Hello tanay shah. i taken a new connevtion of tata sky and i paid 5880 on[protected]. but from tata sky i m not even recived a single call or mail .. even i tried many time to get in touch with tata sky exicutive .. and i add a few attchment kindly check and update me..

till now i didn't get a call from tata sky team..
not a single respond from tata sky ... consumer plz take some strik action.. its not about money it about time .. seriously i feel its mental harressment..
I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

    We have lodged a complaint for tata sky connection [protected] regarding non receiving signal on dtd.19.2.2016 against complaint no.MY6QY6T.You nothing told me regarding service charge.
    Your person came on 20.02.2016 and also not told regarding any service charges.After attending complaint he made a bill of rs.170/-and I objected that without information you can not charges.I talked to your service provider and he agreed and told me to write my objection on job card. I clearly written Still than without my authentication to day i received a message that you deducted rs.170/- from my account.
    It is clear cheating and you have deducted my money without authentication.
    Kindly returned my amount rs.170/- in my account otherwise the connection may deemed to surrender as a result of cheating to your client and misusing my money and breech of trust.

      I am subscriber of tata sky, Tatasky mentioned toll Free no.on his site as[protected].I have just call for complaint register, Tatasky executive transfer my call to concern department and hold my call up to 10 min. and finally told be line is busy and arrange call back to you for some time and deducted my std cjarge of phone call up to rs.10/ .
      I did not get any call after 6 hours.
      Please stop this type fraud.
      I[censored]ser call to such type of company it returns a lot of add and busy your call for long time to charges std may be it is type of business to increase Telecom revenue.

          Complaint registered on 14th Feb 2016 . ( WO : MV 12 V 77 )

          SMS was recd on 16th Feb 2016 WO MV 12V 77 has been CANCELLED .

          Who has cancelled ? Why RENTAL is DEBITED from my account when it is not working coz of your problem .

          If it is not getting resolved by tomorrow, a complaint would be fwd to your CEO .

                I am really annoyed that Tata Sky add additional packages without any information which r of no use to me..I have called so many times on customer care number too bt there is no response just my mobile balance get decrease..it is really pathetic that I just need a basic package and without any information they have added dance package which I dnt ever watch..I have decided to widraw with my connection now, if I dnt get any response from thee within 24 hrs

                  I'd like to file a complaint against Tata sky. I bought a 4k tv last year in the month of April and subscribed to tata sky. Then the guy who came to install it suggested me to buy UHD 4K set top box instead of an HD box. I agreed and did as suggested. But after a month or two the 4k channel suspended and since then no 4k content is available. If there wasn't any 4k content why are they selling this useless UHD 4K set top box which costed me Rs.6000 when i am only getting HD channels which I could get on an HD set top box which was worth Rs.999 back then? I want tata sky to resume the 4k channel or refund me the money which i paid for this USELESS UHD 4K set top box.

                    I am the resident of Ahmedguda Village, Kessara Mandal, Ranga Reddy Distrect, Nagaram. Few days back, on Tuesday, 16/02/2016, one of the TATA Sky Engineer, Named Mahesh ( [protected] ), came to my flat to get TATA sky disc connected and after completion of work he charged Rs. 350, but we gave him Rs. 250, since I have been already told by the TATA Sky Customer care ([protected]) that I had to pay Rs. 200 for relocation charge. Few days back, I recharged Rs. 260 on 17/02/2016 and based upon the conversation(on 19th Feb) with the customer care till now I have having Rs. 220 balanced left and the due date is March 15th, 2016. But, all on a sudden, today on 20/02/2016 when I checked in my TV, it is still showing Rs. -54 instead it should be Rs. 195 because based upon TATA SKY Work Order No. MVTQ4F5 I have to pay Rs. 275 that means extra Rs. 25 I have to pay which is due therefore now my present balance should be Rs[protected] and due to date should be March 15, 2016, instead of Rs. -54.

                    Now my question is that when I will get my balance Rs. 195 back ? When the customer like me has been stopped harassing from Tata Sky agencies ?.

                      I had raised request for deactivation of tatasky service due to poor signal.Customer care backend team called and told to return the set up box and dish and informed me that as i have 2468 rupees balance in my tatasky account i will get it refunded within 22 days. But i have not received the refund money/check for the same. Again i called customer care to check the status. They gave me reference number MS4QUDH. When i called customer care to check what is the status, i didnt get proper response. Till now i have not received the refund amount from Tataa Sky.

                      May i know what is the status?
                      Apart from this i want to add few more things regarding the service i got from tata sky. There was some signal problem we were facing since last jul 2015. Whenever we call customer care, they send some executive to fix the issue and take 170 rs as service charge. after 10 days again same signal problem. next time also they charge 170 rs as visiting charge, instead of fixing the issue permanently they only come to take the money. That's why i decided to disconnect tatasky service. This is one kind of cheating i felt.
                      Any update on this issue?

                        Our Tata Sky Id no. is [protected] for 3 users. From the last 6 months charges has been increased regularly for without informing. Last moth it increased Rs.990 to Rs.1015 and this month to Rs.1060.
                        Last when charges was Rs.990, we contact to customer care they said that this is final and will not increase in future but after that they increase 2 times 990 to 1015 and now 1015 to 1060.
                        We do not understand that how can this happened regularly without informing.

I[censored] required full details can check my account of Tata sky and transaction details. I am continuesly asking them but they are not responding satisfactory and making me foolish. Actually I have applied with Rev 8Semi Annual Dhamal mix pack on 15 /02/16 which will be charged only Rs 1420/ only but now I am finding out my remaining amount neither it is showing in my Tata sky balanced nor in account. They have charged extra amount now not returning it back. Plz do the needful. If any further details required can call on [protected]

                              I wish to register complain Service charges. My Subscriber ID is [protected].

                              I am using Tata Sky DTH service since last 2 years. Before some time Tata Shy has changed its Set-Top Box and it's software. After change of Set-top bow I am unable to view News Channels particularly DD News.

                              When I made complain about the problem to Tata Sky, they told me that it is Technical Problem and they will charges for that.

                              It is your duty to provide proper services to subscriber so that they can view channels properly. Yesterday whle making complain about the problem, I talked with your senior officer regarding charges and he also agreed and told me that he is putting remarks about not to charge any amount. Even though the technicial who came at my how insists on signing for charges and started to quarrel. The behavier of the technicial was so rude and he does not know how to behave with senior citizen .

                              Alternately when I asked your representative on phone to close my account and refund me the credit balance; she also told that they will also charge for that.

                              I request you to look into the matter and do needful

                                Someone is using My Mobile No for his tata sky Connection.I called Tata Sky customer care to remove my No from the concerned Connection.Because I am not having any Tata Sky Connection, So why all message related to Tata Ky ID [protected] is coming to me.Someone has purchased tata sky connection and gives my mobile no in his details.This is totally illegal.I complained this to Tata sky customer care but they said we cant update this.they said me to go and find who is using Tata sky with your mobile no and then request him to call tata sky customer care for updating Mobile no.Total stupid thing from Tata sky customer care.

                                  My tata sky subscriber id no. is [protected]. I registered a request to deactivate my secondary box for multi tv connection on Tata Sky helpline no.[protected] on 17th Feb., 2016 at 10.30 a.m. However, in spite of several communications with executives of the company on the same helpline no. from morning to evening, no action has been taken and my problem remains unresolved. Not only this, a sum of Rs.7.67 on daily basis is being deducted from my tata sky account for multi tv connection which is not even transmitting any channel but the executives on the helpline say the secondary box is still active. I am FORCED to pay money and just getting nothing thus creating a lot of harassment to me. The services of the company are very pathetic.

                                  We got a call from tatasky and she said that i am cancelling your secondary coonection and your deducted balance will be credited and for the same i recieved message on my cellphone that your balance has been credited back. I logged on to the website and checked my account details and my secondary connection was terminated as requested.

                                        Tata sky executive called us from [protected] at 12 :21 pm on 18 febuary 2016 . They suggested us a hd access fee which we refused but after few second a message came from them in our registered mobile number that rupees have been deducted from our ac . This is just unexpected from such a reputated company . My id no is [protected]
