Ts karaoke is although good but the albums which are given to sing only contain hindi bollywood songs. Its should be having english hollywood songs too! This may be reason why the karaoke set attracts very few customers towards it. So, there is some need of adding the english hollywood songs' album. Although the karaoke set which i got few weeks back is very gud. Ts service is very active all the time, got no more complaints with the respective company. I hope my suggestions would be useful and shall be processed as soon as possible.

    Hello Team,

    This mail is to bring notice that your service guy called for promotional reasons and without any permission they activate that new scheme and get payment deducted from the balance. It happened yesterday.

    This is the second third time I am encountering with the same issue.

    Request you to please get back that new channel and refund all amount deducted from the main balance.

      We had requested for relocation of our tatasky 10-20 times but no body has been visited us till date. our location is in Dombivili East, Lodha park lodha regency which is very posh & famous area.

      we have recieved several work order from tatasky but seems its is waste & meaningless.

      would inform you that due to no service, our tatasky is kept off. nobody from tatasky visiting us for solving our problem.

After a continued request for a relocation, wrong information has been taken in, we have recharged the pending account on the advice of the executives, account still remains pending because the customer service executive has little knowledge about the process. Supervisor like areef, Ramona are rude, again has no knowledge and curt. Customer service etiquette are far from their list. While on the call Ms Ramona slammed the phone. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude or casualness need to be curbed. The training on communication and process needs immediate attention, right from executive level to supervisory level.

          My tata sky pack due date was up to 07.06.2016 as per the previous year annual recharge. Before due date there was negative balance of Rs.294.00 towards attending of set top box services.

          Now the Dhaamal Mix pack recharged but due date show up to 11th Feb'2016. As per my complaint, your tata sky representative advised to recharge amount of Rs.400.00 before 07th Jun'2016, however the date will be up to 07.06.2016.

          Today, I recharge Rs.400.00 and found that due date is up to 27th March'2016.

          Please take immediate action to extend my due date upto 07th jun'2016.

            On june 06, 2016 at around 9.55pm my tv screen had a reminder to recharge on or before june 11, 2016. The telecast was stopped, the screen went blank and we could view the telecast only after restarting our set. This has happened earlier also and stopped after our protest.

            We do get reminders through emails and smss.

            Why is this disturbance created by you? Does it not give a bad image to the tata group which has a very good image about your group.

            Any complaint either minor or major, they take more than 24 hours to revert back. They have very few executives who really know the system and help the subscribers. Most of them just take down the complaint on the note pad to be thrown in at dust bin.
            After they supplied the latest SET UP Box, the font size and type on the minu is blurred and hardly readable but they do not have solution for it or may be, their exesutives/technicians do not know or do not bother to help the subscribers to improve it.
            At times, their service is very bad with no response.

              Of late, I lodged a complaint to tatasky that some of the channels are not coming in my tv though I paid for them. I called them up on their helpline number. They were unable to answer the call and hence I left a note on their machine to give a call back (they give this option).
              Since I did not receive a call after 5-6 days, I called them on 27th May, 2016 and asked them to resolve the issue.

              The Tata Sky executive suggested some steps online even after which the channels were not to be seen. I asked him to send the technician on the condition that i will not be charged as it is a fault from Tata Sky end.
              He agreed and arranged a technician visit.

              The technician visited and fixed it in a second. Apparently he changed the same settings as the Tata Sky executive suggested in phone.
              Yes! The steps provided on the phone were "INCORRECT".

              As soon as the technician left, I got a message on my TV, that Rs.200 were deducted from my account towards this visit.
              I called the Tata Sky helpline number to ask for a justification. They were unable to answer and told me that a resolution would be provided by 1st June.
              Yes no calls from them.
              We followed up, Not once, twice, thrice..
              Sadly we have not been provided a solution to this issue yet.

              I wish to complaint against Tata Sky for Cheating & Fraud and mental harassment.
              I hope strict action will b taken against them!

                I have registered a complaint on their website, nodal officer on their twitter account.

                No response from the buggers.

                This is the status in Delhi NCR. In smaller cities got only knows these buggers response.

                They just defaming the Tata brand.

                Hope these complaints reaches to the Tata groups heads. At least then these buggers will try to respond.

                  My id no:[protected] I am very sad to say that Tata sky service is very poor, I had a problem with the Dish as it was not receiving the Signals, so i called the customer support team and they scheduled a technician for that and it got fixed and the problem was with the dish antenna as it was not receiving the signals from satellite .So the Technician said they are going to charge for that work but my question was when the problem was with the Dish antenna the customer support team said set of box warranty got over thats y charging .When the problem is with Dish why they are charging and escalated a complain, complain no what one of the customer support team person said is PCQDPVY and his name is Ramchandar.
                  Surprisingly my connection got deactivated saying that money got detected for Technician, When the com[plain is logged and they are working on it how can they Deactivate the service and the resolution will be given in 72hrs so funny till that time my TV will be Deactivate mode only.
                  I dont know what kind of service this Tatasky people are providing when complain is their already why they are not activating the service.In this situation I would Prefer not to have the Service it self because deactivation is done in ten minutes and for service back it will be taking 72hrs.

                  Very Very Bad Customer support as this people are not responding if the call is getting Disconnected .

                  The Funny thing is when the problem is with DISH N Satellite they are charging, in that case, I would say change every three months the Angel and charge for Technical Visit that will fetch lot of Money for Tata Sky they way they are doing .Moreover the charges what they are taking for Channel is pretty high compare to other Channels and every time their is slight increase in the price i Dont know why ?
                  Most of the time Bad weather comes and TV goes off ...

                  I am really so upset that I am Stopping the Service .

                    I got a call from a tata sky agent saying that i have a offer of rs 1500/-. If i recharge of rs 1500/- i will get a one year free subscription for my 4 tata sky boxes. I asked him several time about whether i will get it for 4 or only for 1, he said me several times that i will get for the 4 bxes for sure. So i recharged my tatasky with rs 1500/- but now they are giving free to only one box. Other three boxes are not avilable. So iit is cheated to me they had call me and gave me a wrong information and now i am been victim of their fake call. Please look over my problem and resolve it by refunding my 1500 rs balnace in main tata sky account. So i can see my all 4 boxes active.

                      I have been the customer of this company since 3-4 months and had the worst experience. The executives of the company does not have the knowledge of the offers they are offering, and keeps on passing wrong information to you.
                      They will make sure that your amount is spent and then does not even resolve your problems. they will keeps on making stupid calls and wont even resolve the problem. This is highly worst company and pathetic services.

                        I am not receiving signal from tata sky side and not able to watch TV. After speaking to customer care they told me to pay 200 rs extra for their mistake and this is happening 3rd time, m not receiving good service from customer support. Ppl please don't go for tatasky, you will end up with worse service.their customer support is also very bad u need to wait for 10 minutes just to talk to their executive

                          Tata sky is a tata enterprise. We thought tata is a professional company adhering to transparency. But experience of tata sky from the day i opted for services is otherwise. Tata sky is thoroughly hopeless in providing services & adopts fraudulent means to deceive customers.
                          Its call centre services are ivrs based & do not match with specific issues.

                            i have scheduled for an installation and the customer care person assure the installation by the same day before 6 PM on 01 may 16 but the unavailability of technical person they couldn't install i on same day so i cancelled the connection on that day itself and if we check the status if the connection it is cancelled by TataSky department.
                            But my issue is the amount i paid on call is not yet credited back to my account.
                            I didn't get any reply or call from back end Technical team of Tata Sky as well. So ridiculous and bad customer service, today it going to be 4 days since i registered complaints with Tata Sky related to this.

                              I have been availing annual holiday system for past 10 years

                              this allows customer a rebate on subscription for annual holiday system of 5 to 90 days each year.

                              this is known to a few and tata sky never publishes this fact

                              in fact when you first request this service you are denied

                              next you are harassed for requesting

                              if that fails they claim some flimsy technical ground to refuse

                              i have asked tata sky to reveal details of the scheme - they have not responded

                              this is substantial revenue issue for tata sky

                              please get the company tata sky to respond

                                Hi,
                                This is with reference to the scheduled appointment by the concerned agents of Tata Sky dish installation.
                                I had been promised by the concerned for installation by today but unfortunately they didn't turn up and to add to my woes the reason given was all the more surprising!!! Or ridiculous to be precise.
                                Request you to kindly check the call recording from your end so that there is no difference of opinion. This was infact accepted by the customer care executive as well.
                                I'm not here to file a suit or anything but I need this to reach to the concerned authority and remedial measure has to be put in process so that other citizens won't be put to this kind of ordeal
                                My point here is that I m available only on the weekends and that means for the next 5 days I won't have any access to the media.

                                Need to know how you are going to erect this as per your so called TAT time/ standard response time or whatever.

                                I have a huge appreciation and respect for Sir Ratan Tata and as a humble request to everyone who is a part of the Tata family... Please don't dare to spoil the reputation of one of the brightest son that our country had ever seen.

                                  I have been trying to get a new connection of tata sky DTH since 2 days. Each time i call upon customer care..i am assured of quick redressal and service engineer wud conyact me within 2 hours. But its been more dan 24 hrs and m fed up. The company's claim of installation within 24 hrs is false and shud be penalised for the same.

                                  Moreover the senior executive Ms Meena ..who Ii spoke to.. lacks mannerism to talk to a customer and disconnected the call before completion of discussion.
                                  The professionalism of Tata sky is questionable and such ignorance towards consumer is condemned.

                                  Tata sky management shud look into d matter n book the culprits .

                                    Please stay away fromtata sky reader.

                                    Tata sky does not have a toll free number. Every call to tata sky consumes 15 minutes to half an hour. The call is chargeable every time. Tata sky is deficient in its services and employs abundant unfair trade practice.

                                    Three work orders were generated in my case since 25th may 2016. Work orders are cancelled at the whim of tata sky. No service. Only calls. No service till today.

                                    Third class service.

                                      I received a call from tata sky customer service on 1 june 2016 providing me an offer to recharge my account with ~50% off discounted price. Since i was out of station i confirmed that i shall be contacting them on sunday to know the details. Today (5 june 2016) when i contacted them today morning i was told that i can recharge my existing scheme (Dhamaal mix) at 1, 300 rs. For a year. Later on transferring the funds to my tata sky account the entire story was changed through different excuses like the offer is not valid in the city (Jaipur) i reside, the offer given to me was for 1, 800 rs. Etc. Despite making a complaint with the team (No. Pc61ox5) from my past experiences, i am sure of getting no positive response. Therefore, either i would like my money refunded or my account deactivated if the offered services are not applied to my account.

                                        I called customer care twice for cancellation of my tata sky as i am shifting to my home town. The way executive was replying was very bad and transferd the call to some other team and later they told me the concerned team will call you.
                                        But till date no one has contacted me & now me in my home town.

                                        Seriously i had a very bad experience with these ppl.
