    Tata sky reps had installed it at the location which is not acceptable to me and said that it should be done as per their convenience. They accepted to rectify it next day. Inspite of 1 1/2 months lapse, they did not turn up to rectify the problem even after my repeated request. Now, when i contacted tatasky customer care, they are asking for relocation charges for no fault of mine. They are not ready to take complaint also on their reps for improper installation done without my consent.

        In Tata Sky Website the amount for South Sports Special was mentioned as below, SOUTH SPORTS SPECIAL
        120 Channels and services (view)
        Duration : Monthly
        Price : Rs. 230
        Start Date : 12 Feb 2015
        Paid upto : Annual tenure completed. You are now being charged subscription on a per day basis.
        Renewal Price : Rs.2530

        But they ask me to pay Rs.255 for this package. It's very bad practice from Tata Sky and ahy they are asking more amount than mentioned in Web site.

          No technician has called or visited since past 36 hrs of complaint & have not compiled upon the confirmed text appointment..
          ..inuumerous calls to yr call centre are of vain ..Mr Amir ..yr team leader has promised to get it done as first call today ...we are highly disgusted with yr company s inability to keep up to the promises made ..very poor standard of after sales service

            I'm babu from Kerala. ([protected]) I recharged my tata sky pack i think 17/1/2016 rs 190 . recharge was success but continusly coming urgent recharge warnig. So I can't see any channels. Many more time I was called to customercare but I have no reply from there. One day called to me from customer care .he was ask something in their language (Hindi). But I can't understand. He told to me one person called you in your language within 24hrse.but not call to me up to now.so please refund my recharge amount. Or equal compensation.

              I am really upset with the TataSky customer care center and that's why I am writing it to you.

              Whenever we call on customer-care they activate Active music when we end call. Last time they did
              it for 6 months and after lots of calls and complains they did not refunded it neither deactivated it.
              This time again they did it again and we are really upset with it.

              I want that refund Rs.59 and last Active music charges for 6 months to our account.

                      we have been receiving due notices not pertaining to us since very long.we had once complained over phone which is of no avail.
                      we are also unable to view kannada channels for which we have subscribed and paid since the relay has lot of disturbances.

                        Trying to get service for my box since january 11 2016.picture coming and goingand disorted picture.visited twice by service between jan 11and feb09 2016.each time different answer from the service man.one said reciever is bad we will change and the other said connection is badcallback and and i will come and fix it.my box is still in warrenty.

                            I have complaint to Tata sky on 07/02/2016 with reference to work order no. MQCDM3T vide my customer ID No.[protected] but without rectify the fault my complaint has been closed on 10/02/2016, It is done unjustified with me because my tata sky connection is under warranty period. please advice me what further step we should be taken so that technician of tata sky attend to rectify the fault.
                            Necessary action may please be taken as early as possible.

                              When once we became your subscriber and upon our recommendation at least, 50 nos. Of families opted for 'tata sky' subscriptions.

                              For the past 2 months our channel services are not good/not at all giving picture.
                              E.Tv and its parallel channels
                              Gemini and its parallel channels
                              Maa tv and its parallel channels
                              Subhvartha channel...
                              Totally south special package...Is an utter failure.
                              Besides, so many waste and other languages channels for your toll count.
                              Why should we pay for the unknown languages and irrelevant channels, that we no way conncted

                              We are not at all happy 'or' satisfied and very much troubling with your transmitting services.
                              Really fearing to recharge for unnecessary ghost.

                              1). I wanted you to see the above channels come clearly...!
                              2). Waste channels "...Removed", of course within and from our same paying cost.

                              Please let me know, whether you rectify it...'or' we withdraw.

                                    My subscription id [protected]. I want to change my monthly base pack subscription pack to annual pack. I specifically asked about the free offer in showcase for grand sports annual subscription . Their representative said its free. So i changed to grand sports annual pack of rs .5335. But now they were saying its not applicable for my pack. Their representative totally misguided and made fraud. I asked for refund, but they are not responding.Please resolve my issue

                                      I had relocated to a different place within the same city a few months back.
                                      Had called up tatasky, and the engineer had taken the relocation charges, and installed the dish, and wiring. yesterday I called up informing a signal problem, as per TATASKY records, my records have not been updates by them, and asking to pay again for relocation. If in case the relocation charges had not been paid then, how did they come & install the dish ??? why should I pay for it again ???. Record keeping is their problem, not mine... I am not married to Tatasky, there are many other service providers who will be more than willing to get business if this is the way Tatasky behaves.

                                        I have requested for English movies pack ofRs.75 on 28th Jan 16. But what I understand from customer care executive is that HD pack was also activated. When I asked for the request number for activation that executive put the phone on hold for ten minutes. Tatasky cheats people with their bloody products and will ethics.
