I paid my monthly rechage but still after 30 minutes my services were disconnect, I had to watch football matches hence I did the recharge, called customer care and spoke to Rashid he said he cannot help as system is getting upgraded. I told him ot is not my fault I want my service to work as I have paid for it he abruptly said he cannot do anyyhing and also refused to transfer the call to a supervisor. I personally took a leave just to watch the match and now I am stranded. Pathertic customer service please cancel their license as the do not care about customers. I will be cancelling my service and also want a refund.

    Tata sky has a bad network. Most channels of the English pack are not showing up though they are a part of my monthly pack ( Fx, zee cafe)/some are distorted. This is not my first issue with Tata sky. Informed customer care but just suggested technician visit @ Rs.170. If some channels of a pack are distorted and others are working fine, I don't think they should charge me without knowing where the problem is - their end or mine. When in Goa, a few months back, I had an issue with the adapter and needed replacement, I was charged for a new adapter - Rs. 400, but provided with a second hand. I reinstalled service in my new house in Mumbai, they technician charged extra for the wire, when the technician in Goa had cut wire in two parts (as he didn't want to do the hard job of removing the wire correctly). Paying small amounts for their mistakes over a few years has resulted in me losing a lot of cash for this service. Please look into the matter as urgent. Subscriber ID: [protected].

      An useless customer care service, whenever I select a preffred language it will connect to some other language. One them will pickup and say I'll connect to concerned person it'll definitely take bare minimum of 15 min which 15 rupee. This is an another MONEY GENERATING BUSINESS for them. I'm really tired calling this mother fathers.
      If they replace my dish amount I'll definitely disconnect this dish.

        Dear Sir,
        I am one of your customer.
        I am trying to talk to Customer care manager.
        I tried 5 times. Every time i was to hold phone for more than 15 Munites.
        Lastly Nitin Team Manager came on line. He confirmed to take nassesary steps.
        As i was not using tatasky since long time. Somebody called and told me the offer. I was convinced and asked him to collect payment.
        When somebody came to collect the same. I asked him that he doesn't have Bill or receipt.
        It is shame full to tata sky well reputed company to manipulate like this and unorganised procedure and functioning.
        I need sorry latter on your latter head and confirming to change functioning to issue bill and receipt to all who ever makes the payment.
        Which is mandatory by Government.
        If action is not taken. I will surely go to consumer court.
        You can somebody with bill and receipt on saturday after talikg to me on phone.

          Recharge was done on 28 of January. Today is forth day still not re-activated When we switch on the TV it says to re-activate your pls sms HR to 56633 but this is fake.
          We sent two messages almost 72 hours nothing is happened. each and everyone is frustrated with the tata sky service.
          Four days of our recharged money will be ruined. There are so many ways to earn money pls do it in better way.
          Hi Team,
          My Tata sky Subscriber ID - [protected], Have Recharge of Rs 341/- picture attached, Still I am not able to see any channel, showing Recharge not done. Please help to activate from your family end as soon as possible.

          This time we are at home we need it urgently for time pass time.

            All marathi subscribed channels are not seen on my tv except z-marathi due to weak/no signals. co.has changed my set top box on payment a few months back. my subscibtion no is [protected].

                I have just upgrade my Tata Sky ID [protected] to HD box, I was two connection on this ID. I stop my secondary setup box last one year. Installation guy come to my home and install and said recharge with 1500. After installing he update you HD package activated for one year. But now its not working. Poor Service and liar and not helpful customer team. They only help to there company. there are not for customer help. No Solution come yet. Installation guy in hurry so he could not pass proper information. I specially ask him i have secondary connection so make sure this amount goes in main hd account. He use this word " SIR I CHANGE YOUR SETUP BOX SO THIS AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGE FOR THIS."
                And when i call to customer care they convene me I Did the mistake.

                  I'm user of tatasky dish since last 10 years I am facing setup box problem vision is not clear in TV kindly do needful I have consult TV technician no problem in TV set so he recommend to us contact tata sky people

                    Tata sky customer care called me to for adding English movies . I replied no to adding English movies with my current pack . but they cut the call purpose ly and added English movies to get more money from me.now I have no way to remove it from my selection. It's a robbery by the esteemed tata sky.

                      I have just bought a Tata Sky HD box cause they said we don't have to pay for it for 1 year so I just bought it but they gave us the wrong info about it because there is no such thing like this then we decided to Deactivate it and called the customer care but and asked only "will we be refunded " and "what's the process of the deactivation" only after that they deactivated it without asking us.
                      And again we called so they are just saying us too wait for hours..
                      This Tata Sky is having a very very poor service and giving us wrong info about thing .

                        Today, I was surprised to note telephonically that tatasky has activated tatasky's channel no.601 without my consent just to increase their revenue. Hence, I request for removing this channel from my package of Rs. 485.00 and credit the amount back in case, they absorbed any amount for this purpose from my paid amount of Rs. 485.00.

                        Further, please credit amount back to my paid amountof Rs.485.00 for not attending my complaint by your local office near Kalwad Road, Jaipur for 10 days inspite of 2-3 telephonically reminders about not getting english channels against my tatasky id [protected].

                          Dear All #tataskyCustomers,

                          I would like to share my BS experience & we can say online fraud did by tata sky executives. Last month I got a promotional call from Tata Sky customer care executive for Active Smart Manager (Newly introduced highly charged feature) & they told me that ths is free of cost for first 15 days. Even I have rejected their request over call & after couple of day I came to know that Tata sky started charging for that service without my permission & deducted all my money from my account.
                          I would request everyone to beware from such calls from Tata sky & request new customers to don't go for tata sky in future.

                          #tatasky team - BS to your team & your management who are doing fraud with their customers. I will not use #tatasky in future & also will not recommend to anyone.

                          If you really caring your customers, resolve my issue ASAP. Complaint already registered with your customer care under MKIANT4.

                            Hi,
                            I a new Tata Sky Subscriber with id no [protected] was given the new connection stating i would get all the HD channels And Promised to keep the services for 1 whole year which i paid 4000/-.
                            but after 24 hours still the HD Channels of Star World, Star Movies, BBC, CNN has not yet been started following which i complained on the helpline to one Kavita Madam for which i got a call but all in vain.
                            Inspite of my complaint they said i have to pay for those extra channels which was already promised for the amount i have paid.
                            I am feeling Cheated by the Tata Sky Connection which i have taken and no Reciept or any kind of Bill i have received for the amount that i have paid.
                            I would like to request the Concern dept to resolve my issue or disconnect the box and refund my Amount.

                              I am subscribed for the TATA sky connection and paying the subscription charges regularly. Since last 15 days i am unable to view few channels. The screen appears blank. When i complain about this by logging a complaint(SR[protected], i got a call and the call centre guy was asking to pay Rs. 170 for the technician visit. (without knowing the exact issue). There is no confirm that the issue is due to any damage in the line or the set top box issue or any other. To understand the issues the technician has to check it. This checking should not be chargeable.At least they should first understand the exact issue and then come of payment terms. the guy was very adamant and was talking like "you want to get it resolved or not"... i am paying the charges for viewing the channel. if there is no service or interrupted service then the provide should at least check it before charging the customer.
                              This service should be a part of after sale service. if there is any damage and if its out of warranty, then changing the customer is OK. but charging the customer for checking whether there is any issue or not is not fair. This is a truly unethical practice.

                                Dear sir, last month 5th jan 2016 i had Dhamal Mega pack which was expired on 25/1/2016 between this i could not had service of Marathi channel. Tried to connect CC Centre but found only recorded clips no CC Officer ???? Now 26 Jan 2016 once more i recharged with Rs. 250 Retailer told me Superive Sport Kids & Discovery Turbo is include in my package which i don't required. Kindly remove this and add Marathi + Hindi channel on urgent basis. This is useless to talk CC Centre as they are not capable to attend the costumer.

                                  I have availed Tata Sky active English service where company has given a option to answer some questions on daily basis to earn points to win toys. I have exchanged some points since last 3 months but the product still not delivered. So many times i have called customer service but no solution has come. Sometimes they are saying it will take 30days sometimes they say 45 days but still now i have not received my toys. Doing Online false commitment only for attracting customer nothing else & they should stop such practice.

                                        On January 27, 2016 I have recharged my account(ID[protected]) with Rs8000.00 only as annual mega SD pack with multi TV.But the company showing the next recharge date as August2016 i.e after 6months! I am unable to understand why. Kindly help.
