I am really fed up with the services of TATA SKY and now I was not willing to continue with their connection, but they are not refunding my money.
The fact is on 15th. December, 2015 some Tata sky marketing personnel (Mr. Devesh Vasa, ) came to my office and convinced me that if I pay Rs. 4, 315/- on that day only I will get 2 HD set top box with the dish along with a lifelong package in my 2 (Two) TV sets, containing Grand Sports Pack + HDMIx2 + Active Darshan + Bengali. The above package will be free for one month and from the next month I have to pay an amount of Rs. 485/-for getting connection with the aforesaiud packages in my 2 TV sets. And if I intend to enjoy HD Access I have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 175/- per month. I have paid that amount on that date by Cheque, and I got my connection from TATA SKY on 22nd. December, 2015.
I have come to know from their leaflet that if I pay for 11 Months subscription at a time the 12th. Month access is free. I therefore paid Rs. 5, 335/- (Rs. 485/- X 11 Months) on 18th. January, 2016. And in the morning I have again paid Rs. 2, 530/- (i.e. Rs. 230/- x 11 Months).
But from 20th. December my access to HD was stopped by them. And again as per my request they have given me permission to get access to HD. But the package is not renewed for the whole year. Now they are demanding Rs. 1765/- more P.M. for HD access.
Please go through the above fact and inform me why I will pay extra amount for which I am not responsible and why I will continue with the connection of Tata Sky.
I have written them to inform me what is the procedure to give up their connection and how can I get back the amount from you, which I have already paid in advance. But they have told me over phone that they have no refund policy.
Kindly advice me what will be my next step and oblige.
