Tata Sky Complaints & Reviews

We are costumer of Tata sky for almost last 5 years. There is intermittent loss of signals almost 100 times a day, lasting from few seconds to 20 minutes for last one month.
We have registered complaint to tata sky for this for 4 times, they have sent engineer twice, but when engineer comes if it's working good for last 5 minutes, he says everything is ok and issues is still unsolved. We pay 380 per month for this poor quality service......

My subscription account is [protected] and my pack includes the following:

1. Lok Sabha TV
2. Rajya Sabha TV
3. Bloomberg TV

In addition Tatasky has started some new channels - NatGeo People, Travel XP etc which are showing as part of my pack WITHOUT additional charges.

The First three channels were coming till suddenly one day recently they have stopped coming.

I have been contacting tata sky and they have put me on hold every time for 15-20 minutes every time without solving my query. now they are forcing upon to settle for an amount and surrender the account.exec have been calling 5 times daily and just irritating and mis informing . is there some one to listen properly and understand my concern. i could not even watch the finals of WT20 due to deactivation on their own. such apathetic service...

I paid the amount via online to tata sky and it has been told to me, it will be installed within 2 hrs.
Nothing happened, after 2hrs i called again .Again same thing has been told the person will come in another 2hrs.

Finally after 5hrs, call came to me saying that today will not be possible .Tomorrow will gonna come for your installation.

A week Before, I have purchased tata sky, and after one week when installation has done, we have gone through the channels and found that it was not up the mark. Then we have contacted to the marketing person who made those false commitment to correct the mistake. Still after 10 days no action has taken and now that person is also not picking up our calls. so have to remove your connection. So, please do response against this and false commitment...

My tata sky ID no. [protected], i got call yesterday i, e 07.04.2016 from Call Center telling that Tata Sky is offering a service Active Smart Games. After listening the offer, I straight way denied to activate the service. In spite of my denying the service has been activated and Rs. 59 has been deducted in my current balance. I request you to deactivate the service with immediate effect and restore my current balance for which deducted otherwise...

I have requested tata sky helpline to shift my connection with tv to another room in the same Flat. The customer care officer repeatedly refused to shift by saying they will only move box not tv. I have already moved earlier twice through tata sky only. But he is totally in denying mood despite I was agreed to pay installation charges. If this is the customer service from a reputed company. Dont you think it is nonsense that i hire outside...

My sub ID is [protected] I had purchased multi TV pack & paid some RS. 6500/- for one year. But suddenly you people have disconnected my second TV. I am very nuch disappointed on your act. Kindly look into the matter & resolve the problem.

Sir, I want to deactivate star sports 3 channel (408).. I was activate this channel on my demand till 1 month ago for purpose watching T20 worldcup.. I have been trying to raise complaint and rectify the problem from past few days...the customer care informs me there is no call record existing ...while I had given the date and time with 11 minutes of talktime and they saynocall records . Even today the call has been hung up from the customer care while I was still waiting for a reply...why do you want to have such customer service in the first place to waste, time and money...??

Tata sky subscriber id - [protected]. 20 days ago there was some problem in receiving signals so we called up Customer care services & asked for someone to check. Till a week nobody came, every time we would receive a call saying that engineer will come around 5.00 pm but nobody turned out.after 3 more complaints made to tata sky customer care, an engineer came on 11/10/2015 & solved the problem. Tata sky service is very bad for [protected] this number is not toll free
They have to provide toll free number or email id fro consumer support.
Very irritating about tata sky is that customer can change plan form only one missed cal but when he want to stop same plan have to call again and again costing to much....

Three time engg came did nothing. Same problem again and again. Tatasky is not replacing set top box nor they are ready to refund. And it is in warranty period. India's worst service provider....

Dear Sir,

I am Tata sky customer since 2014 (ID NO: [protected]), recently i have shifted from Chennai to Bangalore and called Bangalore office for re installation, they send one technician to my home address on 2nd April 2015 at 5.30 pm
The technician has fitted wrongly the setup box to my LED TV which resulted damage my TV and Tata sky machine.
when i was called the customer care for complain, they are not responding...

I paid rs 500/- in advance to reactivated my connection as per the telephonic advice by the customer care of tatasky.
Till date they are giving service after repeated call and everyday deducting the amounts.

The service staff are highly irregular and never bother about the request of the customer. They keep us waiting for entire day and never turns up or will give odd time when one is out of home. This is a common practice...
