My tatasky id [protected]. Today I tried several times at your customer care number for dropping Javed Akhtar pack & Active English pack. But each time, after 12-15 minutes of call, my calls have been disconnected without solving my problem. I have recorded each call and now if my problem is not solved, I will have to seek justice from Hon'ble Consumer court. Calls were made by my brother Arun Arora (Mobile No.[protected]) on my behalf. On first call, Your executive told me to make the recharge first and then call again to remove the pack. I do so, I recharged my account by Rs.400/- and made the call to your customer care but after lapse of 12-15 minutes of call, your executive disconnected my call without deactivating the above mentioned pack. Again I made several calls, but then also your executives disconnected the calls again and again without deactivating the packs. Now I request you to look into the matter and deactivate Javed Akhtar Pack and Active English Pack immediately without awaiting further request otherwise I will have no other way then to go to Hon'ble Consumer Court for seeking justice.

    After having complained to the customer service on 20th January 2016, there's no response from the concerned. Complaint WO: ME6XYRQ, .I received a msg saying that the WO has been canceled without any solution for the problem. The executive even made false promises to attend the problem n fixby 23rd but in vain. I am paying for NO SIGNAL, and this is unprofessional n poor service.
    URGENT NEED TO LOOK

    No solution till now despite complaint to the Nodal agency and issuing a fresh work order, the technician ppl are very unprofessional and don't turn up even after confirmation of address, location.

      I am really fed up with the services of TATA SKY and now I was not willing to continue with their connection, but they are not refunding my money.

      The fact is on 15th. December, 2015 some Tata sky marketing personnel (Mr. Devesh Vasa, ) came to my office and convinced me that if I pay Rs. 4, 315/- on that day only I will get 2 HD set top box with the dish along with a lifelong package in my 2 (Two) TV sets, containing Grand Sports Pack + HDMIx2 + Active Darshan + Bengali. The above package will be free for one month and from the next month I have to pay an amount of Rs. 485/-for getting connection with the aforesaiud packages in my 2 TV sets. And if I intend to enjoy HD Access I have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 175/- per month. I have paid that amount on that date by Cheque, and I got my connection from TATA SKY on 22nd. December, 2015.

      I have come to know from their leaflet that if I pay for 11 Months subscription at a time the 12th. Month access is free. I therefore paid Rs. 5, 335/- (Rs. 485/- X 11 Months) on 18th. January, 2016. And in the morning I have again paid Rs. 2, 530/- (i.e. Rs. 230/- x 11 Months).

      But from 20th. December my access to HD was stopped by them. And again as per my request they have given me permission to get access to HD. But the package is not renewed for the whole year. Now they are demanding Rs. 1765/- more P.M. for HD access.

      Please go through the above fact and inform me why I will pay extra amount for which I am not responsible and why I will continue with the connection of Tata Sky.

      I have written them to inform me what is the procedure to give up their connection and how can I get back the amount from you, which I have already paid in advance. But they have told me over phone that they have no refund policy.

      Kindly advice me what will be my next step and oblige.

        My tata sky is not receiving network from last night and when i call the customer care they told me to pay 170 for the technician because its my issue not of tata sky. How its my issue and not yours? network is yours not mine, how could you say that.

            There was some problem with my tata sky HD connection. A technician came and straightway changed the box saying that it was defective. He did not convey anything else and went away without checking whether it was properly working. It was not working. Moreover service charges as well as new box charges were detected from my account. When I tried to contact them they did not come back for 4 days. I conveyed my displeasure to them. Now they wanted to harass me. An i'll behaved technician came back and told me your wire is defective and you have to change all the internal wiring, our work is over. I was not convinced I personally attached another step top box in the same wiring and it was working fine. My complaint is this. Tata sky is hiring ineligible and untrained staff they don't know their work.making wild guesses and causing harassment to customers

                I have Subscribed for the South Sports Pack with 119Channels & the List of Channel Has Ten Sports. But this Channel is not Available . When i checked up with the Customer Support They said this Channel is not part of the Pack, The Channel is given in the list of Channels but they are not Activating this Channel. This is clear case of Cheating. While listing the channel is listed but they are asking Another Rs 385 if this channel is required.

                      Hi,

                      I bought Sony Bravia TV model no. KLV-46V550A in the year 2009 and happy with its performance. I am using Hathway SD cable connection to watch tv channels. This was connected using AV cables. I was watching Internet channels using Apple TV box to sony TV using HDMI cable. This setup was fine till yesterday.

                      Now I took TataSky HD connection and facing problem in connecting to the TV using HDMI cable. It works fine if I use AV cables. With HDMI cable when we switch on STB box, message "Please Wait initialising..." comes for few seconds and video comes. Immediately after 3 seconds message "For a better quality video please change your resolution under Organiser > User Settings" appears and video goes off. We tried all settings of resolution on TataSky box and all setting on Sony TV, nothing works.

                      Problem is that TataSky people say it's TV problem because it's working with other TV where as Sony people say it's TataSky box problem because Apple TV box is working perfectly with Sony Tv in 1080 resolution.

                      I am in a FIX. Can anyone help me please..

                          Last month i have installed tata sky DTH. I just called them and they were available in no time for installation.But the moment it was installed contacting Tata Sky Customer care became the toughest job for me. My subscription ended after 1 month and when i tried to recharge online it said subscriber id and mobile number are invalid. Then i called customer care. No one received for 20 mins. Called again. A lady picked up after a while and kept telling me that your id is valid. You can pay through IVR system. She transferred the call to IVR and there after telling all the details i got the response services are down. I called again and again but nobody picked up the phone. This is really ridiculous. What are tata sky customer care members get paid for then.What kind of service is this. I wasted my phone balance because they kept me waiting saying we are connecting which never happened except one time.This is really not expected.They should responsibly handle customers.

                            I have set up box of TATA SKY & my consumer no is [protected]. My name is Vipul Gamit stay at Anand. I have give request on 21/01/2016 for not viewing channels as I paid for monthly subscription (Request No is WO:MEM11XE) They have told me that our visit charge applied & if there is some part of dish changed it will be charged also. I agreed for same. But sudden 21/01/2016 I got message that your service request has been resolved &22/01/2016 my balance is deducted. That cause my balance gone in Rs. -257/-. Interesting fact was that TATA SKY technician not visit my house as well no any part will be changed by them. Its only because TATA SKY paid for technician more confort that they will work from office & parts as well visit done by online from office. I will really want to know from them how can they do service without come at home and charged to customer as visit & handling charge of parts. Digital India is really worked only in TATA SKY organization. Hats off their technology.

                            Finally my call was going through in customer care after long waiting queue. Mr. Dipen Manek Tele caller take my complaint & give me Service Request is MFIUIXJ as on 22/01/201623.29 HRS. I complaint against technician, service center & TATA Sky company that how major steps done against their staff for my inconvience.

                            Please help me in this regards.

                              Hi,

                              When I requested TATA sky for new connection and spoke to customer care where they informed me about package they told me about Dhamaal Mix, They said that I will get all basic channels excluding sports, however they didn't tell that I will not "English channel" at all.

                              When I spoke to customer care again, that told that I need to pay Rs. 200/m for English channel.
                              I was surprised that if I have annual pack then Why should I pay on month basis?? they informed that I am an old customer now as my connection is now registered with Dhamaal mix and if I need to convert my pack to "Grand sport" to get all English channel then I need to pay another 2800/-.

                              when I compared connection online where I found that for new connection + annual grand pack, the price is 6180 however I have already paid you guys 4300/- but they completely denied and treated me as slave. I requested to them multiple time that as I bought the connected 12 hours ago so they can convert my plan where I can pay remaining Rs. 1880/- to get "grand sports" as I am new customer for tata sky.

                              I also tried to reach [protected]@tatasky.com where I didnt get any response they also asked me to pay same amount.
                              Now it has been more then 4 months following to them but getting unsatisfactory answer even they are talking to me very unprofessional.

                              Could you please let me know if you can help me with that. I am not getting any proper resolution from customer care.

                                Description: I sent an sms order for a toy to Tata Sky under their Zeetos system. even though the sms was in correct format, i received an sms from Tata Sky that the sms was in incorrect format and that i should resend. i complained to Tata Sky, only to be told that even though the sms format was correct and it was their fault, i will have to resend the sms. i find this unjustified.
                                Desirable resolution: the company should simply accept my order, without the sms, as i have already once sent the correct sms, as acknowledged by the company representatives, themselves

                                  Today i reecived a sms mentioning that validity is ending on 29th Jan and monthly pack is 450...

                                  I want to understand who has upgraded my pack to 450. i have not requested anything.
                                  Moreover this is the trend that TATA SKY is following they are updating my monthly pack without my request and moreover they are not informing custoomer also.

                                  I have complained them earlier also through call centre and requested for a call back but nobody has called me so for.

                                  If this would be the kind of service they will give it to customers then i will be sorry for usinf such a fraud compnay services rather i would have changed to Dish or AIrtel or Videcon or any other.

                                  Now i left with only this hope has someone should call me an dmake me understand that how the hell TATA SKY has upgraded my monthly pack to 450.

                                  Request a call back and explanation so whom so ever shoould call pls brief me and refund for harrasment...

                                    Tata sky premium account that I had been using since 2011, stopped working on Dec 18th and a customer compliant was given through their toll free customer care number. for the next two days we received multiple calls from people who claimed to be from TAta Sky (apparently it turns out most of them were from the Franchise for Bangalore East). We had people saying they were nodal officers and then assuring resolution by next day morning. next day when we finally call back asking what happened we are told the person who yesterday claimed to be a nodal officer was someone else :-). This from one of INDia's most reputed Business Houses.

                                    We raised a request to cancle the subscription on Dec 20th fed up of the non-responsive attitude of the customer care team. From then we have been inundated with calls by the Franchise owner and team - Karthick, Ravi, Rakesh - not sure how may people we would have spoken to. But the response is same - we will resolve it within 24 hours and nothing happens.

                                    As with others who have complained in this forum I don't think they will change, But it is sad that a few people managing this segment of this company is taking the customers for a ride and playing with them.

                                      Got two connection on 19 Dec 2015 got one month free trial got message to deposit rs 250 for monthly subscription after that Tatasky gave message it is upto for 4 Feb 16 no body contacted for which pack today gave ur pach is for rs 475 monthly this is cheating pl help a senior citizen
