My tatasky id is [protected]. I deactivated the HD access fee from my account, but without consulting me they activated it for 3 months @99pm and i stopped recharging my account. After that i requested them through their online chat for deactivation of hd access fee. They advised me to recharge to enable them to deactivate my request. As per their advice, i recharged my account for one day but they didn't process my request. Again now my account is inactive, again when i consult them to deactivate hd access fee from my account again they are saying that please recharge ur account. They didn't do my request when my account is active and even they are not allowing me to modify the package through online.

    Last week I have received one call from tata sky that if you recharge more than Rs300 today, then you will got extra bonus of Rs50, but this extra Rs50 will be credited in your account within next 48hrs. after this call I have recharged by Rs500, but till today I have not got these Rs50 extra bonus.
    Tata sky is not able to fulfil their commitment. Tata sky is cheating with their costumers, also I have recording this call. If service provider not credit extra bonus of Rs50, then I will be taken the legal support.

      My Tata Sky wasn't working due to the broken card, Coz of which I called the Customer service, this guy placed me on mute for good 15mins and it took me almost 6 mins to reach him at the end I had to disconnect the call and call back I spoke with Gautam and asked him to transfer the call to his TL, to which again he took good 5-7 mins and return with info tht his TL was to come but the manager called so he couldn't come, I mean what a pathetic customer service, I want to raise a complain about the representatives I have spoken to

        My tata sky no is [protected] name Kerman Patel reg.no. [protected] /[protected] at kalwa naka.

        Each time I do refilling monthly my two days they minus and on enquiring not ready to answer. Monthly recharge charges they take and do not give priviage of one mnth my refilling was last expiry 27th June 2016 I it was my decency refilled a day before 26th but my next expiry should be 27th June 2016 but instead they cut off my two days saying 25th next expiry this is cheating and they are not frightened of anything saying do whatever u want.

        Please saterate my problem and even number now since i have changed my reg.mobile as [protected] or [protected] than too they are not ready to make note and calling on same old number where my wife is unable to tackle them please help I am a senior citizen and need your help you only talk with them and tell them to solve my problem and reg. my new number also and my refilling also to correct date 27th

        Firstly while helping also where we are complaining they talk half and disconnect what does that mean or else dont act of helping dont know whether consumer or it is other tata help line but half conversation they cut.

        My tata sky numbr is [protected] kalwa naka i stay my name Kerman Patel a senior citizen my contact[protected], [protected].

        Evertime we do refilling monthly they do not provide us monthly but always minus our 2days taking full payment.

        it should be 27 to 27 whereas when we refill a day early they should not take that early day but exact expiry date i.e. 27 may to 27 jube 2016 but they disagree and disconnect and say do whatever u can and no proper reply help people also talk half and cut please saterate my problem immediately for this time also they sent wrong message of expiry please

          I made complaint in tata sky customer care about no signal, i have faced such issue earlier also, complaint is available in tata sky record. First time i faced the issue next day post installtion of tata sky tata sky confirmed me there is no charges as i have faced same issue third time. Engineer visiting the home, is not providing the amicable issue, result of which i keep on facing issue.
          Engineer is not fixing the problem and tata sky charges rs 200 per visit.
          This is not my fault if tata sky engineer don't know how to resolve the issue.

            I m a subscriber of Tatasky, i found my packages upgraded by them automatically. secondly i tried with through tatasky portal but it required password, i said i forget the current password they given me a code on my mobile. when i log with this code number again same they asked about current password, without this i can not proceed. Thirdly i tried with helpline no.as give in help desk, they said about your package will down after 12 Aug., not now. I tried with any BPO person who can solve but could not find any option in that helpline number. I need a Manager or Chief Manager from Tatasky, mumbai circle.               I am very upset of no Tamil karaokes are there in Tata sky Karole
              Please add all languages songs
              So that it will be helpful and you get more business in regional areas.
              Pleaase add tamil songs or introduce any karoke musics that we can add in it
              Without tamil songs, people of tamilnadu cannot get karoke player
              Please try to add this.

                  I have taken tatasky dish tv parallal connection but inspite of paying the subscription regularly and on time the parallal connection gets disconnected frequently. Even now it is out of action.Please get this problem resolved.

                  as blocked and no programme is shown on the parallal tv.

                    I purchased a new connection of tata sky disk for tv. The person who came to installed the disk does not installed it at proper place. So i requested for reinstalled the disk just at one meter distance away from previous place in next few days (With in 10 days). Now as this is the fault of there person as he does not installed it at proper place, they are charging from me the amount rs. 300/- for that. As this is not my fault so why i should be charged. They already made my a/c balance -300/- so it should be refunded.

                      Dear sir, we tried for some small complains directly to your outlate at bajaj nagar, nagpur, but we got very poor response from there, they dont have recharge, they dont have manpower to send person, they dont have remote, even they dont talk with us when we approach there, i live in bajaj nagar, its near to my home place thats why i preffered to discuss my problems directly, the receptionist madam had no time to discuss with us, i see her gossiping with other person overthere but not responding on any question, spoiling name of TATA SKY. shame on this type of service, tata sky is not taking any calls on this. why we are suffering. please answer this.

Have reported signal problem 2 days before & after that followed up with phone calls to address the issue, however, till this moment no service executive has come & sorted the issue.                           Day before yesterday, I complaint about Tata sky that My Tata sky set top box is not receiving signal . They said that a technician will come in two hours, but no technician came . The next day, I called Tatasky again and said that the set top box is not receiving signal. They again said that the technician will come in two hours but no technician came.From then I have called 5-10 times but there is not any action taken.

                            I have been replaced with a new card but unable to get all the channels of the package. Complaint to toll free number is not responsible.
                            Please let me know what is the problem with the new card or with whom. The customer care people are presenting lame excuses. But unable to solve my problem.

                              MY self a banker transfered to ahemdabad.I want to install my tata sky here in new area.i called your customer care and told that i have my tatasky set top box i want to install it.they told me that it will be chargeble.the person who installed my tatasky toook 300/- cash & after that 300/- deducted from my a/c.
                              person told me 300/- deducted from your a/c is for ur installation charge.
                              and rs 300/- that i took that is for tv and set top box fitting.
                              I am unable to understand that then what means installation by company. At my older place i never face such type of problem.

                              kindly told me in your installation tv fitting is not included.without tv how can we enjoy tatasky.
                              so plz put my money back to my a/c.

                                Hi Tatasky,

                                My subscriber ID:[protected] and I have recharged today on 25th of May so my next due recharge should be on 25th or 24th of June that's how it's works a complete month of 30 or 31 days. But you guys keep on decreasing the due dates on every month of recharge. How it would possible to recharge my next due date on 20th June as you mentioned? I don't understand how you guys will calculate the total days in a month.

                                Please rectify the issue and help me to extend my due dates for recharge .

In this connection I would like to inform you that I have not ordered any showcase movie today i.e.[protected]. I am not able to speak to your customer care executive due to holding of line even more than 20 minutes.

                                    On 14th of May we got the Tata Sky connection done at home. Subscriber Id [protected]. The technician who came to install the same charged us an additional amount of Rs 600 for wiring.
                                    1. Sonu, (ph no: [protected]), the technician unnecessarily charged us for the wiring which has already been done in the apartment complex centrally.
                                    2. The wiring was not done properly and we are receiving complaints from the society.
                                    3. Ever since the incident he has stopped taking our calls.
                                    4. We have called Tata Sky complaint cell and lodged this complaint via calls and SMS and have received no resolution

                                    We would like
                                    1. Repair
                                    2. Proper installation
                                    3. Refund of Rs 600
                                    Also, we would urge Tata Sky to take action against this unethical lout!
                                    We look forward to a quick redressal

                                      As I recharge my account [protected] I'd registered no is [protected] wth tata sky online web site nd my money is also deducted from my alc BT after all ths my alc is deactivate and also the customer care says wait for 48 hrs BT after 48 hrs the alc is nt start nd now when I cal cc then they said u hv to do recharge again
                                      It's really rubbish
                                      I[censored] can't make payment online then why u provided online option

                                        The Set top box installed in the month of Jan 2016 is receiving no signals since at last 20 days.The man is called to adjust the disc and take the respective changes. Up till now the tatasky technitian is called for 3 times and suppose the sognal conectivity is lost before the of recharging then that many no.of days we are unable to see TV.although we have paid for it. Now are u going to pay us for the no.of days the set top box receiving no signal. Before this we were having another tata sky settop box, many repair work had been carried with the box and every time the personal charged us, we have also change the part which was costing 800/_and the personal never gave us the receipt of the repair ing work.
