26.06.2017 and debit of my a/c rs.499/-
            2. That unfortunately my set top box blinked and totally stoped on dated 27.6.2016 and i lodged a complain of that.
            3. That on dated 28.6.16 the technician has came and changed the set top box under extended warrenty period.
            4. That on dated 29.6.16 i surprised to know that a message has received from tata sky that your a/c has been further twicely debited by rs 900/- (Rs 700 for hdlg chrges of hd pvr swap box and rs.200 for service visit.)
            Therefore i sincerely request you to kindly credit my consumer id a/c no.[protected] by worth rs.900/- which twicely debited illegally as my set top box was already changed in warranty period on dated 28.6.16 otherwise i will initiate legal action against you for hurreshment and so on.

              We moved from our Gurgaon home in July 2013 and are now back, we would like to restart the Tata Sky services. However when I spoke to the customer care officers on 3 occasions in the past, they did not seem to be of any help at all hence I wrote to the nodal officer.

              We paid Annual subscription charges for grand sports plan + HD access fees on 14th Sep 2012 which was valid until 13th Sep 2013 but as mentioned earlier, we did not use the services for almost 3 months.

              I am happy to renew the services and request to process refund as a goodwill gesture to retain an old customer like ourselves.

              Tata Sky is now refusing the credit the amount for the unused period, request your help in this matter.

                Few days (3-4) before, i was getting error on my tata sky dish connection saying that no signal due to cloudy outside (Which was correct). But, even after two days, i was getting same error. Hence, i called the cc and ask for the solution. They said that technician will come and will be charge rs 200. We haven't done anything wrong, still why should we get charge? They have deducted the amount from my subscription. Tata sky should refund my money.

                  Mr. Ceo,
                  Tata sky given the toll free no. For customer care. But it is not free and when u want to add channel it works in a minute. As we want to drop the said channel they make it 10-20 minutes convincing not to drop. Why? It costs us a one month subscription of the channel it self to drop by phone. Request u not to harass but help us. We know what we want. Otherwise we will change the dth.

                    Our tata sky id no. Is [protected]. I have requested for relocation of two auxillary connections (I am already have) to another building which is few meters away 7/06/2016. My work order no. Is pdogtt9. Every time your technician comes and see the site but do nothing. Then another technician comes then i have guide him to my office and show him the site. He also will tell some thing other cause and he also won't do anything. If this is your type of service then we are forced to change our dth provider. Pl. Do needeful.

                      My tatasky id [protected] : i have raised relocation request for tata sky dth but tata sky charge the relocation charge two times. When i am calling the customer care they are telling we have raise the ticket it will take minimum 3 days to check.

                      What kind of service these is this. While taking money from my account without informing me and issue check will take minimum 3 days. Also for re-location we need to call to customer care more than 20 times.

                      Very bad service by tata sky. Customer care service is very bad and they dont know how to talk.

                        A tata sky associate of yours atul kumar had called me and told me about active fitness channel and said that it is given to our old customers as free.. I told him that i dont wont it and also asked that whether it will cost any charge but he kept on saying that its free for our old customers and when i cut the phone then a message comes that a charge of rs. 59 will be deducted from your account.. This is the second time when this happened to me.. After that i called customer care and made it deactivated and asked about the name who called me.. They are fooling customer and wasting their time.. Kindly look on this matter.. My subscriber id is [protected]..

                          I had my recharge done in may for rs.5515 as told my one of your customer care employee for 3 packages ie. Dhamaal cricket, English movie and HD channels.
                          After 15 days i got a message from tata sky to recharge for hd pack.
                          I called your customer care on 14 june and they said it would be resolved within 24 hours.
                          After 3 days as the problem was not solved i called your customer care first they sais they are transferring the call to there senior and transferred it to online payment options. I called them up again they said you will receive a vall back in 24 hr but there was none.
                          Today morning my hd channel pack got unsubscribed.
                          Never expected tata sky to ve such a fraud.
                          I will make a police FIR if my problem is not solved WITHIN 24 HRS.
                          Also i would be posting this mail on all the social networking pages and make sure people dont buy your service.

                            ON 7 Nov 2015 i have renewed my tata sky pack for yearly subscription which was 7190 which include my base pack + Multi tv connection + HD charges. now after 6 months i am getting a message that on 29/06/2016 my hd will be disconnected.

                            now your office say that the mistake is from your end, This is not my mistake you can check all my records every year i am paying yearly subscription .

                            if this is the case i have to discontinue TATA SKY cable network.

                              I am hereby to acknowledge you the serious situation i am facing. I have bought tata sky in january 2016 from metric consultant. I had under construction site and it was known to mr. Shivaji suryavanshi yet he assured me to that he will connect my tata sky within two days of notice, without any charges and make sure tata sky are operating smoothly as well as i will receive one month free subscription. On that commitment he introduced me to number of sky tata sky employees in my area and got my confidence. I sent him full payment and he sent me boxed tata sky set top box.

                              Shivaji suryavanshi from metric consultant received his commission and started my tata sky connection. When i informed him about it he said he will take care of it and make sure i will receive one month free subscription and he will install set top box whenever i inform him.

                              On 1st may 2016 i informed metric consultant as well as tata sky service providers in my area to install tata sky. Since 1st may 2016 i called them 6-7 times a day to install my tata sky set top box but they could not send me any person for help until 9th of april. Since that day i have some of my tata sky in operation and other have issues. When i complain them i receive service 2 days later i have pleaded them multiple times mentioning loss i am facing and loss of reputation my business facing.

                              Even today (53 days) i do not have all tata sky in operation 4 of them are not receiving signal and one of them displays "wrong digicard" even though card inserted is right. I had altercation with ajay shelke [protected], when i mentioned i can take legal. Since i have written (Signed) commitment shivaji suryavanshi and messages and call recordings, it is my responsibility to avoid disputes. I have been harassed mentally and faced heavy loss due to ignorance and dully handling from tata sky service providers. I would like to mention other hotel owners facing same problem as well once i opt to choose other service providers others will follow the same and you might lose good revenue from this area.

                                I have been (Past tense) tata sky customer since 2008.In the last 6 years i never once faced an issue with this company's services, products or charges.In the past 1.5 years, the entire service has undergone a drastic degradation.


                                The main problem is the attitude. No one bothers to maintain the reputation of the tata brand anymore. It's a very very sorry situation.


                                In the past 6 months, i had 3 visits from the technician, scheduled due to bad signal reception, and every time, charges were deducted from my account.

                                Second, the rate of recharge, which was under 500 a month for 5-6 years! Has gone up steadily to 550, then 650 with no visible explanation. Perhaps due to service taxes.

                                The saddest part is the quality of the call centre, their unresponsive and non co-operation, coupled with the really bad service and quality of technicians. I remember earlier a uniformed and informed technician would visit. Now its like local riff raff visiting.

                                All in all, this once good company and name has gone to the dogs.

                                I have recorded all my complaints and have to repeat them again and again, and again. My latest communication with them was this past saturday, 25/6/2016 wo#ps0b38q, which they decided to deal with per their convenience and not ours. And as a joke, they withdrew the order as well and sent me a msg. It is such a joke!

                                Basically they don't care a whit about customers as they obviously have too many.

                                Well, one less from today, as i've dismantled my connection and am looking for a new service provider. What is their loss is someone else's gain. Goodbye tata sky, and it's such a pity all this did not happen in mr ratan tata's time, i could have written to him. And got service.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have contacted TataSky customer care today at around 23:00 hr to complaint about signal not received at set top box.
                                  Someone Mr. Prashant attended the call at first. He told me that there is no problem with connection and engineer can be arranged only if I am ready to pay Rs.200 as visiting fee.
                                  I was really surprised to hear about the visiting charges without even the representative understanding about the problem.
                                  I tried to explain the associate that connection was working fine after the recharge was done on 20 June, but suddenly the issue occurred from yesterday.
                                  This may probably due to the change in weather conditions or there could loose connection at the dish end or some minor technical problem.
                                  The customer representative was simply arguing that the engineer visit cannot be arranged if the visiting charges cannot be paid.
                                  I realized there was no point talking to the associate (due to his low understanding), hence requested him to transfer the call to his senior colleague.
                                  But then it was a big mistake talking to his senior Mr. Umar Vadha who did not even pay heed to my problem and started to argue on the same line asking for visiting charges.
                                  Seems that the right people are not at right position leading to customer harassment and cheating for money.
                                  I am customer of TataSky for over more than 6 years, but feeling very disappointed when my problem is left unattended.
                                  It is not really about the money but the quality of service which is expected from brand name "TATA". Already I am spending more than Rs. 500 on monthly recharge.
                                  Even after paying monthly recharge, If TataSky want ₹200 to repair instead of compensating for no service for these days then i'm more interested in disconnecting it and getting airtel or dishtv dth.or local cable connection. TataSky has to think now whether to earn or loose business at the cost of customer dissatisfaction.
                                  I will wait for early response. In case there are no positive actions then I would prefer to terminate long term relation with TataSky service.
                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I received call today from Tata Sky associate in response to my earlier mail, but instead of getting any help it seems that the customer representative are making my life hapless and miserable.These people really do not qualify in the role of customer facing when they do not even try to recognize the pain / problems of customer.

                                  I have already informed in my first call about the broken connectivity (signal) from last 3-4 days, but the customer representative is not ready to send the technician unless I agree to pay visiting charges Rs. 200. There is Terrace roofing work going on in our society due to which many residents had called up TataSky site engineer to relocate their dish antenna. Dish antenna's for most of the residents are installed close by on terrace in the area allocated by society.
                                  It seems while the TatSky engineer was trying to fix the issue for one or other call, where he unintentionally messed up with my DTH connection. I have very clearly told about this incident during the conversation with Mr. Umar Vadha (Tata Sky Senior Associate), but then he was unwilling to accept this situation and out rightly denied to help with technician visit.
                                  As said in previous mail, this is not about the money (visiting charges) but the question is about the morality. Why should I pay for the mistake committed by Tata Sky site engineer ?
                                  Before 6 years when there were other DTH vendors available in market and even the cost was low in comparison, still I had chosen to go with Tata Sky DTH because of its brand name "TATA" (other name for service quality) in whom people believe. But nowadays services are trending toward downward because of inexperienced & immature people coming into user experience.

                                  I would really appreciate if the company would fix the issue ASAP and also compensate for days for which the service was unavailable.

                                  Earning a customer's trust starts with giving great service. I am sure "TATA" realize that Organizations with great customer relationships are only able to grow their businesses.

                                    I have requested for change of connection from my existing house from 79/a sfs to c003 in ncc meadows. It was from an individual house to a flat. But your record says its within the same house thats is 79/a. Now they have not informed us that they have used a common dish in the flat and the have stolen the dish from my previous house and have connected the common dish. Now they are asking us to pay money and buy new dish. I spoke to a person in customer care he disconnected the connection. Later i spoke to arvind in the customer care who has put me on hold for more than 20 mins. I need an explaination and refund of the annual pack at the earliest. Tata sky is worst and cheats people

                                      In continuation of my above complaint this is to remind and reprimand you that you deserve only the hard and severe action. The caption on the screen till today continues to show the due date as[protected], the service was terminated on[protected]. However for the sake of peace, the renewal amount was paid at the rate of rs.270/- and the sms to that effect has been received by me on my registered mobile on[protected], mentioning the validity[protected]. However the notice on the screen till today continues showing the due date as[protected]. This nuisance, nonsense and humiliation disturb the mind. I fail to understand as to why you are itching to compel me to take legal action both civil as well as criminal which till today i am avoiding. This is my last warning to you to set your house right forthwith failing which i shall have to take the matter to the court of law against all the concerned parties including your brand ambassador shri shah rukh khan, entirely at your risk and cost, which please note well.

                                        Am from mumbai, borivali west. We just shifted to our new house and at same residence we had given application for relaocation of tata sky... Your technician had visited my place at the end of may.. And he had done some drilling for connection but he there were some parts missing so he took wire from window and told that he ll come in day or two and fix the connection... But he didnt come... I repeateadly call him he was like maam i m coming today... Bt he didnt come... After that i complained at tata sky customer care.. Where i clearly i told him that its not relocation.. Its wire issue which your technician didnt fix.. I had already paid relocation charge to your technician then too you ll had deducted the amount from my account... Ths is really very disgusting.. When we call ur executive they dont even listen to us.. I have all proof that i have paid reloaction charges n u have deducted twice from my account... If my tata sky wont start in next 24 hrs i ll take u to consumer court.. Thats for sure..
