My tata sky has sufficient balance still I am getting annoying low palance popup on my tv screen. Just remove this popup and make healthy and better customer service. Just wanna say proudly that TATA SKAY HAS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guy's dont purchase TATA SKY... Watching Doordarshan is better then using TATA SKY....

Dear Tata Sky Customer Care, I am the customer since two years of the TATA Sky and have got two connections at my home. I have requested to Customer Care four times in two week to stop my secondary (second setup box) connection for my ongoing board exams. Your Customer Care Officer very soft spoken and well behaved. But they are not able to complete my request. It is very very embarassing, I have requested 20 times to block my secondary...

My Tata Sky account [protected] shows even as of now that I should recharge with 7500 for renewal of mega pack. So I recharged with the amount and requested for recharge. I was flatly told that prices are internally revised 4 day back and I will have to pay 490 more. All requests to keep the offer made by company did not yield any result. Left with no option, I recharged with 500 more. I however feel dissatisfied at conduct of the company....

I was a decade old customer. The annual package charges increased more than 30%. I have therefore requested for disconnection. I am ready to continue the package @Rs.2000/- Your representative continuous asking us to renew the pack @ Rs.2200/- for which we are not interested. Firstly, tatasky is misleading customers by saying that 'metro package' has certain number of channels, and the package cost is a certain amount. however, this number of packages includes the hd packages which are not viewable unless you pay additional for the same...therefore, tatasky is misleading customers. secondly, i ordered a hd set top box on 25th Dec., 2015. The set top box is supposed to be installed within 48 hours...however...

Only few channels are coming I got this problem few days back also then tata sky technician came and made it and charged 300 Again same problem is happening Every home visit they charge around 300-350 Why should user/customer bear your technical problems....

Hi everyone I would like to inform that don't go for tata sky new connection if you are looking for. as i spoke with customer care team regarding new connection and asked about some details on which behalf i am ready to buy tata sky. i was surprised to see when installations completed and company team informed me that they do not have that particular channel in their tata sky data base....

My Tata sky recharge validity was expiring today and i have recharge for Rs.2750 opting Dhammal Masti Plan for 12 months.It is pity that company have sent me message reporting that the next recharge is 18/08/2016 instead of 09/01/2017. I am a old subscriber of tata sky mu subscriber id is [protected]. I have taken a basic package of rs 250/= per month without any extra package, but to my great surprise they have increased my subscription to rs 847/= without my knowledge and consent at all. Sir mere tatasky id ki jagah bar bar koi or id start ho jati h, jo ki 4 din m 2 baar ho chuka, iske karan mujhe helpline no. Myself Malay Kr Paladhi, requested for new connection on dated 05/01. My order no M3QKKZJ. On dated 05/01 technician ([protected]) called me for installation but not reached. On 06/01 call recvd from [protected], after a long discussion for route he not came. Today call rcvd from [protected] & scheduled at 6 pm but he did not wait & leave before 5.30 pm. Are all the installation team of tata sky only make false commitment & harassed customer?...

Few channels in Tata sky DTH are not functioning well. For eg : Gemini, MAA, Gemini Movies, ZEE Telugu, chanels we are getting poor quality and some times they are hanged / clumse. Some times they are not even visible. At the same time some channels are quite good. My DIGI CARD NO :[protected]. My RMN No is [protected]....
