Tata sky is the worst service provider. Tata sky is not bothered about any customer who is suffering badly because of their disinterest in providing after sales service. They are not even sending any technician at me home. Tata sky representatives don't understand the language if a customer speaks about his/her complaint; they say that they don't understand hindi/english, they know only tamil, telugu etc., the best way to show disinterest in resolving a customer's complaint. A customer keeps on sending them emails/calling their helpline n no. Of times. But they don't bother about anything. Their sole motive is to harass a customer as badly as they can, so that the customer should throw out the tata sky dish outside his/her house and look for some other service provider. They are interested in the first installation; after that they forget the customer?

I want to cancel my tata sky services, my request number is 1SEL4G2X, dtd.22/12/2019. Till now 4 times I informed online customer service. They are saying our team will call and my request is in pending status. On 27th Tata Sky person called and again said within 24 hours they will call. Today is 29th and, more than 48 hours passed, till now no one called. Please help me to get rid of this tata sky service, very disgusting service.

    I made recharge of rs 330 on 1st may 2016 whose validity period was for one month. After two days there occured a signal problem due to the weather. Because of that i was unable to view many channels for 10 days. I called the toll free number of tata sky for so many times but nobody answered the call.
    Therefore on 14th may i searched for tata sky office in bhopal with help of google and got an address and a phone number. I told my complaint to them and within an hour two workers came to my place and fixed the signal problem...
    But after two days the services of tata sky were stopped within 15 days of recharge date, however the validity was for one month. I called again on that office to give my complaint and they said that visiting charges of rs 200 were cut from my balance.
    Hence, i want to complain that the visiting charges were cut without any prior notice.

      My Tata Sky ID is - [protected], I have been repeatedly complaining that the signals are very poor and because of that I am not able to watch HD channels from past 1 month. Now I lost non HD channels as well from past one week. People at call centers don’t know what to do when I called them several times. Tata Sky technicians are unprofessional and rude. I have wait several hour for the technician but no one came. I am taking appointment from call center people and also inform when to send the technicians but no one came instead they call me and suggested different time as per their convenience. They don’t value customer as well as their time.

        I am having 26 connections of tatasky, not even one connection working properly.Informed local tatasky operator office many times no response from there side and now not even picking up the call. 02 times informed customer service centre. Response was same.
        We are running a hotel and are having many other utensil equipments but among them most and worst experience is from Tatasky vendors.
        In according to my opinion behalf of my experience never choose tatsky connections.

          My subscriber id [protected], with ref. To my tata sky connection which is common connection with my ground floor and mine wherein they have not fixed the dish properly and every time due too wind it gets dismantled and due to that when we ask them to set it right they charge us 250rs for engineer visit, my point is simple if it is fault of customer you should penalize customer but since this customer has no fault and their technicians don't fix it properly unnecessary the charges getting levied to customers, this is probably money making business by harassing the customer, we are already paying 770 rs monthly charge apart from that variable costing, this is shamefull

            Last recharge date - 21 april 2016
            Expected next recharge date - 21 may 2016

            Problem statement -
            Tatasky account blocked due to unavailability of balance on 15 may 2016. Why this happened even when there is one complete week available for expiry.

            Sequence -
            Installed tatasky 2 months back with sports dhamaka pack. With subscription price 360. There was a free hd subscription for 1 month as a free start offer. (Which i never requested, this was complimentary).

            On 21 april 2016 i got my account recharged with 360 (Sports dhamaka) + 25 (International news) + 85 (English movie)
            Expecting next recharge fall on 21 may 2016.
            My account suspended today (16 may 2016) saying that my account do not have balance. I asked customer care that how this is possible when i do not opt for any additional service. And then customer care came back saying
            Tata sky's free hd access expired on 26 april 2016 and after that you are charged for that. But how they can extend the service without my permission. I asked customer care that why the pack was not expired post its free period. Customer care said that we cannot drop it without your request/written permission to us. But then my question is how do they charge for it without my permission. I was never informed while recharging that the additional hd access fee is being levied on me.
            If the pack was free then post its expiry it would have removed from my account.
            Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I paid 540 Rs on 9 May 2016 as per BIL/[protected]/may/TATASKY_FICI446 from ICICI bank. But my account is still deactivated. Sent many mails and messages. No positive response yet

              Tata sky DTH sevice shows no signal on start .Perhaps antenna is to be adjusted by qualified technician from the company. My ID No. [protected].When it is started, it tells that the set top box is not receiving any signal.The connecting cable is removed and again connected carefully but no positive result is received.As such technician from company is expected . The necessary expenditure may be incurred from this end if required.

                I have taken tata sky connection for a HD + recording box paying the full amount for all channels including the HD channels in 2015 . Since then i have made un ending calls to tata sky stating that am not getting half the channels i have paid for . every time i call they promise to get this problem rectified, but nothing has been done till now.
                April 29th 2016 i had a raised a request for relocation within the same apartment and till date that is 16th may 2016 i have had 3 technicians visit my place without doing anything they have left saying that ter is internal cabling issues and need help from the project people of my apartment, i had the concern people come down to help the technicians who just left and wouldnt come back in spite of me repeatedly calling them, not only dint they come they were also very rude towards me as well as the project people of my apartment .this incident happend with the second technician.
                I had a third technician who came and again very rude and manner less towards ladies, without doing the work he just left and he also let the electric socket that he had opened in the same state with electric wire outside which i very dangerous for anyone and i have 2 small kids at home. when i called him and asked him to come back and fix it he refused to do so and also when he left my house he spit in front of my main door, how disgusting is this .
                I have not had any kind of solution from tata sky regarding any of these problems .
                How unprofessional are these people and tata sky has been nothing but irresponsible towards costumers problems and very unprofessional .

                i would like to get my money that i paid for this connection as i havent received any kind of rectifications for the problems i have faced with them and also for all the insult i have faced from the technicians they ave send to my house and also making it life hazardous for everyone in my house including my small kids by leaving the electric sockets open and refusing to comeback and close it when it was bought to their notice.

                  I have been subscribed to Active cooking which I have not asked for. Time and again many of them come with a request that too at peak office hours or Odd hours with these requests and even after negating also this has been added to my pack which was not at all used by me. I dont need this Kindly delete this from my pack. Also we do not want people calling us with this kind of requests

                      Last year we exchanged our zeetos for toys. 2 nos of school bags and one remote controlled car. Tatasky claims that they exchange the zeetos to toys within 45 days, till now it is more than 6months, tatasky has not exchanged the zeetos to toys. We have made repeated calls to tatasky customer care, they put us into ivr for more than 45 minutes and still we will not be able to get through. If we get through they say they dont have stock.In the first place if they dont have the toys in stock, then why do they advertize in the tv for exchange of zeetos to toys. My kids use the active fun learn and play the games on tatasky actively and earn their zeetos. They have earned about 45000 zeetos and they promply exchange the zeetos to toys, but tatasky always fail to deliver the exchanged toys from zeeots.

                        My subscription number is [protected]. The technician installed the hd transfer desktop box on 13 may 2016. The installation was faulty and color on tv was horrible.
                        They promised to send technician on 14 may 2016 by 10 am. But there was no one to attend. At around 10:30 i got a message from just dial that the technician will not come for 5 days and if i wanted immediate help free of charge on that day, i should call just dial. I don't know how just dial got the information that i had made a complaint to tata sky for a technical service. This is serious breach of privacy.

                        I requested them to cancel my subscription, take back set top box and refund my money. So far i have got 20 calls from them, all asking basic questions like what problem i am facing. They don't record complain properly and write issue as whatever they like. When i hear the issue recorded by them in next call, i feel like banging my head.

                        Today (15th may 2016) at 5:30 pm one shiv shankar (Phone[protected] called me and promised to either send a technician by 7:30 pm. He further told if he failed to do so, he would send someone tomorrow to collect the set top box and refund my money. He also promised to call me back to check whether technician came or not. So far i have not got any call. I tried to call him back but call disconnects automatically either with a ivr message or without any response. The ivr is just - welcome to tata sky... Nothing related to timing or any relevant thing.

                        I have spent about 2 hours of talk time in last two days talking to them. I have had a horrible experience. I would like to forget it like a nightmare. But battle is not over. They are yet to collect their box and refund my money.

In my account and when today i did recharge with same amount i got only 786 instead of 1000 and when i call customer care then they answered me that there is no offer for me like this. I am your old customer having 1+2 HD tatasky connections.I have been repeatedly complaining that the signals are very poor as the dish is small. Your complaint attendants say that signal will not improve even with a bigger dash.The result is that there is lot of disturbance of channels 500+ like Times Now which is my favorite channel. A couple of days back i have paid rs.10, 630/- (Rupees ten thousand, six hundred and thirty) against the renewal of my twin tv mega pack for the next year i. E. From 21 may 2016 to 20 may 2016. After this my total balance became rs. 10, 782/-. However i keep getting sms on my regn mob number for renewing my subscription.                                 My customer id is [protected] and registered mobile no.[protected]
                                I am always facing problem while dropping add on package and when contacting your customer care associate. They took lot of time to do the process. They gave me toll free number and assured that you wont be charged when you call this toll free number. But the toll free number also charged on my registered mobile number. This has happened many more times. When i contact customer care, your associate keep me on hold for more than half an hour just to drop one add on package. Sometimes, my phone charges are more than add on package charges. I am not able to resolve this problem. I request you to kindly resolve my issue so that i can add or drop any package without any difficullty. Otherwise, show me any other solution to add or drop packages whenever i require.

                                  My tatasky is the working since last 2 days but no one from tatasky is coming to restore the services, height is that people at call centres dont know what to do when I called them several times, its very unfortunate on tatasky that even after taking money from us they are unable to work as per customer satisfaction. Poor service from tatasky very bad..

                                    Sir,
                                    I, R.P. Agarwal from Agra, have my temporary residence in Noida(sector 100). I have installed Tata sky(A/C no. [protected]) in Noida which was not working for the last 4 months. After my several complaints on customer care number, a person from Tata sky changed the old setup box(which he kept with him) with the new one (which he took from uncovered and unsealed box).
                                    Then, I rechargeed my account with nearly 100rs (for temporary living of 3 days), now my account shows 455rs debit and when I complained about it company said to charge rs500 for setup box change.
                                    This is something very disappointing and also I have temporary residence there, it hardly took 7 or 8 days a month to avail services of Tata sky and In such a short time setup box was not working which means it might be a defective piece and it is the company's duty to change the box without any extra charge.
                                    Sir, please look into the matter and kindly resolve it and would request you to get my account zero so that I can avail it's services by recharging my account on per day basis.

                                      History channel, national geographic, E24 etc channels we unable to watch pl do the neeedful ...seeking ur side job i had talk to customer care they said that they take charges for visit but all channels are comming clear except three channel this is their problum these three channels not receiving since three months i thought it will come but not till today their charges are too encreasinhere monthly charges fromg 10 year back i had installed this tata sky the charges were 99 rupees but for month now in past six month they had increase frople m 240 to 250 now from last two month they had made 270 monthly pl look into the matter it will be helpful for all common people thanks

                                        This complain is about the high handed behavior of the Tata Sky DTH service providers, it is been 5 days since I have been complaining of disruption of the Tata Sky DTH signal at my house, and every day I have called them at six to seven times a day, and after a patient wait for their call center executive to respond to my call (which itself takes a good 3 to 4 minutes) I have been repeatedly been promised to get the same rectified in 24 hrs, but I have failed to get any response form their service centre, yesterday again I called the service centre and after a lot of deliberation and I was put on to Mr. Ganesh, supposedly their Manager, after which their service centre attendant did call and told us that their technician would come by 6:30 in the evening and the technician did call at 6:40 inquiring on the address, and while explaining him the best approach to come to our house, he disconnected and shut of the phone, later I called the Tata Sky's personnel Mr. Ganesh about the same informing him the same, after which at around 7:30 pm I received a call from the same technician promising me that he would visit in the next half hour, sadly no one has turned up, nor has anyone bothered to update us about our complaint.Today morning I sent a message to Mr. Ganesh on his mobile relating my predicament, so far I have not received any reply
