I have complaint to Tata sky on 07/02/2016 with reference to work order no. MQCDM3T vide my customer ID No.[protected] but without rectify the fault my complaint has been closed on 10/02/2016, It is done unjustified with me because my tata sky connection is under warranty period. please advice me what further step we should be taken so that technician of tata sky attend to rectify the fault.

I had relocated to a different place within the same city a few months back.
Had called up tatasky, and the engineer had taken the relocation charges, and installed the dish, and wiring. yesterday I called up informing a signal problem, as per TATASKY records, my records have not been updates by them, and asking to pay again for relocation. Tata sky has an offer for TEN SPORTS AT 1 RUPEE for 1month subscription. It was auto deactivate offer. But I was cheated. They continued the subscription and charged 50rupees for next month. And there was no message for resubscription. So I need refund.....

Sunday i.e. on 31st January 2016, I have approached to Tata Sky call centre for installation a old connection in new place/address.

The Call center has forwarded the call to the nearest service/franchise center in Delhi and a mechanic visited my home and told that my connection is old and need to be converted into latest version, total expenses would come to Rs.1000/-. Then I took a decision for a new connection.

Transmission quality of some news channels & HD channels is poor'. The channels are, NDTV 24*7 news channel (english), India Today news channel (English), ABP Ananda news channel (bengali), 24 Ghanta news channel (bengali),
