    My Cell No is [protected].& my Tata Sky ID No is [protected] and we live in 243, Phase II, Lane 4, Def Col, Porvorim Goa. I am paying Rs 420/- / month + now I have a additional connection in our Drawing room for which I will be paying Rs 230/-. When the Tata Sky man goes on the roof to fix the 2nd connection on the Antenna, there is already 2nd one attached for my Tenant. He is Delhi based and hardly stays in Goa. So the workman puts a 4 way Splitter & gets me 2nd connection. He asked for Rs 450/- for the 4 way Splitter & I refused. When I enquired, the gentleman tells me that through a local middleman in Goa he paid for a Separate Antenna & Connection & pays Rs. 420 +. & it was news to him that he is hooked to our Antenna. Now this is poor ethics on part of Tata Sky Outlet & this is what I desire; Continue the arrangement with him and my 2 connections should be considered as additional connections & I should be charged Rs Rs 230/- each for the 2 additional Connections.

When recorded version of Program is seen, it gets destruction. Picture gets disturbance, even when Live program doesn't have disturbance. Kindly attend to this complain.         Today I called your customer service to report an issue. my connection is completely out due to some issues at tata sky's end. firstly they kept me on hold for 20 mins. at the begning of the call the auto voice message came like this " your estimated waiting time is 6 mins" then after 2 mins it says its 12 mins to wait...damn!!!...nobody took that call for 20 mins...I disconnected the call...and my mobile balance also reduced by 20 rupees...I don't understand it completely...how can you charge me for reporting a problem to your given toll-free number ???this is cheating...

          Subscriber Id : [protected] I'd been having problems in getting signals in my Tatasky DTH service for more than 15 days. First time when I complained they sent a local technician who just changed a connector and I's charged Rs. 160. When the problem persisted they sent another technician who changed another connector and I's charged again. But the same problem persists. When I contact the customer support now they simply listen to the complaint, promise to register the complaint and send SMS that within 2 hours a technician will contact. I've got 4 work orders in one week still nobody has contacted me. I'd given a email complaint also for which I got a similar reply with no action yet. When I wanted to close my semi annual subscription I's told that I'll not get any refund.. Without any signal my account is getting deducted daily. I've now decided to change to another service even if I loose money.

            I have updated the setup box with HD in July or so with assurance more clarity in display and prevent problems in receiving some of the channels linked to HD. Since then as and when there is slight change in weather no signals are found. But this has become routine even when whether is perfect. On 7, 12.2015 I registered a complain and in response technician viisted our house on 08.12.2015 morning hours. I told him clearly and categorically the problem that we have been facing after upgrading the set up box. He told that he would inspect the signal receiving point and then confirm regarding the problem. After testing the signal receiving point that some problem was found and the same was rectified and there is no need to replace of set up box without respecting the desire of the customer with reference to the experience he got. To day morning at 6.30 AM I switched on to get display. Again I got display that there are no signals. After trails for more than 10 minutes dis[play appeared. There is no weather problem. Thus I am confident that the technician did not properly digest the problem and found temporary solution. To prevent the signal receiving problem either signal receiving component or setup box or both needs change, other wise problem will not be cleared/ Kindly ensure to day to resolve the complaint and to provide value added services as we have taken the system with confident in view of international reputation.

              I am dr. s n garg, with consumer id [protected]. There is one principal tv and two add-ons. For the last 4 months, I can watch some channels clearly and some not which are included in my package.. About one month before, one technician visited my house and advised me to get changed DISH and its associted accessory. I was charged Rs.170/- for it. There has been no such problem before for the last several years. Technician says that my dish is of shorter size and new dish is about 2 inches larger and that will solve the problem. I am not convinced by his troubleshooting method. Some buildings have come up in my vicinity. and these may be shadowing my dish. I can not pay rs. 170/- fee everytime.                 I recharged Rs.1900 on ID No. [protected] instead of ID No. [protected] by mistake due to wrong ID shown on TV screen by you, on dated 4.12.2015 by dealer, for refund and transfer the money in my ID, I put a complaint on 5 Dec and re-complaint on 8 Dec(complaint no. LM7BHZQ), please transfer my recharge amount in my ID as soon as possible.

When I call customer care to remove it... it keeps saying it will take 3 or 4 minutes, please stay in queue and never connects me to the customer care executive. When I try to remove it online, it says that it can be removed online. Please get it removed asap and refund my Rs.25.

                            Dear Sir/Madam I have been using TATASKY for the last 8 years. We have been noting gradual increase of monthly charge although at home mostly evening (6 to 10 PM) we have been watching TV. Yesterday I received a message in my mobile mentioning that I requested for activation of Vedic Maths for 3 mths and for that I will have to pay Rs. 186 per month. Please note that I did not submit any such request and therefore do not include Rs. 186 per month. I also observed that due to this inclusion my monthly charge goes to Rs. 1063/ which is illegal.                               From last 7 days means from November last week 2015 I am having issues with Tata Sky service. I am not able to see channels other than zee marathi. and Now, I am not able to see any of channel. Have logged complaints by calling customer care, but no action was taken. I have upgraded to HD set top box. which was faulty and also was changed in march 2015. My I. D. No. is [protected]. Request your help here, as I have paid for yearly subscription for all channels. but not able to avail the services.

                              Send me e mail giving details of replacement of Set top box component instead of Service Charge.
                              Your earlier Alerts msg. dispalyed Payment due in 2016 July.
                              How come alert msg. change without raising Invoice?
                              Your wrong billing practice will be challenged in Government Departments all over India.
                              Also awareness to All Consumers will be given on all Social Media.
                              Tata Executives talk one thing & Company demands another thing.
                              Now it is time to go all out to Social Medias.
                              Take action of raising Invoice to avoid notifying to Govt. Departments.

                                This is with respect to complain against Tata Sky, On Friday 27 Nov 2015, By mistake I entered a wrong ID & did a recharge ( Instead of Correct ID), withing few hours I raised complaint in Tata Sky & addressed the matter, From then check their reply 1)they are stating to raise the issues transaction dispute from Bank, This reply I got after 4 days after raising the complaint, 2) I checked with the Bank, they told since I have used Debit card, & amount is already successfully transferred So request Tata Sky to transfer the amount to correct Subscriber ID. 3) When I again checked back with Tata Sky, they told we cannot transfer the amount from one subscriber ID to another, They can refund the amount If I share the bank reply as well as screen shot of amount deducted from account. [ I have shared the details, am attaching chain mail] From then, whenever I call the customer care about the status they are giving false promises, that they will resolve the matter in 24 hours. These all the things they are telling verbally & when ever asked to send mail, they replied they cant send mail & to keep faith that they will resolve this issue in 24 hours. Today they are stating my request is Declined, when I asked the reason & give the same in mail. They are not ready for that too. Please help me in 1) getting the refund of money. 2) This is causing me a lot of mental stress & trauma for all the fake commitment by the Tata Sky customer team. So want to take some sort of action such incident should not occur with Other customer of such harassment.

                                  The new dish TV connection has not been activated despite several requests to the customer care number and every time they respond that it will be activated within 2 hours and its been more than 24 hours and the connection has not been activated so far. This is the status of poor services given to the customers in-spite of long big banners/advertisements. I am not satisfied at all with the services and the poor response on the part of TATA SKY.                                     Cust ID : [protected] Name : Geeta Agrawal We have been facing signal issue on our tata sky connection since 25 days and registered complaint with tatasky on nov 21st, they sent the technician who is not at all knowledgable and asked us to change 50 metres cable wire, we are expecting issue with the DISH and not the wire and have called several times(around 60-80calls) to tatasky asking to resolve the issue but there is no response at all..spoke to many senior managers(NEHA, AZAR, CHARANPREET SINGH & HEMANGEE RAHEJA) all went in vein its an harrassment and mental torture and till now they havent the issue. Technician who visits our place is very rude and mannerless!!

                                        My account i had recharged on 30th october with rs.550 and i had asked the tatasky people to start a secondary connection oso for my paid amount. They were unable to start my 2nd connection although they deducted the money for tht and asked me to pay for a service visit for which i allowed but den no one came to my home for any service visit nd still they have deducted rs.170 from my credited balance for the service visit. My tatasky id no. is [protected] Please see to it tht my rs.170 are credited back to my account. I'm tired of calling there useless customer service centres .They keep on saying everytime tht they hav issued d complaint and generated a request no. nd den after few days close tht request. dere service has been horrible now. plz help me wid this.
