My Tata Sky ID - [protected].on 29th November 2015, I had called at the Call Center for Re -connection of 1st & 2nd T. V .the person told only re - connection charges of Rs. 200/= will be charged.next day 30th. November 2015 the service persons Ashok & Nisar came to my Place & they told that these boxes will not work now, you have to replace the boxes.HD box will cost you Rs. 990/= & Normal Box will cost you Rs.500/= & they have changed the Dish also stating that during Rain the old dish will not work & for that they charged Rs. 450/=.Besides this they have taken the 2 old Set of Boxes as well as the old Dish also.Further with Set of Boxes Accessories like Adopter & connection wire will come, they have not given us, they have used our old adopters & wires for Connections.Apart from all of this they have charged us more.Today 02/12/2015, I had called your call center to enquire about the Charges. He told HD Box they Charge Rs.490/= & for the Normal Box they Don, t Charge.I have lost the Trust completely with Tata Sky. I had better option of going with Airtel & Videocon, please take action Immediately against those people. Ashok - Mobile No - [protected] & Nisar - Mobile No - [protected].

      I've 2 set top boxes for Tata Sky broad band services. One set box has recording facility and other set top box doesn't have one. Now I want to stop services of set top box which doesn't have recording facility. Every time we want to make changes, Tata shy replies that they will delete all recordings if any switch happens. This is not understandable. The recordings are on set top box. How can the switching should affect the recording? This is clear cut way of discouraging any changes.

        I am using Tata sky for almost 4 + years. Recently had an issue where some channels are viewable, and some are not. Logged a complaint with Tata sky. The issue was at the port level outside the house and port changed problem fixed, Tata sky is charging for the same. Why is the customer being held responsible for your problem. 170rs has been deducted. IF your team has capablity to troubleshoot at your call centers do it. why would someone call your technican to fix the issues. Less I say about your awesome Customer Service, Much better it is. Pathetic sterotypes answers. Worst is Nodal officer I spoke to, there is no escalation matrix beyond them . Asked several times, same reply. Not sure where you train your customer represenatives with arrorant behaviour. How an company runs with Nodal officers as sole represenations for TataSky? Similar experince had in tata domoco showroom as well as that customer serive. Good sense prevailed and disconncted it. WIll never recommend such pathetic service to anyone. Will disconnect once the package gets over.No more Tata products at home.

          Hi Support,
          For Tata Sky ID[protected],
          I got a call from apparently to buy new packages which I didnt obvious want. The person calling me said his name was Sarfaraz
          and the number from which the call came was[protected]
          The call came at 13:43 hours on 1st December 2015

          Once I declined saying, I dont want any of those packages, he started asking me why ? Not a question which he is supposed to ask. When I informed him that, he started making weird sounds and kind of childish kind of behaviour. He seemed to be finding joy in that.

          There have been multiple times, when these people call and even if we say no, they still activate those products.

          So, it seems Tata Sky offically has such folks who are meant to make fun of their customers if we dont buy what they ask us to do so.

          I would put this case as an harassment to the customers and would need speedily action against the person doing so.

            On my request a Tata Sky Set Top Box was installed at my house at Habsiguda, Hyderabad on 28.11.2015. The technician Mr.Venkatesh ([protected])collected Rs.1800/- from me with an assurance that my connection will be activated in 2-3 hours and that I am entitled to one month's free viewership. It is 4 days since the installation of the Set Top Box. I am sorry to note that my connection is yet to be activated. All my efforts to get my problem addressed though their customer care centre have proved futile. I have been asked to and contacted Mr.Bhanu ([protected]) and Ms.Madhu ([protected]) but they have not been able to address my problem. My Digi Card No. is[protected] My Subscriber ID is [protected] (K.Siddharth Reddy & K.Satish Chander Reddy) Mon.No. [protected]

            Even after 2 days of posting my complaint there is no response from the company. My tv connection still remains to be activated.
            There is no response from tata sky . My complaint remains unattended and my tv continues to remain deactivated and dead. I feel like dumping the set box and the antenna into the musi river. This is a blot on the fair name of tata and it is time they set matters right.

              Dear Support,

              With this mail, I want to being to your notice that there has been the chances in the past when actve services gets activated on my subscriber ID [protected] without consent written or verbal.

              On 30th November 2015 at 10:20AM, I have received the SMS from Tatasky which says " Request completed for Monthly Actve Music, Rs60."

              Also, On 14 september 2015 at 11:05AM, I have received the SMS from Tatasky which says " Request completed for Monthly Actve Cooking, Rs59."

              I have never requested for any of these service & It is completely surprise for me which has deducted Rs60 & Rs59 balance from my account.

              I have the touring Job due to which was not able to reach immediately to call center for Actve cooking deactivation. However, I have logged the complaint on 19th October with compliant no. KPNTBXA & KRJ2NNM. After followup, I have been informed that services are stopped but refused to refund the amount because they took permission from my house. However, we have not received any call.

              Now, I want to get these cases investigated thoroughly with proper written explanation of this flaw & proper corrective action otherwise I shall take this matter to all higher authorities.

                I want to deactivate my hd subscription pack but whenever i call on help line no. they only talk about recharge and there dumb products... i want to talk to customer executive to deactivate hd channels but they are not providing the service... in last month on 18th nov i have done recharge of Rs.250 for channels and whooooosssshhhh now i got a message from last week for saying my account is going to deactivate on 2nd dec please recharge your account... i mean wtf... how they are calculating the days... i have recharge for 1 month pack... please solve it... and as i have attach the screenshot of message...

                  We had cancelled the dth connect suggested by the sales person at viveks porur show room on 11.11.15. It is almost 20days since we informed them.this dth service was forced by the sales person even after we informing them that we an sun dth at our home.they said that the tv we purchased is not compatible with sun dth but we found it is working perfectly with sun dth so we decided to cancel the Tata sky dth booking.we have informed sales person Mahesh, Basker and manager karthi about our cancellation many times.they refused to accept our cancellation. Kindly cancel our Tata sky dth booking and refund our money immediately. Our bill no is 11k11508108 dated 9.11.15

                    I split my existing multi-tv connection with a new subscriber ID [protected] in Gurgaon, Haryana. This account was activated on 27 Oct 2015 (I deposited Rs. 150 for the same). After activation, tata sky began deducting approx Rs. 14 per day (I took metro pack for Rs. 395/month). However, they never actually installed the dish at my premises (I had my own set top box from the previous multi-tv connection). I kept requesting them to give me a time of 5:30 pm for installation but they kept scheduling it for 11 am in the morning. Though the help desk kept on saying that installation is done until 6 in the evening and they are scheduling a visit for 5:30 pm, message always came with scheduled visit for 11 am.This way it was never installed and my money kept on deducting. This is simply a fraud. Activate the connection but never intend to install it.

                      All most 6-8 months after so many complaints tata sky Service provider fail to do their duty, they unable to soul our problem, which is related setup box almost a year went... Still HD channel not working, they came two three time after so many complain. Now they are not responding also... If this happen with thousand of pepole ...then this company making lots of money without giving service., .. Sorry to say but they disappointed me a lot...still eating for them to come at my place for changing setup box although its under warranty then also they are only promissing but fail to give good service...

                          There is an issue with the network since 5 days and even on constantly calling, begging customer care people no one has comw to fix it. With constant assurance that person will come in d morning afternoon evening. After paying hefty monthly bill absolutely not satisfied. In rainy season also there is a blinking service. Plz dnt buy tata sky service. They do not need customers as they have ao many they don't care.

                            My Tatasky customer ID is [protected]. On 25th Nov 2015, i topped up Rs 1000 and my ac balance is Rs 1033 and next recharge date is 12th Jan 2016. Unfortunately every 15 min, i am getting a reminder display advising to pay immediately to avoid disconnection. This tamasha is going on for more than 4 months. If it is not resolved immediately, i may be compelled to make a complaint to consumer forum. It is unfortunate that the brand name TATA is being misused by providing such a poor service in a technology driven broadcasting field. Also after topping up my ac, i am getting from some arm of TATASKY reminding me to top up immediately. This clearly shows that updated customer database is not shared by the related depts who are sending SMS to customers.
                            I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].                               Hi My name is Danish tata sky consumer ID [protected] i requested for deactivation of my secondry connection at the month of april-may they told its been done and keep on charging me till october i called th for another problem then i came to know i spoke with cust servive they are so annoying disrespectful and disconnect call everytime when they are unable to to reolve poor customer servive with full of false promose noone helped and never callback

                              I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and deactivate your secondary connection with immediate effect.

                                Hi I am having Tatasky DTH. The subscriber ID is [protected] All of sudden the smoke started coming from power adaptor of setopbox. This is serious issue because this could have set the fire in my house. Since last 2 weeks I am unable to see the TV so loosing my subscription fees. I complained this to customer service center many times. Everytime they are registering the complaint but by next day I get the SMS saying my complaint is closed without resolving the issue. Even they are not sending their technician to resolve the issue but complaints are getting closed. Is this is expected from India's big tycoon TATA!!! Completely ridiculous. I have decided to move to consumer court and fight for my safty and my s rights. -Ajay

                                I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and get it fixed immediately.

                                  I has two set up box one hd one normal in september aftr recharging my dish i have put request to stop my hd box. They said its done. Nw when i recharged my star movies thn someone at customer care told its working i again put request on approx 15 nov to stop it and lodged two complaint one to close one for refund. Now 14 days afte tht i hv nt recirvd refund and nw whn i rechrd and receivd msg fr furthr deduction fr some pack i calld customer care they said its still working i am fed up of calling customer care. Kindly do needfull today only else tommm i will hv to go to consumer court.

                                    Approx monthly charges I am paying = Rs 660 i.e. for viewing 30 days of TATA SKY, I am paying Rs 600. This means approx Rs 22 per day. Approx. days we have issues with Channels Service = min. 4 days/month Approx. days, customer care take to resolve = min. 4 days/month i.e. total approx 8 days, we are not getting service i.e. 8 * 22 = Rs 176 per month we are just investing in not viewing channels and waiting for technical person. On top of that, whenever I call customer care, I am told that Rs 170 would be charged for technical person visit..!! Questions: 1. If there is any problem within the home, that's ok. But if no issues created by customer, then why customer should pay? 2. I am paying for viewing channels full month. Now if I am not getting service and that too without my fault, then also why customer to pay ? 3. I have already escalated the issue earlier and was told that this will now not happen again. But thanks to TATA Customer Care knowledgeable people, same thing happening again..!! Let me know the details in written with the reasons. Customer care is to help customer and care for customers however it feels like they are just manual cassettes that speaks the recorded things only..!! Hope after this mail, this customer would be cared and problems would be resolved..!! I have recording of my conversations...if required, can show the concerned person.

                                      Hi, My tata sky I'd is [protected], after recharge with the same package, few channels are not broadcasting. When I have called customer care about this, they said this would be charged. I have asked them why should I pay the amount when few channels are not appearing, Its fair to be charged to the customer when none of the channels are appeared. Tata sky is not giving fair, valid and ethical service to its customers. This made me to quit from tata sky services and to for other who is good in service Warm regards Veera [protected]

                                        I wanted to recharge for annual mega HD pack in my consumer No.[protected] with effect from 30 Nov 2015 but the Tata Sky site does not show the option for annual Mega HD pack, instead they offer me only the monthly recharge pack. A monthly recharge pack is costlier than a compact annual pack. Their site might have been designed to fool the subscribers.
