and from morning i cant get tata sky services.. pls take an strict action againt him.. he totaly change my tata sky disk pin also change by older one...he came to repair others tata sky disk but he cuts & some do changes in my disk .also change the focus of disk..also customer care no is not reachable...so i did online complaink. pls start my service as possible as. date :- 5/2/16.

      My customer id is[protected], and i am using Tata sky from 2010 Every month i use to recharge my tata sky, and every month i am getting troubled that i am not getting services. Even i called on there customer care but no associate is available, as i was on waiting for 25 minutes.

        I am mahesh...mai tatasky ka regular custmar hoon...lekin pichle kuch dino se mai aapke custmor care ko call karta hoon to ..aapke custmor care wale call hi recive nahi karte...mujhe agar plan chang karna ho to kis se aur kaise baat ki jaye...
        Sorry english type nahi kar sakata...

          I am using Tatasky since last six years without any complaint, however in third week of January received a call from tatasky executive that they are providing me three months free math pack. I refused as their is no kid at home and explained him its of no use for me. executive insisted me again and again to let it be as its free of cost.
          Next week got a message that my pack is added by 180 Rs because of math pack.
          Immediately i called customer care and lodge a complaint i was assured that it will be removed and will get a call in 24 hours.
          I have made same complaint three times every time getting the same answer that my complaint is registered and will get a callback in 24 hours and this math pack will be removed.
          however this math pack is still continuing with my pack.
          kindly look into the matter such executives are spoiling your image take some action check your phone recordings.

            1. On Dec 12th the Tata Sky Technician came and changed the Set-Top-Box. An amount of Rs. 700 was deducted from my account for the New box along with Rs.170 for the Technician's visit.
            2. It's been hardly TWO months and the New Set-Top-Box is also Malfunctioning.
            3. Tata Sky sent a service Engineer who said he would Replace the Set-Top-Box and deduct ANOTHER Rs.700 from my account.
            4. I bluntly refused, insisting that One set-top-box should work for one year at-least.
            5. He returned WITHOUT replacing the set-top-box, another Rs. 170 was deducted from my account.
            6. I complained. Tata Sky simply sent one more technician, who repeated the same story.
            OF the Rs.3000 (Amount of recharge) Rs. 1000 has thus been LOST .

              I have recharged my TATA sky DTH through justrecharge it on 3/2/16. I got mail that my recharge was successful and Rs. 500 was deducted from my account. But still they are not showing that I have recharged it on my television. So look into the matter and take some favourable steps as soon as possible.

                Hi Sir,

                This is sad mail writing to you after getting installation of the product done.
                This is regarding the installation of tatasky setup box with one year pack.
                The form number provided by you is 131078.
                This request was taken by Vinay and kushi but their is no response from both of them.
                The telephone number of both the representative are [protected] and [protected].
                Attached is form/ receipt received from your end.
                The pack which they have suggested was Hindi but at the they have activated south pack.
                I had to pay installation guy again 750.00 to change the pack.
                This was cheated by the company sales person in name of special offer from the company.
                I require this issue to be taken by the company and I will fight against this in consumer forum.
                Please do the needful.

                  Hi, this is simi moni borah, I have been using tata sky services from past 6 years, but recently the people of tata sky are behaving in a weird way, First of all they have deducted Rs.152/- extra for active games and letting me know that my pack is renewed to Rs.507/-.However my pack is Rs.355/- .I called up customer care and spoke to some adviser regarding the issue, instead of looking up to the matter he pushed that situation to the some senior manager.After holding for more than 10 minutes and so no one responded.One thing i m making myself and the tata sky clear that i want the pack to be Rs.355/- p.m.Otherwise i m going ahead and drop down a letter to the CEO Mr.Harit Nagpal regarding this incident.

                  Hi my Name is Mrs Kiran M from Pune. ID [protected] My basic package is Dhamal mix pack Rs. 245 + English news Rs 50 = Rs 295. Unfortunately without any reason Active Services and some other services were added without my instructions increasing the package to a whopping Rs. 548. When I complained to Customer services after so many prompts and repeated calls (cost Rs 100 ) they promised to amend. But it only got worse and rather started deducting the days from 30 days to 12 days !! I request customer services to please act upon my complaints seriously and put me on to some live human voice to get my message thru. I understand from so many dissatisfied customers they have similar problems recently in January and February 2016 !! something is not right with their customer services !!

                        I got recharged for 1 year on 04.12.2016.by Rs.3005/-so due date is 03.12.2016.which is shown in a/c details also.But in Helpdesk of TV due date is shown as 29.10.2016. I have lodged request twice but on tracking request it tells that no request was received.My id is [protected].Kindly get it corrected.Thanking you.

                          Without my permission technician change my both set up box. but complaint for 1 box. they have said i give permission verbally. but it not true. instead they take my one set up box for 3 day then after repeated complaint they come for set up the box. my tata sky Id- [protected], & [protected]

                            Sir I'm the customer of your Services last month I add a english movie pack your executive told me a offer is given to you for 3 month only Rs 75. I told him what amt I have to pay next month he said sir Rs 309 and offer charges will applicable from next month but I received Rs 390/ Rs recharge message I contact to customer care but they did not give any satisfactory answer to me. I Request him to drop english movie pack he said ok and immediate I got message your next recharge amount Rs 400/ sir earlier i my recharge amt was Rs 350/ I got message on 1feb Your recharge amt Rs 390/ Ishoked but I recharge it. After recharge and drop pack I get message your account balance Rs 401/ sir this is fraud and cheating .I will good to consumer foram for it. I have enough proof to prove it. Thanks

                              I recharged my DTH with your per day plan and all I got to see was my black TV screen. It was total waste of money. You people make fake promises and lure customers saying we can avail tata sky even on per day payment but actually it's just a scam. From the moment I recharged my dish TV with a day plan service stopped working every 10min and would resume back only after am half an hour or so. I m really disappointed with your service. I will surely switch to other DTH provider .

                                One of the Worst Customer service, I complained regarding the regional packs are not working even after i recharged with the same and when i call customer service they say they will be sending there technicians but they never send any .

                                  I am Dilip Kr. Choudhary, having the multi TV conection of TATA SKY with the id-[protected]. Due to separation of my family, I am not able to connect my secondary TV connection. For the disconnection of my secondary TV, I am requesting since September 2015 to the TATA SKY through all available process but till date there is no disconnection. I am paying the double cost but using only one connection. Every time they raised a new complaint number but dont try to resolve my issue. They are best cheaters in the market.

                                    I recharged for Rs 200 on Tuesday[protected] morning at 8:40 am through SBI online recharge but till today or Wednesday[protected]:00 pm. So as I got a reminder from tatasky to recharge I again recharged for Rs250. Which is immediately reflected in my account. This transaction also was through SBI online. Please look into this let the 200 rupees be added to my account.

                                      I paid my monthly rechage but still after 30 minutes my services were disconnect, I had to watch football matches hence I did the recharge, called customer care and spoke to Rashid he said he cannot help as system is getting upgraded. I told him ot is not my fault I want my service to work as I have paid for it he abruptly said he cannot do anyyhing and also refused to transfer the call to a supervisor. I personally took a leave just to watch the match and now I am stranded. Pathertic customer service please cancel their license as the do not care about customers. I will be cancelling my service and also want a refund.

                                        Tata sky has a bad network. Most channels of the English pack are not showing up though they are a part of my monthly pack ( Fx, zee cafe)/some are distorted. This is not my first issue with Tata sky. Informed customer care but just suggested technician visit @ Rs.170. If some channels of a pack are distorted and others are working fine, I don't think they should charge me without knowing where the problem is - their end or mine. When in Goa, a few months back, I had an issue with the adapter and needed replacement, I was charged for a new adapter - Rs. 400, but provided with a second hand. I reinstalled service in my new house in Mumbai, they technician charged extra for the wire, when the technician in Goa had cut wire in two parts (as he didn't want to do the hard job of removing the wire correctly). Paying small amounts for their mistakes over a few years has resulted in me losing a lot of cash for this service. Please look into the matter as urgent. Subscriber ID: [protected].
