I am recharging my tata sky with RS 250 but not able to get all channel which are in this pack like:&Tv, NDTV NEWS, 9XM MUSIC, B4U MUSIC E-24 MUSIC, DISCOVERY CHANNEL ;ETC please take such helpful action towards its my tata sky account no :[protected]...

Tata sky was requested to provide two HD connections of grand sports with transfer/recording for one year. I have paid Rs.25980+140 as per your demand .It was commited by Mr. Naveen customer care representative to provide the package for two connections at above rates with annual subscription and HD subscription free for one year.

But it is regretted that the HD package for one year is not being given to me against...

I am not receiving signal at my set top box id [protected] and i am very much disappointed to see that even a brand like TATA is careless about its customer i have call ed the customer care but they replied they can't help me as they are having some system up gradation.
I am very much offended and even decided to drop the line....

I have been facing problem to see the Ch no-472, 473, 477, 503, 509, 519, 520, 523, 525, 530, 531, 836, 837, 843, 844, 845, 846, 848, 849, 986, 991, 995, 997, 998, and many more since last one week. The signal failure lasts from 6.00 PM to 6.30 am EVERYDAY. Other time The signal is available and those channel can be enjoyed. Please do needful....

After having complained to the customer service on 20th January 2016, there's no response from the concerned. Complaint WO: ME6XYRQ, .I received a msg saying that the WO has been canceled without any solution for the problem. The executive even made false promises to attend the problem n fixby 23rd but in vain. I am paying for NO SIGNAL, and this is unprofessional n poor service.

I am really fed up with the services of TATA SKY and now I was not willing to continue with their connection, but they are not refunding my money.

The fact is on 15th. December, 2015 some Tata sky marketing personnel (Mr. Devesh Vasa, ) came to my office and convinced me that if I pay Rs. 4, 315/- on that day only I will get 2 HD set top box with the dish along with a lifelong package...

My tata sky is not receiving network from last night and when i call the customer care they told me to pay 170 for the technician because its my issue not of tata sky. How its my issue and not yours? network is yours not mine, how could you say that....

There was some problem with my tata sky HD connection. A technician came and straightway changed the box saying that it was defective. He did not convey anything else and went away without checking whether it was properly working. It was not working. Moreover service charges as well as new box charges were detected from my account. I have Subscribed for the South Sports Pack with 119Channels & the List of Channel Has Ten Sports. But this Channel is not Available . When i checked up with the Customer Support They said this Channel is not part of the Pack, The Channel is given in the list of Channels but they are not Activating this Channel. This is clear case of Cheating. While listing the channel is listed but they are asking Another Rs 385 if this channel is required....

I bought Sony Bravia TV model no. KLV-46V550A in the year 2009 and happy with its performance. I am using Hathway SD cable connection to watch tv channels. This was connected using AV cables. I was watching Internet channels using Apple TV box to sony TV using HDMI cable. This setup was fine till yesterday.

Now I took TataSky HD connection and facing problem in connecting to the TV using HDMI cable. It works...

It has been less then 30days of new connection till now i have complained regarding this more than 8 times, if the installation has done wrong the company has to take responsible ... simply they are cheating indians
