I have recharged my tata sky today afternoon on repeated request of tata sky employees. There after my tv did not run
and i again and again called and they do the same . Ultimately tv did not run and they told to pay extra amount to check etc. After paying rs. 1940/- i dont want pay anymore. Kindly give me mt money back at the earliest......

i recharged my tatasky account of Rs. 250/- on dt. 06.02.2016 ant the same amount was deducted from my SB Bank Account on Dt. 07.02.2016.
When i contact to the customer Care of Tatasky they told my Charge was unsuccessful

After that i registered a complaint at my Bank and they replied me

My tata Sky User ID is [protected] and my monthly subscribe package is Rs.320.00.but without my approval Rs.59 added as active music pack.Some one has assure that this package is for free to us, but now while iam subscribe this month the package showing 379.00 including 59.00.So contact me with my no [protected] and disconnect the active music channel....

Sir signal set karne k liye aaye visitor ko service charge dene k baad company ne bhi double charge mere tatasky a/c me se kaat liya or meri tv band kar di mujhe refund kare nahi to mujhe trai me complaint karna padegi 6 hour k beech me problem solved kare...

With reference to tata sky ID No.[protected] I recharged by mistake two times by same amount Rs 250.00 + Rs 250.00. therefore it is requested my last recharge dates may please be adjusted//

Sir i got above number from Just Dial for my tata sky connect i paid full amount plus addition Rs. 500/- for one cable but till now i don't get cable and also they don't pickup my phone.

I have booked a tata sky set top box on 23rd of feb 2016 at around 10.30 am and my order no. is N0AKGE1 in the name of jayant saboo. They send me a message stating that, the installer will call you in 2 working hours. but i have not received any call or message from there side. After that i called up many a times in the customer service number and each time they have given me the excuse that they will call you in 2 hours. its been more than...

Before 2 week ago i rechrged my balance but subscriber ID saws different than actual. i thought it might be change so i recharge on that ID. but i didnt get balance so i talk to customer representative and he said you will get back your money within 7 working days. today its 15-20 days still not getting my money back.

I got a tata sky connection and requested to activate a basic pack of Rs 99 plus Rs 45 knowledge pack. On 09 Feb 2016, customer care executive agreed to activate the required pack on a recharge of Rs 150. After the recharge all the three numbers Customer care, [protected], [protected] and [protected] responded out of order, (call records are with me in this regards). Now I think of filling a complaint in this regard with consumer forum....
