Request not processed since i bought tata sky

I bought Triple Tatasky connection (Id: [protected]) with 1 primary and 2 secondary, after installation i request with one of customer care executive for deactivation of 2 secondary connections and asked to active those 2 connection only when request for it. In spite of calling several time and speaking to senior executives no progress to the said request....

Tata Sky not installed after 60 hrs also

Hi,
My subscriberid: [protected]. I paid amount 5 days back but still no one came and not installed tata sky. This is very bad and ever faced this situation with any once else.

I called customer care so many times but no proper answer and issue is not yet solved.

Then why you told you will fix the connection within 4hrs?.
Please solve this issue at the earliest

Increase in package charges without intimation.

I tried to put in my Compliant on the chat line with your tatasky Yesterday 11th apr 2016 at around 1300 hrs But was shocked to see him type & send me on the CHAT line a chat answer that there is no increase in the packs I told & wrote in my chat that on pressing the yellow button on the remote one can see that there are these channels written & mentioned. But he wrote back that no pack called ECONOMY or Dhoom were available...

Is not working at sec 74

The services are not available in my area, while its good sector all other cable operator is working fine at this location.
My question is why you are doing fake advertisement and taking money from our side while you are not able to deliver the services at noida sec 74

Poor software

I am using Tata Sky. The software used for selecting channels is very poor. Users have to browse all channels to go to desired channels. The browsing for other oprators such as videocon, Dish, Airtel are far better. Tata sky frustrate the user to move to desired channel
I request the concern to improve it. Provide
1) Search option: by typing few words channel list should be viewed.
2) Provide renumbering option. Eg. 1...

Problems with audio latency

I have been observing a significant audio latency/audio delay in the television content since last 1 month.

The delay is more significant on the hd channels.

I have checked my television and home-theater setup with various other sources like blu-ray players, google chromecast, internal usb player, smart tv functions and i didn't found any delay with audio in these sources.br...

Recharge gift voucher expired

I had recharged my tata sky account. And in turn i was given an option to choose a gift voucher. After i choose, i tried using the voucher and found that the voucher has expired in Jan. My recharge date is 30th April.
I made approximately 78+ phone calls to Tata Sky Customer Care in the last 7-8 days and exchanged many e-mails with screenshots, videos, but still they could not provide any solution or an alternate voucher.

Complaint against service technician at cochin

Not Installing in my house

Facing issue from more than 1 week not getting signal

Setup box problem

Additional charge without my permission

Tata sky ID [protected] in the name of Kunal Dhingra.
Day befor yestyrday I received a call in the afternoon from Tata sky about the multiplex scheme in channel 298 and 299 which was initially free for first 30 days thereafter it was chargeable @ Rs.60/- per month. It was repeatedly said (THRICE) that not to make it chargeable without my permission and it was instantly agreed.
To my dismay on the very next day I received SMS...

Untimely deactivation of add on connections

On june 18th 2015, i had paid rs. 12560/- towards activation of their mega hd annual pack + star world premiere annual pack and 2 add on connections with the annual pack. After the payment i got the call from their customer care and they had confirmed the packages had been activated as requested.

Now in the last week they had de activated the add on connections and told me to recharge...

Changing of set top box

The adaptor of my Tatasky HD got burnt and it got burnt at the slot which is connected to the Set up box. I believe that the set up box has also got burnt. I have taken a new connection from a dealer of tata sky. Installation is completed, however it was told to me to do recharge of rs.1271. I have done the recharge... And its more than 48 hrs .. My services are not active ..And no one least bothered about it from your tata sky. ..I called up dealer / service center/ call center ... No one able to resolve my issue ...I lost my money for crap box provided by guy with no bloody service.
