I have booked a tata sky set top box on 23rd of feb 2016 at around 10.30 am and my order no. is N0AKGE1 in the name of jayant saboo. They send me a message stating that, the installer will call you in 2 working hours. but i have not received any call or message from there side. After that i called up many a times in the customer service number and each time they have given me the excuse that they will call you in 2 hours. its been more than 24 hrs and till now i have not received a call as such. i have sent a mail to there email id [protected]@tatasy.com and my request number is N17IU52, but there reply was all the same that they will get in touch with me but till now i have not received any call from them.

    My tata sky set top box went off on Saturday, 20th feb. I called at tata sky customer care more than 25 times. They repeatedly said that an executive shall come and solve the issue. Despite no one has come and issue has not been fixed.

      Before 2 week ago i rechrged my balance but subscriber ID saws different than actual. i thought it might be change so i recharge on that ID. but i didnt get balance so i talk to customer representative and he said you will get back your money within 7 working days. today its 15-20 days still not getting my money back.

        This is to bring in your notice about the harassment I am going through by a so called reputed brand called Tata Sky. My name is Rakesh Mishra n i am the resident of delhi. I have a tata sky HD connection along with one more secondary connection for which I pay rs. 640 for each connection, from last 4 months I am continuously making request to them to close the secondary connection as I don't need it any more but to my surprise it is still running after 4 months of making request for which I have service request number also. I again called their pathetic customer care helpline n I was again given one service request number and was assured that the connection will get diactivated and I will receive the refund of rs. 2400 which by default was getting deducted for secondary connection from last 4 months. As I expected nothing was done and connection was still running. I again called them n asked them to transfer the call to manager, after a long hold Mr. Wahab calling himself manager came on the call and said that he had deactivated the connection while having conversation with me n same can be checked and also refund will be done within 24 hours he personally assured me. After disconnecting the call I called my family and they informed me that it still active. Almost 15 days have passed but still the connection is active and no refund is done which clearly shows that for this company customer means nothing only profit is what they are looking for as since then even my calls and emails are not answered. I think our old cable operator's were much more customer centric then these. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the need full or else I have to go legal against them.

          Inspite of several reminders Tata Sky is not providing Anjan TV.Airtel & Dish TV are providing.

            Hello Tanay shah. I ll taken a new connection of tata sky and I paid 5880 on[protected]. but from tata sky I m not even received a single call or mail .. even I tried many time to get in touch with tata sky executive .. and I add a few attachment kindly check and update me.. even I mail 3times but till now I didn't get any update of mail also.. And I called again today 23rd Feb 2016 and I paid amount on 21st Feb 2016. and they update on their profile 22nd Feb 2016. and even I m wasting their time and money but they are not even ready to give any kind of service. plz take a strict action on this issue it's almost 3day but I didn't get any response from tata sky ..

            they will not even they not even ready to update me.. they don't have proper services to satisfied their customer . Regrate but seriously i m fed up with them even i take a legal action also.. now they will understand what will hppn ..

              I got a tata sky connection and requested to activate a basic pack of Rs 99 plus Rs 45 knowledge pack. On 09 Feb 2016, customer care executive agreed to activate the required pack on a recharge of Rs 150. After the recharge all the three numbers Customer care, [protected], [protected] and [protected] responded out of order, (call records are with me in this regards). Now I think of filling a complaint in this regard with consumer forum.

                  I want to change the package so i tried to login with the password sent by tata sky to my mail box but i am unable to login. i have tried forgot password three times. they have sent me some temporary code to login but still am unable to login. my subscriber id is -- [protected].

                  Please take action it why its happening and provide me proper login password on my registered mail id.

                    Hi, My tata sky id - [protected] associate with no [protected] and Name- Mayank, i recharge with rs 500 in my account after that some of channel not display in my TV i spoke with customer care they told me they charge for this services because technitian will visit i told him that is not my fault i want to service from your side but still no services received from him side connect customer care but no one pick phone only message disply we will call you or kindly w8 10 m, i wait till 23m but no executive response till now, now i want my money from service provider because they also suspended my account i want to my fully amount from company side request you kindly help me regarding that.

                        I am a consumer of Tata Sky DTH service with ID [protected] with a monthly recharge of Rs.230.For the month of Feb I recharged before the expiry date and inspite of this my service was cut without notice or warning.In addition, an unwanted service pack worthj Rs.150 ''Active Fitness ' was activated without my knowledge .Iam not interested in this at all.PLEASE DE activate THE aCTIVE fITNESS PACK IMMEDIATELY.

                        I am the customer of tatasky DTH service .I have installed tatasky HD box on 3rd Feb .There technician had decided to put joinder in our old cable connection and then some of the channels are not seen.then I have complain to the customer care and again technician came and he had put new cable for that they had cut money from my account without informing me .when I complained, they said recharge again and again they cut money from my new recharge also .now they are saying it is service charge but at the time of installation they said your service for one year is free then how could they cut the money from my account.I want the refund.

                              I am using Tata sky and they have activated some Coking Active Pack for 59 Rs. per month without checking with me. I have raised complaint and in response that there were someone from your home who has instructed them; however, truth is that I am leaving alone and have not received any call or message. The complaint guy has just cut off the call.

                                  I have sent the request to customer care for the process of conversion of number of dishes in my society to common disc on 08.02.2016.

                                  But i have not received any response on the above matter till date.

                                  This is very shameful in the companies part failing to answer a simple query of the customer.

                                  In absence of immediate response from you with 24 hrs of time, we shall be bind to disconnect all 16 connections from Tata Sky.

                                    My tata sky id no. Is [protected]. The tata sky company was provide a offer to me for yearly package by telephonic, i recharged tata sky dish an amount of 1900 rs. Within time period which provided by tata sky company for one year . But company provide me only six month validity. About this matter, i contact with company through costumer care no. Than a company representative person asked to me that you will receive a call from company within some days and we will update your offer. But yesterday (20 oct 2015 ), suddenly company closed my tata sky dish service . Than i again contact with company through costumer care no. Company representative person registered my complaint (work order no. - krgzjj ). I also talk to him to update my tata sky dish recharge for one year but he said that we can not update your recharge for one year due to some error. Now this, company fraud with me. So i feel very unhappy. Pls help me.
                                    Till date, my offer is not updated. Kindly arrange.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have taken a Tata sky connection - ID No.[protected] on 5th January 2016 at 2.16pm and I have paid the amount of Rs. 1410/-. My mothly subscription is Rs. 139/- Actully my payment date was on 05/02/2016 and I have paid the amount Rs. 140/- (monthly subsription) and Rs. 50 (Wire Charge) on 27/01/2016. That is I have paid Rs. 190/-. And After that they have changed my scheme to Rs. 255/- monthly without my permission. I have never asked them to change the scheme to Rs.255/-. And finally they send me a message thru my cell that if you not pay the amount on 19/02/2016, we will disconnect your connection. And they have disconnected it at 8.30 pm on 19/02/2016. The another important thing is that my another payment date is on 05/03/2016.

                                      Please take neccessary steps at the earliest on this kind of cheating.

                                        My Original ID is [protected] but I got another ID on my TV screen at the time of due information that was [protected] and recharged rs. 2000/- through online HDFC bank Chillr option & Transaction Ref # [protected] & #[protected]. You can check this transaction in Chillr. My complain is that why Tata Sky showed another ID which was not my id.
