Every alternate day wrong subscription ID appears on my screen and also a urgent payment message appears on my screen where as I have made payment till Mid February 2016, every time I call customer care they resolve the problem and then next day it reappears the call charges are very high and also spent a lot of time to solve this this problem....

Within 10 days of installing my new Tata sky connection the HD channels for which I have subscribed started functioning intermittently .
