Dear Sir, I am using Tatsky for the past 3 years and i have given secondary connection in January 2016 and when we book the secondary connection tatasky representatives said no need to recharge twice you can recharge for the primary connection alone and the subscription for the secondary connection is free but on january 18th i.e today my tatasky for the primary connection is due and for the first connection i need to recharge Rs 280 and for the secondary connection it shows Rs 230 so totally i need to pay Rs 510 every month . when i book they didnt said like that and now i want to deactivate my secondary connection and whether i get refund for the secondary connection which is HD as well. Kindly answer my queries ASAP. My customer id "[protected].

      Tata sky has been changing the packs without consent of customers. This has happened 3 times in the past and this time agent did not even called and changed my pack. I came to know only when I received a sms. This is a unethical practice and TATA is fleecing customers and earning revenue from these malpractices. Melron Dmello [protected]

          I had attempted a monthly recharge of my tatasky connection by using SBI internet banking on 12/12/2015 at11:53 hours.A sum of Rs375/-only were debited from my account mo[protected] toward INB tatasky payments.Trasaction Reference no for Rs 375/-only is as under: IG0BDFFVE6 dated12/12/2015. But the recharge amount was not credited into my tatasky account bearing user id no[protected].neither did i receive any sms or any e-mail messages to this effect.i have also not received any refund in my SBI account due to failure of recharge of my tatasky account. kindly investigate the matter and get the misplaced amount of Rs 375/-due to failure of above recharge in my SBI account.regards. yours sincerely dr.o.p.nimesh mob.no.[protected]

            It only happens in India, customers pay subscription fees, i.e. buying paid channels and still have to endure excessive advertisements. If AD company pays you why charge customers? If customers pay for the channels there must not be any ads. In west, paid channels come without ads.

              I am not receiving the signal from set top box since last 4 days. I have an HD connection but not receiving the same. Sometimes in between the channel start and that too which are not HD and that too not all. Please depute urgently someone to attend the problem.

              i kept on telling tata sky customer care center and had huge arguement but atlast nothing worked good for me.
              paid Whole year plan of rs 7500 plus2530 plus 2530 as we have three connections
              one primary and two secondary.
              after 10 months they started telling we have cut money as per month charges and not annual charges.
              monthly charges are rs 240 and annually comes to rs 190
              so my service is closed since three moths.
              i want justice.
              last eight years i am customer of tatasky.
              there is no need to tell call tatasky after subscribing in july 2015 that we want yearly annual package or monthly pay.
              that was the issue, but no response came.

                      I have HD tata sky box it's remote sensor not working from 5 days . I had changed remote cell, I tried with new remote but still HD box not catching. Tata sky engineer called me before 2 days but he is unable to handle problem . & after that till date I have no response recieve from TATA Sky.My ID [protected]

                        On 15.1.2016 I lodged complaint in the Tatasky's [protected]@tatasky.com for refund of Rs645 which I paid as DTH recharge on 2.12.15 which was unsuccessful. After half an hour a unknown phone call ([protected], [protected] ) came from Tatasky regarding refund of Rs645.Then he asked me the ATM card No which I gave. During this he drawn Rs 10500 from my account through paytm. Kindly look into this and resolved the issue. Tatasky is solely responsible for this.                             Hi, My customer id is [protected], I have recharged my Multi TV (annually) for 2200 on dated 10 Jan but suddenly they cancelled my multi TV connection on 12 jan and charged rs 2500 without informing me and then again recharge my A/C, whereas on the time of first recharge i have being told that it is my offer price. When I raised my voice against incorrect recharge amount detection the customer care representative miss behaved with me instead of solving my issue.                                   There was an issue with a particular channel (Zee Studio) reception which was not coming at all. We raised a complain a technician visited us. He was not able to solve the issue and said he would send another technician. He also suggested to change the channel package subscription. No other technician visited us. Later we changed subscription package itself. Our new package does not include 'Zee Studio'. Later we found that Tata Sky has levied a service charge of Rs 170/- on 15th Nov, 2015. We raised a complain asking the reason for the charge as there was no service provided by TataSky technician as he was not able to solve the issue. Every time we get standard reply saying - "As requested, we would like to inform you that the account is not in warranty hence the field repair charges of Rs.170.0/- will be applicable as per the policy hence we are unable to credit the amount." I have sent several email asking them to explain the service provided and justify the charge. But always we get standard reply. Once even they accepted to credit 100 and then 120 but it was not acceptable to me as I should have been refunded full amount of Rs 170 as it is illegal charge. First complain number is - SR[protected] then several auto generated request number are there which get generated every time I send them the mail - M8I6M6E, M8R46MW, M99VVV8, M99VVV8, MB4V5K8. So the crux is - 1. There was an issue with one particular channel reception. Other channels were fine. (This also suggest that there were no issues with equipments the consumer is associated with) 2. There could be some other technical issue with 'Tata Sky' infrastructure. It is out of my ambit to comment further. 3. No resolution was provided by visiting technician. 4. Suggested 'official' resolution was to change the subscription package by visiting technician. For this we were charged Rs 170. Date of issue - 15th Nov 2015 TataSky customer care number[protected] Desirable resolution - Full refund of Rs 170 and mental harassment for my senior citizen parents. As this complain is just dragging without any resolution, in my first step I am going to place this whole incident on Tata Sky facebook page today evening so that others should also be knowing about how Tata Sky levied unjustified charges and put his customers in mental agony including whole family members having two senior citizens who are deprived of entertainment (TV) since December. Shruthi ====== Here is the update from tele-conversation - Initially they confused with subscriber ID, probably because I have another connection in different city. The subscriber ID related to this complain is - [protected]. They should have got these details with the complain number in the subject line. I got first call from Shruthi at 11:14 am on 12th Jan from [protected]. After correcting the confusion over subscriber ID she got the history of complain. When I explained that the issue of 'Zee Studio' reception was not solved by the visiting technician. He suggested to change the plan and also told that he will send another technician to solve the issue. She accepted the issue over phone and told that she will activate the account (as currently it is deactivated because of low balance) and credit INR 100/-. I refused this offer as my fight was against the illegal charge levied on me rather the amount. So if they accept the charge is not justified then they should revert the charge fully. Then she said that she need to contact higher ups and call later. Next call I got from Shruthi at 11:39 am on 12th Jan from [protected]. She told she had contacted and discussed with someone and at max they can credit INR 120/-. I didn't accept this for the same reason. I asked them to reply the same over the email. After this the mail mentioned above came saying just - "As requested, we would like to inform you that the account is not in warranty hence the field repair charges of Rs.170.0/- will be applicable as per the policy hence we are unable to credit the amount." As they did not reply in detail I have write all this in email for the record. So my question to Tata Sky is - what service they have provided and charged INR 170/-? What was the issue with customer owned devices and what was the resolution? Hope I will get some detailed response rather that the standard response as earlier. You must have noticed that there was a recharge of INR 300/- after his visit and change of package subscription too. Afterwards we found that Rs 170/- service charge is charged. And we found it unreasonable/unjustified. The same can also be repeated in future. Hence we were reluctant to recharge again until we resolve unjustified charge levied on us. My personal opinion until the issue is proved to be with the equipments at customer site, customer should not be charged just because a so called 'technician' visited at customer place. If the issues is with Tata Sky infrastructure customer should not be charged for visit. Anyway it is policy decision. In my case I was charged with no resolution ... ohhh sorry the resolution was to change the package subscription and its charge is INR 170/-.                                   I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

                                      I am a subscriber of tata sky hd dth service since march 2007, my subscriber no-[protected] in name of arun prahladbhai patel. I am expirencing a problem in their service. Every alternate month, the set top box is working properly but the telecast of channels discontinue . So i complaint about the same they always insists for sending technician to my address for that they charge rs-175/- per visit . When the technician check my set top box there is no problem with the same. I think they are creating technical problem from their control room for charging technician visiting charges of rs-175/- every alternate month i think this is a cheating racket by them. So please take action against tata sky company.
