Sir,
My tatasky id is [protected] and my name is Shanmugam. I registered a complaint on 27.03.2016 about hanging of the settop box. technician visited and cleaned the box and it started working and observed for sometime and it was ok.I told him to change the box if required. He said if you have further problem contact me he said. . After sometime same problem repeated and called him and told him the problem . He said he will come and change the box on 28th morning. I believed him. 0n 28th morning called him many times.no response. I made a complaint to Hyderabad nodal office. Message sent stating it will be resolved today.nothing happened . only calls are coming.i contacted customer and Hyd nodal office to resolve this. Now it is rescheduld on 29th evening. I am unable to understand the attitude of the technicians and staff. I am really upset with the staff for their callous response. I had good regards for this service. Now it is gone. Pl look into this. Regards.

    I am subscriber of tata sky, having subscriber ID [protected].On 26 March 2016, I requested through tata sky chat services for extention of cable wire.Accordingly, work orderNRM3L14 was generated. During course of chat, i was appraised that my service was under warranty. and i was to pay only for cable. After several calls since morning, an executive visited my residence at around 7. pm. his contact number is- [protected]. He told me that he was not carrying cable wire and would visit in the morning by 9 am. Till 6 pm none visited my residence. hence, i once again contacted tata sky through its chat. i was appraised that my work order was cancelled as i refused to pay the required charges. This was to my utter shock as no such issue had cropped up. My work order has been re scheduled but as per assurance, none has contacted for the service.As a mischief, one person has called from tata sky. After a single ring he dropped the call. The service provider is thus committing mischief and fraud.

      We have purchase 3 setup box on date 02.11.2015
      & paid rs.[protected] x 3 ) by chq no 012877 oriental bank of commerce
      Also we received the tata sky customater information receipt no. 668
      ( markonsap marketing (India) pvt ltd. ) .Still we didn't received setup box & installation .

      Installation has been not done at that time because of technical wiring problem now that issue is solved.
      Even i contact with tata sky seller mr.Shiv poojan singh he told me since last 10 to 15 days that he'll try for an approval after 15 days he says these plan is not given to me but why... ????
      But this is wrong i already pay for only these plan. So i want same plan. This is not my fault .This is tata sky's problem they have to contact to me regarding my setup box installation

      So please now provide me my set up box & installation. With your offer plan

      (Mdu pack for 2nd & 3rd and upto 4 tv ) @ rs 504/- monthly


      So now what to do shall i go with consume court??? Or where i am go for my resolution.

      I have attached the copies of given plan, bank proof, customer receipt for your reference

        Theres been signal drop every2 'in on both the tvs. have compalined many times but the techician sent is not senior enough to fix the issue. have been requesting senior technician but no luck. last visit some parts were replaced and charged to me. and was assured its resolved. 10 min after the technician left. same problem. no signal again. called tatasky. still no sign of anyone to fix it. please advise else will have to throw the boxes

          मैंने टाट स्काई आई डी नंबर [protected], 16 मार्च को 100 रु का रिचार्ज करके, मैंने कई बार कस्टमर केयर को रिंग किया, वह नहीं मिला फिर मैंने आनलइन Star sports -1, channel Number 1 को एक्टिवेट करवाया था। परन्तु टाटा स्काई ने बहुत सारे एच डी चैनलों को खोल कर, मेरा सारा पैसा काट लिया है। मैंने कस्टमर केयर को फोन करके इस बारे में बताया, वे मुझसे ही उल्टा इल्जाम लगा रहे कि आपने ही ये चैनल एक्टिवेट करवायें हैं।

            Hello sir/madam
            This is Sohail Ainarkar. I am user of tata sky connection since 1 year. I am having some issues in my setup box connection since last for days. I tried calling customer care but they dint respond on my call. They took my request of calling me back but they dint. today they received my call and instead of resolving my problem they again longed my complaint and told me to wait for some days. The executive named Ashiq Nawab was talking arrogantly with me. I want my problem to be resolved as sson as possible so that i can enjoy tata sky connection. My complaint number given to me is NSDUE83.

            I hope you will take a quick action and do th need full

              I have lodged a complaint regarding signal issue on 24th March. I was informed that on 25th morning issue will be resolved. Then no one came. Then message came, that some technician will visit between 2 to 3:30 pm, then again no one came. around 5 pm some one called and i was not at home. I cant be forced to stay home for this one thing. Then i was told it will be done on 26th morning, again no one came. Again called, someone escalated issue, still no one came. again called in evening and i was told 27th Morning someone will come. again no one came. Again called and i was informed within 2 hrs some one will come. and same story. no one turned up. I am paying 600 Rupees per month and not able to see any channels. Will i be getting reimbursement for last 3 days? Can it be resolved ? Its really helpless talking to someone on phone and not getting proper response. Total harassment.

                My Tata Sky set top box was replaced a week before finishing it's warranty period which was in Jan'16. New box was replaced with one month warranty. But in short span again there was a signal issue rather than accepting it as set top box issue company guys just mafe sure time period to get elapsed and once warranty got over they adviced me to replace box again. Now I have to pay ₹300 for another box. Why are we getting charge for sub standard hardwares supplied by company. If their boxes are breaking down at such a freequent pace how would I rely on them if this box will not breakdown in future. Engineer visiting home also says these are repaired boxes can breakdown any time. I have one Airtel connection and one videocon as well but have never faced any this type of problem.
                With Tata Sky, it seems to be like sometime their set top box either dish or either something else required repairs.
                I would like to raise this issue because this is a clear concise of company and its service centers to loot easy money out of its customers pockets by providing them sub standard materials.

                  It is impossible to think that TATA, a reputed concern, does have that 3rd Class Service regarding their DTH, as it is highly costly, but lowly poor in catering their service. I am an HD owner of Tatasky of ID No [protected], it is basically non- working and whenever a complaint is lodged the engineer comes and charges 180 Rs each time and after three to 4 days it goes the same way. I feel for a compensation for missing some certain programs, as today, I may not watch the India-Australia Cricket Match, because of their inability to provide fair service. I would request you to arrange to get Rs 50, 000/- (Fifty thousand only) from them as compensation for their failure to serve. Ringing to them often not taken by their customer care attendant, or other ways the behavior of the staff is not up to the mark and not of the corporate quality. I do not want them serve anymore and compensate me for the loss incurred by me for their innate un doingness.

                    My tv channels sometimes hd and sometimes all do not work for the last one month. Have complained several times but there is a pathetic response from the company. After repeted complaints the repair person came two weeks back and said the dish location needs to be changed. Told him to do so and he vanished. Again complained on their helpline who incidently is most unhelpful, and one more perosn was sent. This time he said he has forgotton to bring wite and will come back in half an hour. Then he vanished again. I once again called customer service and they said that somebody will contact in 24 hours. Ridiculous service.

                      Hello sir, I " Mr. jagdish Prasad Gupta " am a customer of Tata Sky. My Tata sky customer ID no. Is [protected].
                      I have ordered for the Tata Sky set up box in 1 january 2016. And from then in March 2016 I regularly facing the problem of "No signal" . so for this I have registered a complaint in the Tata Sky help desk on 21 March ( work order no. Is :- NMIPNW9 on 21/03/2016 at 10:54 am ). The customer care associate tell us to send a technician at my house. After 1 hour I get a call by technician in which he is wantedly demanding 170 RS from me which is totally unjustified as my setup box is in " warranty period " .
                      I further registered a complaint against him.
                      Then after customer care associate tell me that " sorry for the inconvenience sir, we are now resending our technician and as he will not take any charge".
                      Later I got the call from same technician and he told me that " paisa to katega hi..mujhe kuch mat dena, is baar tumhare tata sky subscriber account se hi kat jayega"
                      After that he came to my house and without checking my TV ., he only go to the antenna and just relocate it.
                      After then he told me that " tumhare account se 300 RS katenge kyoki Maine relocation kiya hai..agar isse bachna chahte ho to mujhe 200 de do"
                      I have not gave him a single rupee.
                      I immediately call to the customer care and lodge a complaint against him.
                      They told me to solve the problem but nothing goes to my favour. My account had deducted by 300 RS charge for the fraud servicing by technician and very disappointing attitude of the Tata Sky customer care associate.
                      At the same time, I also think that since the technician is charging from me even in the warranty period., he is perhaps charging this unjustified amount ( in the warranty period ) from the other customers also.

                      Now i request Consumer Forum Board to please solve the problem and take strict action against these frauds.

                        On 22nd of March I had too filed a complaint for the error on my TV saying "No Signal". The customer care person told me that remote needs to be replaced and there would no charges since it's still under warranty. Next day technician came and replaced the remote. On the same day my account balance was deducted and deactivated saying that are the charges for the remote. Now when I got a call from Shehnaz khan from Billing Department working in backend team, she is accusing me of giving flase facts and that they would not refund the amount deducted.
                        I asked them to take back the new remote and give me back my old remote + the refund of the amount deducted because of the new remote. Now they are denying over that also.

                        Tata Sky employees give wrong information and deduct money from account. Customer is paying extra for their inability to give right information. What a shame and cheap service they give. Highly unappreciated.

                          My set stop box stopped working on[protected]. I made a complaint and was visited by a tata sky technician on[protected]. After inspecting, he informed me that my box needs to be replaced. I made a request to provide me with a standby box until my box gets replaced. I spoke to the executive as well. I was assured that a standby box would be provided until i get a new box.
                          Afterwards, no one turned up .Tata sky executives kept on assuring that the box will be provided with 2 hours. Its been 3 days. I have spoken to the executive of atleast 20 times, nodal office 10 times, technician 10 times, the tata sky provider(Handler) in lajpat nagar 10 times. Requested all and there has been no visit or solution, just false assurances and no solution. The set top box was purchased only a month back for rs. 10, 000/-

                            On 25th we registered the compliant regarding TATA sky not working since last month. The technician came and replace LNB stating that it is not working. Also said that there will be no charges for visit only replacement of the product will be charged as per the company policy. 150 was the product cost and 170 was visit charges been deducted from my account.
                            As per the executive they wrongly deducted the 170 visit charges due to incorrect information supplied by the technician.

                            We called these TATA sky people multiple times and spend almost 5-6 hours as well as money on their calls. but no resolution has been provided every time they said it is all together depends on their technician how much he wants to charge he will charge no matters what the issue is. until last call these people were saying you got charged wrongly and will refund the 170 visit charges within 24 hours as the product replaced was in warranty I could not understand if the product was in warranty why they are charging for replacement of that and why they are charging the visit charges for 170.

                            on last call I had word with girl call Apeksha she told me there will be no refund and your tata sky also will not work until you will recharge again.
                            I could not understand if they are following any policies to work or they are working just like that as they are not aware of the what the policy is? every time they are asking to raise complaint without providing any solution the problem. I have two TV's and both are disconnected what the use of this TATA sky if that doesn't work.

                            It's highly unsatisfied services and wrong information provided as well charged unnecessary.

                            Please look into this and take serious against this so that they will not make fool of customers.

                              I had lodged complaints several times for not working of tata sky. My complaint is not yet addressed properly. I am unable to watch tv even after card is placed in set up box. Your representative visited twice made some temporary adjustments but still it is not functioning.
                              Yesterday i lodged complaint. It was assured me that technician will visit today between 1520 to 1620 hrs but he didn't visit . Now i am getting message on help line that my complaint is kept on hold without giving reasons. I called customer service centre and reprentative assured me that technician will call me back but this time nobody has called me and i am deprived of tv service. It is very frustrating experience of tata sky. If my problem doesn't get resolved by tomorrow i will be compiled to shift to other service provider.

                                I have purchased Tata Sky set up box and recharge my account regularly on monthly basis.

                                Their service are very bad. There are quite many days Channels does not receive the signal. As the I have already prepaid the amount for those channels which I am not able to avail services.

                                I should get the refund for the services which I have not able to avail. Their customer care is too bad. They are not able to manage the customer complaints. they keep us on hold for half and hour and then don't reply only and call off. This is not the way to behave also with the customer. I am very stressed due to same.

                                I am not seeking any compensation for the same. But I have legal right to get the refund for the services which I have not availed. This even does not match the standard of the Companies like Tata.. It is their ethical duty to refund the money for unavailed services for which they have received advance payment.

                                  I paid Rs. 1500 on 15th January 2016 and got the 1 year package( company offer). But I bring to your kind notice that in just months the service is disconnected 2 times. I called TATA SKY Customer 10 times per day, but there is no response from their siide. So I herewith request you to pleaselook into the matter seriously and take the necessary action. I am customer of that company since last 10 years.

                                    Was not getting signal for past 3 days and awaiting Tata Sky technicians to resolve the same (Order No.NP5XCSF). The worst part of the service support is to reach the helpline numbers which test your patients level, i tried to reach 3 times today but in vain. First was online waiting time of 2 mts and by the time its over line become silent, second attempt given 5mts to connect it gone to 3mts then suddenly jumped to 7mts and 3rd attempt started with 5mts after sometime jumped to 7mts then to 10mts and after a long waiting time got a good message that they will call back in 24hrs time.

                                    Is it the service we are paying for ? apart from "your call is important to us" there is no value for time and no importance to resolve. My complaint is majorly to have a proper customer helpline where the consumer can connect and avail the desired service and address concerns/issues

                                      I've asked for installation of tata sky HD in my home. I've been told to expect a call from executive in two hours but nobody called.
                                      After enquiring, they promised me within one hour, executive will call. Still nothing happened.
                                      After 9 full hours i reached them for the third time, that lady caller says it will be done tomorrow. I asked for her supervisor, she didn't provide. I asked for her name she didn't provide, i asked for office address she didn't provide.

                                      This is the number they called me and wasted my whole day.

                                      Tata sky should make sure that their customers should not be fooled like this. We are working men, and is very hard to make time to get simple things like installation done. After all you are charging minimum of 300 rupees from us.

                                        I call you since last 4 days andyour assistant only tell me that their tecnician will call you and come immediatly but no call from tecnician and not yet come your tecnician .Customer care assistant only says that sorry, I can call 10 calls a day since last 4 days but i cannot solve my dish problem, I can recharge my account 21/03/2016 and i can only here sound not picture .Since last four days no call from tecnician and not comming home to solve the problem, Tecnician can also says that their mobile no.is switch off but i can also provide alternate phone no.to call me.please my problem if not solve yesterday .I can complaint to ibf India.
                                        Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
