On calling your help line Mr Shaukat was unable to give satisfactory response on 29 mar 16 at about 2110 hrs. No signal issue and deduction of charges

Monthly rental format issues

As I have a monthly package of 275 and I have started on 1st of the month, I would expect the next payment on 1st of next month, but for tata sky this date is getting reduce by 1 every month. Ultimately this will lead anybody to pay 1 month extra after 30 months. This is not at all acceptable. So if I pay my monthly rental on 2nd they will directly deduct the amount from balance if if I didnt have service for that time....

Setup box & installation

Low quality hardware

My Tata Sky set top box was replaced a week before finishing it's warranty period which was in Jan'16. New box was replaced with one month warranty. But in short span again there was a signal issue rather than accepting it as set top box issue company guys just mafe sure time period to get elapsed and once warranty got over they adviced me to replace box again. It is impossible to think that TATA, a reputed concern, does have that 3rd Class Service regarding their DTH, as it is highly costly, but lowly poor in catering their service. Wrong charges deducted from account

Tata sky setup box is not working

I had lodged complaints several times for not working of tata sky. My complaint is not yet addressed properly. I am unable to watch tv even after card is placed in set up box. Your representative visited twice made some temporary adjustments but still it is not functioning.
