1. Duping of money by making calls on hold for hours.
2. Randomly disconnecting calls after making consumer hold for hours again and again
3. Mental harassment by CC guys over repeated calls but no resolutions/ help
4. False commitments wrt to services/ calls and mails
5. Fooling us by saying something and not fulfilling or doing same
6. Customer care is not at all people centric
7. Not responding to calls for ver hours and hours and thus if they do, make hold the call again for long long time and all the call charges are un-necessarily levied on consumer.
8. Making money by inefficient CC deptt and call holds on purpose!!

      We have TATA SKY ID no. [protected] & we add on Hindi news channel but in our service all news channel not working.

      Only 6 channel is running rest of NDTV, IBN7, News national, Sudrashan etc. not working.

                    Hi Shanaz Here first of all i want to tell your service is discus sting and your agents are pathetic ... one lady by the name of suchitra in escalation team
                    i was online and telling hello twice she disconnected the call not even 1 min she hold on call,

                    And last sunday i have taken tata sky connection today m getting msg like your account will be deactivated today at 12 what the hell .. is this kind of service your providing your customers i need help as soon as possible or else take your tata sky and dump

                        I have recharged my tata sky dish service on 26 JAN 2016 with 450 rs.

                        As per my tata sky plan dish has tv service has to be activated upto 26 FEB 2016 but it's deactivated before 4 days.

                        I called to customer care number for information but IVR put hold on my call for 15 mins but no one responded & finally i disconnected phone.

                        I want to know from tata sky why my dish tv service is deactivated before 4 days ?

                            I have recharged my tata sky today afternoon on repeated request of tata sky employees. There after my tv did not run
                            and i again and again called and they do the same . Ultimately tv did not run and they told to pay extra amount to check etc. After paying rs. 1940/- i dont want pay anymore. Kindly give me mt money back at the earliest...

                                myself kamaljeet customer id [protected] mobile number [protected] is very bad experience from this service, i did not see badest service like tata sky.several times happens whenever i purchase ''Dhamal mix pack'', but every time they uses my service very badly, i bought sports pack when total charge was 290, in this pack they added extra 25/- i paid 315, they gave 340 cinema pack it was not my requirement but i paid, so my charge suddenly increase 25/- extra but i paid & today (26th feb 2016) had mention me that you have to pay 390... why ...??????????
                                if this is the service of tata sky i am very sure that no any channel thief like tata sky. i will suggest my workmate my niebours & the people who knows me or who is known by me do no purchase tata sky because of its cheap service quality, tata sky is professional robber.
