On 16th Feb.2016, I saw my TV wrongly shown Tata sky id [protected].

Corrected ID - [protected]
Wrong ID - [protected]

My wife paid monthly recharge Rs. 425/- on 16.2.16 at 19.46 pm
in Old Sanghvi, Pune - 411027 (In Wrong ID - [protected])

Payment Paid details are follows:
O.M.RECHARGE-::16/02 19:46 [protected] 425 CONF TV[protected]SubId ;Your current Balance is 1109.299

I am totally disappinted with tata sky people, if mistake from Tata Sky and suffer by me, I call whole day tata sky customer care people and Shop keeper

I call Tata Sky people more than 4 time they told me go to shop keeper and reverse money, but shop keeper very angry and told me there are many agency in between this transaction - Company-Distributors-Dealer-Agency-Agent-Shopkeeper this is not possible to reverse money in my account direct to to tata sky people.

Today, 3rd day no response from tatasky people

Can you understand me and do the needful.

      It goes blank automatically !! Complained about like 5-6 times to tata sky people !! Either they cut my phone or doesn't respond well !! They registered my complaint at last and I was told that some person will pay the visit the next day !! And thn I get a mag related that your visit was cancelled ! This is shame !! Help me out through this !!

      I'm sure that tatasky will not check any of your complaint.. You can open as many requests as you want ..I raise a ticket almost daily now as they close it without checking with me ...Everytime you get a call from someone from tatasky be ready to check the ticket status after that ..you will see the magic, ticket would be closed even though you would have said it is not working...

      SR[protected], SR[protected] and SR[protected] closed without checking with me...I have raised another ticket this morning...

        I have 3 tatasky DTH connections. Out of three I am not able to view for Sub ID [protected]. I have logged complaint with Tatasky call centre. the complaint no is WO#MUG3AYL. The date of complaint is 13.02.2016. One person visits from tatasky & say your set top box needs replacement. Someone would come to replace it within 2-3 hours. Next day at the fag end of the day, another person wants to visit for recheck. as if he doesn't know about problem. They keep on sending the message that your complaint is on Hold. I have tired of following up with them for past 5 days. Every time I call, the first thing they do is tell that you are in Q. Then they say that all our customer service executives are busy. Then they say it will take your waiting time is say 6 minutes. If you continue to hold (you do not have option) then after 10 minutes they will say your waiting time is 6 minutes. Highly ridiculous. Then they will say we will call you in 2 hours & they do not call. When followed again they will say your complaint is on HOLD. The complaint is still pending & no sign of resolution. I think they are not replacing because it was under warranty & has to be replaced free of cost. Then they will say the set top box is not in stock. God save Tata Sky DTH services.

          I ordered for shifting of my tata sky connection to a New location.
          But they have not send the technician till now.
          Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          tatasky has very good technicians ...do check all the channels after they install it...for my case I called the technician ...that technician was so good that he ensured that channels that were coming also stop!!!such a genius...

          Raise tickets daily !!! I raise a ticket almost daily now as they close it without checking with me ...Everytime you get a call from someone from tatasky be ready to check the ticket status after that ..you will see the magic, ticket would be closed even though you would have said it is not working...

          Also check your balance they would deduct money too!!!

                I am Jagdish Patel . My Tata Sky Subscriber id - [protected]. I have a 250 Rs Monthly Pack activate . But Tata sky not providing all channels which are included in that package. I have suffering this type of problem before 5 months ago. And that time I registered complain in Tata sky and repair it with giving a service charge. But this problem is repeat on this month again. So I will not give any type of service charge this time and only give only instrument installation charges. So Please registered my complaint and give me a fast a positive response.                     My tatasky customer id is [protected] and today i get call from tata sky regarding fun learn pack and and after without any confirmation i get the sms that fun learn pack is activated for Rs 59/per month . Since i am not interested in this pack . So requesting to deactivated the same . Thanks and regards manoj[protected]

                        I uma bodh, resident of shimla, h.p. am --customer of your tata sky connection for last many years. But it is very shameful that your tata sky services are totally a customer harassment service. On dated 14.02.2015 my account was due for renewal and there was credit balance of Rs, 891 in my account. i was thinking of that whether i have to opt the same package or not, but before i took decision, the personal of your service center took the decision to renew the same package by debiting t`he balance from my credit balance without taking my consent. My id no. is [protected].

                        the personals posted at customer care services are not responding the calls. matter is very serious as the poor customers are suffering badly due to your bad services . The higher authorities of tata sky should pay special attention towards the customers complaints. The lower staff are not serious about their duty and they are ignoring the things and misusing the funds of customers.

                        Please treat it as most urgent.

                          A customer care assistance activated hd pack @5 ruppes for a month.but now you are charging it from the main balance i have recharged it on 2nd and next due date is on 16.you should have deactivated it.i will head to the court against this cheating until i get my money back.call me on this no.                             My remote stopped working which took about 15 days to get replaced. During this period we could not watch tv at all. finally the remote was replaced but unfortunately it stopped working in a month's time. we had to undergo the laborious process of complaints all over again and the remote got replaced again and we got charged AGAIN. Not only is it difficult to get in touch with someone through the phone but getting people to understand that a remote cannot stop working in a month is next to impossible. Tatasky does not take any responsibility for having supplied a defective product and refuse to credit the amount. The customer service people are completely ineffective. The agents disconnect the call to the effect that all the time one was holding the phone was totally futile.
                            HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE LACK OF ETHICS.

                              The workers at helpline are not doing their job properly. When I try to contact them for some queries they either don't answer the phone or just hang up before solving the problem. This is not acceptable on behalf of any customer as they are paid by us to do their job proprely and see to it that their customers are satisfied.
                              Please see to it that this does not happen in future again.

                                    there was some problem in my tata sky so, we complaint to tata sky office they send there 2 service provider they only work in our disk which was dis balanced they only adjust our disk and they also work in our neighbor`s house because they also have tata sky connection and our neighbor pay rs.450 for the work which the tata sky service provider work done. Without informing us they have gone and without take the service charge rs.170.The service provider name is atul singh and his contact no. Is [protected].
                                    Today date-16/2/2016 we have received sms from tata sky that we just have to recharge our tata sky balance rs.263 and account valid till 20 th feb 16. But i am very much surprised because on the latest recharge on date 8/2/2016 rs. 263 and total account balance these day rs.278 and valid upto 10/3/2016 so how it is possible next recharge date 20/2/16 and less rs.170 from our account. I also contact to tata sky customer care and explain our problem about this matter.

                                    So please reconcile our complaint as soon as possible. I am waiting for your reply.

                                        According to my assessment I felt that you are so backward to initiate the updated technology to rendering the quality and instant services. Over the quiery with your call centre guys about activation they informed it would take 24 hours of payment. I really shocked this answer, and feel that your company is very poor in incorporate the neccessiated advanced technology for fast and quality service like immediate activation after recharge done. etc. And also felt taht wrong choice imade n selection of DTH connection.
