My tatasky ID is [protected]. I requested for relocation which was done on Sunday. As soon as the mechanic who attended the work saw channel no 104 he said it is working now and left. Immediately I recharged with Rs.1000=00 and verified. I was getting only 4-5 telugu channels and I was not getting all the telugu channels. I therefore lodged one more complaint and advised since the relocation with full channels is not done no more service charges to be charged. Your operator agreed for not charging any amount and registered the compliant. The compliant was attended yesterday by rectifying the technical snag and all the telugu channel are restored. Today I got a message stating that Rs.200=00 service charge will be debited to my account.
Since enuring that all the channels are coming after the relocation is your responsibility I do not agree with Charging Rs.200=00 and advise you not to do so. If debited please credit back to my account.

    As per my package i've done Rs. 270/- recharge from other than tata sky site on 26th May 2016. Recharge accepted, balance shown till 30th May 16. After 30th May 16 service has deactivated, customer care said through chat that, my recharge amount of Rs. 270/- will reversal by system & will be credited to my bank account, so now i've to recharge again though the amount has not credited to my account.

      The worst service i have ever experienced in my life time is of tata sky.. Logged complaint with toll free number and when the next day the person comes he says he doesn't have the part and will return with it in an hour.. After that neither him nor the tata sky costumer service centre picks the call and whenever they even pick the call from different number as soon as they come to know that it's from here they disconnect it and never picks the call again.. And this has happened almost 25 times this year itself,. If they repair the system well that i don't think i need to complaint again and again.. And the best part is that their specialised engineers are not more than 15-16 years old.. I have no idea what to do now.. It's been 3 days already since the dth not working

        We got a new set top box installed for our TV. We already had one connection. Its not even a week but the set top box stopped working. In spite of calling customer care again and again, our issue is not getting resolved and they are giving bogus excuses for this delay. They have rescheduled the technician visit multiple times. I am getting the calls from technician that he will visit soon but even after 3 days of complaint nobody has come to fix the issue.

          Sir,
          We are very disappointed with your company. We have 2 connections and are always provided with an old and damaged setup box which doesn't work for a longer period. Every time your technicians visit and ask for money without even checking it. This is not acceptable. When we started with your connection (2015) at that time also we were provided with an old set up box. You people are only known for your fake promises and your customer can't rely on you. Also, every month you increase your charges and disconnect it before the completion of the month. Your customer is not a fool sitting here, calling at your customer care no. N waiting for hours. Disgusting experience with this company.

            I have taken new connection of tata sky by paying 1800 plus 200 for installation, for which i was commited for one month subscription plus 1 showcase movie and 5 active channels. Active channels, showcase movie and few channels like b4u, english movies etc were not working.

            I registered complainti customer care as 4-5 times, out if which i gave two complaint numbers #p267h10 for 24th may and #p40dvs1.

            Everytime commitment was made that same day problem will be solved but nothing happened. The guy came on 28th may to set the dish now almost whole month is gone chasing tata sky. The commitment by them is not fulfilled.

            I request them to refund my money or full fill your compliment for a month as promised. Due to tata sky failure on service i have suffered a mental a d physical stress.

            My one month commitment was not fulfilled no regular channel nor active nor showcase movie.

              I have been facing a problem for no signal for two channels from friday. Ur man has visited me everyday and each one said i would have to do different things. Like change camera, change wire etc. On sunday ur man visited again and he has cut the line and from then on there has been no transmission at all. I asked him to come bk n fix it bcos of the match he sd he wud but no one came. And from monday onwards i have been getting messages that your man will b coming and rectifying the problem but no one has come till date n i have made innumerable calls n they tell me my complaint is cancelled as there is renovation work going on. If there was renovation work going on how was i able to view the tv? Your man didn't know his job n he cut off my transmission. I have been following up whole day today n i am getting the same answer renovation work is going on and the work order is cancelled. Spoken to the seniors too but they too were nt able to help. Can anyone tell me why? Is this the kind of service ull provide to privilege customers.

                Hi sir,

                By giving a false assurance tatasky made me recharge of 2100 but not providing any service.

                On last may 22( Sun day ), I received a call from tata sky with an offer for 1 year pack with recharge of 2100. He asked to recharge right now and gave 100% assurance that it will be installed by that day only(22 Sun day). 8 days passed I am not able get the service, I had tried lot, made so many ring to customer care.

                I did the recharge, but neither the engineer came nor got any call, I called customer care so many times, every time they assuring that your problem will be resolved by today only. But 8 days passed no one coming for installation.

                Now they are saying I have to carry the dish from there office and install myself.

                They just making money by giving the false assurance but not providing the service, Now every day I am paying but not able to get the service.

                Now I don't have a any patience to follow up and call again again daily, So request you refund my money back as soon as possible.

                  The problem still not resolve, still we are suffering for this issue, i[censored] r technical team not sufficient to resolve the problem please look and to this, coz the technical person was visited on Friday, my whole balance was detected in visit charg, I need to inform you please check the person how many times the visited, last month tata sky balance went in to negative, could you please check and reverse my account. now we have again the charge our account, last few days I have so many time to customer care but every time we are getting only promises, make sure sir today if problem is not resolved surely we will in consumer court, I want my balance payment should be return,
                  If your services is not proper then please inform to us to discontinue the tata sky services, we are relay waste of time and money on this service...
                  Our tata connection not working from last one month, I have already paid the refixed charges and last week I have rasied the complaint twise, yesterday technician visited but still problem is there, If this problem is not fixed then I will discontinue the tatasky serivces coz already we have paid the monthly & refixed the charges & I have already informed your team I will not going to pay anything for this issue and
                  I want my balance payment should be return on discussion

                    Called in today to register a complaint that we are not receiving signal, i was informed the technician will call in another 2 hours and will ask for a convenient time to visit, we receive a call stating that the technician will not come in today and will come tomorrow, then why bother asking us for convenience . We do not receive signal today so we have to wait till tomorrow for TATA sky to resume back only if by chance the technician decides to come as per his convenience and not ours. This is ridiculous, when wanted to talk with senior they told even they were also not available, who the hell is available to speak with then????? All heads and technicians sit together ??? that they are not available...HORRIBLE SERVICES TO THE CORE!!!

                      Hi, I have reached my tata sky account almost a year after on 1st May"16, after few hour of viewing I found the set top box is not working I have complained about the same on the same day and the service engineer visited my place after 4 days and he ratified my problem.After few hour on the same day I found the same problem persists.I again complained in the toll free No. and informed about my problem but the person I spoke to was very inefficient to handle my problem and assured me the service engineer will visit my place.
                      After waiting for a week I called up the the Kolkata Nodal officer's no. to escalate the issue but from the Nodal"s office my call was transferred to the technical team stating the Nodal has nothing to do with this, I feel ashamed to state you the fact that the person does not even understand simple english I categorically asked him if he understand Hindi even but he was a South Indian person and understand Tamil only.I thought I could finally made him understand my problem as he also assured me the service engineer will visit my place but till date its more than a month no one from tatasky has bothered to address my problem.
                      my concerns are appended below.
                      1.Who is going to compensate my recharge money ?
                      2.Why don't you have professional people who can handle queries in any language ?
                      3.Why don't you have a proper matrix to check whether the customer's issue has been resolved ?
                      4. What is the function of Nodal office ?( the same should be mentioned in the website)
                      I ensure not to recharge my tatasky any more, pathetic service.

                        Hi, My contact No / ID for tata sky is [protected].
                        My Tata Sky Box replaced on 26th May and accordingly I have Paid Rs. 1500 (Rs. 900 for replacement of Tata Sky box and Rs. 600 for recharge for one month). But Tata Sky executive has wrongly accounted referred payment of Rs. 1500 - Accounted as 6 months pack for Dhamal Mix and blocked all other paid channels like Kids, English Movie Pack, Sports and showing negative balance (recovery) of Rs. 800 . I am suffering since last two days but my issues not resolved. How can one adjust referred amount without discussion with customer. During vacation time kind of mistake not acceptable.

                          Dear Team,

                          On Thursday dated 26 May 2016, I had raised a complaint regarding Relocation of TATA Sky. Your engineer had visited on Saturday @ 4PM. and I have already shared Current Address and Relocation Address at the time of raising complaint.

                          1) Your Engineer showed one paper to me that the relocation address is in the same building.
                          2) He said i will take 500 rs for relocating.
                          3) when i told him to i want to relocate my TATA box on given address then he said I will be not relocate your box due to some Local Cable operator issue in that Area. If I will connect your BOX then local cable operator will hit me.
                          4) I told him, in the given Area There are too many people are using TATA sky then he said NO, they are old customers which have been using TATA sky.

                          * Note : for point # 3) -- I visited Nagarsevak(Mr. Patil) office for this such kind of cable operator issue, then he said, in this area no one (cable operators) will do this behavior with TATA sky engineetrs. you can connect your box if someone will hit you or TATA sky Engineer then directly come to my office i will be take strong action to that cable operator.

                          Yesterday, i have shifted my all material to new home except TATA Sky.
                          I am totally affraid/unstisfied with TATA sky. very poor service povided by TATA to me.

                            I have called Tatasky Help line no to log a request to Install the Setupbox and the dish on 22nd May and the work order no is P5PP3PS and they told that will get the service within 24 hours. They sent one SMS also. Then I wait for 24 hours from the time to get the request done. I did not get a single call till to date. I have called them several times to help desk - [protected]. Always they will say ok sir will send someone within a hour or two. I am very sad about their negligence on customers request. Till yesterday I have called and I did not get any response. Today I have suddenly got a call from Tatasky - The no is[protected] and saying that they will send the person to do the installation. Now who will return my time and expanses what I have spent for recharging tatasky which I have not uses from last 2 weeks and phone call charges and my valuable time from past 2 weeks what I have spent while calling and waiting for the installer. Please help me so some other Tatasky Users also not get harassed like this. My Tatasky ID is - [protected]. Actually I have shifted from One place to another place. And I need to reinstall the Tatasky Dish TV connection. I have shifted the new place on 20th May and I am trying to call them to fix the issue from that time.

                              Recently i was bought tata sky from my friend to koyambedu address. And id also changed from [protected] - jayasaravanan to [protected] - srinivasan v. But my new account not yet activated even after a 3 days gone. I had a word with customer care, they havn't responded properly and asked me to speak with local tata sky vender in my area. And i asked for what reason my account kept hold yet means they said the same word again. Please overlook on my issue.

                                My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I had put request for relocation from nalasopara to andheri on 27th night. I was told that Technician will call us for the same on 29th between 4-6.30 pm. But did receive any call. It was an urgent request as I have already shifted my stuff on 28th but have extended the room for one more day because of tata sky connection of which I will have to pay extra rent. We have been following up from 2 days but I have faced very very bad experience with this poor service. Now when I called to follow up your executive ramchandra informs us that the technician working hours is over now and the call will be transferred for 30th at 10am. We are working people and it is difficult to attend the call at 10am. It was an urgent request which should have been taken on priority basis. But it is a very poor service from customer care executive. It has been a very hectic and bad experience. I have to simply extend the days and also now transport the dish tv on my own separately. These two things is going to cost me extra money. Very unhappy experience with tata sky for relocation services.

                                  I called yesterday around 12.15 pm for assistance from my registered number [protected]. A guy answered the call. His communication skills was very bad and i was unable to understand him nor he was able to understand what i was saying. I am surprised how come he was handling the calls and how did he cleared the training and ojt.

                                  He was very rude and i have not experienced such pathetic customer service from any organisation. And to my surprise this worst customer service is from tata sky. Still i cannot believe being such a big brand you have such poor customer service.

                                  As agent was not able to understand me and nor i was able to, and because of his rude behaviour i asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor. And again i got the biggest shock, guess what, he disconnect the call and transferred to some ivr and after few seconds call disconnected. Wow what a customer service you guys have. Much appreciated!!! I will be filing a complaint in consumer forum and raise this issue in social media that how you guys treat ur customers.

                                  I called back again and spoke with a another rep, she was very professional and assisted me.

                                  I will be soon file complaint in consumer forum against you guys for being so rude.

                                      i am really sorry to say that your customer care representative has shown very poor response to my e-mail . please refer my two earlier mails on the subject (deduction of charges without prior information for technician visit to restore tatasky services).
                                      i got calls from your representative ([protected] on 24/5/2016 at 1651 hrs and 25/05/2016 at 1228 hrs) who assured me that your deduction will be refunded if it is charged as i cannot refund it now because it has not been deducted yet. She also validated the call record from your side to know whether i was informed about the charges or not .when she found it true then only she assured me. but on 26 may 2016 Rs, 200/- has been deducted from my account and when i again sent an email on 26 may 2016 i got a call on 27/5/2016 from [protected] at 0957 hrs who was insisting me to be agreed with her for the deduction of Rs. 200/- as it was not the company's fault. she also told me that she will be revert back after validating the call details but which unfortunately did not happen.

                                      my earlier mail on 24 may 2016 and 26 may 2016 for your ready reference.

                                      Please refer out earlier mail on the above topic and also telephonic talk with between your representative and me on 24 may and 25 may 2016 respectively.
                                      As you have validated the call and assured that you are not going to deduct any amount from my account but today Rs. 200/- has been deducted from your side which is contradictory of your assurance.
                                      you are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                                      dear sir/madam,

                                      i have the honour to state that i am tatasky service user vide subscriber id [protected]. I was not getting tatasky services since 23 May 2016 from 1800 hrs due to some technical faults and for which i made a phone call on toll free no.[protected] on 24 May 2016 at 1045 hrs (Reference No. WOP2819HO). Customer care executive assured me to send technician within next 2 working hrs but didn't tell anything about the charges to be paid for technician visit. I got the phone call from the service center ([protected]) and asked about the nature of complain but didn't informed about the charges to be paid for technician visit. The technician visited for the same and restored the tatasky services. He told me that his visit was chargeable and I will be charged Rs. 200/- for it. I was surprised listening the same as I was not informed the same by the customer care executive on telephone and assuming the service free as it was technical fault which was not due to any mistake from our's side.
                                      I am not able to understand why such thing was not informed before the service provided to me which is consumer legal right. Keeping in view the above stated reason I am not agree to pay the charges for the technician visit.
                                      you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
                                      your intervention in this will be highly appreciable. I have not signed the service completion form which was asked to sign by the technician.

                                        1) i was complaint on 17/5/16 for non working of set top box. Next day ur technician has came & check for problem. But he has not sort out the problem. & that time visit charged for rs. 200/-

                                        2) i again complaint for same & next day ur technician has replaced set top box. Which was charged rs. 350/- & rs. 200/- again for visit charge. After installation of set top box within half hour it was again not working.

                                        3) i again complaint for same to ur customer care . And they gave me assurance for non charging of visit charge (200) & set top box repair cost(350). And also refund me visit charge of rs. 200/-

                                        4) after again complaint for continuously 3-4 days, on 25/05/2016 ur technician replaced set top box. And charged rs. 350/- repair cost & rs. 200/- for again third time visit charge.

                                        Here i kindly attention u that once set top box was replaced, it was under 1 month warranty, then how u charged me for twice ???

                                        once ur technician comes & can't solve problem then why u charged for that visit ???

                                        when ur staff installed faulted instruments, then why we bare it ???


                                        i m really upset for it and unsatisfying .


                                        I want my all cash back which was charged by twice & trice for visit charge rs. 200/- + rs. 200/- set top bax replace rs. 350/- total rs. 750/- immediately.

                                        If you cant refund me & reply my this mail then i will be go to consumer forrum for this.
