I got a call from Tata sky on 6th Dec 2015, they told me i am lucky customer as they are offering me English movies pack for free, I clearly told them that i am not intrested but the excutive ''activated the pack with out my permission'' the call came with this number [protected]. Last time also i had difficulty at deactivating Mobile TV pack, this also got activated without my consent. so am very very dissappointed by tata sky service, i want to take serious action against the customer excutive who activated the pack, and i want them to Deactivate the English movies pack as soon as possible ''otherwise i will remove the connection. my subscriber ID: [protected] Afshan Parveen

    My subscription ID is [protected]. Every alternate day wrong subscription ID appears on my screen and also a urgent payment message appears on my screen where as I have made payment till Mid February 2016, every time I call customer care they resolve the problem and then next day it reappears the call charges are very high and also spent a lot of time to solve this this problem.

      Within 10 days of installing my new Tata sky connection the HD channels for which I have subscribed started functioning intermittently . Having called them up two visits were made by their engineers who managed to rectify the same but only temporarily . A few days later it goes back to the same situation. Yesterday I called up again and the help line gave me a recorded response " as the lines are congested we would call you back in 24 hours" !!! What the hell is going on? Would you refund the HD charges now? My id is [protected] and it is a Coimbatore connection. The most cunning aspect is that I am informed that I will have to pay for any material used ! The connection was not even running properly for 10 days and I have no further contacts from the service provider. This is very similar to call drop by mobile service providers and must be punished with huge penalties.

        I ordered the HD TATA sky DTH on[protected] online, and did receive a call from TATA sky regarding the installation of set top box at my place but installation persona refused to install the set up box because of some cable people are not allowing them to do their job. I did call the TATA Sky help line ([protected]) even they told the same. In my building there are 10 flat who are using TATA sky. My question is who are they (Cable people) to stop you do your job.           Sir, i have taken a new connection on diwali day with rs.3600/- i.E. One year recharge pack., my id no.[protected] but till today i see different dates of validity as of now it is 12.12.2015 almost once in two days i contacted them but they ask me for my box no. And say that we will rectify and call back within few minutes but no response latest i contacted them yesterday evening at around 1700 hrs but same response but no reply till now shall i withdraw my connection or will there be any response from tata sky dealers their phone no.             Respected sir, Iam V.Prasanna kumar. i have installed Tata sky hd on 3rd of december. Actually one representative of tata sky approached me i.e, srinivas- [protected]. and said that there is an offer especially for Government officers which is of worth of rs. 2000/- to be paid for the dish other than 4, 500 and he also said that installation of south package [protected]@140 to be paid monthly and he also said star sports channels also included in it. if additional channels required only Rs.5 to Rs.10 is required. but after installing tata sky the customer care from tata sky said me they have installed a pack of south channels @ Rs.200/-- and if additional channels required star sports 3 is of @rs.50 to be paid.so how can i solve this problem.               [ am customer of tata sky for many years. due to some emergency i had to close my house and left for three months. on return i recharged my connection for Rs 1000/- on 05 dec 2015. when i switched on my tv tata sky on its own changed the old package and started showing SUPREME SPORTS KIDS.I HAD NEVER SUBSCRIBED THIS PACKAGE. pl modify my package to hindi entertainment, punjabi channels and english news.                 Dear Sir My Tata sky subscriber id is: [protected] (Sanjeev Satpathy) During the past one month in spite of recharging my monthly package twice ( Rs 270 on 25/10/2015 & Rs 275 on 31/10/2015) I have merely enjoyed their service for a week time because of negative balance as per their record which is manipulated in following way: After the first recharge there were some intermittent signal issues & while logging complain it was truly agreed by them that their will be no visit charges taken. But after their Technician's (Nitesh) visit on 26/10/2015 for rectifying signal issues they deducted the whole amount (Rs 250) on 27/10/2015 stating 'you have to pay the charges'. Still as per them they forwarded for wave off.. Finding no response from them for a couple of days I had no other real choice; Recharged again with Rs. 275 on 31 St October 2015 & another signal issues occurred after about a week time; while talking to their executives they said sorry for the inconvenience, our person will visit you soon & there will be certainly no charges taken this time.. It took about 10-15 days to send their technician finally on 26/11/2015. But after the rectification work they again charged Rs. 275; now because of this delay process (from their side) my accounts balance had almost finished as it was reducing on daily basis (even though I was unable to watch TV).. After there last visit charges my account has gone negative & its flashing recharge your account immediately. On the above issues I had several calls to their respective staffs; some namely Ms Shubhngi on November 27 & December 1st & Ms Vishakha on December 4th, No- [protected] for either of the waver but they were refusing to do so & said will forwrd your issues to the concern department on high priority. No response as of now. For a house holder its really time consuming difficult to follow up & big harassment as well to deal with their new customer care executive every time; requesting please help me on the above.                     It has almost been a month since my HD Recording box is not working (11th of November to be precise). Since the box is under warranty, the technician replaced it with a refurbished box, which did not last even for a day. He then again replaced it after a few days with another refurbished box after requesting him many times, which again stopped working on that day itself. I informed customer care and they told me that each time, the HD recording box shall be replaced with a refurbished box only, and nothing more can be done! Till date, my HD recording box is lying as it was and TATA SKY customer care has not only closed the case, but is also asking me for the service charges!!! I am still requesting the TATA SKY team to replace my HD recording box with a new one, else return the money i had spent on purchasing of the box, i.e. Rs. 6000. Failing which I will be constrained to send them a legal notice.

                      At about 9:30 pm i called to customer care to check & correct my DTH connect as it was not working even after 20 Hrs of recharge. with the opportunity of my call the attendant has transferred the call on escalation desk for better assistance. Unfortunately, the people sit on escaltion desk was so proudly that he behaved to me rudely which i have never experienced before. IS it customer care? Are they well trained to deal with the customer? Everytime, i use to do reauthorization of my set-up box post recharge or do call in cc for balance updation. Balance is getting deducted without availing the services however nobody's bother it. Is their only object to earn money / to sell package without providing services? Please identify those employee & kick them out from the system who misbehaved with the customer. Also please note my grievance form the recording of call else the day is no longer when people start churn out from TATA.                         I ordered to install dish via bookmydth.com by making online payment, since 28th Nov, inspite of repeated follow up, they have not arranged to install. Simply they are sending SMS and no one will come on schedule time. Very indiscipline, no proper response. My order I'd is 2400. Even they are not refunded my amount. Don't go for TATASKY and BOOKMYDTH.COM

                        I searched for a Tata Sky and dialed the mobile number on the site. The website on the map was appearing as www.tatasky.com and the person who answered my call asked me to pay on bookmydth.com I was more than surprised. Is tata sky indirectly promoting bookmydth.com or is bookmydth misusing tata sky name? I guess either way, its misleading! I did purchase from other website and the connection was installed in less than 2 hours time. I guess tata sky maintains unmatched service which I learnt from my peers and neighbors too. It could be wrong to blame tata sky. May be bookmysth messed up some thing and the order ID or customer ID is 10 digit long and not just 4 digits. Surely some mischief by bookmydth

                          My register No. [protected] i saw the TATASKY ad, on TV. gave a miss call. they called me. The person on the other side did not gave me proper information about the Set-top box and packages and booked the plan as he was not at all qualified, as he was not able to write address. He wrote Mumbai in Ahmadabad and lot of mistake after i spelled all the address. The installation person called me and came as the address was all wrong. on 19th Nov i got it installed, and also came to know that there was only 200 hundred rupee difference. I Logged a complain (NO. LCCFE5O) regarding it. They told you need to cancel the secondary ST box and we will refund you your amount and you can upgrade it with HD for 200 rs. But called them for the status on 26th, 27th, 30th nov, 1st and 2nd dec. On 3rd Dec they say that you refund request it declined on 26th. and all those date above told that it will happen with 24 hrs till 2 dec, Now they are saying that it can be done. I have not used ST box it. As my second TV is not come. This was really bad customer service from TATAsky. After they spending cr. of rupees on TV Ads.

                            I'm a premier customer so I was informed that there will be no service charge. But they have charged my account with 170rs. When I called them they informed that the charge was by mistake and it will be credited back in the account. It is not credited even after calling several times.

                              Iam a tata sky user with subscriber Id:[protected]. I recently shifted my house. The technician from tata sky came and reinstalled it in new lcation and charged rs.375/- for that. Rs.375/- has been deducted from my account. and just after 1 month now iam unable to watch 2 channels from the package I suscribed. So, today I called for customer care support and complained about it. The person who attended the call asked me to recheck the settings and all. i did everything as said by her. Still, I couldnt watch those two channels. She said she will send the technician and that will be charged Rs.170/-. When th.ers no problem from our end why should we pay Rs.170/- for technician visit even after facing inconvinience. I now question.. Is it not thier responsibility to provide all the channels we are subscribed?? They create a problem to customers and they solve it and charge from us for that. Is it a new way of cheating customers ?????

                                My ac no.[protected] for tatasky my name mihir gandhi i just got a new hd box installed by them and then i started getting very low sound on it whereas the old box which was standard definition gave me proper sound so i called for an engineer immediately and was told i wont be charged as its a new box and facing issue ...the engineer arrives just changes some settings with the remote which only they are aware of and the sound comes perfect...and then to my surprise after some days i come to know they have deducted 170 rs from my ac without an prior intimation ..i called tatasky launched a complaint got a call back from a guy called sudhir who said he will get back to me he calle me back again just in a couple of mins and said those charges are valid and that he cannot do anything about it and kept apologizing ...when i kept telling him i was told i wont be charged and it was a new box and due to their settings on the box wasnt getting sound properly it wasnt my fault at all he just kept repeating himself like an automated machine...it was a disaster of a customer service experience thatt i have had from tatasky it really goes to show that they dont valuue their customers nor do they want to investigate the call i had made to tatasky where i was clearly promised that i wont be charged for that engineer visit. i have been also asked to write to nodel office which i am going to do but i dont really think that they would care about me as a customer of tatasky just because they are so dominant in the dth industry and have loads of customers. really upset with the whole episode and feeling helpless

                                they had finally applied a refund sometime back after a long struggle. as i had written to nodal officer. but now have another complaint to follow up...their customer service is disastrous.

                                    I got a tata sky connection yesterday in eagle street Bangalore. I have wires running all across my house and terrace. The guy who came for installation says its not my job to put the wires properly. One of my neighbours tripped on the wire today and came complaining to me. When I went up, I saw what pathetic work the technician had done. Also he did not give me a new dish. Some old dish someone had left back was used for the connection.

                                      I am using tata sky under I'd [protected] for the past 5 yrs. I was not able to view certain channels from 25 Nov 15. I lodged a complaint on 29 Nov15. They asked to master reset and check. I did and it worked for few minutes and once again those channels were not viewable.I raised a complaint. This problem was experienced by many people in my area of Rameswaram. The technicians visited after 3 days and did nothing except doing the same master reset. This problem was due to some cha ge in satellite frequency atvtatasky end.they hv detected 170 rs also. So I lodged a complaint again on 01 Dec 15 and told why should customer may forvtge defect of tata sky. These companies create defect and charge from customers for rectifying those defect s.

                                        I am using tata sky from last 5 years and two years back changed from SD to HD . my subscriber id is [protected] registered mobile no. [protected] alternate no.[protected] i have purchased annual mega south hd pack, that one is costliest pack and includes every channel, for payment i did that ...but in return as service nothing getting even as compared to base pack also. NO HD channels able to watch, fav news, movie and entertainment channels are not coming from one month after recharge...means from july facing same problem and complained many times. they are promising to send person to correct everything, but no one turned up...last month after two months wait, one person came but without payment rs.500 refused to work...as per my plan supposed to get get free service and if need to pay also i think only rs.170 but it was total blackmailing to demand this fee even after payment of annual fee. complained again but again deaf ear...nothing happened as i paid annual no option to switch other provider, i need my refund of full payment with your help, as from past three month no service given by them as well this mental torture by them. kindly do needful to get my refund back, because again for the name of promise they will delay the process and will avail bad service.

You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your issue and resolve your issue.
