I am using Tata sky with monthly recharge of RS. 250.00 but due to adding another services, monthly recharge amount has increased and these services are activated without my knowledge.

I am using Tata sky and they have activated some Coking Active Pack for 59 Rs. per month without checking with me. I have raised complaint and in response that there were someone from your home who has instructed them; however, truth is that I am leaving alone and have not received any call or message. The complaint guy has just cut off the call....

I have sent the request to customer care for the process of conversion of number of dishes in my society to common disc on 08.02.2016.

But i have not received any response on the above matter till date.

This is very shameful in the companies part failing to answer a simple query of the customer.

I have taken a Tata sky connection - ID No.[protected] on 5th January 2016 at 2.16pm and I have paid the amount of Rs. 1410/-. My mothly subscription is Rs. 139/- Actully my payment date was on 05/02/2016 and I have paid the amount Rs. 140/- (monthly subsription) and Rs. 50 (Wire Charge) on 27/01/2016. That is I have paid Rs. 190/-. And After that they have changed my scheme to Rs. 255/- monthly without my permission....

My Original ID is [protected] but I got another ID on my TV screen at the time of due information that was [protected] and recharged rs. 2000/- through online HDFC bank Chillr option & Transaction Ref # [protected] & #[protected]. You can check this transaction in Chillr. My complain is that why Tata Sky showed another ID which was not my id....

Hello tanay shah. i taken a new connevtion of tata sky and i paid 5880 on[protected]. but from tata sky i m not even recived a single call or mail .. even i tried many time to get in touch with tata sky exicutive .. and i add a few attchment kindly check and update me..

We have lodged a complaint for tata sky connection [protected] regarding non receiving signal on dtd.19.2.2016 against complaint no.MY6QY6T.You nothing told me regarding service charge.
Your person came on 20.02.2016 and also not told regarding any service charges.After attending complaint he made a bill of rs.170/-and I objected that without information you can not charges.I talked to your service provider and he agreed...

I am subscriber of tata sky, Tatasky mentioned toll Free no.on his site as[protected].I have just call for complaint register, Tatasky executive transfer my call to concern department and hold my call up to 10 min. and finally told be line is busy and arrange call back to you for some time and deducted my std cjarge of phone call up to rs.10/ .
I did not get any call after 6 hours.
Please stop this type fraud.

SMS was recd on 16th Feb 2016 WO MV 12V 77 has been CANCELLED .

Who has cancelled ? Why RENTAL is DEBITED from my account when it is not working coz of your problem .

If it is not getting resolved by tomorrow, a complaint would be fwd to your CEO ....

My tatasky subscriber ID is [protected]. I would like to drop Active Music channel from my package but while logging on I could not find the option for dropping the package. So kindly take necessary action immediately as I donot want to further lose my money unnecessarily....

Some channels are not clearly visible to me ...please solved my problem earlier ...my recharge amount has been increased from 250 rupees to 300 ..how .....

I am really annoyed that Tata Sky add additional packages without any information which r of no use to me..I have called so many times on customer care number too bt there is no response just my mobile balance get decrease..it is really pathetic that I just need a basic package and without any information they have added dance package which I dnt ever watch..I have decided to widraw with my connection now, if I dnt get any response from thee...

I'd like to file a complaint against Tata sky. I bought a 4k tv last year in the month of April and subscribed to tata sky. Then the guy who came to install it suggested me to buy UHD 4K set top box instead of an HD box. I agreed and did as suggested. But after a month or two the 4k channel suspended and since then no 4k content is available. If there wasn't any 4k content why are they selling this useless UHD 4K set top box which costed...

Our Tata Sky Id no. is [protected] for 3 users. From the last 6 months charges has been increased regularly for without informing. Last moth it increased Rs.990 to Rs.1015 and this month to Rs.1060.
Last when charges was Rs.990, we contact to customer care they said that this is final and will not increase in future but after that they increase 2 times 990 to 1015 and now 1015 to 1060.
We do not understand that how can this happened...
