Hi, My name is Haseeb Ahmad. I have a tata sky connection since three years Subscriber ID [protected] . I do recharge it for whole year every time. This year when my subscription ended; i was thinking of switching to other company as Tata sky is not bothered about its services. Anyway in about a week I got a call from one its customer care executive informing me that my subscription has ended and need to recharge on this i bluntly said; I am not going to recharge it, as other service provider's are better than yours. She said she has a offer for that day only if I’m going to recharge in 1 hour. I recorded all her conversation and the list of channels which will be offered for whole year. She said in particular that total 210 channels plus 39 HD channels will be offered, if i recharge it with 2600 for whole year. I readily accepted and recharged it only to my dismay; it was recharged for 6 months with no HD package. I feel, I have been cheated and the tall claims of service been offered by Tata sky are purely bogus and fraudulent I’m in a process of filing a suit in the court of law for my mental harassment and also publish in leading newspapers so that the situation in which i have gone will not be borne by anybody else in my city.

    50% channels are not viewable its TATA skys fault and when we ask to send a customer service representative to check they charge 170 rs for their fault. Which is the biggest scam i have seen. There is 0 customer service. on phone via chat or face to face.

      I am DPSingh having tata sky a/c no [protected].I am tatasky customer for last more than 10 yrs.while talking to your associte, i was told that there was an offer for me to get hd access for 3 months @99 rs pm.I requested her to release it. she said it will be done in short time.but nothing happened.Then on 11 jan 2016 i received an sms at 9.42 am that i have an offer to get hd access at 43% discount at Rs 99 p m for 3 months, and to give a missed call at o[protected].I gave missed ca ll at the no. at 12.40 pm on the same day.Again at 2.42pm i gave anther missed call.I received sms from tatasky of recipt of request at 2.42pm & 4.33 pm, but hd access not given till now.Pl. look into the matter and give the hd access as offered by you. thanks DPSingh

      I have been complaining to your office for the viewer ship of few channels like star vijay, gemini tv, and more which i dont see, , , I remind you, we pay for these channels . We do not understand that why we need to pay for the guy to inspect the problem and solve it. We have deprived of the channels we pay for and you people would like to mercilesly charge the customer again..
      I am going to stop renew or change to other service providers if you do not want a customer...we dont want to beg the people who blackmail us.

        Hi, I am having a tata sky connection(Id [protected]). It is not working since last three days. I have complained like 6-7 times since yesterday. But no action has been taken. every time I am being assured to get a callback from the technician within two hours but I haven't got any in last 30 hours. Every time I ask customer care executive to transfer my call to the senior member, they put my call on hold nut never transfer it to I am really dissatisfied with the service you are providing. I have never expected this from you guys. Please please value your customer's time and money

          My tatasky id-[protected] have got activated Everywhere tv. This everywhere tv is activated a few months ago reducing my recharge balance in my tatasky account, icannot even used it for once because this apps crushes all the time. So now for long i have been trying to deactivate everywhere tv. Kindly deactivate everywhere tv in the mentioned id as i am no more able to use this service besides deducting my balance. EXPECTING immediate action. thank you

              Hi Nodal Officer: I have written several letters and to date have not got a resolution. I have 3 set off boxes as I had 3 working tV's. In May 2015 I was out of the country for 3 months so requested 1 TV to be put on holiday hold and 1 TV to be active the other TV I had given away... so no longer active...My maid was at home. I had deposited money in account so she would have no problems. I had requested more hindi channels for her. Nothing was done I left May 22nd and was back august 7th I think... When I got back my accounts were cancelled and I requested you folks to pay me for the two months so I could activate ...nothing done to date. Recently my husband wanted TV and as I my tied up with Tatasky I called and they created a new account & I deposited 700 Rs. I have been calling every other day & today somebody called me & said the set off box cannot be activated because it was cancelled...I did not cancel Tatasky cancelled so you can activate it back. I request activation without any fee...and I requested refund of 2 months payments Kindly advice at your earliest. Thanks.

                Received a call from "+[protected]" tatasky executive giving details about some promotional offer of miniplex and without our consent charged us for the miniplex channel .the executive further shamelessly says " Rs.60/- mein aapka kya jayega " kindly refund us the deducted amount. we are not at all interested in the miniplex channel . in addition to this also ensure that in future we donot receive such promotional offers. if I am forced to pay this amount, I will be forced to disconnect the connection.                   My box had to be splitted and had to be installed at new location. Its been more than 20 days. No installation has been done for my account. Till date new account is not activated. Not even single call from tata sky team. Pathetic service provider: Tata sky

                      Tata sky isko laga dala to life jinga lala. Yes it is true. Because then you will have to suffer every day life will surely be jinga lala. When you will call them you will have to wait on an average 25 minutes and even then no surety you will be attended. Your call will be dis-connected saying all executives are busy please call later. For a small help you will almost cry. Thanks tata sky Isko laga dala to life jinga lala

                            Unable to view HD channels on any of the TV. One of the TV is showing as unable to receive signal. Need a technician to come and check. Unable to get in touch with any Tata Sky Rep on any of the Toll free nos for last 3 days. Just pathetic service. Subscriber ID - [protected]

                              Tata sky customer care phone is just ringing and keep hold for 10 mins and giving sms that they call back but they do not what kind of service standard having tatas? not expected from atleast from house of tata I am thinking to change the dth service provider I am more than 10 years old tata sky customer
