a am not able to use Service of tata sky from last two month. I have raise complaint 7 to 8 time, call at customer care approx. 20 to 30 time but any one not come at my home to resolve the issue....

TATA SKY ID NO- [protected], Without consent of mine Channel Active Smart Manager has been activated at my Tata Sky set up box from this week. I do not want this channel. Hence deactivate this channel with immediate effect under intimation to me at my email id- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

We have activated only the south Indian pack. But there are some other extra channels are been telecasted. And the recharge amount are deducted in larger and within a week. We are about to subscribe thrice in a month. Even the cable TV wouldn't go much than 100. We just want you to cancel the other channels than the south Indian pack and want to reduce the amount regarding the packs which we've activated....

I tried calling customer care service several times but it gives waiting PD of at least 5 to 6 mins n again waiting PD...this is totally nonsense...this problem was not there earlier...n your rep picks up phone n don't behave properly...I just wanted to change my pack...n am not able to do so...Pl consider my request......

[protected] i try to call from 3 days in customer service office..but my call is alway on hold...on this morning a lady call me from customer care office she ask to talk only in english she told me she was not able to speak hindi...i told her to talk in hindi but she disconect the call...this is not the way to behave...so plzz change my current package into 250 dhamal mix pack.....

2. I received a call from Mr. Rajeev of your company on 13 or 14 March 2016. He was requesting for adding of English Movies package @ Rs. 30 per month to my existing package. I clearly decline for the same and told him not to add this package but without any hesitation he added the same.

My name is 'Joyjit Sengupta' where as its mentioned as 'Jyoti Saini Gupta'. Recurring follow up has no effect on them. Showing a negative balance of 314.93. Reason unknown.
Customer care seems to be useless....

Base package was changed from metro pack to some other pack without my knowledge and tata sky is not reversing it to original giving reason package is not available for new customers although i am not a new customer.
Reason given was that some agent provided my subscription number and details to change it and they are not ready to reveal the agent details.
However I have not visited or requested any agent to do so.

I have recharged Rs.250.00 in March 2016. Still I am not getting required channels. Message is I have to recharge. My next due date is 12.4.2016.Please activate my tata sky....

Sir i have installed tata sky dth services on 2nd march 2016 in jaipur jagatpura pin 302017 my suscriber id is[protected] and this connection is not working propely from eveniong 1900 to 2200 hrs i complained about it to their customer care and they generate a message WO:NGW9LQK regarding this after making call to them 04 times they they didnt resolve my problem...

i have 18 numbers of tatasky set top box with individual ids. i want to add some specific channels to some of the ids. so, i requested the local dealer to do so and he said, a mail has to be sent and the same would be done - simple. i don't know why its taking so long - 1 month ?
therefore, please advice me how can i add specific channels to a particular id online or through RMN.

Waste o[censored]sing tatasky ! Worst call network ! After recharging not yet started its already 20 hours have been over ! Keep on calling customer care but its showing only one reasons same busy tone ! If deh dont clear my problem I will book a case of consumer...

I have a tata sky connection at my house, i was desperately waiting for IND vs Pak t20 match with all my friends at home .
And suddenly tata sky is showing No Signal ! .
All the customer care number given on their website are not working.[protected],[protected],[protected]
it disconnects.
Spoiled our whole plan!
I pay 810 Rs per month for their service!...

No courtesy of how to talk to a customer by ms. Asha senior person working at tata sky customer toll free call centre raised her volume n was very rude. Just saying sorry for the inconvenience doesnot resolve my query twice. For dismental and re location of shifting tata sky dish tv. Within 2 hrs i wil get a call the first person says by technician my 2nd call post 4 hrs i called i was gvn info u wil get sure a call in 2 hrs but now its post...
