Frankly i m sick n tired of calling u guys..i had taken 3 connections past a month ago and frm dt day onwards i m calling tata sky people everyday till today 12th may 2016.u think all d othr people hav free time and thy call tata sky people just for timepass..coz u nvr take any customer seriously wt prob thy are facing.i m going to take strict action towards tata sky connection n u will regret badly..n i m already warning u dt in a day or 2 i m going to file police complain against u for harrassing ur customer or cheating with customer.

    I installed a tata sky this month on first week..
    I paid a installer for a extra cable 5 mtrs as he say 12 rs per meter.. I paid 60 in cash and i hv a proof of tht.. Video recording in cc tv of my home.. Company has deducted 100 rs again on 12 th may for a cable fees.. I called 4 times in thier customer care and for tht i lose my money 32 rs for a call them.. They are doing cheating and thn also we hv to pay fr tht y..
    Customer care people is very roude and nt gv proper answer.. I had a call recording of them also hw they answer and treat.. Never ever buy this third class tata sky better thn that buy d2h. We payng them a monthly money in advance still they dnt hv a gd service and dnt look abt thier customer.. Even pro is nt coming on phone ti listen a complain.. As a i suggest they make fool to people.. My tata sky id is [protected]

      Never ever buy this tata sky set top box. Worst service i ever received.

      If i m paying monthly charges to them then its their duty to provide me the services.

      My set top box is not working. I called customer care executive regarding that. He said i ll arrange a technician visit for that u have to pay 200rs.

      I m surprised that i m paying monthly charges to get the services and if i m nt getting the services then for that again i have to pay 200rs.

      Are they kidding me??

      What kind of deal is that??

      Every now and then they raise the charges unnecessarily for providing these kind of worst services. Bloody money leechers.

      I asked same question to that executive. By his reply i got shocked. And i believed that every tata sky user is either a big fool or a biggest fool. I ws really amazed by his reply.

      "Sir 200 rs to dena padenge. Hum technician hi nahi bhejenge to TV kaise dekhoge."

      Dont u think this a kind of blackmail.

      Ab paise do to TV dekh paoge.

      I think they are blackmailing every person who is using tata sky.

      NEVER EVER BUY OR USE TATA SKY.

        Very sad experience with Tata Sky. They haven't bothered to respond at all and are sitting cool.

        No one bothered to help understand the process o[censored]pgradation and arbitrarily removed my old set top box.

        My account went into cancellation twice in a month's span without my consent and no one has bothered to help resolve the issue in time or seek an apology.

        Different teams work in silos within the organisation and the customer is the sufferer in the end.

        The technician should be paid separately to repair a pronlem at the STB operator's end ? So why is the customer paying subscription fee every month?

        we have absent for two months due to we have

          This is to inform you that on 10th May i had recharge online for Rs.270/- for dhamal pack than also it's show outstanding account, and some of the channel are not getting, not a single time your people have came and done any services about the channels, bad signal of setofbox whenever we want some channel its shows bad signal from last three month, and when i call the help no they tell us it has been not registered, and no call from your representative to solve the problem, for any sale regarding thing your representative calls instant within a seconds.i think this company is treating like "ek baar jo sale bikgaya wo faas gaya"

            I have multi room connections of tata sky. I am facing audio video sync issue on both the connections. Previous to this i used videocon d2h where i had no issues at all. Since day one i am experiencing issues with tata sky. Audio and video are not in sync on various channels mostly on hd channels. There is a delay of around 1 second in audio. The audio you hear and lip movements dont match at all which gives very very bad user experience. I dont expect such bad experience after paying hefty amount to professional company like tata. I have made complaints multiple times to their customer care but with no help, everytime they cancel the complaint saying that this is how it will be and cannot be fixed. If this is the case then i dont want to use such dirty product and want money back. Also i need confirmation from seniors that yes this is a known issue in tata sky and cannot be fixed.

            I'm facing similar issues with AV sync. These guys who come to service don't even understand what I am saying. One guy changed audio to PCM from Dolby which solved the sync issue but also removed Dolby sound which is pretty obvious and makes no sense. End of the day you need to enjoy the Dolby sound. I hope they do something about this.

              On my complaint yesterday, I was informed this forenoon that a new remote will be supplied soon. She also confirmed that it will have the required batteries/cells for its functioning and that I do not have to pay as the cost (Rs.200/=) will be deducted from my account.

              The technician has supplied a new remote but without batteries/cells so that it remains non-functional. If it is the policy of company to give the remote without batteries/cells, may I suggest that the remote should be provided with cells/batteries so that it is functional soon after its delivery.

                I have been subscribed to 'Dhamal Mix pack' which contain 214 channels as showing in the Tata sky portal (in the website). These 214 channels contain almost all channels in Kids as well as Movie category. However, this is to inform you that i couldn't able to watch these channels since in actual these channels were not a part of my package. After my discussion with the customer care executive Mr. Asgar Shaikh and later on with one of the senior executive, they told me to subscribed these channels separately which cost me additional. There might be some error in their website.

                Now when i tried to subscribe these channels from the A-La-Kate list in the same portal, it is showing "You have already subscribed to all the channels in the genre.

                This is a complete case of cheating. I paid for this package based on the list of channels included in the package. And now after payment i have been informed that some of the channels are wrongly mentioned in the package as you have to subscribe it separately.

                To verify this i have also forwarded all the screen shorts and links of my portal to their executive. But their are now unanswerable.

                I also asked them to refund my money. But they are also not ready for that.

                Hence, i sincerely request you to please look into this matter on priority and suggest further.

                  PATHETIC SERVICE...
                  I have been trying to get my re installation done since 8/5/16. But there is no response from customer care. I have been told that i will get a call with in an hours but there is no call from customer care. After lot of follow up i got a call from technician on 9/5/16 at 5.30 pm & have been informed that there is cable operator issue in my locality & he will not be able to install my connection. I have informed customer care immediately & asked to get the issue fixed. Again there is no update from customer care. I have been told SORRY & 1 HR TIME TO GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED. NO USE. It is just that they are so negligence to get a customer issue resolved. They have immediately deducted Rs.200/- from my account as I had requested for de installation.
                  IS IT ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ON TIME DEDUCTION OF MONEY & THERE IS NO UPDATE ON RE INSTALLATION OR CUSTOMER TIME ? PATHETIC SERVICE ...WHEN I CALLED UP NODAL OFFICE NO AGAIN THE CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO CUSTOMER CARE. SAME STATEMENT REPEATED AS SORRY & 1 HR DEADLINE.                       I had requested Tata Sky to relocate my set top box connection from first floor to second floor in same building.The first time I requested this was on Friday 6/05/2016. Since the abovementioned date, I have been calling them everyday numerous times. However, they keep on promising every day that they will come the next day. I am shocked and appalled at this state of service being rendered by Tata Sky. This was not what was promised to me. I was told, when I chose Tata Sky, that what set them apart from other set top box companies was their distinguished and brilliant service. PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO TATA SKY.                         Dear all, during the time of cricket T20 world cup I had received a call from your office a lady's voice and my running pack change to 440 sports pack. Now Im very much unable to afford from my current income . therefore kindly change my current pack to Dhamal mix pack for 250 or 290 pack.                           Sonu from m s telecom is an authorized dealer of tata sky. I bought 2 connection from him and paid him rs. 5000 each and he said that they are free for first 03 months and then i have to pay rs. 250 each after 03 months which will be again valid for again 03 months... But after 03 months i came to know that both the connections are demo which were given to him by tata sky and he sold them to us... They both are not working any more because as per the customer care they said that demo connection only work for 03 months... I complaint about m s telecom to their head office and they ask me to contact the mukul bhardwaj (Area manager) but no response from him also. I spoke with m s telecom and asked him to refund my money but he started shouting at me and said that he will not refund my money and i can do whatever i can do against him... I really my money back and i need some action to be taken against him asap. Please this is a humble request

                              Dear tata sky team,

                              Thank you for testing my patience and when it got exhausted, i have no other option left apart from writing this email. As i cannot talk any further to you esteemed customer care team.

                              Now lets get to that point, i had to relocate from noida to gurgaon for which i had requested for dismantling of my tata sky on tuesday i. E 3rd may 2016. I had requested dismantling for 7th may and further i had told i need it to be reinstalled on 8th may.

                              To my surprise i got a call on tuesday itself and the so called engineer asked what time should he come on which i specifically told him that i had requested dismantling for saturday. He said okay and hung the call.

                              Now comes the hard part, i called the tata sky helpline no on friday evening just to confirm whether the engineer is coming on saturday or not. To my surprise, the executive told me that i had requested dismantling for sunday instead of saturday. I told him clearly that i had requested for saturday and not sunday on which he said i am rescheduling it for saturday.

                              But no one called up or came to my place to dismantling. So i asked a local guy to dismantle the product.


                              Now comes the re installation part:-

                              8th may:- i had attempted at least 4-5 times for re-installation and all the time i was told, till the first ticket i. E dismantling is not closed, we cannot raise another ticket. When i requested them to cancel the first ticket your glorified customer care executive told me that she cannot do that.

                              I asked her to connect me to someone who can and then she connected me to some mr abhishek who ensured that he has closed the ticket and you will get a call in next 2 hours for installation. I waited patiently hoping that i will get a call. The call never came. So i called your customer care and again explained them the same stuff again and again but i think i fell on deaf ear.

                              So i lost all hope and gave up installation. But around 7:20 yesterday i got a message that had an order reference no omgcdnw.

                              9th may:- i got a call again from a number ([protected]) and said engineer will visit you today, please tell me your suitable time, i clearly told him that i would not be able to reach home before 7:00 pm, and requested him to send an engineer around 7:15 pm. He said you will get a call from engineer around 6:30 pm.


                              Now comes the end of the story:- i got a call from the engineer around 1:00 pm today and he asked me that what time should he visit my place. When i told him the time, he bluntly said, he cannot visit the place as its too late. So being a humble customer i requested him and tried reasoning with him. He rudely said "my company dosent pay enough that i would work post 6:30" post which i had nothing more to say and i hung the call.


                              Thanks a lot tata sky - your caption isko laga dala to life jingalala or what goes very well with the sort of services your provide.

                              I know this particular mail is not even gonna be read and would go in junk, but i needed to try atleast.

                              So, i request you to kindly look into the issue and resolve at earliest. You say you record the chat for training and development purpose, request you to kindly hear the number of chats from yesterday till today, probably you will understand.

                                I bought Triple Tatasky connection (Id: [protected]) with 1 primary and 2 secondary, after installation i request with one of customer care executive for deactivation of 2 secondary connections and asked to active those 2 connection only when request for it. In spite of calling several time and speaking to senior executives no progress to the said request.

                                    I tried to put in my Compliant on the chat line with your tatasky Yesterday 11th apr 2016 at around 1300 hrs But was shocked to see him type & send me on the CHAT line a chat answer that there is no increase in the packs I told & wrote in my chat that on pressing the yellow button on the remote one can see that there are these channels written & mentioned. But he wrote back that no pack called ECONOMY or Dhoom were available & have been stopped & there is no increase in all rate plans of all the packs.
                                    I received a call from Your call centre at 1924 hours regarding my above morning complaint. Sir this lady was hell bent on convincing me that my complaint is not true. I asked her to tell me all the Channels that were being showed on Dhoom Pack & all the channels of Economy pack.BUT she could not help me Even .she was not aware of these above two cheaper channels.& the changes that are Showing on the TV after pressing the Yellow button of Tatasky information on Packs.Her attitude was saying SORRY but could not help Hence i have lodged a compliant with her having a Ticket No. 04MUNED.
                                    I want You to look into this Exploitation Of Indian Public YOU are charging as per your wimps on the PRETEXT that you have increased channels which is bad in the eyes of LAW & NOT LETTING US CHOOSE the channels that we want is really bad NON TRANSPARENT practice & reply to my mail ASAP..
                                    Please send me the complete Details of the DHOOM Pack & Economy Pack its rate per month & yearly discount & the different Channels that are in both these pack by E-mail.
                                    SUGGESTION :--Please retrain your help line & chat line staff & PUT on TV the channels of Different Packs & its rate also.

                                    Dear Team of Tata sky, I had phoned your call centre on 27 sat may 2016 on paid help line no with a cost borne by me of Rs 8 TO STOP IMMEDIATELY ENGLISH ENTERTAINTMENT CHANNELS FROM MY REGD CELL.
                                    But today on 30 th May I got a SMS that I have to pay for this English entertainment channels which are active .
                                    Sir this type of service is not expected from U R big name company.
                                    Kindly Retrain your help line people & stop looting Indian public.
                                    Do reply to me on my e mail asap.

                                      The services are not available in my area, while its good sector all other cable operator is working fine at this location.
                                      My question is why you are doing fake advertisement and taking money from our side while you are not able to deliver the services at noida sec 74
                                      Please revert my tata sky equipment cost, as you are not able to something for this

                                        1. I have renewed the current pack and paid Rs.2520 on 7.05.2016
                                        2. Recd. your SMS today that my a/c balance is showing Rs.979.62. and semi annual HD pack has not been renewed. and need to recharge again for Rs. 995.83 .
                                        3. Need clarification on priority or else I would like to go for closure of my account.
