The signal strength is very slow and often it gets struck .
Kindly see to this issue and solve the problem by relocating the antenna to the proper signal strength position asap.

    Dear sir/medam,

    Please note that i am bhikhabhai s prajapati, my tata sky id no is [protected]. And i am recharge the rs. 250 from my son account of sbi, nani naroli with two different method
    1. By atm
    2. By internet banking.

    In which my first method i debited the same amount i.E. Rs. 250 but does not recharge the same and i could not get result. Ie not credited the amount rs. 250 in my sbi account. With unsuccsesfully recharge.

    After that again i recharge the same with method no 2. And got success fully recharge of tata sky and enjoy the same.


    Please refund my same amount for this request i apply for refund in your portal but same application found today is close without any intemation and without any refund my amount in my account.
    And also, telecommunucation take place, as per telecoumication with operator refund will be generated and same amount was refund with in 7 days. After7 days i could not receive my refund amount.


    Please look in to metter. And my refunded amount in my account as early as possible with intrest.

      I am a regular customer of tata sky dth since 2006, since last 2 to 3 weeks i am receiving sales call 4 to 5 times a day which is very irritating.


      Please take me off the calling list or i will not have any other

      Choice but cancel your service which i am enjoying since last 10 +

      Years.

The The company has set up the pay channels unauthorisedly even without my permission and is charging an amount of more than Rs. 700-800 per month unauthorisedly. I am seeking you kind indulgence in resolving my complaint. Kindly restore my previous monthly package/subscription amount.

                My id no is [protected] in Lucknow UP.Since 28 Feb 2016 Engineer Mahesh Gupta called me by mob no.[protected] for change a new dish and after my confirmation they changed my old dish with new dish after few hours on same day they again change my dish without my confurmation. Kindly take action for why they changed my dish with new dush to old sish again ?

                  I have been receiving messages from Tata Sky for Renewal of Base pack. I made a payment for 5000 on Feb 5, 2016. At the time of payment I checked on the website the amount for Base pack showed Rs 2663 for 6months and I added the value of other services for 6months and paid Rs 5000. On calling customer service on Mar 5, 2016 Rep who attended the call said that she cannot take my complaint and has taken a technical step and I will not be receiving messages for Renewal. Again I received a messaged on mar 6, 2016. I called customer service for Tata Sky again. I spoke to a rep and When I asked for a supervisor they disconnected the call. I called again and asked for a supervisor Arun and when I was explaining my issue supervisor Arun also disconnected my call.

                  if I Paid the amount for 6 months and I do not call to make a renewal what will they do with the money that I paid in Feb 2016.

                      I have called many time to customer care to disable hd channel and kids pac they said that they registered my request and we will call u later but after that no response from tata sky
                      It's very tense and hassle services provided by tata sky your customers care is in very worst condition
                      Please disabled my hd channel and kids package otherwise I will discontinue your service

                        I have subscribed for tatasky connection and got a subscription with no.[protected]. When the initial connection was done, we had opted for regional Malayalam, but we're only able to access asianet HD and no other channel. We had complained about this and a person had come but failed to provide result. Again we recharged for Rs.475 and complained about this non-availability . Now this person came and rectified it properly. For this particular service, the company has charged us Rs.600, inspite of confirming that no charges will be charged for this prior to doing work. Now after talking to your call centre helpline, we came to know that the service person has wrongly mentioned that there was a relocation of residence and relocation of television, which is a wrong information since we are staying here for more than 25 years and the location of television is same for last 10 years. We would like to know why this wrong billing is done and wrong information passed on by your employee and why are we charged when we confirmed with your call centre that there will be no charges for seeing / giving access to all the channels you paid for.

                          I Reena Dinkar ID [protected] had made a complaint on behalf of all other residents having TATA SKY as the signals to the common dish antenna fixed on the terrace of our bldg Twin Tower C H S Ltd "B" wing was not available due to which all Tata Sky Viewer were unable to view on 2nd March'2016 late evening. Being a common complaint the call centre person specifically said if the complaint is common -No charges will be debited from our account. We were shocked to see that Rs.170/- has been debited from our account. (check the recording for the statements made by your call centre employee). Kindly ask the so called engineer what was the problem. did he come to our house to check. He went to the terrace & got the signals restored and came home & took my signature. Kindly credit Rs.170/- to our account. If not feasible, Kindly give the contact Number & name of the person to whom I could approach to resolve this matter. This is not done the way the customers are taken for a ride, Your advt says" Tata Sky laga dala tho life Jingalala" in fact it should be "Tata Sky Laga dala to watlagla"- reena dinkar - I expect an immediate reply for the above,

                            Right from day one of the installation during July 2014, we opted for the basic package. However, the erroneous billing is being done since then & the dealer had been advising us to contact customer complaints who couldn't be reached through our registered land line despite repeated attempts. Kindly change our registration contact no. to [protected]. Please reconcile the billing & due date accordingly levying only the basic package tariff & confirm so that payments can be done as per the correct due date. Please note that I stay overseas & this connection is merely for an aged couple.

                              I am a subscriber to Tata Sky, having id [protected]
                              The Tata Sky executives regularly call at my mobile and land line nos.at any time they feel like . They lure the gullible innocent customers into their some free trials channels. They would offer the free trial for some days but very conveniently not disclosing that the offer gets chargeable after the trial period. The customers not being aware of this tricks get losing money unknowingly. Thus they having millions of customers, make a huge amounts of money by such unethical business practices.
                              Besides it's very easy to start any channel of Tata Sky, just by clicking a button of the remote control. But very difficult to drop a channel, almost impossible for a common customer !
                              Why ? That too from a Tata group of companies !

                              The Tata Sky executive called me today morning and Rs.39.4 has been credited to my account as they had started the 'Active Javed ' channel in my account few weeks ago by the same method I mentioned in my complaints. A few days ago I had lodged a complaint to the TRAI and Tata Sky customer support, but no action was taken. I suggest that some very top Tata group authority, ( Ratan Tata or Cyrus Mistry ) to go through the complaints lodged here, so the management should know the kind of ugly businesses a Tata company is doing ! We have always considered TATA as having the highest moral standard in business. Maybe we have false image about them, they are no different from other business wrong doers !                               I'm posting this complaint in my daughter's account.
                              I have written about such unethical business practices of Tata Sky to the TRAI and the Tata Sky customer services. But so far no reply from any of them !

                                Speaking in Hindi if i ask them to speak in english or tamil they disconnect the call.
                                Call is from Tata sky
                                Repeated they are calling daily 4 to 5 times and disturbing
                                Its a nusicance call
                                Kindly take severe action against them and stop the call.

                                  I am an Tata Sky subscriber having id [protected].
                                  A few weeks ago I had received a call from Tata Sky abou an offer of some channel for 15 days free trial offer. The whole conversation was quite vague. Not disclosing the full details.
                                  They did not mentioned that after 15 days the offer will automatically converted in to chargeable scheme. They started the said channel and made it chargeable after the free offer period. Why they lure the innocent customers in to their gullible sales talk ? Thus they are cheating millions of customers and making a huge amount of money very unethically.
                                  Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have ultimately decided to deactivate my Tata Sky account.
                                  We all should boycott doing business with such unethical companies.

                                    Kindly it is informed to you that i have disconnected my multi tv connection one month ago and i am getting charges in my bill for that, , , , vary vary worse service from your end, , , they have not call me for query, , and also your process of disconnection is vary poor, , kindly refund my multi tv charges, , other wise will rise your complaint for non service in he court and will disconnect your service

                                      Hi,

                                      I am a tata sky subscriber. Few days before, it was showing "NO SIGNAL" on my TV. I made a complaint for the same. As it is in warranty, executive told me there will be no charges for site visting but if cable, set top box or antina is damaged, then charges will be applicable. After resolving my issue, engineer told me that some charges will be deducted from your account for this issue. He did not told me any ting before resolving the issue. They debit my a/c by Rs 300/= for relocation charges without any pre information. When I made the complaint, they told me that this amount will not be refunded.

                                      So I want to refund my money.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Today i had recharged my Tatasky pack (Dhamal pack ) for Rs250/ per month.
                                        since i recharged on 5.03.16 i should get validity for one month i.e.upto 4.04.16, but as per sms received from tatasky, my monthly pack shall be valid upto 28.03.16. (seven days less)
                                        They have added, add on kids pack costing Rs.60/per month without my permission.
                                        I have also informed the Tatasky associate on phone, quite before, to remove the add on packages, but the same is not being done from their end. How many times can i call them, call is hardly getting connected after half and hour and we are latterly tired holding the call.
