Dear Sir, This is the second time i am seeking your help to resolve this issue. You may recollect Yesterday after i had registered my compliant with you giving full details. Another mail was received from tatasky confirming the amount to be paid by me to renew my Annual package which is also in the trailing mails subsequently i had written to tatasky with sufficient clarity that payment is made in full as suggested in their mails dated[protected] and[protected] respectively & to activate my package correcting the due date to[protected] from the due date wrongly mentioned by tatasky as[protected]. i have so far not heard any one from tatasky who has gone through the concerns addressed to them 7 come forward to resolve the issue only a junior level guys having no access to the escalated mails are made to speak which is irrelevant to the subject matter asking me to pay additionally. please advice how to take this further.
