My Tata sky recharge validity was expiring today and i have recharge for Rs.2750 opting Dhammal Masti Plan for 12 months.It is pity that company have sent me message reporting that the next recharge is 18/08/2016 instead of 09/01/2017. Request you to kindly scrutinize the matter and send me the message by correcting right date of next recharge i.e.09/01/2017.     My Tata sky subscriptionn ID - [protected]. i have recharged my tata sky package dated 21st december 2015 @ Rs. 290(mega sports pack) by freecharge. so as per the package my pack should be expired on 21st of december, but on 2nd january 2016 @ noon i got a message from tata sky(i have read message on 8 dec 2016 ) that you have added a HD pack @ 99 for 3 months and you have to recharge your A/C @ 390 by 14th of january even without informing me by a call they have added HD pack to my A/c and when i contacted their executives the lines were busy and never called me back. I hereby want from tata sky to cancel my HD subscription and continue my package till 21st of January which is its expiry date and also dont make such type of frauds with the customers. Hope my complaint will be resolved soon.

      I have been trying to connect you since a week but no one is there to pic the call and listen my problems even If I have waited for 15 minutes. I have not received any phone call. You people have become shameless and diminishing the Brand name of TATA created in centuries. Further I have decided to cut TATA Sky connection please elaborate the procedures.

          I am a old subscriber of tata sky mu subscriber id is [protected]. I have taken a basic package of rs 250/= per month without any extra package, but to my great surprise they have increased my subscription to rs 847/= without my knowledge and consent at all. Number of times i lodged my repeated complaints to their toll free number but they are befooling us, i have got no alternative except to claim damages through the court. Once again requested to please convert my plan to very basic plan of rs 250/= per month. Nikhil sabharwal [protected]

            My subscriber ID is[protected] I am not able to see some channels and i have been calling tata sky customer care everyday for past 10 days since 015. Everydaythey are promised that a technician would visit to fix the issue but nobody turns up. Kindly look into it and get my issue fixed asap. even tata sky dealer of satara is not responding in that issue... i am also calling with senior executive of tata sky complaint department.. but i think they are not interested... please help me

                On 6.1.15 recharge made Rs.690/- fr ID No. [protected]. I have send 3-4 message in 56633 and also there are 3 consequtive discussion held with your people but till now till date deactive message is showing as shown on 6.1.15.Request to enqiry the matter & inform why can not be resolved the issue after vigorous follow up from myside. I was deprived of being view TATA SKY for which pl. send me the specific reaosn for not comply the complain intime. Regards

                  My tata sky id -[protected] on the name of Mr.anil wagh .i want to complaint about your system as my previous recharge was 275/-. and now they are saying that now i have to recgarge for 437/- ...so i m not getting how its possible? as i have not added any packs or any mobile tv connections. so i request you to cancel that extra charges ..and if your not going to cut that charges then simply cut down my tata sky coneection. as previously also your some executives added some extra packs for extra recharge amount.So i kindlly request you to reduce extra charges or cut down my tata sky connection . if your not going to reduce the charges, i m not going to rechrge for the extra amount ..if you want to contact please contact on [protected]

                      Myself Malay Kr Paladhi, requested for new connection on dated 05/01. My order no M3QKKZJ. On dated 05/01 technician ([protected]) called me for installation but not reached. On 06/01 call recvd from [protected], after a long discussion for route he not came. Today call rcvd from [protected] & scheduled at 6 pm but he did not wait & leave before 5.30 pm. Are all the installation team of tata sky only make false commitment & harassed customer? I am really disappointed with your service before connection.

                        Few channels in Tata sky DTH are not functioning well. For eg : Gemini, MAA, Gemini Movies, ZEE Telugu, chanels we are getting poor quality and some times they are hanged / clumse. Some times they are not even visible. At the same time some channels are quite good. My DIGI CARD NO :[protected]. My RMN No is [protected].

                            Hope this is a good platform for consumers to address there concerns find solution at the earliest.
                            I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue and provide appropriate renewal date.

                                My subscriber id is :[protected].I am not able to view tata sky from almost 2 weeks and all the complaints raised are not being addressed. Whenever I call customer care they disconnect the calls without answering when the problem will be resolved.

                                    My name is mihir gandhi my subscriber id is [protected]...why is it that every now and then i have complaints with tatasky about the charges here and there...its so frustrating!! we have to remove all this time to write to you or call you or chat and still the refund is not done. this time i have been forced with a maths vedic package that i never asked for . 3rd jan 2016 sunday evening at around 5 pm my wife gets a call asking to take this maths vdeic on our package she said no numerous times and what happens next its been added on our package without our consent. can you please take strict against these sales advisors who force customer into packages without their consent. you can listen to the call if you want. when i chat with your advisor as their is a long queue on calls of more than 15 mins...they say i have to call the same day...i mean how can you expect customers to call same day in this busy life...i work late shifts and i come back home and sleep and we are already stressed enough in life to call tatasky every now and then. anyways if you want you can investigate the whole thing and i want my refund back in my ac. or i will escalate my complaint further! i had raised a complaint M4D41HG which was closed and have raised another complaint today after 12 pm.

                                      Dear concern, We are having tata sky hd connection since Long time. We are paying regular charges for the same. At present we are not able so see some of the channels which are in our package list from few days. Today I have contacted your customer care for the same. They have not understand our problem and insisted for engineers visit with visit charges of rs 175/-. Now it is not acceptable to us since there is problem in tata sky broadcasting as we can see many channels and few are not showing with the reason of no signals. Request yo‪u to take up this matter, why we have to bear the charges when we are regularly paying the subscription fee on time .
