      Hi...
      my tat sky id [protected]. today i m facing the problem for tatasky service in my subscriber pack is not working. thats why i will call on [protected] but first take my call priyanka and second is badsha. they both people are hold me in 28:10 mints. than also my problem not solve... why this hapend...? and both of guys hold me 28 min... this is tatasky service...?

        I have contacted Tata sky one week ago. Three technicians have come but the same problem is there. When I switch on continuously iam getting no signal. They have changed the disk but same problem is there. The technicians are no good.

          I got my tata sky set top box recharged on 11 oct 2015 for rs 1420 for dhamaal pack with six month validity,
          but on 16 jan 2016 my tata sky stopped working n showed insufficient funds
          on contacting customer care no suitable reply was received
          please take the complaint with tata sky and resolve the issue at earliest

            I Am an Existing user of TATA SKY With USer ID No Subscriber ID: [protected]

            2 Days Back I Called up Customer Care and asked that among my 3 Connections 1 ( One) is having some problem .

            Technician came and checked and told that the connection is ok but may be one of the TV Set is having Problem so I CAlled the TV Technician and he checked that TV is working fine but problem is in the TATASKY .
            TATA Sky Technician again was called the 2nd day and he told that Your Setup box is old and out of warranty so that is having the problem . I Told him to check and rectify . Since the connection is at my home and I was at office - He simply Brought the New Setup box and took the existing one which is in Working condition and very much OK .
            EVEN After changing the setup box- it was not working .

            So I Called my Building electrician and he told the TATASKY Executive that there may be some problem in the DISH Anteena Placed on the rrof . Then the TATA SKY Technician was told to change small plug socket of the dish antina and the same worked.

            Without Problem unnecessarily he changed the Setup box. When I Told to Take it back Your executive and Customercare simply says Sorry They wont take the new box back and you have to use this only .
            . Why should i Pay for the same when the OLD set is verywell working .
            Simply the amount was deducted from the ID

            Today also I Had called customer care for refund - And Put my Old setup box in Place - THEY SAY SORRY and disconnected .

                    I have requested for installation on my tatasky. The person is giving false hopes and today he rudely denied bz it was his weekoff. Such a pathetic services. I had a function today n was supposed to bare the humiliation. Kindly look into it as this has been a worst experience till date from tatasky.

                      Hi, mera nam arjun hai.. maine ek request kiye tha ki tatasky k kuch offer hongi to mere number pe contact kijiye aur usike silsile me maine apke customer care me cal kiya tha, lekin vaha pe koe bandi thi usane request registered karne ka chod ke wrong information apne senior ko diya, aur wrong complaint darj kiya, mujhe cal aaya tha offer ke bare sept, oct-2015 se pahale, us vkt mai outfo station tha, mai mere hotown me aane ke bad retailor k pas gaya aur vah recharj karne bola us vkt retailor ne usi din cal kiya to bataya gaya ki asi koe offer nahi hai, jab iski enquiry ke cal kiya tha to vaha pe error msg mila ki aap agar chahate hai care se cal aaye to ek button press kijiye maine kiya, to dusare din aapke senior ka cal aaya tha, unhone mujhe bataya k care me cal karo aur usaka complaint registerd karo, maine care me cal kar diya unhone kaha ki apko 24 hour me cal ajayegi lekin cal hi nhi aaya aaisa minimum 8 se 10 bar hua bad mai gussa hua to tab jake unhone wrong complaint darj kiya, k inhe offer mil nahi raha hai isiliye ye apana set top box band karna chahate hai, aur refund mang rahe hai, aur sir ek bat bata du ki muje jo asuvidha hue hai isiliye mai yaset top box band karke wapas karke apana refund chahta hu... lekin miss trupti mam ne to apane juniar ka sun kar direct muje kah diya ki nhi aap ko koe offer mil nahi raha is liye aap set top box return karna chahate hai, aur duasri bat ye ki aap agar sahi service dena nahi chahate to kon apka tatsky use karega, so isi asuvidha ke liye mai tatasky hamesha ke liya band karana chahata hu aur apna refund wapas lena chahata hu. our company ki policy hai ki refund ke liye request registered karke forword karana padega to vo bhi bataya lekin unhone vo bhi nhi kiya, so plz plz plz meri problem sajiye aur mera refund wapas kijiye bus... aur kuch nahi.

                            Called customer care agents to modify my package & also to find out why the channels that i am subscribed to are not working. every time i call, they speak in hindi, i say english, they say i'll transfer call to english dept, and disconnect the calls. i have called them almost 10 times and every time they disconnect. Now lets talk about my patience level be it talking about these employed or to even call them again !!!??? please, if this issue can be looked into, kindly do. Wonder why our land is occupied with selfish like these.

                              I requested HD access in oct 2015 and I got the access on 26th Oct. I was told that I will have 1 year access. In Jan I got a message to recharge my HD access. When i spoke with customer care they said that the package is aligned with base package which was till Nov 2015. When I told them that I need HD access as told for an year, they are asking for additional payment, which is not fair. I had called Tata sky customer care many times but all my efforts went in vain.

                                  Respected sir/madam my tatasky ID is [protected] .I recharged my account on tuesday jan.12 2016 with RS.300 .but its been a week we r not not able to view our channels .its showing that "your acc.is deactivative". our another problem is that our older RMN ([protected]) is deactivated.so we request u to register a new mobile no.([protected])to our ID. So we request u to look after this problem and resolve it as early as possible. thank you

                                      Terrible customercare service and extra charge Our registration id [protected] .Im using this connection for only one tv, but they charge for multi tv sd. Called up customer care thrice, first time explained the whole story, nothing happened. Drawback is we will not get any complaint log in details. When i called second and third time i have start again explaining the whole thing. They asked me all the details and put me on hold for 4 minutes which pissed me off badly, nobody responded. This is not toll free number, i have lost 24 rupees and nothing happened yet.

                                      This is very True, Tata the Brand name is exploiting their customers and also making money.

                                      Have gone through similar issue, Had problem with my second connection, lodged teh complaint, very efficiently and in efficient Technician came and he did his survey and in a very simple lay man's language, said wire needs to be changed, which he did do and charged me Rs 295/-0, which was paid by me promptly on line.

                                      Post wire change, the problem remained same, called up after returning from hectic work and wanted to entertain myself by watching some good channels, but to my dismay, same problem, "NO SIGNAL", for which i was dejected.

                                      Called Help line, the call center executive was so rude, and disconnected my call, called again, one really nice person by name Motu, guided, however next day when technician came, he checked, and realised, his previous assessment was incorrect, quitely changes the Adaptor, told my family member, it was minor lose connection, and after 3 days, i am reverencing message for being charged for Adaptor, this means changing of wire was incorrect.

                                      Hence to complain, again called, all the executives on call centre, kept on hold, asked me to speak to their seniors, as i was totally dejected again, but after 11 minutes of hold, they disconnected.

                                      Feeling sorry for myself and also for the great man TATA, how his employees are misusing their profile.

                                      God Save the mindset.

                                        In my last bill I have been charged for many ADD ON channels which have not been subscribed by me. I again reiterate that I will be responsible to pay only for Super Saver Monthly Pack. Tried to contact Tata Sky for one hour but could not get through.

                                        I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in reimbursing the additional amount deducted.
