I am using Tata Sky. The software used for selecting channels is very poor. Users have to browse all channels to go to desired channels. The browsing for other oprators such as videocon, Dish, Airtel are far better. Tata sky frustrate the user to move to desired channel
I request the concern to improve it. Provide
1) Search option: by typing few words channel list should be viewed.
2) Provide renumbering option. Eg. 1 for star 2 for zee as per users wish.
3) Sort the channel list as per users viewing frequency.
4) Keep Marathi at top in Regional for Maharashtra viewers.

    I have been observing a significant audio latency/audio delay in the television content since last 1 month.

    The delay is more significant on the hd channels.

    I have checked my television and home-theater setup with various other sources like blu-ray players, google chromecast, internal usb player, smart tv functions and i didn't found any delay with audio in these sources.

    I have cross checked all audio related settings on tata-sky hd box, my tv and home-theater and still the issue hasn't resolved.

    Please see to the matter and suggest optimum solution.

      I had recharged my tata sky account. And in turn i was given an option to choose a gift voucher. After i choose, i tried using the voucher and found that the voucher has expired in Jan. My recharge date is 30th April.
      I made approximately 78+ phone calls to Tata Sky Customer Care in the last 7-8 days and exchanged many e-mails with screenshots, videos, but still they could not provide any solution or an alternate voucher.
      It's sheer misleading advertisements and false claims which, as per supreme court order is illegal.
      Today, when i checked my complaint no's status, OIYNKV9, I was told that the complaint is closed as no resolution could be provided. Such a pathetic service. And illeterate operators on phone and online chat.
      Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        My name id Francis T Chacko and I am residing near High Court of Kerala & was using TATA SKY for some time and I disconnected and switched to DEN TV. Now when the yearly renewal was due I planned to recharge Tata Sky and for this purpose I contacted in Toll free number and after that from your cochin office one lady Neethu contacted me and I told her that I will available at 10 A.M. on saturday. Today at 10 A M one technician contacted me and his number is [protected] and I told him about the location and I waited till 4.15 P.M. but he did not turn up. So I contacted your office and Neethu told me that she tried to contact me but my phone was out of range. This is false because I was in my house and my house is near High Court of Kerala and the range is very good. Secondly why she want to contact me as the service technician had already contacted me. Thirdly if I my phone was out of range why she did not tried my number again. So I complained in the toll free number again and at 4.45 P.M. the service technician contacted me and started arguing that he did not told me that he would come at 10 A.M. So i told him if you want to argue with me, you need not come.

          I had requested for the installation of Tata Sky in my new house on 5th May, 2016. Till now, no one has come to resolve the issue. I have called the Tata Sky helpline numbers almost 15-20 times, but each time, they assure me I would get a callback within 2 hours and my issue would get resolved within the day. But, neither of them happened. I am fed up with their false commitment and their service. I am warning if it doesn't get corrected within today, I will have a case filed against them.I am completely frustrated and dissapointed with your services.Pathetic services

            Facing issue from more than 1 week not getting signal on

            This issue faced each time whenever compliants registerd.
            Complaints cancelled by tata sky end without taking confirmation from my side..

            TV signals poor

            Channel signals are very poor, hence, we are not able to view the channels properly. As such I request to set right the same immediately. Since, we are not able to watch the TV properly from last 3days. This may please be treated as MOST URGENT

              I am a tata sky customer and my id is [protected]. I lodged a complaint regarding repair of the knob attached to the cable with dish as it was loose and sometimes it provided no signal screen on one of our secondary boxes. I lodged the complaint on 3rd may, 2016 at 9.20am with tata sky customer care number [protected]. The customer care executive { named aarti } told me that i am a premium customer and i had no need to pay any charges to the technician except for any repaired part. I have call recording of the same with me as an evidence. Till date noone visited. Today i recieved a call from tata skyno. [protected] at 12.06pm regarding verification for the feedback of my complaint. I explained everything to them what they asked, but i was stunned to know from them today that i have to pay charges to the technician for my services required. They told me that their customer care executive had provided false information to me and they can do nothing regarding in this case. This is very bad on the part of such a reputed firm, that their staff is not updated with proper information. Issue should be resolved at n earliest otherwise i will grab tata sky firm in court.
              Shame on their part.

They have sent on priority basis.. And soon. But, neither of them happened. I am fed up with their false commitment and their service. Appalling services.                   This is very annoying to write a complaint to reputed company like Tata Sky which claims it's best services within 24 hrs...but to our despair the company persons are not up to the mark. We have been repeatedly calling since 5 days and have made around 100 calls for relocation but the service what we are receiving are just calls and calls the executives are calling for address repeatedly but no one is turning up. My father is a journalist and he wants to putforth this matter in front of media and newspapers as to how we have been harassed since 5 days with just calls and no service...would strongly believe the u would take the matter on an utmost priority and get the relocation process done asap.

                    I have facing problem in set up box that " welcome set up box... Wait moment please". Subscriber no [protected] after yesterday rain in kampli village hospet tq ballery district. Karnataka state. Please guide us. I tried helpline but not connected due to long waiting time. So i feel very bad about customer service and helpdesk and i wested hard earn money to register complaint.
                    So kindly request to do the needful as early as possible..

                      Tata sky ID [protected] in the name of Kunal Dhingra.
                      Day befor yestyrday I received a call in the afternoon from Tata sky about the multiplex scheme in channel 298 and 299 which was initially free for first 30 days thereafter it was chargeable @ Rs.60/- per month. It was repeatedly said (THRICE) that not to make it chargeable without my permission and it was instantly agreed.
                      To my dismay on the very next day I received SMS that multiplex scheme has been added in your monthly charges. I immedly reverted to STOP IMMEDLY.
                      The confirmation is yet to be received. I believe you are in the habbit of betraying your customers. Your this kind of policy will never last long, rather you start losing your customer. Stop this kind of filthy attitude.
                      Please be serious and improve your image. Confirm having removed the additional charge of Rs.60/-. I dont want your free servive of first 60 days.

                        I have a tata sky connection id [protected]. On june 18th 2015, i had paid rs. 12560/- towards activation of their mega hd annual pack + star world premiere annual pack and 2 add on connections with the annual pack. After the payment i got the call from their customer care and they had confirmed the packages had been activated as requested.

                        Now in the last week they had de activated the add on connections and told me to recharge the account, when they are supposed to provide the service till 17/06/2016. I had lodged the complaint to their customer care and they told me that the add on connections were activated on monthly basis instead of annual basis whereas they have taken the money for annual package and the issue will be resolved immediately or maximum within 3 days and put in rs.120 in the account and activated the connections.

                        They have done nothing and de activated the accounts again today on 06/05/2016. On contacting the customer care they are saying they have closed the complaint raised by me without giving me a reason or a solution to the issue.

                        Please help me solve the issue with them.

                            The adaptor of my Tatasky HD got burnt and it got burnt at the slot which is connected to the Set up box. I believe that the set up box has also got burnt. I lodged this complaint on Saturday morning 30th April at Customer care centre and I was told someone will call within 2 hrs. The complaint details received in sms as ( Greetings from Tata Sky. Your Work Order reference number is:OJ2Z2WT.You will receive a call from us within 24hrs). I got a missed called alert from +[protected], I called back to that no and I was told by him that the complaint was lodged against relocation. Again I called him late evening and I was informed by him that the complaint has been changed to change of adaptor and set up box and will get it fixed the next day. I didn't receive any call so I called back that no, he said he again I need to lodge a complaint through customer care. No proactive approach has been done from the organization. I called the customer care again on Sunday 1st May, I escalated the matter to their seniors and Ms. Kavita came on line and she logged in the complaint narrating the incident and I was assured my complaint will be attended on priority since I being the premium customer. The complaint reference now which I received as text is ( Hi! We will contact you in next 2 working Hrs to take appointment for TataSky Work Order No#OK4MTDA.During Technician Visit plz ask him to show CH 152 & 157). Till 5:30 pm no one gave a call to me. Out of frustration I called the customer care center again and I had to speak to multiple people right from Prashant and Sumaira for almost an hour. Finally Sumaira told me that the complaint will be addressed by late evening on Sunday 1st May. No one called me. Monday since morning no one called me till 8 pm. Out of frustration I have to again called the customer care and follow up with them. I was told the seniors are not available and will get a call back. When I insisted I was told I have to hold for 5 min and after few minutes it got disconnected. It's more than 72 hrs since my first complaint not even a single time any proactive measures has been taken, neither the customer care executives has shown empathy to my concern, I have paid the installment till next year in advance. Like an I have to spend weekends at home without tv and wait for the calls for this people to fix the issue. Leaving all the things I am just following up with these people trying to fix the matter with no hopes.

                            If you are Planning of taking tatasky, think again. They have disconnected my TV for no reason and while contacting them their application is down and asking me to call again after 2 hours. That is to on a Sunday. Very bad customer support. Not worth the money you pay. They have denied to provide any support and disconected my call ...
                            Recharged with Rs150/- at 8 pm on 27/03/2016 but not yet received services.

                              I have taken a new connection from a dealer of tata sky. Installation is completed, however it was told to me to do recharge of rs.1271. I have done the recharge... And its more than 48 hrs .. My services are not active ..And no one least bothered about it from your tata sky. ..I called up dealer / service center/ call center ... No one able to resolve my issue ...I lost my money for crap box provided by guy with no bloody service.

                                I'm not getting subscribed channels in my 2nd tv since past 2 days. I have paid till feb 2017. Your call centers are highly unavailable. It puts you always wait for 10 minutes. Even after waiting for 10 minutes, it tells you to wait for 10 minutes. Totally unprofessional and frustrated services.
                                By luck i got a chance to speak your call centre and they have asked me to be in front of my tv to address the issue. This guy asked me that i'll get a call at 8 pm but no one called. I again tried reaching your helpline but results are same. I have to wait for 10 minutes even after being on line for 29 minutes.
                                Pls call and resolve the issue.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that inspire of being a privieled customer of your organisation i am extremely dissapointed with your services. I have put in a, request for relocation of my tata, sky dish since last 5 days, and have got a very poor response. Inspire of calling up your customer care several.Times there has been no action taken. They are not in a position to.Take any decision.If i am not able to get a connection i request you to kindly discontinue our service to. Tata sky and give us back our annual subscription. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                    Tata sky has gobbled up my money of balance subscription
                                    They charge false charges
                                    They are irresponsible and lack maturity and patience to understand the problems faced by customers.

                                    Below is detailed report of events:
                                    On 04th may 2016; tata sky suddenly has deactivated my account and stopped my services. My account number is [protected].
                                    On 30.04.2016; we logged a call since there has been repeated blank screen due to poor reception. Tata sky has provided a common connection to our society of 30 odd people an all were suffering this problem from past 02 days. It happened earlier too and tata sky technician only told us that the connection provided by tat sky is in first place is faulty.
                                    The visit was assured on 01 may 2016, sunday on evening 6 pm. I reminded tata sky customer care over phone call that visit must take lave and do not re-schedule at last moment. At 6.30 pm i received message from tata sky that call was put on hold and visit re-scheduled. This purely showed that tata sky has no seriousness of problems and loop holes in their services and irresponsible behavior of company.

                                    I immediately called up customer care and some technician called up after that to visit in an hour. He suddenly switched off the phone call and did not turn up at all…. This shows how poorly educated and ill cultured staff tata sky has inducted.
                                    On 03rd may when i complained to tata sky that given worst service and worst customer handling; i wish to have my money back for annual subscription and i will switch to other better, responsible service provider.
                                    On 04th may 2016 around afternoon; a representative from tata sky called up. She was not able to speak in hind and neither could understand a single word i told her. There was a lot of disturbance in the line and she showed no inclination and interest to understand my grievances. She hung up after some time.
                                    On 04th may 2016; in the evening at around 7.35 pm suddenly; my account was deactivated with no services at all!!! I called up customer care but they told that no money will be returned back to me. There was no senior staff available. I spoke with three representatives: imran, azhar and saiinath. None could connect me to senior staff as they had no authority to activate account. I was asked by these three people to immediately recharge my account by inr 250/- only to get it activated and then there is only silence!!!
                                    No body from tata sky has even bothered to call me up and activate my account.

                                    I want tata sky to immediately return my money to me if they fail to activate my services immediately with compensation for mental agony and loss of peace of mine.
                                    I warn other users from going to tata sky as they are disaster!!!

                                    TATA SKY is known to be worst service provider.

                                    Its better switch to Dish TV, they are better.
                                    Till date Tata Sky has not acted upon the complaint. They have cancelled my Annual subscription and are now charging me on daily basis. This is open looting of money of customers.

                                      Customer care executive are always busy. Half Channels In my package ARE NOT STARTED AFTER THE RECHARGE .I called Customer Care Many time but They are always busy.I did my recharge on 15 of march 2016 still half of the channel are not started.
