I am not able to view the channel no 344.349, 354, 348 which are English movie channel.
I have registered a complaint with the customer care, however, they said you have to arrange for technical visit.
2 month back I have arranged for the visit, they have replaced some equipment on dish, now again they are asking for separate charges for technician visit.

This utter exploitation of the customer, every time...

I have taken TATA sky connection on 18.01.2016. At the time of new connection, TATA Sky representative clearly told that the connection may be suspended temporarily for few days at any time without any extra cost and the balance amount of my account can be extended next time when I restore my connection. This is with reference to the complaint against Tatasky.
On 10th December 2015 we got a flash screen on our television showing a message alert of Zero account balance.We immediately get the recharge done on the account number with Rs1000 via paytm, afterwards we come to know that wrong ID was displayed on our screen and we have recharged to wrong account. we called customer care n number of times but hadn't...

We called tata sky in Jan 2016 saying no channels are coming they said we will send technician andwe have to pay for his visit .we asked why they do watever you want to and closed the ticket .the problem is still in Feb I called again that problem has been runniing from Jan till now ...they are like why did you not remind us and now pay for technician else you are free to do whatever you want to .This is one of the worst behaviour .their...

We recharge per month .some channel are clear.but some appear like scractching.voice is also not clear.we cant see music channel.there is no use of these channels. scratched channel are harmful also for eyes.can you please resolve my problem...

and from morning i cant get tata sky services.. pls take an strict action againt him.. he totaly change my tata sky disk pin also change by older one...he came to repair others tata sky disk but he cuts & some do changes in my disk .also change the focus of disk..also customer care no is not reachable...so...

I am using Tatasky since last six years without any complaint, however in third week of January received a call from tatasky executive that they are providing me three months free math pack. I refused as their is no kid at home and explained him its of no use for me. executive insisted me again and again to let it be as its free of cost.
Next week got a message that my pack is added by 180 Rs because...

1. On Dec 12th the Tata Sky Technician came and changed the Set-Top-Box. An amount of Rs. 700 was deducted from my account for the New box along with Rs.170 for the Technician's visit.
2. It's been hardly TWO months and the New Set-Top-Box is also Malfunctioning.
3. Tata Sky sent a service Engineer who said he would Replace the Set-Top-Box and deduct ANOTHER Rs.700 from my account.
4. I bluntly refused, insisting that...

I have recharged my TATA sky DTH through justrecharge it on 3/2/16. I got mail that my recharge was successful and Rs. 500 was deducted from my account. But still they are not showing that I have recharged it on my television. So look into the matter and take some favourable steps as soon as possible....

I got recharged for 1 year on 04.12.2016.by Rs.3005/-so due date is 03.12.2016.which is shown in a/c details also.But in Helpdesk of TV due date is shown as 29.10.2016. I have lodged request twice but on tracking request it tells that no request was received.My id is [protected].Kindly get it corrected.Thanking you....
