Sir, I had purchased the product of Tata Sky late 23 March 2015 on the basis of 1 year warranty period . But it's been got damage and not working now . I have also make call to customer care toll free number for this query . No any solution done by them . Where I am not satisfied . Sir, take any action another wise I will not compromise with Tata Sky I will definitely choose dish TVs or any other setup box for future . Because it's my 2 nd box of Tata Sky in last 3 years .

    Taken TATA Sky just by trusting the brand name, but not able to watch the service at all from day 1 - service is given on feb 2, picture is turned up and after 10mns picture started freezing, black screen and Error (Pairing error digi card not matching with set up box.) Feb 3 - service guy came to home check and confirmed this is because receiver and he changed it and updated setup box s/w .Even after doing this issue not solved. Feb 4 - Another service guy came and said it is bcz damaged cable and changed cable and have taken 500 (29mts*17rs=493) still issue not solved. When checked with customer care they said cable charge per mt is 10 only and guided me how to check actual length of the cable it is only 18mts so he has taken extra amount. Still the issue not solved and no follow up from TATA SKY on status to check whether issue is resolved and sad thing is local team is shouting on me they said sir problems will come and you need to wait until the issue is resolved. As per them we need to shut our mouth and wait for them and we need to follow up. My advice is place check the local customer service team technical expertise before considering Tata Sky bcz not all areas has expert technical team.

      Id [protected] recharge ok when we start pop up wait a few moment set up box is getting started after that no signal several times times turn off the setup box and then started but problem not resolved called customer care no [protected] but not able to talk to executive tried thrice location bopal society paradise contact no [protected]/[protected]

        Tata sky has an offer for TEN SPORTS AT 1 RUPEE for 1month subscription. It was auto deactivate offer. But I was cheated. They continued the subscription and charged 50rupees for next month. And there was no message for resubscription. So I need refund..

          My subscriber ID is [protected]. I have renewed my annual package of basic and add on packs of Rs. 4950 on 29th Jan. 2016 before its expiry for which I received message as well but ever since then I am not getting any service especially for my add on packs. Most of the channels are pixellated hence I am unable to view them. Inspite of my paid calls on tata sky helpline they have not taken any action on the issue. Also now I am getting a message that recharge is due.

          Tata Sky helpline executives are only insisting that I call a technician. It's not a technician's problem. It's a technical problem from Tata Sky. As soon as I recharged, the problem occured.

          KIndly look into the matter at the earliest. Either the problem should be resolved or my total money should be refunded to me. I have paid for the services. If they cannot provide me services, then my money should be refunded and I'll happily switch to some other dish tv's in the market which are many.

            I have a TATA SKY connection with no. [protected], I was not receiving the channels clearly and there were visual problems in some channels, I reported this to the customer care but no action was taken and issue was not resolved.
            TATA SKY charges every time a service is availed but it should also keep a check that the services are provided to the customers on premium basis, motto should be customer oriented and not only money oriented.
            I feel harassed and I wish to transfer my connection and shift to some other operator.

            Its my request that some action should be taken so that customers are not harassed.

              Sunday i.e. on 31st January 2016, I have approached to Tata Sky call centre for installation a old connection in new place/address.

              The Call center has forwarded the call to the nearest service/franchise center in Delhi and a mechanic visited my home and told that my connection is old and need to be converted into latest version, total expenses would come to Rs.1000/-. Then I took a decision for a new connection.

              For the new connection he charged to me total Rs.1930/- inclusive of installation charges and cost of the disk connection with cable and all. .

              Now, my concern is that I have not been given any bill. I am not getting subscription ID number, even after pressing HELP BUTTON on remote control.

They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out.                 Transmission quality of some news channels & HD channels is poor'. The channels are, NDTV 24*7 news channel (english), India Today news channel (English), ABP Ananda news channel (bengali), 24 Ghanta news channel (bengali),
                and most of the HD channels.

                  I have a Tata Sky +HD box on subscriber I'd [protected]. The box keeps switching off on its own while the tv is playing. I'm not able to contact the helpline for registering complaint. Kindly change the box

                    After paying bill amount before date there is display on entire screen of tv demanding for payment we cannot watch this happens every month of id [protected] and nobody picks the phone after calling hours together they play music and not service we are totally upset after subscribing tatsky instead of local cable tv service provider

                        I am regular payment subscriber for TS since last 8 Yrs or so, in the beginning I use to pay Rs. 375/Month then it was made Rs. 575/ month, it was OK we added some channels. Surprisingly now without addition of any channel or changing the channel package my subscription value has gone to Rs. 843/month, how come is this increase with out any sort of information? Please, can one explain to me? I want to continue with my Metro Package with addition of Pogo, Baby tv, Disney Junior, Cartoon network, and Color Marathi if it is not included in Metro Package. I would be obliged to receive your earliest up date subscription amount per month so that can immediately recharge the required amount by means of recharge facilities available to me, as the recharge date is due on 8th Feb 2016. WAITING FOR YOUR QUICK REPLY TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE.

                              I am not able to view the channel no 344.349, 354, 348 which are English movie channel.
                              I have registered a complaint with the customer care, however, they said you have to arrange for technical visit.
                              2 month back I have arranged for the visit, they have replaced some equipment on dish, now again they are asking for separate charges for technician visit.

                              This utter exploitation of the customer, every time your technician charge Rs. 200 for no reason.

                              I would require a technician visit without charge. Otherwise I request you to refund my entire service pack charges and I will move to other DTH provider.

                              Please provide your help.

                                I have taken TATA sky connection on 18.01.2016. At the time of new connection, TATA Sky representative clearly told that the connection may be suspended temporarily for few days at any time without any extra cost and the balance amount of my account can be extended next time when I restore my connection. Now sorry to say that today i.e. on 6th February, 2016 when I talked to customer care for the above facility, they said that Rs.20 shall be charged from my a/c and this facility provided only one time in a year. Now I have no other option to stop the TATA sky connection and I lost Rs.1950. Please let me know, what should I do ?

                                    Hi Team,

                                    This is with reference to the complaint against Tatasky.
                                    On 10th December 2015 we got a flash screen on our television showing a message alert of Zero account balance.We immediately get the recharge done on the account number with Rs1000 via paytm, afterwards we come to know that wrong ID was displayed on our screen and we have recharged to wrong account. we called customer care n number of times but hadn't received any satisfactory answer. I tried to contact paytm to reverse my order, by the time they were agree to reverse there were insufficient balance in that account, so they were unable to reverse the payment.
                                    Request you to please look into this issue and help me to get my payment back.

                                      We called tata sky in Jan 2016 saying no channels are coming they said we will send technician andwe have to pay for his visit .we asked why they do watever you want to and closed the ticket .the problem is still in Feb I called again that problem has been runniing from Jan till now ...they are like why did you not remind us and now pay for technician else you are free to do whatever you want to .This is one of the worst behaviour .their service is not working we are getting billed plus we pay for repair .

                                        We recharge per month .some channel are clear.but some appear like scractching.voice is also not clear.we cant see music channel.there is no use of these channels. scratched channel are harmful also for eyes.can you please resolve my problem
