Sir,
I have been a Tata Sky consumer from
Past 10 years, but from Past 6ths I find that there is deficiency in Service.
I am unable to view important CHANNELS ie BBC, CNN, AL JAZEERA,
INDIA TODAY, SUN TV Channels.
I hv made repeated complaints but of no avail.
I have been paying Rs 100/ for every, 4 days ie Approximately Rs 700/ per month.

I made complaint but customer care unable to resolved rather they worsen my service with their troubleshooting service . Now they told me to call tata sky technician and he will charge for his service. But why should we pay for tata sky satellite issue. I google this problem and found there are other customer who also faced same issue.

My Tata Sky services were suspended and it is not working from past 10 days.
I have raised so many complaints with Tata sky customer care and online helpdesk, I was been told the problem is there and their back-end team is working on it and it will be rectified in one hour of time. Till now problem is not solved and no one cared to respond back with an update. It is very disappointing service from Tata Sky and...

I am unable to view around 40% channel since long time and tried to contact tata sky associate over phone but for solving the problem they are asking 175 inr against service charge. It is tata sky duty to provide uninterupted services to customer. Today I raised complain SR[protected] but without making any solution it has been closed.
Please help in this regard.

My tata sky id [protected] program not available. customer care official not lodge complain[[protected]]do needfull or inform me the fate...

I have taken a new connection on 19th January 2016 with 2 additional set top boxes. Our registered number is [protected], on the name of Jignesh Shah in bhandup. After speaking to customer care we paid amount of rs. 5445 and the set top boxes were installed. We were told that we have a subscription of 1 month free.
In 10 day our tata sky was discontinued without informing. We must have called the helpline number at least 10 times talking...

I customer having tatasky I.d no= [protected] is receiving poor signals recently that it is disturbing viewing every few seconds
So plz take this in account and do the needful helping process....

Tata sky reps had installed it at the location which is not acceptable to me and said that it should be done as per their convenience. They accepted to rectify it next day. Inspite of 1 1/2 months lapse, they did not turn up to rectify the problem even after my repeated request. Now, when i contacted tatasky customer care, they are asking for relocation charges for no fault of mine. They are not ready to take complaint also on their reps...

My Tata sky connection was relocate I gave money rs250 to your technician then after one day Rs200 was deducted from my account ID [protected]. I complaint to your customer care but no action is taken so please.

But they ask me to pay Rs.255 for this package. It's very bad practice...

No technician has called or visited since past 36 hrs of complaint & have not compiled upon the confirmed text appointment..
..inuumerous calls to yr call centre are of vain ..Mr Amir ..yr team leader has promised to get it done as first call today ...we are highly disgusted with yr company s inability to keep up to the promises made ..very poor standard of after sales service...

I'm babu from Kerala. ([protected]) I recharged my tata sky pack i think 17/1/2016 rs 190 . recharge was success but continusly coming urgent recharge warnig. So I can't see any channels. Many more time I was called to customercare but I have no reply from there. One day called to me from customer care .he was ask something in their language (Hindi). But I can't understand. He told to me one person called you in your language within 24hrse.but...

I am really upset with the TataSky customer care center and that's why I am writing it to you.

Whenever we call on customer-care they activate Active music when we end call. Last time they did
it for 6 months and after lots of calls and complains they did not refunded it neither deactivated it.
This time again they did it again and we are really upset with it.

I want that refund Rs.59 and last...

My ID [protected], In starting my total monthly charges is 425 only. I wish to change my pack in Dhamal mix Rs 250 but my registered mobile No. [protected] could not respond to your all helpline Nos. When I have made a call to those nos. always said this no. does not exist but all the SMS send by your company has been received by me on my reg mob. no. There is no response given by local office Ghazipur, U.P. So how I can talk...

we have been receiving due notices not pertaining to us since very long.we had once complained over phone which is of no avail.
we are also unable to view kannada channels for which we have subscribed and paid since the relay has lot of disturbances....

Trying to get service for my box since january 11 2016.picture coming and goingand disorted picture.visited twice by service between jan 11and feb09 2016.each time different answer from the service man.one said reciever is bad we will change and the other said connection is badcallback and and i will come and fix it.my box is still in warrenty.
