Dear Sir,

I had recharged with rs 532 on 3rd april 2016 at 10.22 am in the morning for my tata sky tv...I made payment through my netbanking...money got deducted but i got massage tjat device not recharged..kindly revert back my money to my account..

I have not had any connection from my set top box in my house since a week. All 3set top boxes has no signal. Even after repeated following up and escalating to tata sky customer care, no one has resolved the complaint. Such a helpless situation where they keep false commitment but no one even calls back and informs on the status.
Don't know if they would reimburse for the losses and the numerous phone calls i have made. They are...

I bought tata sky DTH HD yester day .They told me that installation could be done with in half an hour. But tolerenced me 12 hours. At last I got installation at 10:30pm yesterday.

After then today morning onwards signal is gone. I complained to dealer but still now that problem not solved.

I never ever seen like this type of service in my sence. So please rectify my problem......

My tata sky ID no. [protected], lost month i payed Rs.275 but this moth suddenly they increased to Rs.365 when i asked customer complaints they telling that active devotion is activated and they are not answering properly simply diverting the call to some other section. i am not requested to activate the channel. if tata sky not cancelling the new channel i will not recharge my tata sky till they retain my old charge amount Rs.275...

Dear sir, with due respect I have to say that without informing you added the premium services without my advise and you charged for it on monthly basis while am your customer of mega pack and I recharged for 1 year in September of the sum of Rs .10030, In the mean while you added few channels without my permission the charged it on a monthly basis . We had recd call 2day i.e 3-4-16 at afternoon form ur custmer care and given offer to us to renview fr one year i.e APRIL-17 if we paid rs 1650/- for first TV and rs.1300/- for second TV total 2950 and our balance as on today is 140/- so he asked us to pay rs2810/- immedately and belived and paid .


but we recd msg valid upto sept-16 .

therefore you are requested to honour ur offer and cnfrm the same immidately...

your company informed me by SMS and call that my anual pack is going to expire on 20th march so to avoid discontinue please recharge your acountwith Rs 3000/- your current balance is 91 Rs about. so I made recharge for 3000/- 17th march that is before 3 day of my expiry.

1.call from tata sky on 29/03/16 for recharge .
2. saying by me that pack added withot permission continusely.
3. they also( - ) balance in my account due to location change.
4. pay by me cash for location change.
5. they added english movie channel and kids pack without permission.
6.they say that we added by machine.
7. our tv have closed from last two months for reason of mistake in tv set and...

I'm facing so much of problem on my online account of tatasky since from the morning time I'm getting mail that somebody is trying to change my password as it is happening successfully it happen on 2nd apr 2016 I called to customer care number also They told me to arise complaint and after doing verification I come to know that someone called Ramesh m had tried to change my password I'm just arising a complaint as if in future same thing...

I have done a rs. 300 recharge on tata sky id by mistake. [protected]. But this set top box isn't working . So i want to refund this amount to my account....

My tata sky is not working before 4 months 20 times call to caustmer care no budy send any person .Tatasky is chip leval service . Not good respons any budy . I am really unhappy with tata sky service.
I am sending that compain 3rd time no one was calling ya resolve my problem.
Once my choosing pack i can not use properly.
2nd i recharge my pack but buy mistack 400 rs. Balance gave a wrong number set top box please resolve my problem.

Despite submission complain at your angul office vide cell no.[protected], & [protected], no response received after elapse of three days.the angul franchisee has acted deliberately not providing timely services though i have timely recharge the voucher and my present balance is more rs.200 and validity is upto 10th april, 2016....

I had two connections of your company, but now i have to think to continue those or disconnect, as when i called to customer care for any service, the staff of yours keep the call on hold till the call time end(For half to one hour) no particular information is provided, they always expect and insist to pay more by consumer and don't provide particular information. On date 2.4.16 i ask to add kids pack 2 for rs 30/- but they were insisting...

Hi my name is rashi i used tatasky last one month actually i used videocon last 3 years it is quite god compared to tata sky u r customer care executive are very poor knowledge and way of talking pathetic last time i call up cc one person said sir bolna ho jayega accha ab chk karlo this type of language used u r cc and still have same problem.
