Useless service

Dear sir, last month 5th jan 2016 i had Dhamal Mega pack which was expired on 25/1/2016 between this i could not had service of Marathi channel. Tried to connect CC Centre but found only recorded clips no CC Officer ???? Now 26 Jan 2016 once more i recharged with Rs. 250 Retailer told me Superive Sport Kids & Discovery Turbo is include in my package which i don't required. Kindly remove this and add Marathi + Hindi channel on urgent basis....

I have availed Tata Sky active English service where company has given a option to answer some questions on daily basis to earn points to win toys. I have exchanged some points since last 3 months but the product still not delivered. So many times i have called customer service but no solution has come. Sometimes they are saying it will take 30days sometimes they say 45 days but still now i have not received my toys. Doing Online false commitment...

DTH recharging

On January 27, 2016 I have recharged my account(ID[protected]) with Rs8000.00 only as annual mega SD pack with multi TV.But the company showing the next recharge date as August2016 i.e after 6months! I am unable to understand why. Kindly help....

Asking for service charge when there is a set top box failure

After the recharge of INR 424, there seems to be a problem with the Set Top box as it is logging it off as soon as I select to see the HD channels. However, there is no problem in viewing the normal channels. When called the Call Centre, I was told that there would be a charge of INR 170. I am told that there is a problem with the set top box and might have to be replaced. Please check the record...

Installation and package and package charges.

I was charged RS/2285/-for Installation, When on the website it was stated
asRs/1779, with one months free viewing.
Before submitting the package I was asked to pay RS490/- to avoid disconnection.

Worst Service Provider

There are issues related to broadcasting and we have also spoken to the customer care executive but they didn't take **** action against it. Very much disappointed with the product and the service. Next time I'll not come for the tatasky and let my friends and neighbours to go for this....

Service quality

The remote handset given has been malfunctioning. I was asked to lodge a complaint by speaking to help line number which I did. I was told that a replacement would cost me Rs.375 bucks which I agreed to pay. Work Order No MGRA5MU was assigned on 24th Jan 16 at 8.23 PM and I was advised that some one would contact me in 2 hours. This never happened.

Validity period

Whenever I recharge my tatasky account I not get the validity period they show on their packs .It is to costly to call them .If they recive call they reply the reson which is not given in their prospectus .I am very much upset with its service....

Worst customer service now

I am a Tatasky customer for 10 years. I have a multi TV connection. I want to disconnect the secondary TV connection and retain only the primary TV connection. Fraudulent charges

The recharge was done on 19th January 2016 however through PAYTM and the recharge was successful. The tata sky customer care denied that any recharge was done. I spoke to PAYTM and they gave me the below response.

Charges additional charge

Arbitrary change of price with retrospective effect

TATA Sky arbitrarily changes its price without informing. Though I have paid for 4 months of service, it reduces to 3 because of such frequent changes. Price changes are too frequent. I started around 500 INR per month for 2 TV sets 1 year ago and now it is about 709 INR per month. Such a steep increase in such a short time doesn't happen with any service....
