My tatasky Id no:[protected]. My recharge period is actually monthly with an amount of Rs 300/-(three hundred) only from the beginning with the recommended package. Subsequently, the recharge period is reduced and reduced and it has come to 12 days now. Today I have recharged on 21.05.2016 and next recharge date is given on 02.06.2016. I have not changed the package from the origin. How come the period has been reduced and monthly recharge amount is shown Rs 730/-(seven hundred thirty ) only. please check and reply

    Sir,
    I have recharged my Tatasky subscription for Rs.250/- through online. An amount of Rs.250/- is debited from my SBI account No. vide ref No.[protected]IG0CAFVOQ8 . Due to power failure the TV & set up box were off at that time and the amount is not yet recharged. However I have recharged for Rs.100/- on today morning i.e on 21.05.16 which is credited to Tatasky service.

    I request you to do the needful for recharge of said Rs.250/- dated 20.05.2016 as Tatasky subscription or remit the same for restoration through my SBI account No. [protected].

      First of all they charging Rs 3 for a small sms and even after deducting balance they are not getting the reque complete.
      Secondly a channel was removed from my current package in between of month without any prior notice.
      I request telecom ministry to please take action for arbitrary fees charged by these Dth companies which are committing a fraud against consumers by charging them arbitrarily.

        Every month there is problem in viewing tatasky, technician visit the office and solves the problem, later service charge is applied.
        Problem is continued after 1 month, i have raise once again complaint, they vil come and take service charge...
        Take necessary action against the concerned official in bangalore.
        Please solve the issue and make general public happy.

Their system works only when tata sky has their own interest and mostly their financial interest. They have set ivr system in such a manner that their executive comes on phone line only when tata's interest.             I have been a loyal customer of tatasky for many years, it saddens me to realise tatasky has not been covering the french pen for many years, i have complained about this over phone in the past on 2 occasions and was promised by the following year it would be available. I notice tatasky also did not cover the monaco tennis master, madrid masters and even rome masters this year!

            I really wonder why you do not cover such an amazing event, please deliver better goods.

            Another complaint, not to dilute the above matter is that even after paying my monthly charges i get a silly box intermittently saying pay or my services will get deactivated in english and hindi, this is extremely annoying.

            Please do look into these two agendas

                Hello.. I am an airforce officer. I have called on tatasky customer care support no for 4 times in last 30 hours for relocation. Every ttime the customer support executive tells that your request have been forwarded on priority. But nobody from relocation has even called or visited the place. I am sorry to say that this is un-acceptable. I have been witj tatasky for around 2 years. If tata sky doesnt care for one more customer loss then believe me i will make sure to go to the highest level for this. My tatasky work order reference no is 0xlbrlq.

                  My tata sky number is [protected]. I had installed tata sky in Hyderabad last year. I recently moved to Bangalore and hence, I got my tata sky uninstalled from Hyderabad. I raised a request for installation of same in Bangalore on 7th May. It has been 14 days since it is pending. Everyday I am calling them and they are giving me false hope that it will be done soon. One day their technician visited but left to get some part required for installation. He didn't return that day, when I called him he said he will come on the next day. Next day I called him at 10 in the morning and he said he will be at my place in 15 mins. Post that he never turned up. I kept calling him and he kept saying that he is on his way. When I told him that if he doesn't come I will file a complaint against him, he said "you can file the complaint, I don't care"
                  Post that I had to again call tata sky's costumer care number and I have been calling them everyday from past 6 days and they keep telling me that they will get it done in 2 hours but it pending for more than 2 weeks now.

I had made a complain twice within 20 days to drop my multi tv connection and leave one connection only. But no response came from tatasky authority. And per day i have to pay for that connection..when i made a request to drop the multi tv connection from my tata sky id .the authorities told that the tata sky authority will make a call to resolve my problem. Sir this type of activities are repeated again and again.

                          I have only paid for regional south pack and News channels. In the south pack now I find the following channels are not available for viewing. Other channels are Ok. what is the problem for broadcasting the channels.
                          1.The Etv entertainment (regular ) channel . There is picture break, stillness, sound creaking etc.

                          3. Tv 5, not coming

                                To day (18.05.16) at 11:30 am received call from your tata sky tele caller executive.
                                He informed me about my account balance and offered to add packs "sports pack & al-carte pack (Zee studio)" which i refused to add in my current pack"dhamal mix (270/month)". I wanted to continue my current packs.
                                Though i refused to add above mentioned packs, he changed my current pack and added sports pack and al-carte pack (Zee studio). Which is useless for me.

                                I am very shocked when i received message that my packs has been changed. (380/month)
                                This is something ridiculously which down the image of tata sky company.
                                This is not right policy/path to do business. Such kind of executive / company person spoiles the image of company and let the customer think about another dish connection, hence it results in loss of customer and business.

                                Require needful action against these kind of inconvenience.

                                  Tata sky customer service is pathetic and ridiculous. I raised a request for re-loaction of tata sky set to a different location, first they uninstalled the connection from my previous house and asked me to carry the set to new home so that their technician can come and install it in the new house, i raised a request to re installation 5 times in 3 days, yet no technician showed up. Ridiculous response from a so called reputed service provider.

                                      I had raised a complaint about no signal with tata sky call centre on 13th may 2016 and till date (17th may) the issue has not been resolved. One engineer had visited on 15th may but he refused to check anything and asked me lodge another complaint which i did. Since then nobody has got in touch with me. I have called the call centre 16 times and every time a new executive asks for couple of hours to resolve the issue. I have spoken to atleast 4 people for senior service desk but they have also give false promises. Finally i asked for refund of my annual subscription which they bluntly refused. Never experienced such pathetic service from any subscriber

                                        This is to inform you that i am a customer of tata sky from last 2 years and i have suffered allot regarding my set up box from last 6 month. My subscriber id is [protected]. I had lodge a complain dated on 14th may 2016 complain no is ouviiia4hh. I have changed my setup box three time from last 6 month and had paid more than my budget. This time again they are saying to change the set up box and said to pay me 550rs. I have changed my setup in the february of this year. Within 2 month again they are demanding for the change. I am sorry to inform you that i will not pay a single amount this time and forced to go for higher complain too regarding the matter.
                                        Please look after the matter and inform me soon. If you can change the box or i have to led some legal action in consumer forum and finally i am forced to change my service too.
