Hi, mera nam arjun hai.. maine ek request kiye tha ki tatasky k kuch offer hongi to mere number pe contact kijiye aur usike silsile me maine apke customer care me cal kiya tha, lekin vaha pe koe bandi thi usane request registered karne ka chod ke wrong information apne senior ko diya, aur wrong complaint darj kiya, mujhe cal aaya tha offer ke bare sept, oct-2015 se pahale, us vkt mai outfo station tha, mai mere hotown me aane ke bad retailor k pas gaya aur vah recharj karne bola us vkt retailor ne usi din cal kiya to bataya gaya ki asi koe offer nahi hai, jab iski enquiry ke cal kiya tha to vaha pe error msg mila ki aap agar chahate hai care se cal aaye to ek button press kijiye maine kiya, to dusare din aapke senior ka cal aaya tha, unhone mujhe bataya k care me cal karo aur usaka complaint registerd karo, maine care me cal kar diya unhone kaha ki apko 24 hour me cal ajayegi lekin cal hi nhi aaya aaisa minimum 8 se 10 bar hua bad mai gussa hua to tab jake unhone wrong complaint darj kiya, k inhe offer mil nahi raha hai isiliye ye apana set top box band karna chahate hai, aur refund mang rahe hai, aur sir ek bat bata du ki muje jo asuvidha hue hai isiliye mai yaset top box band karke wapas karke apana refund chahta hu... lekin miss trupti mam ne to apane juniar ka sun kar direct muje kah diya ki nhi aap ko koe offer mil nahi raha is liye aap set top box return karna chahate hai, aur duasri bat ye ki aap agar sahi service dena nahi chahate to kon apka tatsky use karega, so isi asuvidha ke liye mai tatasky hamesha ke liya band karana chahata hu aur apna refund wapas lena chahata hu. our company ki policy hai ki refund ke liye request registered karke forword karana padega to vo bhi bataya lekin unhone vo bhi nhi kiya, so plz plz plz meri problem sajiye aur mera refund wapas kijiye bus... aur kuch nahi.

Have gone through similar issue, Had problem with my second connection, lodged teh complaint, very efficiently and in efficient Technician came and he did his survey and in a very simple lay man's language, said wire needs to be changed, which he did do and charged me Rs 295/-0, which was paid by me promptly on line.
Post wire change, the problem remained same, called up after returning from hectic work and wanted to entertain myself by watching some good channels, but to my dismay, same problem, "NO SIGNAL", for which i was dejected.
Called Help line, the call center executive was so rude, and disconnected my call, called again, one really nice person by name Motu, guided, however next day when technician came, he checked, and realised, his previous assessment was incorrect, quitely changes the Adaptor, told my family member, it was minor lose connection, and after 3 days, i am reverencing message for being charged for Adaptor, this means changing of wire was incorrect.
Hence to complain, again called, all the executives on call centre, kept on hold, asked me to speak to their seniors, as i was totally dejected again, but after 11 minutes of hold, they disconnected.
Feeling sorry for myself and also for the great man TATA, how his employees are misusing their profile.
