    Our monthly package increased from 480 to 780. we didn't choose any of the package. please disconnect our connection. we are not ready to pay 780 a month.

      Subscriber id:- [protected] It all started with the Tata Sky Set Top Box... Had been getting error 02 before a month or so, for which I complained on 23/12/15 and got the box replaced on paying Rs.690... The box which I got on replacement, was also defective, not just physically, but also functionally and it continued to give error 02 regularly... For this, I made several complaints again, by calls and by mails to the customer care as well as to the local supervisor Mr. Om Giri, on whose request I even mailed the photographs of the defective box as well as the Error 02 in new box... All these had been going on since last 2 weeks, but with no results... Mr. Om Giri also promised to send his technician to replace it with a new box, but no one ever turned up... And if this wasn't enough, today they suddenly disconnected my services, in spite of balance in my account, without any prior intimation... I was in any case going to shift to other TV operator after such bad experience... But I feel very bad that, even after being a committed customer of Tata Sky since more than 5 years, I had to face such mistreatment by customer care, who not only remained inactive to the problems faced by the customer, but also likes insulting customers by kicking them off... Really Disgusted and Disappointed by Tata Sky...

        My tata sky id no [protected]. it is deactivated from june 2015 to till today. today morning recharged by 100 rupees. i got the message on my mobile [protected] and on message box of tata sky also. but channels are not activated. only 100 channel is appearing. activate it immediately.

            Tatasky's Mega HD Pack is costing 7990 and it includes all channels + 6 showcase movies and other services. Ultra 4K services are costing 8000 When talked to Customer Care Agents separately, one said Tatasky is not providing Ultra 4K services and other said that he has given wrong information, as Tatasky provides this service. When i asked for different between both these packages. I was out of seventh sky when came to know that Ultra 4K service has only additional 4 showcases and there will be no Active services involved. Just think, you are paying more money and get less services and that too without difference in quality. Request to all customers of Tatasky, choose your packages after thorough discussion, as Tatasky is fooling customers.

                Connection id no[protected] installed in Nov, 2016. Last recharge done on 01.01.2016. Set top Box and the universal remote need to be examined to enable viewing of channels subscribed. I am unable to resolve this issue following their instructions in the manual . Assistance is required from their service agent. This condition continues from 01.01.2016

                  Most of the channels that are subscribed to (eg: sony kix, Ten Action, Star Sports 4, even reginoal channels, music and entertainment) are unavailable. It says 'not recieving signal' .But, a certain number of regional channels, Star sports 2 ..etc are available. This problem has existed for months now. The improper customer service line has done nothing other than reduce my mobile operator credit.Im totally unhappy and outrageous with the service Tata Sky provides me in exchange for the money they recieve .

                    I have recharged my account last year and is valid up to 15.5.2016...whenever I contacted for subscription of additional channels, despite having been balance, no channels were added, u can review my account complaints... and will see how my complaints were dealth...sorry to say bad servoce.

                      Hi Please donot buy tatasky DTH .i have worst experience with them .I purchased tata sky DTH in Nov 2015 .Some channels are not coming properly so i called them and asked them to take a look .The customer service guy arranged some local technician .(They called that guy a tata sky Engineer ) I was getting more than 10 calls from 10 different guy .The told me they will come between 7 pm to 9 pm on Saturday .After 9 pm my ticket was closed reason like i did not pick the call .Next day i called them they again created another ticket and that time agin the same process they asked 250 rupees for the service charge . Now i am planing to change the service provider .

                        I Prof. Sahebrao Bhau Ohol subscriber of Tata Sky having ID [protected] request from last 6 days that my tata sky service is not properly work. Poor signal not able to watch tv programmes. I have given email complaint as well as customer service executives also talk with me that our technician will come after 2 working hrs. but no bady comes til today.

I was trying to contact through customer care no but i did not able to make contact with any company representatives regarding my problem.                               I am customer of Tata Sky DTH service & my customer ID-[protected], I have not received DTH service from Saturday Morning, I have registered complaint on Saturday & customer executive confirm that technician will be reach on Sunday Morning, but after many follow up, 1 technician, whose name Vinod call & not reach & misbehave on phone, after complaint another person Nishant came to our house & tell me that receiver of antina not in use & ask me 300 ruppees for replace it. till time my problem not resolved & we have unable to see DTH service.

                                My tata sky has sufficient balance still I am getting annoying low palance popup on my tv screen. Just remove this popup and make healthy and better customer service. Just wanna say proudly that TATA SKAY HAS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guy's dont purchase TATA SKY... Watching Doordarshan is better then using TATA SKY.

                                  Dear Tata Sky Customer Care, I am the customer since two years of the TATA Sky and have got two connections at my home. I have requested to Customer Care four times in two week to stop my secondary (second setup box) connection for my ongoing board exams. Your Customer Care Officer very soft spoken and well behaved. But they are not able to complete my request. It is very very embarassing, I have requested 20 times to block my secondary connection for three months. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. PLEASE SEND CONTACT DETAILS OF YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITIES I WANT TO SHARE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SENIOR OFFICIALS. You are not reliable

                                    My Tata Sky account [protected] shows even as of now that I should recharge with 7500 for renewal of mega pack. So I recharged with the amount and requested for recharge. I was flatly told that prices are internally revised 4 day back and I will have to pay 490 more. All requests to keep the offer made by company did not yield any result. Left with no option, I recharged with 500 more. I however feel dissatisfied at conduct of the company.                                       I was a decade old customer. The annual package charges increased more than 30%. I have therefore requested for disconnection. I am ready to continue the package @Rs.2000/- Your representative continuous asking us to renew the pack @ Rs.2200/- for which we are not interested. I requested to escalate the subject with top executives for consideration of request.

                                        Firstly, tatasky is misleading customers by saying that 'metro package' has certain number of channels, and the package cost is a certain amount. however, this number of packages includes the hd packages which are not viewable unless you pay additional for the same...therefore, tatasky is misleading customers. secondly, i ordered a hd set top box on 25th Dec., 2015. The set top box is supposed to be installed within 48 hours...however the same was not installed. i again put in another request on 31st Dec 2015 for installation of the hd settop box...the same was not installed. on 5th jan 2016 i again spoke to their helpline...including some senior gentleman and a lady, and i was told that the matter is being escalated and the set top box will positively be installed within 24 hours. no action...i again spoke to their helpline, and also chatted with their executive. i was told that a workorder has been issued..the installer will call within 2 hours, and set top box will be installed within 24 hours. still no action...i again chatted with them on 9th night, and i was assured that on top most priority, the installation will be done. still no action...on 10.1.2016, I spoke to their phone banking officer. I understand that in their records it has been mentioned that the installer has called up my number 9 times but without reply. this reflects the extent to which tatasky can go about making false statements, because my registered phone has a missed call service, and their is no message about any missed call from tata sky or their installation agent... i had also requested tatasky to do the hd box installation through some other dealer since apparently their dealer in the area is playing foul... however, still no action... the extent of misinformation by tatasky, and the amount of harassment being done by them may well be gauged. legal action should be taken against tatasky by the consumer redressal forum for (1) misinformation regarding channels available in a package, and (2) delay and failure in providing support services to customers being in a monopolistic position (3) the amount of harassment caused to customers
