I have requested tata sky helpline to shift my connection with tv to another room in the same Flat. The customer care officer repeatedly refused to shift by saying they will only move box not tv. I have already moved earlier twice through tata sky only. But he is totally in denying mood despite I was agreed to pay installation charges. If this is the customer service from a reputed company. Dont you think it is nonsense that i hire outside party to install my monitor and call them only for moving my set top box where as they have infrastructure and everything.

        Sir, I want to deactivate star sports 3 channel (408).. I was activate this channel on my demand till 1 month ago for purpose watching T20 worldcup..           I have been trying to raise complaint and rectify the problem from past few days...the customer care informs me there is no call record existing ...while I had given the date and time with 11 minutes of talktime and they saynocall records . Even today the call has been hung up from the customer care while I was still waiting for a reply...why do you want to have such customer service in the first place to waste, time and money...??
          Well, I have not been able to view half the channel packages, says set top box not receiving signal...south sports pack was my original pack...I hav been charged rs.235 when the package cost is rs 220 without any intimation or what so ever changes been made without consulting me.

          Why should I pay up for channels unable to view or addition of other channels from the tata sky, which I m still not aware of..? And no service given while problems arise of this kind...!

            Tata sky subscriber id - [protected]. 20 days ago there was some problem in receiving signals so we called up Customer care services & asked for someone to check. Till a week nobody came, every time we would receive a call saying that engineer will come around 5.00 pm but nobody turned out.after 3 more complaints made to tata sky customer care, an engineer came on 11/10/2015 & solved the problem. We had Rs.500/- balance in our account & Customer care executive told us Rs.170/- would be deducted for the visit. After a week, our connection gets disconnected as the balance was nil. Ideally there should have been a balance of Rs.330/- After complaining & calling for two weeks to tata sky executives, I haven't got any refund of amount.so many complaints & ticket numbers are made but every time you call the ticket gets closed & they register a new complaint when we ask for explanation, they do not have any answer.the only thing they say is your problem will be solved within 72 hrs but even after 2 weeks there is no response or action taken against my complaint nor any explanation for amount deduction. This the kind of service they are providing...PATHETIC... I advise others that plsss not even in worst case buy tata sky services there are many other good service providers who actually care for their customer. This is how the brand TATA is.

            ACT ...these are hard earned money...& provide proper explanation on my amount
            I had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

              My tata sky hd plus is not working from last on month, i have done several complaint 1) rq no. N68bfgq, 2) rq no. Nbfm9cs, 3) rg no. 1-[protected], 4) rq no.1-[protected], 5) rq no. Nonf9zp, but still my problem is not solved, now they have stopped attending to my complain as they do not have any solution and i am charge every month for the comlaint and monthly charges also by tata sky.

                My tata sky consumer no. [protected].
                I m premium customer holding tata sky since 2007.Earlier i was having setup box without recording facility.It was working perfectly fine. Recently six months back, i changed over to full hd with recording facility with exchange of my old box. Day one, i m facing problem either it is not working or does not receive signal.I have made hundreds of calls but neither your person reports nor he is able to sol;ve my problem, .Of his own they are putting in the system, complaint resolve which is rediculuos. I dont know where to go, but left to go to consumer forum. Even i requested to change my box but in vain. Today also i m unable to view tata sky. You can check frm your systen about my number of complaints
                I request you to immediately replace my setup box with new one and resolve the my problem. I m fade up with tata sky

                  Hi,

                  Tata sky service is very bad for [protected] this number is not toll free
                  They have to provide toll free number or email id fro consumer support.
                  Very irritating about tata sky is that customer can change plan form only one missed cal but when he want to stop same plan have to call again and again costing to much.

                    Hi,
                    My subscribers ID is[protected]. I have given complaint 3 times in a month. Picture stucks every second.
                    Three time engg came did nothing. Same problem again and again. Tatasky is not replacing set top box nor they are ready to refund. And it is in warranty period. India's worst service provider.

                        I am Tata sky customer since 2014 (ID NO: [protected]), recently i have shifted from Chennai to Bangalore and called Bangalore office for re installation, they send one technician to my home address on 2nd April 2015 at 5.30 pm
                        The technician has fitted wrongly the setup box to my LED TV which resulted damage my TV and Tata sky machine.
                        when i was called the customer care for complain, they are not responding my problem properly.They are asking Rs.550 for replacing setup box and Rs.300 for relocated charges which is unethical.They are not talking about the Tv which i have lost.

                        Kindly look in to this matter do the justice.

                        As i am a regular customer of TATA SKY, One of executive come to my home from Tata sky, for relocating. but the exact problem is he doesn't how to reinstall, without checking setup box he connected to switch, then immediately set up box as well as TV both got fired,
                        Now my question is who is going to PAY TV charges and set up charges
                        Kindly take this request into consideration.

                          I paid rs 500/- in advance to reactivated my connection as per the telephonic advice by the customer care of tatasky.
                          Till date they are giving service after repeated call and everyday deducting the amounts.

                          The service staff are highly irregular and never bother about the request of the customer. They keep us waiting for entire day and never turns up or will give odd time when one is out of home. This is a common practice of this agency.

                          Kindly help me out how to put them in task and stop them not deducting the amount without providing the service.

                              I have not had any connection from my set top box in my house since a week. All 3set top boxes has no signal. Even after repeated following up and escalating to tata sky customer care, no one has resolved the complaint. Such a helpless situation where they keep false commitment but no one even calls back and informs on the status.
                              Don't know if they would reimburse for the losses and the numerous phone calls i have made. They are not even giving me the details even if i want to close the connection

                                I bought tata sky DTH HD yester day .They told me that installation could be done with in half an hour. But tolerenced me 12 hours. At last I got installation at 10:30pm yesterday.

                                After then today morning onwards signal is gone. I complained to dealer but still now that problem not solved.

                                I never ever seen like this type of service in my sence. So please rectify my problem...

                                  My tata sky ID no. [protected], lost month i payed Rs.275 but this moth suddenly they increased to Rs.365 when i asked customer complaints they telling that active devotion is activated and they are not answering properly simply diverting the call to some other section. i am not requested to activate the channel. if tata sky not cancelling the new channel i will not recharge my tata sky till they retain my old charge amount Rs.275
