    Complaint channel is not working every time visit my home any pay charge today is 2 month but channel is not working i m not happy this kind of service so my recharge refund so closed the tata sky connection this is ur service so provide help remove this connection . Just remember to professional u attested to more customer add tata sky connection to 4-year-old customer. next time any customer suggest not but tata sky connection not happy Ur service 2 time visit my home channel is not working why west my money not happy service...

      Sir, my id[protected], I'm take a mpeg 4 pack at date 19/6/2016. Msg came at 11:49am.and 2nd msg of installation came 7:38 pm OK in that they mention time 8:30pm.I called customer care they say we won't install today ( 19/6/2016) cause of some night issue OK.next msg came at 7:38pm in that they say installation at 20/6/16 at 7:49pm.then further I called customer care and says plz time Chang of installation in morning .they say time is not Change.why u choose installation time in night in rainy season. Plz give me fast installation in date 20/6/2016.or refund me my money back.

        The due date of recharge of rs.1174/- was on 18/06/2016 and i had remitted the amount through net banking sbi, anna nagar west (18th main road branch) in the intervening night of 18/19 june i. E. Yesterday. Morning i find that the connection is deactivated for nonpayment. As instructed, i sent a sms to 56633 (Hr). I get a message that payment 'not made'. I contacted someone in customer care who informed that though the payment is shown as paid by me, the payment process is in progress. It will be activated in 2 to 3 hours.
        Since nothing happened, i again sent one sms, but getting the same reply. On contacting customer care again around 2.40 pm, i am getting the same reply which i got in the morning. As could be sen from my account statement, still there is a balance of rs.25 or so and you need not have deactivated the connection or when your records show that i made the payment, you could have reactivated the connection.

        This is utter deficiency of service on the part of a service provider and i am disgusted over the company and its staff's unexplainable and unwarranted action.

        If you are not able to provide a decent service, terminate the connection and refund whatever amounts stands to the credit of my account with you. Needless to mention here that i am a customer of yours since pretty long time even though it is not a matter of concern whether to get good and prompt service one has to be longstanding customer or a new customer. The point is whether the customer has complied with what he has to do from his part and in return you as the service provider your part of the service obligation.

          I am customer since Sep 2008, and I am having annual supper saver and annual life style gold whose validity is upto Dec 2016. I am not able view half of the channels, even basic channels like DD national, DD News are not coming. I had complaint to Customer care, they were saying engineer will visit and it will be chargeable.
          They have checked that my strength and quality of the signal are excellent. DTH Box not receiving signals then its not my fault, its service providers fault to resolve the problem and it should be free of cost.
          Its really bad for those customer, having a 6 month balances, & forcing them to pay in what so ever manner coz is bounded not leave till validity gets exhausted.

              I loged complaint on 05.06.2106 regarding disconnection of secondary set up box and your associate tols that complaint has been registered and your connection will be disconnected on 07.06.2016 but still its working again same complaint has been registered on 18.06.2106 and associate told me that your secondary connection has been discontinued in next 10 mins and will refund your money into your account and your monthly charge is rs 270 but still its working.. Whether the assocites are duffer or i am stupid who use this hell service..

              Its humble request please do the needful.
              Please don't force me to take another steps regarding this.

                I noticed a few days back that one vadic maths pack is included in my pack in fact i never asked for including the same as i do not have children in my house hold. I have never used it also in past some time back my monthly pack was raised to rs 858 from rs 675 /- i thought that the charges must have gone so i kept paying the amount last month to add channel 413 to my pack i scrutinizes my pack and came to know that vadic maths pack has been included in my pack without my knowledge, i immediately contacted you and was told that this shall be dropped, however, when i checked to day it was still there the withe help of chat got it dropped and recharged my account with rs 675/- as directed. Then i raised the query about the pack, for which i have paid for months without any use, as to since when it is being added to my pack and who authorized to add this pack. I got reply that it shall not be repeated in future am not satisfied with the query in fact the money paid by me for this pack should be refunded,

                  Sir,
                  I had been frustated by the customer support and the senior executive regarding the upgrade which was been down by the tata sky for the change of box and when i had registered on 14/06/2016 complain for the changed of the box the they assured me the box changed and also the engineer had came at my house but the repaired box was been provided to me and i had denied to take and also i had call the senior executive regarding the repaired box then she assured me the newly changed of box but till now no response has been provided to me 18/06/2016 and i had to call again and again regarding the problem but all the time they assure but no response been given by then . And also on 14/06/2016 the manager of ballia branch has misbehave with me that he will not changed the box and you need to go through the old box only and he told me to tell this same to the customer support and i had call to customer support then they assure me that engineer will come at your home after 4 hour on 14/06/2016 but no engineer came at my house and date is 18/06/2016 till now their is no response to me regarding the problem . But again i had talk to customer support online through chat and again they assured me the changed of the box till 19/06/2016 and also arranged call back and the call is been down by customer executive and now they are telling that the repaired box will be installed in no newly box will be installed, all the time they denied with their word when i talk to them, some time they say that new box some time they say that repaired box and i get frustated by them .

                    I have been wrongfully sold a channel package by tata sky exec...i have been using mega hd for some years now but tata sky exec informed that the ultraplus hd will have same services and few additional ones...i cross checked that i will be getting active services and she said yes but its not true...now when i brought this in notice of one of their senior exec, Vaani, she blatantly told me that she cant do anything and if i want active services, I will have to shell out extra money.what kind of service proposition is this and what is this attitude of their execs???

                      It's more that 24 hrs I logged complain with Tata Sky, but no response from their team. Got a message from Tata Sky that call has gone in hold that means it has been forwarded to the concerned team and they will call back us to attend. But till now no one has called not we get any detail from Tata Sky help desk about the call when it will get attended
                      If not attended will ensure a strict complaint against this company

                        My consumer no. Is [protected], I asked for my base pack change on 25th of may 2016. Despite of choosing my channels for make my pack and being informed that my pack has been changed, it was not done. On 17 June 2016 when I inquired, was informed that due technical reasons it was not done which I find a very lame excuse. Please address my concern that why should I pay for fault at your end. Hope to get a reply soon.

                          I am a subscriber (Subscriber id-[protected]) of tata sky since 2013, i activated star sports channel for only one month and it was clearly instructed. I called customer care to deactivate add on pack. The customer reply was "if no amount or balance available it will be default deactivated". On one day i have got a massage that your balance amount is 12 rs. My concern is how could it possible? How could you activate a service without my consent? If you do not respect your customer then how could we trust you? No to drop this pack, i have to recharge 12 rs then they will remove it seems complete bull service. Just imagine how they harass customers.
                          I want clarification.
                          All customer of tata sky please don’t believe them. They are cheater and uneducated.

                            While booking my 1st connection through online the amount rs.1600 got debited from my account (6th may 2016) without getting the transaction id., when i contacted tata sky customer care they asked me to pay in cash and take the connection, they assured that the amount debited will be refunded in my account, its being more than one and half months and the amount against the subscription id [protected] is still not refunded.

                              I want to highlight the degree of customercare service rendered by tatasky. I m facing problem of interruption in transmission for quite some time i.e. while programme is on in between it gets disturbed the system goes off and window appears "No Signal" . I hv requested no. of times( latest being 5th -16th June) to depute repeesentative to site to rectify the issue with dish or setup box. i hv been told that visit of representative will be visiting fee/charge. I m a loyal customer of Tata Sky HD for over 4 years. I m surprised to know that for rendering any site service to the properitory equipment of Tatasky a customer has to pay the charges. I hv tried to discuss this issue with sr person but no one attended this the person syaing that they r busy on other line. despite requsting that a call can be given on my mobile no one has bothered to do so.
                              I apprciate you r no.1 but how ur sure that u will remain inthis crown position with this quality of service to a loyal customer like me.

                                I've recharged my Tata Sky account on 11/5/2016 for amount of Rs 1065. On 26/5/2016 Tata sky disconnected my Account stating the reason that you've not recharged your account. After several enquiries they told me that the recharge done on 11/5/16 has been reversed twice and it'll come in your bank account. Still I haven't received those amounts in my bank account. I've already send them my passbook images to clear the air but they are not listening. I've recharged my account to cover negative balance on 26/5/2016 for 1100/- and 1065/-. I'm liable to receive those twice reversal in my account i.e 1065*2=Rs2130/-.

                                I've Recharged three times in one month i.e on 11/05/16- Rs1065/-(PNB Debit Card), On 26/5/2016- Rs 1100/-(PNB Debit Card) & 1065/-(Tata Credit Card)
                                Same incident happened in Jan'16, My brother has recharged Tata sky with 1030/- twice on 16/01/16. Tata sky customer care executive told him that they have refunded on amount. Amount refunded as temporary refund on 03/03/16 but again reversed on 16/05/16. So they have charged twice for one month. Total amount extra charged by them is 2130+1030= 3160/- still my connection is deactivated.

                                  Since friday 10th june, we are not getting some channel like star pravaha, animal planet, discovery etc.
                                  We registered a complaint on 11th june, 2016. But till date our complaint is unattended. One technician visited on 11th june, but he was unable to sort out the problem. We are fed up of doing continuous follow up with tata sky.
                                  Since i have subscribed annually, i cannot change our service provider but, after that i am seriously thinking of changing the same. We are old customer of tata sky (More than 10 years) having a well known brand we are facing so many problems.
                                  In spite of subscribing the channels we are not getting the service. This is very shameful. I want a refund of subscription from 10th june, 2016 immediately.

                                    I am (Iyyappan from tiruppur. Velan hotels ltd no: [protected]) i trying to contact tata sky dth service mr rengaraj (Contact number [protected]) for some technical problem in the set top box from last month. (Mr. Rengaraj was completed the tatasky project work to our hotel. After finished the set top boxes fitting work, he is not responding us. He is disconnecting our calls. Still the set top boxes are in the technical problem. Please solve the problem immediately and need the reason for avoid us by tatasky team (Mr. Rengaraj). Our recharge payments are wasting with out view of channels. Please do the needful

                                      I was trying to contact Tata Sky DTH Service for some technical problem in the Set top Box from the date of 13/06/2016.but they are not responding me.they are just Manipulating me that says that they will send there technician and the technician will call you.and today on 16/06/2016 one call came on my phone and they was from Tata Sky they asked me my address for solving the technical problem for in my set top Box .but then also they didn't came to check the problem.
