I'm a premier customer so I was informed that there will be no service charge. But they have charged my account with 170rs. When I called them they informed that the charge was by mistake and it will be credited back in the account. It is not credited even after calling several times....

Iam a tata sky user with subscriber Id:[protected]. I recently shifted my house. The technician from tata sky came and reinstalled it in new lcation and charged rs.375/- for that. Rs.375/- has been deducted from my account. and just after 1 month now iam unable to watch 2 channels from the package I suscribed. So, today I called for customer care support and complained about it. The person who attended the call asked me to recheck the settings...

My ac no.[protected] for tatasky my name mihir gandhi i just got a new hd box installed by them and then i started getting very low sound on it whereas the old box which was standard definition gave me proper sound so i called for an engineer immediately and was told i wont be charged as its a new box and facing issue ...the engineer arrives just changes some settings with the remote which only they are aware of and the sound...

I am waiting in my home from last three days for the technical assistant but to my dismay no one has come and at the same time I am asked to call all different numbers each time and everytime they say they will come in an hour.. I got a tata sky connection yesterday in eagle street Bangalore. I have wires running all across my house and terrace. The guy who came for installation says its not my job to put the wires properly. One of my neighbours tripped on the wire today and came complaining to me. When I went up, I saw what pathetic work the technician had done. Also he did not give me a new dish. Some old dish someone had left back was used for the connection....

I am using tata sky under I'd [protected] for the past 5 yrs. I was not able to view certain channels from 25 Nov 15. I lodged a complaint on 29 Nov15. They asked to master reset and check. I did and it worked for few minutes and once again those channels were not viewable.I raised a complaint. This problem was experienced by many people in my area of Rameswaram. I've 2 set top boxes for Tata Sky broad band services. One set box has recording facility and other set top box doesn't have one. and the number from which the call came was[protected]
The call came at 13:43 hours on 1st December 2015

Once I declined saying, I dont want any of those packages, he started asking me why ? Not a question which he is supposed to...

On my request a Tata Sky Set Top Box was installed at my house at Habsiguda, Hyderabad on 28.11.2015. There is an issue with the network since 5 days and even on constantly calling, begging customer care people no one has comw to fix it. With constant assurance that person will come in d morning afternoon evening. After paying hefty monthly bill absolutely not satisfied. In rainy season also there is a blinking service.
