I have purchased Tata Sky set up box and recharge my account regularly on monthly basis.

Their service are very bad. There are quite many days Channels does not receive the signal. As the I have already prepaid the amount for those channels which I am not able to avail services.

I should get the refund for the services which I have not able to avail. Their customer care is too bad. They are...

I paid Rs. 1500 on 15th January 2016 and got the 1 year package( company offer). But I bring to your kind notice that in just months the service is disconnected 2 times. I called TATA SKY Customer 10 times per day, but there is no response from their siide. So I herewith request you to pleaselook into the matter seriously and take the necessary action. I am customer of that company since last 10 years.

Was not getting signal for past 3 days and awaiting Tata Sky technicians to resolve the same (Order No.NP5XCSF). The worst part of the service support is to reach the helpline numbers which test your patients level, i tried to reach 3 times today but in vain. First was online waiting time of 2 mts and by the time its over line become silent, second attempt given 5mts to connect it gone to 3mts then suddenly jumped to 7mts and 3rd attempt...

I've asked for installation of tata sky HD in my home. I've been told to expect a call from executive in two hours but nobody called.
After enquiring, they promised me within one hour, executive will call. Still nothing happened.
After 9 full hours i reached them for the third time, that lady caller says it will be done tomorrow. I asked for her supervisor, she didn't provide. I asked for her name she didn't provide, i asked...

I m extremely upset with the services of tata sky. Complaint to tata sky very poor service
2. From the time of inception of tata sky connection i have been getting annual recharge for both the set box
3. For the past two years i have been facing the problem of making my one set box as annual and the second set box on monthly charge. The unknown voices ether do not understand plain english or hindi they do not update the data...

Now Tata Sky is cheating with peoples. How many times you are hiking the package rates. Your hikes are higher than petrol/diesel prices.

Have you checked in past few months how many times you have hiked the package rates?

I had trusted on TATA Brand while buying, as it was more genuine than other brands, but I was totally wrong. After giving Dish/connection, Tata Sky are increasing plan rates unrealistically.br...

I have been complaining at your customer care for the last 5 days to no avail. They keep telling me that they have updated my complaint and have 2-3 times connected me to senior executives also.
I am not going to renew your package as I have been completely harrassed by your staff and shall go to the Consumer Court against the company.

I am very happy that tata sky complaint status update [id: 1252397] was very well handled .

But the technician boy jiarul by name changed the lmb ( as he said the name of the product on the disc) charged rs.350/- cash but failed to produce any receipt.

yesterday (22.3.16) though i received a call from your (tatsky) customer care regarding the offer, i did not give any consent for the same.

Most channels in movies, entertainment and kids channels do not display anything.

I understand the HD channels do not come as my set top box is not HD supportive.

This has been going on for many months.

Kindly do something about it....

We have bought a new set top box from tata sky recently. But on 19-3-16 set top got some problem and went blank. We raised a customer complaint but till todate 23-3-16, problem has not been resolved.

And their officials in pondicherry division, treated the custumers with very worst approach....
