I have been requesting to activate my second connection for last five days.They a promise that it will be done in next one hour but nothing happens.

They just send the messages and emails for recharge threatening to disconnect and normally add channels not requested for that results in enhancing the subscriptions.

I have booked Tata sky new connection on 28 th Feb and regular follow up for installation for last 4 days still not installed . every time when contact customer care they tell within 2 hours technician will call and schedule but all waste no call rec'd .
I have called 15 times from my mobile [protected] on customer care .
I am totally fade up.

When I were talk to your executive for new connection, they give me a offer if you paid one time then you will get the all services which are provided by tata sky means you are able to see all the HD channels including Hindi, English and Sports channel, But now I am very depressed, your services are so bull, Now am not able to any normal channels which provides by your services .Kindly resolved my problem otherwise refund my amount which...

I called tata sky customer care two time...they are all time busy busy busy...and phone disconnected..my call charges is 40 rs..its pathetic..i m totaly disoppinted with that...and i m gonna ddisconnect it..my number is [protected]...

I thought that let me use the services of TATA SKY but it seems that TATA company least bother about their customers. no signal coming for the last 3 days and time and again. I am getting messages or informed that service engineer will visit but till now. neither anyone visited nor anyone contacted me.
It is my second experience with TATA company and I made up...

We are experiencing channels like BBC Al Jazeera and CNN going on and off every few seconds making it very difficult to view these channels for last few months.Many other channels are ok....

Today somebody called up explaining about some packages in tata sky. After that I got message by SMS on my mobile that Active Music pack is now active at Rs.59 per month. I have not asked for this. I do not require this. Kindly cancel it immediately....

i have tata sky connection, my set top box hang, can not work with remote control so i ask for technical support, but company ask me to pay visiting charge rs.170 and extra for damaged parts,
and they forcing me to pay 499/- for annual warranty facility.
but why i should pay if the settop box own by company, we pay monthly charges for the service, if there is problem in the hardware why we should pay charges?

On calling customercare, it will first market the package and then keep you on hold.. after that you will be told to hold and informed that your waiting time is 3 minutes ...that is not over ...after 5 mins you will be told that your waiting time is 10 mins...keep holding on and on......

Tata Sky service is very poor, Down again and again also careless after handover work order to Tatasky service team. Service team of tatasky is very lazy, commit many times in a day and day by day but not come, told we are very busy not sit only for you, mannerless persons and threat me that we are not coming do what you can do and complain any where we will not come.

I face servela time some of the channel are very disturbed...

I am a subscriber of tata sky vide id [protected] and on yearly subscription upto 28 Feb 2016. In between they called up and offered a service of Dongle for recording which I resisted many a times . They told me it will take only Rs 320/- and finally I agreed. But when the bill came They charged me with Rs 826/-. When my annual subscription for TV package was end 0n 28 Feb 16, I did recharge for one month with Rs 225/-. Now I am getting sms...

My Tatasky connection is new. It has not completed one year. As per information provided by your helpline, there is no service charge for first year. Still I am receiving repeated remainders to pay the same. On helpline, up to your seniors, they all agree for the same. Dear Sir, I Saurabh kumar am customer of tata sky dth and i got message from tata sky on my mobile is that my monthly charge is 320/-and when i recharged with 500/- to get extra validity then immediately sms comes from company that ur monthly charge is 425/- .so i felt cheated by tata sky.so kindly look into matter to solve my issue.
