When I requested TATA sky for new connection and spoke to customer care where they informed me about package they told me about Dhamaal Mix, They said that I will get all basic channels excluding sports, however they didn't tell that I will not "English channel" at all.

When I spoke to customer care again, that told that I need to pay Rs. 200/m for English channel.

I want to understand who has upgraded my pack to 450. i have not requested anything.
Moreover this is the trend that TATA SKY is following they are updating my monthly pack without my request and moreover they are not informing custoomer also.

Tata sky premium account that I had been using since 2011, stopped working on Dec 18th and a customer compliant was given through their toll free customer care number. for the next two days we received multiple calls from people who claimed to be from TAta Sky (apparently it turns out most of them were from the Franchise for Bangalore East). We had people saying they were nodal officers and...

Got two connection on 19 Dec 2015 got one month free trial got message to deposit rs 250 for monthly subscription after that Tatasky gave message it is upto for 4 Feb 16 no body contacted for which pack today gave ur pach is for rs 475 monthly this is cheating pl help a senior citizen...

Worst service - Pathetic customer care- always disconnect- no solutions- no respect of customer. Absolute Liars in advertisements- should never be suggested to anyone.....

Tata Sky plus set box is not working from day one now all most 6 months pass but only promises but no work my I/D [protected]...

my tat sky id [protected]. today i m facing the problem for tatasky service in my subscriber pack is not working. thats why i will call on [protected] but first take my call priyanka and second is badsha. they both people are hold me in 28:10 mints. than also my problem not solve... why this hapend...? and both of guys hold me 28 min... this is tatasky service...?...

I have contacted Tata sky one week ago. Three technicians have come but the same problem is there. When I switch on continuously iam getting no signal. They have changed the disk but same problem is there. The technicians are no good....

I got my tata sky set top box recharged on 11 oct 2015 for rs 1420 for dhamaal pack with six month validity,
but on 16 jan 2016 my tata sky stopped working n showed insufficient funds
on contacting customer care no suitable reply was received
please take the complaint with tata sky and resolve the issue at earliest...

2 Days Back I Called up Customer Care and asked that among my 3 Connections 1 ( One) is having some problem .

Technician came and checked and told that the connection is ok but may be one of the TV Set is having Problem so I CAlled the TV Technician and he checked that TV is working fine but problem is in the TATASKY .

Had gone out ot town & had requested for a temperory diactivation & now when i want to activate none of the customer care had helped till date.

I have requested for installation on my tatasky. The person is giving false hopes and today he rudely denied bz it was his weekoff. Such a pathetic services. I had a function today n was supposed to bare the humiliation. Kindly look into it as this has been a worst experience till date from tatasky.

Hi, mera nam arjun hai.. maine ek request kiye tha ki tatasky k kuch offer hongi to mere number pe contact kijiye aur usike silsile me maine apke customer care me cal kiya tha, lekin vaha pe koe bandi thi usane request registered karne ka chod ke wrong information apne senior ko diya, aur wrong complaint darj kiya, mujhe cal aaya tha offer ke bare sept, oct-2015 se pahale, us vkt mai outfo station tha, mai mere hotown me aane ke bad retailor...
