My remote stopped working which took about 15 days to get replaced. During this period we could not watch tv at all. finally the remote was replaced but unfortunately it stopped working in a month's time. we had to undergo the laborious process of complaints all over again and the remote got replaced again and we got charged AGAIN. Not only is it difficult to get in touch with someone through the phone but getting people to understand that...

The workers at helpline are not doing their job properly. When I try to contact them for some queries they either don't answer the phone or just hang up before solving the problem. This is not acceptable on behalf of any customer as they are paid by us to do their job proprely and see to it that their customers are satisfied.
Please see to it that this does not happen in future again....

In my set top box I have a 250 Rs Pack activate. But from last 1 month there are some channels not available which are included in package. And I have suffering this problem before 5 months that time I have given service charge and repair it. But this time I don't give any type of charge because its happen again. So Please Solve this problem....

I received a call in November from Tata Sky. They suggested I change Tata Sky regular set top box to Tata Sky HD for Rs 1500/-. In this amount I would get HD set top box and 1 year HD subscription. HD channels have stopped streaming now. I called the customer care and they asked me to recharge for 510/- for 1 year subscription. I recharged for 510/- and now they are saying it is valid only for next 5 months.

IT STARTS WITH CHARGING ME almost 250 rs extra for almost 3 years, they added some package on my id without asking and after complaining also several times they dint de activated, then i myself had to write many mails to them, at last its sorted out.


right now i have subscribed for hd channels but some english movies channels are not coming when i did the complaint for the same,...

It was tarific experience of package renewal. As without calling and giving charge biffercation message has been send, and even after that without informing terms and condition charges has been increased on daily basis.

I hope that company do needful for that customer and if it fail that negative word of mouth can be occur for tata sky services....

Facing problems in all music channels and disturbance too much as well as want to discontinue all curent cartoon channels. Please do the needful ASAP...

Tatasky has done some upgrade due to which small satellite is not supported now .Now they are asking me to change the antenna.Why should I pay when I didn't ask for any satellite upgrade it was tatasky who decided to upgrade it so that they can have more number of channels and be in the market .

I have made quite no of attempts, yet to get them to have phone support .

I am switching my tv after a week and found not working . Tatasky is known for deducting rental even when tv is not working ....
