Hi,

I am a tata sky subscriber. Few days before, it was showing "NO SIGNAL" on my TV. I made a complaint for the same. As it is in warranty, executive told me there will be no charges for site visting but if cable, set top box or antina is damaged, then charges will be applicable. After resolving my issue, engineer told me that some charges will be deducted from your account for this issue. He did not told me any ting before resolving the issue. They debit my a/c by Rs 300/= for relocation charges without any pre information. When I made the complaint, they told me that this amount will not be refunded.

So I want to refund my money.

    Dear Sir,
    Today i had recharged my Tatasky pack (Dhamal pack ) for Rs250/ per month.
    since i recharged on 5.03.16 i should get validity for one month i.e.upto 4.04.16, but as per sms received from tatasky, my monthly pack shall be valid upto 28.03.16. (seven days less)
    They have added, add on kids pack costing Rs.60/per month without my permission.
    I have also informed the Tatasky associate on phone, quite before, to remove the add on packages, but the same is not being done from their end. How many times can i call them, call is hardly getting connected after half and hour and we are latterly tired holding the call.

        Relocation Issue:

        I get a call daily by a Tata Sky technician and I am asked to be at the location as the technician would be coming for relocation. Today its been 6th time that I have been kept waiting and the guy did not turn up. When I call back that guy says it is not his area of service and a different guy will be coming to relocate the same. I will repeat, this has happened 6 times. These guys are not trained enough to first check the area of relocation and then give a call.

        When I complaint to the customer care, there is a standard reply which I get from every time "I understand your concern, our team is working on the same".

        There is a conflict within the local Tata Sky offices who are not willing to provide services in my area.

        I have relocated thrice in 4 years and every time I have faced the same issue.

        A work order no. N6SDVLO was generated, I don't know for what reason when no one wants to provide services.

        I am stuck because I have paid for six months subscription and have no option but to wait. After 6 months, I will make sure that Tata Sky is removed from my place.

          I am a premium client of Tata Sky & have paid for yearly HD package & have HD plus set top box. We are unable to get clear picture on Tata Sky set top. We complained & they suggested to change to new set top box by paying Rs.700/- which we paid. But the problem continues eveafter they attended technicaly. When we complain on help line, they inform they will send technician, but technician never comes. This we are facing since 3 months. pls help to solve as we are unable to get any response & we have paid one year subscription

            I opt for annual subscription on 22nd Feb 2016 & paid INR 6690. My last year subscription was end on 21 Feb 2016. As a premium customer i was expecting a good service from TATA SKY without any huddles.

            I received call from Tata Sky customer care from different numbers around 15 Feb 2016 to recharge Tata Sky account. I conveyed them that i'll going to recharge my account on 22nd Feb 2016, & I have done it on the same day

            From last 4-5 days i am receiving calls from different numbers saying Tata sky customer care that you need to recharge with some more amount to continue the same pack service. However, i paid my annual recharge on time & said date

            Customer care executive saying that every customer has to call Tata sky to confirm about payment as a process. However, this process is unexceptionable & they are deducting INR 38 per day from my amount. It is just a 420 to there customers.

            i was expecting these kind of small issues may not impact premium customers relationship, but i was wrong.

            Decided to discontinue from 4Mar2016

              I have subscribed the semi annual package and got it recharged in month of aug 2015 and the amount was deposited till may 2016 and in feb 2016 onwards every day they are calling and saying to renew the package.

                I paid rs3200 towards recharge charges on 25th Feb 2016 for 1 year duration as per their advise.but they renewed it for 6 months. And thy are asking again rs1930.kindly solve my problem my subscription id:[protected]. Tata sky

                  I ramanjia maddarapu having a tata sky connection pertaining ID No. [protected], registered mobile number [protected]. Rrecently i am staying at Delhi NCR area, during the previous months last week i shift my rental house due to some personnel issues. In this connection i wants to shift my tata sky dth to my new residential complex to continue the dth service and the same was informed to customer care and also change the new address on same time. on dated 27.02.2016 i contact with customer care center through my registered mobile and request to assemble the tata sky dth at my new home. the customer care executive replayed me that with in 2 hours our customer executive or engineer should be contact with your mobile for installation purpose. but i didn't get any reply from your customer care. from the 27.02.2016 to till date i am continuously contact with your customer center for requesting installation of tata sky at new place. but the shame matter is that your customer executive or installation engineer neither call me nor reach my new rental home for further installation process.
                  in view of the above please take necessary action against your customer care executive or engineer for their lack job part, send a engineer to my home for installation of tata sky dth and requested to extend or add the validity of missing period of my tata sky service (from 27.02.2016 to till date) in my pack

                    There was a call from TATA SKY Sales promotional team member at our landline which was attended by my kid. Inspite of refusing to activate the service for ACTIVE VEDIC MATHS, they have subscribed the channel & deducted Rs. 183.00 from my main balance. This is third time they have done such activity.

                    Itried to call their customercare no. [protected] but I have been kept on hold for more than 6 minutes.

                    I lodged a request to unsubscribe the said channel & for refund of the amount of Rs. 183.00 which was dedcted from my main balance

                      My name is Rakesh Mondal with Tatasky subscriber id:- [protected]. I have been using tatasky for the past couple of years. I have relocated to Badlapur East from Koparkhairane and at that time I asked them and they said their technician will come and reinstall the service over there. On 15th Feb I have been requesting for the technician visit and they were saying that they will come but will charge extra apart from the charges. Then they said they won't come there as they have issues with the local cable service provider. I kept calling on the custcare number and all the executives kept me giving churans and some of them kept me on hold for more than 15 mins and then disconnected the call. After rigorous calling I received a call on 4th of March from their customer service retantion and they said that all of their technicians are not willing to go to that area and so I won't get the service. I have paid Rs. 5170 for the whole year till July 2016. I have been staying without tv for the past 15 - 20 days now. I just want the refund of the whole amount paid as they are not able to provide their service for which I have already paid. Customer care people directly said they can't provide service and can't refund the amount. This is the most irritating and f... experience I ever had and I am going to spread this everywhere. My neighbors have tatasky, dish tv etc. however I don't. I want my money back or else I will go anywhere and do anything to get my money back.

                        When i purchase tata sky than executives says i provide you offer definatly after one month use, but passing two months i have no received any call, sms regarding offer.
                        I am call today your executive cut the phone without give any satisfaction than i decide to permanently deactivate my account in 2-3 days.
                        i suggest all relativews tata sky service is not god, not purchase in future any tata sky connection.
                        i close.

                          I have been calling since 28th Feb and nobody comes down for installation, every time it is like somebody will contacy me in 2 hrs and that never happens, even if a beggar Begs for 2 hrs gets Rs 10, in case of Tata sky you are literally empty handed, tossing your customers like a ball is not cool and no excuse for bad behaviour.

                            There is a issue with my tatasky. Spoke to customer care Ms.Vandhna and Rashmi and one of the senior supervisor Mr. Shekhar. There is a signal issue they were saying will arrange the engineer within 2 hrs visit charge would Rs.300 due to I changed my address. But, I am not changed my address Customer care updated the wrong address because, last had a same issue and there was no visit charge so, how come they charging me this time. Phatic service by Tata sky.

                              Tata Sky User Id - [protected]. We have 2 connections and 1 is disabled working since 29th February 2016 and No channels are seen with message - you are not subscribed for it and you have to recharge and subscribe for it instead we had recharged on 13 Feb of Rs 760 Monthly rental for current plan and due date is 14 march-16. Not responding and submitting on telephonic complaint.

                                I have been requesting to activate my second connection for last five days.They a promise that it will be done in next one hour but nothing happens.

                                They just send the messages and emails for recharge threatening to disconnect and normally add channels not requested for that results in enhancing the subscriptions.

                                  I have booked Tata sky new connection on 28 th Feb and regular follow up for installation for last 4 days still not installed . every time when contact customer care they tell within 2 hours technician will call and schedule but all waste no call rec'd .
                                  I have called 15 times from my mobile [protected] on customer care .
                                  I am totally fade up.

                                    When I were talk to your executive for new connection, they give me a offer if you paid one time then you will get the all services which are provided by tata sky means you are able to see all the HD channels including Hindi, English and Sports channel, But now I am very depressed, your services are so bull, Now am not able to any normal channels which provides by your services .Kindly resolved my problem otherwise refund my amount which I had paid you.

                                      I called tata sky customer care two time...they are all time busy busy busy...and phone disconnected..my call charges is 40 rs..its pathetic..i m totaly disoppinted with that...and i m gonna ddisconnect it..my number is [protected]

                                        I thought that let me use the services of TATA SKY but it seems that TATA company least bother about their customers. no signal coming for the last 3 days and time and again. I am getting messages or informed that service engineer will visit but till now. neither anyone visited nor anyone contacted me.
                                        It is my second experience with TATA company and I made up my mind that never to buy TATA vehicle and if they do not provide the service then I will request my friends never to use TATA sky.
