My Tata sky prepaid recharge connection account no. is [protected]. I surprised to know that A scheme has been launched by Tata sky for one year recharge payment of Rs. 1660 for those selected ID, s who has closed their connection in the recent 4 to 5 months back and not applicable for the customers who are associated since 7 to 8 years with TATA as per the discussion with Representive of Tata Sky. I have the following queries in this regard...

I had raised a complaint yesterday as there were no signals in either of my three connection. The technician vsited me and informed that the dish and connector would need to be changed. I asked it to be done same day (yesterday) but he requested that since the no. of calls were high therefore it would be done tomorrow. I cooperated. He he agreed to visit the next day.

Since morning I have spoken to them five times (2 times...

but still not started
monthly package also not changed...

I am Rangbahadur Saw, one of your customer of Tata sky. I am very upset by your response after calling at customer care. I just bought a new pack with HD channels (costing Rs 1900) and only 2 channels are coming and after calling at your customer care no. Ur employes are not willing to attain my phone after 30-40min of calling, my call ws finally held. And after listening to my prblms ur employee gave me wrong information......

Dear Customer Care

I am customer of Tata Sky since 2012 and I prefer this connection. But nowadays I am facing lots of signal problem for 1-2 months when I am going to watching movie or cricket.
I calling the customer care there is no getting any response.

Please resolve this problem soon.

Urgent action will be highly appreciated.

This is the 25th time i have submitted a request for a service person to come check and start my television service. it has become a monthly service like situation which should not happen. highly disappointing, tv starts working when the person comes to repair and stops working after the person leaves. they blame our usage and take long time to reply to answers. for payment, calls start coming weeks prior to expiry date, but half the months,...

1. Duping of money by making calls on hold for hours.
2. Randomly disconnecting calls after making consumer hold for hours again and again
3. Mental harassment by CC guys over repeated calls but no resolutions/ help
4. False commitments wrt to services/ calls and mails
5. Fooling us by saying something and not fulfilling or doing same
6. Customer care is not at all people centric
7. Not responding...

Sir, during taking connection, i opt HD service but now I DONT WANT THIS SERVICE.KINDLY deactivate HD service in my said ID.your toll free no is showing either switched off or not responding....

We have TATA SKY ID no. [protected] & we add on Hindi news channel but in our service all news channel not working.

Only 6 channel is running rest of NDTV, IBN7, News national, Sudrashan etc. not working.

Kindly requested to you pls look into the matter ASAP

I am a Tata sky DTH customers facing frequent outage fit no reason.tired dialling their toll free number[protected] and[protected] but there is no option to connect to a customer service representative.....

Official of Company is serving me E-mail notice for "Tata sky payment overdue" copy attach. I have prepaid tatasky DTH ID [protected]. Reminder for recharge by the company is disgraceful and not in line with the ethics of TATA business empire....

Iam 9 years Tatasky user but resent 3 years cvolety picture good but custmercare too tooo tooooo Worest add chanels also problem it's too bad not toll free number also any time only Tatasky ok but service very bad very bad tooooo worest

Hi Shanaz Here first of all i want to tell your service is discus sting and your agents are pathetic ... one lady by the name of suchitra in escalation team
i was online and telling hello twice she disconnected the call not even 1 min she hold on call,

And last sunday i have taken tata sky connection today m getting msg like your account will be deactivated today at 12 what the hell .. is this kind of service your providing...

I have recharged my tata sky dish service on 26 JAN 2016 with 450 rs.

As per my tata sky plan dish has tv service has to be activated upto 26 FEB 2016 but it's deactivated before 4 days.

I called to customer care number for information but IVR put hold on my call for 15 mins but no one responded & finally i disconnected phone.

I want to know from tata sky why my dish tv service is deactivated...

No channel is working. Tv remote also not working. But subscription is there for 2 more months. More often same thing is happening. Resolve this problem as soon as possible....
