See the process of start & stop. Start request completion in few minutes. Second tv stop request takes 24 hrs, that too back end team confirms digicard & box no at any time in 24 hrs, expect customer to carry in pocket. Hahahaha... See the way of increasing revenue & looting customer. If fails to pick up call & confirm, request is closed as not confirmed by customer. Then again lodge a request. Keep on repeating the same till your account exhaust of money and both TVs stop. Not matching TATAs quality of service standards.

    My subscriber I'd is [protected], and my hd recording set top box is damaged and I want it to be repaired and your service engineer come and enforce me to use a repaired set top box although I want my set. Top box to be repaired instead of another repaired box and I have make complaint for this issue several times but no action has been taken.My complaint no.is :PEKU3RN

      A tata boy (?) called to from a spam number. by mistake i received call, he was telling me about on scheme of HD channel free for one month. I told him i dont need such a free schemes. but during this call he (so called and hacker boy) debited my account.
      I have shocked after reading messages.
      My question is such a call boys/girls are taught to hack the money of customers while training ?
      are they live such a hacking money ?
      tata is not capable of paying their salaries ?

      or what ?

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am customer of tata sky dth since last 4-5 years my customer id is [protected]. I have recently opted for annual pack by paying amount to the tune rs. 7990. I lodged complaint / service request on 7.6.16 at about 18.00 hrs. My request work order number is pe01s27. I was told by sms that technician will come to my home next day at about 1800 hrs. However now more than 3 days passed but no technician has come. Me and all family members like mad are vigorously trying to follow up with tata sky and tata sky associates but every effort is in vein till the time. This has frustrated every one from my family.

        This compelled me to write with a hope that after writing at least something will be done.

He was demanded on 300 rupees with out any put new part on tata sky & he was abusing words on my family members. Please stringent action against should be him. I request u that pls sand distributor boy do right on tata sky.

            I have recharged my tata sky with the amount of 2970 on 2 june 2016 for the period of 1 year i have also called customer care officers many time also confirmed with him about the plan and validity they also told that the pack is valid for a year but after two days i have recieved a feedback call from tatasky and he told me that the validity of my tata sky is only for 6 month also he has accepted and told me that my subscription will be updated within 72 hours with 6 month to one year pack but toady again i have recieved a call from tatasky and as per him i have to recharge again my tatasky with some amount approx 900 then it would be possible .i am really very disappointed that no one has a propper solution about my problem i have listened different different solution with different different concern persons every mouth has different solution but why all u r doing such type of practical with the customers its my request that please take a corrective action on it and and provide me a propper solution and i completly agree with your punch line isko laga daala do life jhingalalaa. because my life is realy in this way after using tatasky daily calling to customer care and now writing the mail.Expecting solution will be positive and within the timeline..

              From the last two days i am trying to send a request for fixing my misplaced tatasky disk which was temporary fixed with tie bands at the time of installation but when i try to send request in "mytatasky.com " the website again starts from the reg. number verification screen. please fix these problems as well as my problem; please fix my dish permanently as soon as possible because we are not able to view any channels.

                It is regretted to note that m/s tatasky dth services have system of information given to subscribers is very bad. When a person have opted for a package including add on channels, multi tv and hd access, they should intimate the subscriber, amount for monthly/half yearly/yearly so that subscriber can pay the amount. Tatasky tele callers always made it tideous by telling the subscriber different items and its very difficult for the subscriber to compile the amount to be paid for month/half year/year.In my case a text message have been received "to renew your current packs for another term automatically you need an account balance of rs. 3740/-. Please recharge now." i can't follow that the above amount is for all the pack i. E. Package including add on channels, multi tv and hd access for six months or some thing else. My sub. Id is [protected]. Last time also i paid rs. 4350/- for six months, then after 4 months tatasky asked to pay rs. 450/- for add on services, whereas initially i was asked to pay rs. 4350/- for six months.In this way the company is cheating the subscribers. More over they never give local address for complaints. Company should be forced to have complaint offices at least at district headquarters as their telecallers never reply properly and if detail is required they disconnect the phone without giving information.
                Kindly take strict action against this malpractice of the company under consumer protection act for defficiency in services.

                    My house owner recommended me to use Tata Sky and she informed me to reuse her Tata Sky connection which she wasn't use for more than a year. So
                    I called local Service Provider people, they came and reconnect the Tata Sky connection to my TV. But the signal was not coming and they took rs. 420/-
                    from us informing that this was for the recharge your pack and for some extra cable wire which was required. After an hour later, two technicians from Tata Sky came and they informed us that we need to move the dish antenna to some other place. Next they I called for moving the dish and they informed me that it would take rs.500/-. They also informed me it would be better if you take a new connection then you can reuse that connection from any other places when you shift from that place. so I agreed, they also told me as you have already paid rs. 420/-, therefore for new connection you need to only pay rs 1650/- plus we will provide one month free connection. Next day my local service provider came to my home and took rs. 1650/- for new installation, I informed him to send technicians before 12 pm as I would not be at home after that. But they didn't came but that called me at 12:30 pm and I cancelled the installation as I was not at home and told them to come next day before 12 pm. He told me to call next day. Next day I called that engineer but he informed me it was his off day so I will provide you another technician's number but I did not received it till now. I called my local Service provider but every time he said he will send them before 12 pm but they didn't come. They called me and told me I took an appointment with them after 12 pm but I could not remember when I took that appointment. Anyway, they came to my home at 1:30 pm and my mother was there so they started working. I had a telephonic conversation with him but he never informed me about the package which he recharge for my connection, he only informed me extra 10 meter cable wire was needed for my connection so I had to pay extra rs. 100/- and informed me to contact my local service provider.I was not in Kolkata for 2 days so I could not connect to my local service provider. And for 2 days later, I started to receive a message that your connection is valid till 7th June, 2016 please recharge your account soon. I called to Tata Sky and informed them everything, they told me that for extra cable wire we have deducted rs 100/- from your account so your account had rs. 150/-balance but your package is rs. 270/-, that's why you were receiving that message. Then I contacted to my local service provider and he told me that I had a discussion with Tata Sky people, your connection will not be terminated. He also told me to come tomorrow and pay rs. 100/- for extra cable. I returned home and check that my connection was terminated. today I called my local Service provider and he does not have any valid answer for that. When I went to his shop, he informed me Tata sky has recharge your account with rs.100/-, therefore you will not get to see all the channels which you were able to see previously. and I paid rs. 100/-. Therefore to get new connection I had to pay total(420+1650+100)=rs 2170/-. Also the harassment I have faced to get the connection was unbearable. The money which I spent is not a big deal, but the behavior of the people to whom I was speaking to was so bad I felt insulted. I will never recommend any of my friends/relatives to use Tata Sky. I never want that they will also go through the same experience.

                    Do the needful action to get the rs. 270/- package back without paying extra money for this month.

                      We had connected 1 set top box
                      We have placed an order for additional set top box order no. Pefzogu
                      We had an internal cable connection done by others. Your technician visited and was telling that the internal cable will not work and we have to lay a new cable from the transmitter parallely from the roof top.
                      We requested him to connect from the incoming cable from the 1st set top box that had been connected parallely to the other one. They are not ready to test the same. Please let us known technically why two individual cable require from single transmitter from the roof top the same cannot be connected from the existing set top box incoming cable
                      This is a serious issue & it shows that tata sky dish antenna cannot take two set top boxes with single cabeling
                      We require an explanation/ reply immediately.

                        Very disappointed with tata sky. I have raised a compliant to change my dish antenna from central to individual as with central antenna keeps given problem and tata sky support charges money for rectifying issue which are created by there own team and i dont have control on what is done on antenna by tata sky support staff.

                        Ideally they should not charge me anything for this as i paid 100% amount while taking this connection. However they said they will not charge for antenna but i need to pay a engineer fee for doing replacement which i agreed.

                        Now my antenna is yet to be changed but tata sky have deducted money from my account although i requested to do after taking confirmation from me.

                        I have raised a complain also with complain number pe32lfb but nothing is done to refund my amount.

                        I am badly disappointed with this support from tata sky and will recommend others to get into the trap

                          I was lonch tele complaint on 04.06.2016 as some channels missing. After setting activity the customer care promise to send service engineer to solve the problem. After waiting, again call on 06.06.2016 for the same problem. Is there any problem to procide service.

                            What a pathetic customer service is tatasky has a right people in customer service and i have been receving messages with different amount value to recharge from last one week. when questioned this no one is replying. Who is responsible for this.

                              We had got so many times call from your end that we will give 1 year subscription of

                              Outh sports pack

                              But as we are of out of station we came to home on 3/6/2016

                              We reached the distribution point to ask for offer

                              But he says call to customer care

                              Then we called to care

                              We asked for offer is their or not

                              Then they said ok we will offer for you but first u have to recharge the account

                              Hence we asked him for the second time offer is their or not

                              He says again first recharge and call back to us and started the ivr call saying if

                              You want to disconnect press one

                              After recharge we again called to customer care

                              But they said u have no offer

                              How it will possible?

                              After asking /enquiry only we recharged the account with 1250/-

                              We are also having a voice record of that call

                              O please listen to the voice recording

                              And do needful

                                Request for shifting of connection lodged on: 30th may, 2016

                                As we have shifted residence from sector 28 to sector 43 in gurgaon i had requested for relocation of my tata sky connection, for which i have paid a yearly subscription, to my new address. However, despite talking to their help desk a number of times and promises to have it done within 24 hours nothing has been done.
                                The web site of the company is not at all customer friendly and their is no link to send an e-mail to them. Their call centre is also devoted to the dealers and not to the customers.

                                It is requested that our connection be immediately shifted to my under noted address:

                                  Next day . Hi told u get 200rs bonus credit some time. But not crdit any amunt. In my account. N. Today 7th june tata sky call back me. N told me. Tatasky not credit any amunt

                                    After calling several time s on company service no, no response from TATA SKY.Its very rediculous service.
                                    Many times we called to you call centre exe they says after 2 hrs our technician will visit & solve the problem but 2 days has gone but no service from your end.
                                    Was not aware of this type of damaging the big name "TATA" sky.Request not to join this name with your service .please its humble request.Its very big & respectful name for every indian.Plsatleast try to honour this name.
                                    Hope to resume my DTH services at earliest.

                                      My tata sky connection ([protected]) has been not working since june 3, 2016 - the stb automatically goes into standby mode. I complained on june 4 (Sat) morning.

                                      Same evening, a technician visited and didn't even bother to check the problem - he did a master reset, then said there is something wrong with stb and said he would change the stb following day - sunday.

                                      Since then, no technician has come despite repeated follow up. I have called the customer service number at least 10 times and all i get in response is that we will address the problem, a long wait and another assurance that technician will come.

                                      I received a call this morning (Jun 7) from tata sky and they promised that a technician will come at 1 pm.

                                      I again called today at 430 pm and was told that no technician is available and someone may come tonight at 9 pm.

                                      Is this how paying customers are treated? Does tata sky have no technicians available to address complaints? According to tata sky, a complaint is to be resolved within 24 hours - here there isn't even a decent response after 100 hours.

                                      I have not been able to view channels for 5 days now - will i get credit for the 4 days i have had this problems?

                                      Very poor customer service indeed. Looks like tata sky is only interested in increasing charges without being bothered about the service.

                                      I urge customers to beware of such poor service and complete insensitivity of tata sky.

                                        From last 2 days i lodged my complaint almost 20 times at your call centre just to change the location of dish antenna in nearby building as i shifted to new house.

                                        Every day i receive a call but no action. I have never seen in my life such a useless, pathetic, unprofessional service provider that too from a group like tata.

                                        People without ears & eyes are sitting & just killing time without any heed on customer request
