I had recharged my tata sky account. And in turn i was given an option to choose a gift voucher. After i choose, i tried using the voucher and found that the voucher has expired in Jan. My recharge date is 30th April.
I made approximately 78+ phone calls to Tata Sky Customer Care in the last 7-8 days and exchanged many e-mails with screenshots, videos, but still they could not provide any solution or an alternate voucher.
It's sheer misleading advertisements and false claims which, as per supreme court order is illegal.
Today, when i checked my complaint no's status, OIYNKV9, I was told that the complaint is closed as no resolution could be provided. Such a pathetic service. And illeterate operators on phone and online chat.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
