I had raised a complaint last Saturday and so far the issue has not been resolved. It is going to be a week now! Escalation work order has also been raised! Completely useless customer care who don't even go through the history of your complaint but just state the memorized false promise statements!

I would NEVER suggest this service provider to anyone.

    The above Tata Sky ID [protected] is not mine. My mobile No. has been used by the concerned. I am receiving various SMS from Tata Sky and also the calls and unnecessary being harassed . I have requested when last call received that find your genuine customer and remove my mobile no. from the list. But sorry to say that nothing has been done .
    Today also I received following msgs:
    Tata Sky ID [protected] Recharge amount Rs. 270 New Account balance Rs. 269.
    Next recharge date 08-May. Monthly charge Rs. 209.
    To check your pack details, give missed call on [protected] from your registered mobile number.
    Request please trace the person concerned and remove me from this ID.

      recharge done via online debit card - billdesk gateway on 30/03/2016 around 11.55 pm. Subsequent to successful pay, the tatasky system goes into maintenance mode, which makes their systems not credit the customer. Result, customer account is deactivated right before important cricket match and customer support response is that i have wait for 48 hours before they could reconcile the payment. The support reps are pathetic, claim that they cannot speak in english ( the escalation person to be precise )... These dumbos does not even understand the issue, and its easy to penalize the customer for their systems fault... on top of it.. they continue to charge for these days when they deactivated the account... pathetic service ...

        Tata sky operator is continusly harras his customors .Like me once deposited the payment they try to manuplate the subscription n so many diffrent ways . Harit Nagpal ek number ka chor hai. one year subscription above 11000/ @ still to watch normal channels not even HD inspite of annual pakage. Harit Nagpal is very shame on yor part

I opt star sports channel online after depositing rs.50/ in my account, shortly after i got the message that your star sports channel activted for one month from 17/03/2016. on 22/03/16 i found that star sport channel is deactived. when i ask the reason they said apke fifty rupees optional channel me distribute kar diye the isliye apka 50 rupees ka balance zero ho gaya.jabki mene annual channel ka one year upto 4/04/2016 tak adv. me pay kia hua hai.i said agar apse theek nahi hota aur appbar bar aise he paise uda dege to toh meri servive band kar do uske liye ye ekdum ready ho gaye aur roj call kar puchte hai ki apki service band kar de jabki 3rd april 16 tak ka payment inke acount me pahele he de diya hai

          Have been trying to contact Tata Sky customer care number but failed to do so. I am not getting Tata Sky services. Have received following message"Dear Subscriber, your WO#NTEQLHM dated 28.03.16 has been cancelled. For queries please contact our helpline number [protected]"

            My customer ID is [protected] and I am having grand sport (rs 485), HDaccess(rs 175) and Multi TV HD (RS 230). Thus total monthly recharge comes to rs 890. It is valid upto 3.4.16.
            Now I get a message that my monthly charges are rs 949.Besides above Active English(rs59) is also added which I never wanted.When I made a call on [protected] the operator answered first tried to convince me to have this pack. When I refused, she offered discounted price of Rs 30 for two months. But I said when I dont want active English, why should I go for discounted price, she disconnected the line.
            Again when I tried [protected], I get the answer that I can not get it dropped before 30.9.16. What is this? How can you bully it? Pl take corrective action early including against operator who tried to bully, and disconnected the line.If no action is taken, I will complain to Regulator.

              Hi,
              I would like to inform you that Tata Sky DTH hikes rate in every six month and also providing very poor service. They are cheating to customer, if we discuss about that they reply in arrogant manner and say if not happy change your operator, There is a big amount needed to take any others DTH connection and if they do the same thing then how customer can use this service. Why they are not obeying any rule and regulation?
              How and where a customer go to resolved such kind of issues.

                    I have subscribed for 250 rs pack, and, then for a surprise i was announced a lucky winner for which i was allotted 2 free channels ( as per my wish). This is highly annoying that first you force a customer to enjoy complimentary benefits and then you charge them for the facilities that were prior promised free. Real shame! I'm now paying charges for the free channels as well. Kindly provide me an explanation for the said.

                    If you have a customer care facility, then, it will be really appreciated that you at least answer the call, forget solving it. Also, the subscription is valid for 1 month still i start getting recharge messages before the month end. It is high time that you at-least respond to your customer's queries. Also, there is no clue for for the channels as promised on 250 pack.

                    Focus on retaining old customers than just filming new ads for a service that you can't promise and for a company that is still held in high prestige all over india.

                        So on Saturday (19th March) we relocated so called Tata sky people to set it up. Service cost was 300 and they said wiring cost was 600. So total cost was 900. Now the 2 technicians asked us to pay them in cash for which they were not even willing to give a bill. They said they do recharge as well directly so we gave them 1500 totally (900 bill and 600 for recharge). That day I got 2 msgs first recharge of 300 and then another recharge of 500. Next day I see my Tata sky is disconnected showing a balance of -147. When I called helpline I got to know only 800 was deposited by them Wow. After that I've spoken to 20 different people who say they'll look into it, absolutely nothing is happening.
                        On 23rd March I spoke to the Technical team head who said he'll do an inquiry and let me know. I finally called them back on 28th asking for the status which is when I got to know that my complaint has been closed just like that. Clearly they are trying to protect their fraud technicians. Till now they haven't done anything. Im really frustrated. Please help

                        After countless calls from my end there was immense pressure on those 2 technicians. I finally got a call from the technician team who assured me that the recharge will be done right now and asked me to inform on the helpline that issue is resolved. Within 5 mins they did the recharge
                        Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        So I got a call today from their Helpline telling me that their technicians are claiming that we only gave them 800 and not 1500. Well our bill itself was 900 so why will they possibly accept 800? Doesn't make any sense. Finally I asked her to send those technicians back to my house so I'll clear it myself which is when they just cut our call and close our complaint.
                        Guys this is not really about the 700 but these fraud technicians just take people for granted and cheat them. Something really needs to be done. I'm going to keep trying. Please help i[censored] can

                          Tata sky keeps on increasing monthly charges again and again,
                          It is the third time in this year when charges have been increased.

                          There is no accountability & trust left with tata sky, once customer buy tata sky set top box. They keep on looting customers,

                          When i spoke with tatasky cs associate - was informed on consumer demand they have increased some channels - why are we paying for the channels we don’t want to see.

                          They have very smartly made base packs. So even if you choose to select any channel you have to go for add on -

                          Shortly - tatasky only tend to loot customers.

                              Wide complaint No.-NSIY9M3 your technician had visited, seeing that the receiver was broken as the dish was wrongly installed since beginning and it was coming in the walkable area, I suggested him to install it on side around 2 feets on the side so that it doesn't get broken again. Now today i have received this message--

                                On calling your help line Mr Shaukat was unable to give satisfactory response on 29 mar 16 at about 2110 hrs. On inquiry as to how many channels I am suppose to get on this pack, he did not know and when I approached his senior Mr Vikas kumar blamed for faulty set top box. Its incorrect. When I am receiving channel No.[protected] so on so forth whereas i could not get channels like[protected] etc which I have clarified by holding on line as per his advice, shows that there nothing wrong with set top box and I have two connection, as per your supervisor my both set top boxes have gone faulty simultaneously. Its unbelievable for which he want to send the mechanic at my cost for no fault of mine. Further he says " what I can do". If this is how a customer is treated by Tatas...is unjustified with reputation Tatas enjoy.

                                    I am subscriber of tatasky for last 8 years, my subscriber id is : [protected], from last 10 days i am not getting 3 channels due to signal drop, i called customer care and clearly told them problem is not from my side. They said they will send technician if problem is not mine, they won't charge, technician came and did investigation and told me tatasky moves to g-sat satellites, those channels need 65-cm dish, because long back i have taken tatasky connection mine is 45-cm dish, so i need change my dish and left, still i am not getting those 3 channels, but still tatasky deducted rs.170 rupees from my account, because i had balance in it. Now i am not getting channels because tatasky changes its satellite. But tatasky feels that i need to spend more and get new dish, i don't know tomorrow if they changes something else then ask me cough-up rs.10000, so that i can see the channels i am subscribed to. Really regret my association with tatasky for past 8 years and spending more then rs.10, 000, on tatasky infrastructure, and believing the brand tata.

                                      As I have a monthly package of 275 and I have started on 1st of the month, I would expect the next payment on 1st of next month, but for tata sky this date is getting reduce by 1 every month. Ultimately this will lead anybody to pay 1 month extra after 30 months. This is not at all acceptable. So if I pay my monthly rental on 2nd they will directly deduct the amount from balance if if I didnt have service for that time.
