Right from day one of the installation during July 2014, we opted for the basic package. However, the erroneous billing is being done since then & the dealer had been advising us to contact customer complaints who couldn't be reached through our registered land line despite repeated attempts. Unethical business practices by tata sky - a group company of tata!

I am a subscriber to Tata Sky, having id [protected]
The Tata Sky executives regularly call at my mobile and land line nos.at any time they feel like . They lure the gullible innocent customers into their some free trials channels. They would offer the free trial for some days but very conveniently not disclosing that the offer gets chargeable after the trial period. The customers not being aware of this tricks get losing money unknowingly....

Repeated calling and disturbing

Iam receiving daily 4 to 5 times call from this number [protected]/[protected] and different number but starting with 1409
Speaking in Hindi if i ask them to speak in english or tamil they disconnect the call.
Call is from Tata sky
Repeated they are calling daily 4 to 5 times and disturbing
Its a nusicance call
Kindly take severe action against them and stop the call....

Luring the innocent customers in unethical way

Sir.
I am an Tata Sky subscriber having id [protected].
A few weeks ago I had received a call from Tata Sky abou an offer of some channel for 15 days free trial offer. The whole conversation was quite vague. Not disclosing the full details.
They did not mentioned that after 15 days the offer will automatically converted in to chargeable scheme. They started the said channel and made it chargeable after the free offer period....

Non disconnection of multi tv pack

Deducting charges without any information

I am a tata sky subscriber. Few days before, it was showing "NO SIGNAL" on my TV. I made a complaint for the same. As it is in warranty, executive told me there will be no charges for site visting but if cable, set top box or antina is damaged, then charges will be applicable. After resolving my issue, engineer told me that some charges will be deducted from your account for this issue. He did not told me any ting before...

Dear Sir,
Today i had recharged my Tatasky pack (Dhamal pack ) for Rs250/ per month.
since i recharged on 5.03.16 i should get validity for one month i.e.upto 4.04.16, but as per sms received from tatasky, my monthly pack shall be valid upto 28.03.16. (seven days less)
They have added, add on kids pack costing Rs.60/per month without my permission.

Renewal of semi annual package

Subscription of actve vedic maths channel without consent sub. Id 1054273006

I have been calling since 28th Feb and nobody comes down for installation, every time it is like somebody will contacy me in 2 hrs and that never happens, even if a beggar Begs for 2 hrs gets Rs 10, in case of Tata sky you are literally empty handed, tossing your customers like a ball is not cool and no excuse for bad behaviour.

There is a issue with my tatasky. Spoke to customer care Ms.Vandhna and Rashmi and one of the senior supervisor Mr. Shekhar. There is a signal issue they were saying will arrange the engineer within 2 hrs visit charge would Rs.300 due to I changed my address. But, I am not changed my address Customer care updated the wrong address because, last had a same issue and there was no visit charge so, how come they charging me this time. Phatic...

We have 2 connections and 1 is disabled working since 29th February 2016 and No channels are seen with message - you are not subscribed for it and you have to recharge and subscribe for it instead we had recharged on 13 Feb of Rs 760 Monthly rental for current plan and due date is 14 march-16.
